At time of posting, there are 3 in stock. I bought this on march 1st, and have used it a little bit. Blue backlight on most keys, orange backlight on WASD, and Arrow keys. Apparently it is difficult to set up macros on it but it is a $53 keyboard with MX Browns. It has 2 USB plugins, one is for USB (2.0?) pass through. Also has microphone and headphone pass through. Backlight brightness can be adjusted, there is also a breathing light option. https://www.amazon.com/Mechanical-Gaming-Keyboard-Brown-antighosting/dp/B00TZ9K3C2/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1489960123&sr=1-1-spons&keywords=cherry+MX+brown+phantom+warrior&psc=1

Hello once again, i'm planning to build a keyboard of my own and I need a switch that would have similar actuation force to cherry mx brown, I would prefer 5 grams higher, with a more prominent tactile bump. There are some options for this type of switch, and I can't decide what would be the best. I heard good things about Kailh box jades which are tactile and clicky, would like some input on them, or any other switch that would be suitable for me. Clicky is also good but not a priority, I would prefer non clicky, but that's not decided still..Also side question without creating another topic : what are the benefits of handwiring a keyboard besides lower price?

Yesterday I cleaned my keyboard, basically brushed every key with a sponge and water and vacuumed the switches and everything inside. After drying the keys with a towel and a hair-dryer for a few minutes I put them back in place. Now I noticed that my Tab Key is not working at all and my 1 Key only when I apply really hard pressure. Is there anything I can do or did I fuck up?

TLDR; I am looking for a Mechanical Keyboard with Cherry MX Brown Switches that is also Bluetooth. Nice to have Backlit, and switchable Bluetooth. Before the PCM jumps on me this is for my office work not my Gaming. Already got a RGB Corsair K70 with brown switches on the battle station. I am trying to find something that will the same. Switching from the Mech to the membrane keyboards is messing with me. I must have Cherry MX Brown. I want the keystroke to be same. I want a full keyboard as well as I use the Numpad a lot. I work in an office environment where we don't have assigned desks I have to put my keyboard and mouse in a locker or take it home with me everyday. So having one less wire or thing to manage would be nice. Also Having the switchable BT would be nice to be able to multitask with my Ipad pro. Looking for recommendations. If I can't find it I will probably just get a single color K70.

Hi, I just sold my Logitech G710+ becuase I realy coudln't get used to typing accurately with the macro bar on the left after 5 years. It just put me off and I never used the macro keys anyway. I also hated the gloss. When I got the G710+ it was either that or the K70 so I figured I'd give the new K70 a go but I've just seen that they've changed the font to suit "gamers" better. I really dont like the font. I generally hate anything that looks like it's made for gamers so I dont know what to go for instead. My requirements are: Full size (with number pad) Mechanical keyswitches - something tactile but completely silent would be great. Dedicated media controls Backlighting (not bothered about RGB, white will be fine) Palm rest Normal font UK layout. I mainly use it for typing, programming and sometimes I'll load the odd game. I did like the MX Browns from the G710+ but found the sound of bottoming out and the keys resetting made the keyboard just as loud as a blue without high pitched click. I was going to sacrifice the tactility for silence by going for the K70 LUX with Cherry MX Silent RGB but then I saw the font. Has anyone heard of another keyboard that checks all the boxes that I could have a look at. Also, has anyone used the MX silent RGB? How silent is it really? Thanks. Smiley Sloth ¦)

Hello, I'm a complete and utter noob when it comes to keyboards. This is what I have now: http://store.hp.com/us/en/pdp/accessories-88342--1/hp-wireless-classic-desktop-lv290aa-aba <--- lol, but for real I'm planning on replacing my POS hp keyboard with a mechanical keyboard. I don't care if the keyboard is wired or wireless, so for the sake of cost and response time I would prefer for the keyboard to be wired (unless for some really odd reason there is a better wireless option). From what I've read I'm pretty sure I want cherry mx brown switches. Reds seem ok to, but I've heard lots of positive feedback from browns (and Linus likes the mx brown as well... so yeah). The keyboard must have a plate I can rest my hands on below the keys, the larger the better (not sure what the plate thing is actually called). I would prefer if the keys were about 10 to 20% larger than on the keyboard I have now as well. Having a num pad is prefered, but not absolutely necessary. I don't much care for RGB, but if the keyboard does It must have the option to display either a white or extremely light blue/white light option (to match my build and the "on" light on my LG 29UM68-P Monitor). I was looking into the Roccat Ryos MK FX, but I looked at the pricetag... not gonna happen. My price range is $70 to $100 US (jeez, I didn't realize keyboard prices were almost half that of tn monitors), but I'm willing to go over if the value is there or the keyboard is downright sexy. If my budget is unreasonable for what I'm asking (again, noob here) go ahead a let me know. Thank you for any and all suggestions, and have a great day.

