Hello for I need some help for some reason everytime I connect my brand new monitor which is a 27" inch 75 Herts Samsung LED Monitor SR35. my internet connection just stops working but when I connect my old monitor which is a HP VH240a my connection works perfectly fine. Does anyone know what might cause this issue? I connect my monitors to my GPU which is a MSI GTX 1660 super.

Hi there I hope this is the right place to post this If not sorry so I recently purchased this desktop at my local BestBuy https://www.bestbuy.ca/en-ca/product/hp-pavilion-gaming-pc-black-intel-core-i5-9400-1tb-hdd-256gb-ssd-12gb-ram-gtx-1650-english/14417634 and I've noticed I'm having Wi-Fi issues suddenly and I ran just a simple google speed test it said it was slow out of curiosity I ran the same test on my phone next to the desktop and got told my internet was fast I don't know what could be causing this I also tried my phone as a hot spot and it didn't make much of a difference do you guys have any idea what I could do to fix this?

when I plug in my mic either my mouse, keyboard, or mouse dock disconnects. I've tried to connect it to my laptop and there was no sign of connection. The microphone I'm using is the fifine k669b and got it about a year ago and stopped working for about 3 months.

Good evening/morning! I hope this is the section for my question. I have a 100Mbps internet connection, with a "Tenda wireless router N300 F3" device, which is capable of delivering the 100Mbps at full through LAN connection (I tested that), however, when I'm connecting wirelessly (2.4Ghz) I only get like 45-50Mbps.. (I'm working on MSI GE75 raider with Killer Wi-fi 6 AX1650i) the connection link between the laptop and the wireless device exceeds 150Mbps, and even reaches 300mbps (screenshot attached), but the internet speed does not go past 50mbps! I'm really confused. I get 100Mbps internet speed using LAN cable, but not wirelessly.. what Am I missing?

So I am living at a new apartment complex and I am having a very strange issue with the WiFi. They set up a range extender in my room to boost the signal strength, but the network will not show up on either of my 2 laptops. I am able to connect to it on my phone with no issue. I can see other networks on my laptops, just not the one they extended. I am even able to see and connect to the 5ghz network on my laptops from the same router but the signal is weak. I already tried to extend the 5ghz network that I can see, but the extender only works with 2.4ghz connections. Both my laptops have a Killer Wireless-n/a/ac 1535 Wireless Network Adapter that works with both 2.4 and 5ghz connections. I am also able to connect to other 2.4ghz networks from them. I have already tried reinstalling drivers, changing preferred band in driver settings, restarting my computers, and adding the network manually, but nothing I do seems to work. My laptop models are a Razer Blade Stealth and Dell XPS 15. I would be very grateful If anyone has any suggestions on what I should try in order to fix this problem.

Discord has been giving me issues where, randomly, inconsistently, yet horribly irritating I disconnect from what ever voice connection I have. This error JUST popped up after 4/5 months of issues. This is after factory resetting and updating all firmware for the components of my PC. This doesn't just affect discord. It also affects multiple games but they are random... Like COD MW i just cant load in. Rainbow 6 Siege fine. TF2 fine. LoL I get punished for not seeing the ready up que. Valorant is hit or miss. Among Us I get RANDOMLY disconnected but only when the round starts. I don't know what to do and it just sucks. I'm happy I found this error window but it still doesn't explain how/why it affects other games. If anyone knows anything please... I just wanna play games with my friends again I've looked up the errors but all I are solutions for programs other than discord..

So I'm not sure what happened but about a week ago I started experiencing really bad internet problems, mostly just spikes in my network and I didn't know what to do so I go a new wifi card after trying things(i got the Tp-link AX3000 Archer TX50E) and it works, it connects to the internet I get 120mbps but I can't open steam, I can't open discord, all other applications except for browsers cannot connect to the internet and I'm not sure what to do at this point. All other devices in the house work perfectly fine on the internet so that's why I really confused (edit: I forgot to mention that I did download the drivers for the wfi card) I've tried: I tried a TCP/IP reset, didn't work(idk techsupport suggested it) doing this proxy, it didn't help (idk microsoft mod said something about it) https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/only-chrome-can-connect-to-the-internet/4563c90b-0114-4d2b-a28b-c726cbe2a4b3 then system reported wifi card detected or resource (dns server) is not responding so I messed around with the DNS,again nothing I tried resetting the router,nothing (worth a shot) and at this point I don't know what to do, I don't have much knowledge on how any networking works so at this point I just want my internet not to be absolute trash(for reference that steam download is MK11, I've downloaded before in about 3 hours)