So I figured that I would spend a little more in my upcoming build for either an MX Blue or MX Brown keyboard but I'm not sure which switch is the more well rounded switch for typing and gaming. Because most of the videos I've seen over the years has been that the MX Blue is better for typing and the MX Brown is better for gaming. I think a lot of those videos said that MX Black was a combination of the MX Brown and Blue but the problem is it doesn't seem like there are a lot of MX Black keyboards around. Anyways my question was about the build quality of both the keyboard, I read somewhere that the G710+ had some issues with the key caps cracking or breaking after mild to moderate use and I wasn't sure if Logitech has since fixed that or if the G710+ still has that problem. I would consider using the G910 but Romer-G had a weird feeling to me when I was at a store that had one on display. The key caps felt a little weird but I did actually kind of like it, though I recall that they were a little heavier than the MX Red and a little lighter than whatever the Razer Chroma is using. I might as well mention what mouse I plan on using, that will be the MX Master, I'm not too concerned with DPI of the sensor but mostly concerned with the feel in the hand of the mouse and the MX Master sounds like the best option for that.

Hey guys. I'm just posting here to share a few photos of my new aquisition. I recently purchased a CM Masterkeys Pro S with Cherry MX Brown switches from the CM EU Store. It came in this past Friday. I must admit I was very pleased with the overall sturdiness and build quality of the keyboard. This thing is rather heavy for it's size and the typing experience feels great with this black Vortex PBT/POM keyset I got to put on this board. Here's a couple of pictures of it (sorry for the piss poor photo quality, I had to take these with my smartphone ): I decided to make my home country flag on this last profile picture. I think it turned out alright. P.S. - Try to find the missing keycap. Massdrop send me a double "" / '' key and forgot to include one other key that should have been in it's place... . I've send them a support ticked to see if they can send me the missing keycap. Some people have said in the past that they are usually pretty helpful with those who are unlucky enough to receive duplicates or missing caps on their keysets. I'm waiting for their reply.

Hey, I'm looking for a very cheap Cherry MX Brown keyboard around the 50-60 USD price range. Does this exist? Thanks. EDIT: My budget is now up to $150. I would like it to be an efficient keyboard for both gaming and typing (so that I can study by day and game by night :D). I would prefer if the keyboard is backlit, but I don't care because I won't be playing games when it is dark.

Ok I am going to make my first mechanical keyboard purchase. I have decided on the G.Skill RipJaws KM780, I know the software is a little buggy "It's cool don't worry about it". Now where I live I can only find MX BROWN variants but i was leaning more towards RED switches, because it has no tactile bump. I can get a RED variant but it is 80€ more than the BROWN. So I was wondering would I be unhappy about my purchase or not. I know "it is hard to say" because "everybody has a preference", "and it's subjective", and "blah blah blah lip service,".... Keep in mind I have not used anything other than a standard keyboard all my life (rubber dome) so this would be something completely new to me, and would have no comparison to begin with. So yeh mechanical keyboard virgin I guess.... This will sound strange but.... Is there anything in everyday life that has the tactile feel of a BROWN (phones, laptops, microwaves(?)) switch so I can see what's all the hubbub about, where I live I have yet to see a mechanical keyboard on display. Also any EU website that does localized keycaps with support for RGB (transparent letters/symbols)? EDIT I mostly play FPS games but nothing too competitive so I don't have to get that 0,000000001s key press