My laptop, as in the title just won’t connect to my schools wifi its a pavilion g6 a few years old. I’m running win 8.1. It works with everything else, hotspot, home, etc the normal one just says can’t connect and the guest sometimes works after the troubleshooter resets my wireless adapter but most of the time the guest is just “limited “ and the troubleshooter either said to reset router, which I can’t do, or that ip isn’t valid or wireless access point issue or unplugged cable. At this point I’m just not sure what to do

Im currently trying to use the Logitech MK320 Wireless keyboard and mouse combo, and all worked great for the past few days until this morning when the mouse would connect to the pc but it would not register any inputs. I tried the simple moving usb ports, taking out batteries and changing them, software updates, windows 10 updater. none of it fixed it but when i tried the mouse on my laptop with the same OS it worked. it really like to not have to return this product if i can fix the issue.

Alright, so I have been having many irritating problems with my Internet in the past few months. Initially there was a connection problem from the pole to my house, which pretty much rendered my Internet useless for about a week. Called my IPS, Cox, and they said there were T3 timeouts like nobody's business. So they came out and fixed it and ran new coax to my house from the pole and that was that. The Internet would actually work and I could use it however soon thereafter I began to notice that it would sometimes just die (the modem wouldn't report signal loss, ie turning off the ds/us indicator, but my Internet would essentially hang) and I would need to restart my modem to fix the issue. Usually that would fix the issue for a while, but I might have to do that several times throughout the day. Initially these issues permeated all the devices in the house (smartphones, smart TVs, PCs, etc), however I have come to notice that all the other devices in the house do not seem to be experiencing connectivity issues like my desktop is. On my desktop, Google Chrome will sometimes be unable to load websites, search results or it will a load a page without the HTML formatting, making a site look like it's from the 90s. Meanwhile all my other applications (Steam, Skype, Origin, etc) will continue to work flawlessly and Windows doesn't report a connection loss. So I restart my modem in an attempt to fix the issue. Sometimes it works, other times it will continue to be broken on my desktop. In the wake of a connection issue in chrome today I noticed that my Ethernet adapter's Ipv6 connected is not connected. The issue seems to be only pertaining to certain types of Internet traffic because other programs passively using the Internet will not be affected. The issue seems to only be occurring on my desktop as of now. Can anyone give me an iota of advice on what the problem might be and how to resolve it?

I got a used MBA for school and I am wanting to print to my local printer. However, my problem is this printer is usb only, and it is set up to my stationary laptop that is Win 7.The printer works great when hooked to the mac by itself, to the stationary laptop by itself, and shared with other Windows PCs. The print job seems to not send to the win 7 computer, I can see the printer and connect fine, but it won't print, and shows the printer as disconnected when trying to print a test page, document, etc.. If you need any more info, screen shots, etc. let me know. This is not urgent, but I need this done before Spring Semester starts. Merry Christmas to everyone, and thank you in advance.

Okay so basically whenever I play game through Steam, for example Counter-Strike: Global Offensive my internet disconnects after about 10-30 minutes. Then it's dead for about 1 minute and it comes back and it repeats itself. This is extremely frustrating and it literally kills the internet for everyone in the house. I've tried port forwarding all Steam ports on my router but nothing seems to be working. Tried resetting/restarting router numerous of times. Funny thing is this started happening out of the clear blue sky. I can play other games such as World of Warcraft and Hearthstone without getting disconnecting. Anyone has experience of a similar problem? I'm using a wireless connection with 20mb/s down and 1mb/s up, it's pretty slow but it has worked perfect until now since I've had this problem for a month or two. I've got a NETGEAR DGN2000 router aswell.