This is a modified version of my script for my video review of the Logitech G 710+, hope this is informational. Feedback is welcomed. Do note I did not include images at this time but will be doing so going forward with my reviews. My old keyboard was ready to bite the dust, does the Logitech G710+ fit the bill as my new daily keyboard?! This is my first mechanical keyboard, it is a nice thing to be able to type faster and less pressure needed for each keystroke. For reference I have Cherry MX brown switches.I wanted mx blue switches but figured that sound would be annoying but enough with the tangent. The key caps are very smooth and slick that I feel my fingers often will slip a bit when I am typing fast. This has caused me to look into replacing the keycaps in the near future. On the subject of keycaps the WASD and arrow keys are grey keys with the up arrow key being on a weird slope that makes it uncomfortable to use for extended periods of time. Onto the white backlighting that comes in 4 levels and off. This is a nice feature considering how the keycaps are and that it is hard to read them when the lighting is off. For this reason I keep the brightness at the second brightest level. The programmable G keys are a nice feature to have even though I can not use them while gaming due to being a left handed user. I do get to use them while I am editing videos like this one. It makes doing certain things quicker even though I have to remove my hand from my mouse. There are 3 profiles for the G keys that can be switched by hitting the M buttons. It also comes with a gaming windows lock button which is nice even when you are nice gaming as I find I have been hitting the windows key a bit while getting used to the keyboard. This keyboard does take some getting used to as I think the key spacing on the G710+ is different than on my old membrane keyboard from 10 years ago. Plugging in the keyboard is something you should take note of as there are two usbs that have to be plugged in if you are using usb 2 and only the one with the keyboard on it if you are using usb 3. The 710+ has 5 media keys and a premium volume wheel that scrolls really smooth and nice. The texture is a definite plus as it makes it feel much better than the rest of the keyboard I wish they made the rest of the keys feel that nice. Logitech's software is decent compared to other competitors software that I have used while setting client’s keyboards up for them in the past.

So I'm in abit of a pickle for choosing a Keyboard. A few things first, I'm looking at the STRAFE, the "Red" K70, and their RGB Variants. I have a few questions about each Keyboard. How do the keys of the STRAFE compare to the Aluminum frame of the K70 when pressed? Whats the difference between a Red MX Cherry Switch and a Brown with feel? I've never used Mech and I want to get into a quality keyboard. Id like to have something that isnt loud and has a good feeling of being pressed to it. How does the quality compare between both boards? Do RGB Boards have backlighting color quality issues compared to the singular red coloring of the Normal K70 and STRAFE? Is a wrist rest benificial for gaming sessions or is it unneeded? And over all, what is best for the price?

Insane good price for this keyboard! Logitech G710+ mechanical keyboard with Cherry MX Brown switches. It has six macro keys and is two-zone back-lit. The WASD and arrows keys are one zone, and the rest of the keyboard is another zone. Except for the media keys, all other keys are mechanical... including function and macro keys. The Logitech software suite is also quite decent and stable. Cherry MX Blue switches are also available, but they are considerably more expensive. $89.99 No mail in rebates! No promo codes! as the title says my cm storm quickfire pro just died. it just has the WASD and arrow keys lit up with the led's and won't do anything. so now I'm looking for a new brown switch key board. i would like it to have red led back lit and keep it as close to $100 usd as possible. luckily i do have a ten keyless to get me through till i get the new one. i do game a little and i do use it for work most times. open to any suggestions as long as they have a red or white led backlight.

Hey, I'm new here (don't even know if this is where i should be posting this) and I've been looking into getting a mechanical keyboard because right now I'm using a Razer Deathstalker Ultimate, and I've had it pretty much since it was released and its decent but its showing signs of wearing down and I didn't really know anything about keyboards when I bought it (I pretty much just bought it for the Switchblade UI, which is next to useless), so I think its about time to upgrade to a mechanical one. I've did a bunch of research and I've settled on either the Corsair K70 RGB or the Ducky Shine 4, and I'm leaning towards the K70 not just because of the lighting effects, but because of the way it looks, the aluminum backplate, the included wristrest, and the media keys with the volume roller, but the problem is I've decided on Cherry MX Browns and i can't find a K70 RGB with browns anywhere they're out of stock on Amazon, and I can't find them anywhere else. So I've got a couple questions: First: Is the K70 RGB with Cherry MX Browns just out of stock right now, and if so how soon do you think it'll take to get them back in stock, or are they just not making the version with browns anymore? Second: What are your thoughts on the Shine 4 vs K70 RGB, which feels better, what advantages does the Shine 4 have over the K70 RGB? Third: What will the transition be like from a membrane keyboard to a keyboard with Cherry MX Browns, like will it take time to get used to them and how different do they feel? Well thats about it, so thanks in advance for any replies. -Alex

Hello everyone, This is my first time posting on the forum, I apologize for any errors. I'm looking to buy a full size mechanical keyboard, with Cherry MX Brown switches. Backlighting and other bells and whistles don't matter much to me. I used to have a Cherry MX Blue switch keyboard but unfortunately I don't have it anymore. Looking for browns as I need something that makes lesser noise but still provides some sort of feedback. My budget is around $100. I've looked into many options but most of them are too expensive (Das Keyboard) or just Unavailable (CM Quickfire XT, Ducky Zero, etc). What I'm left with is the Poseidon Z with the Kailh switches, and some Rosewill boards. I'd prefer to get the Quickfire XT or a similar no frills MX Brown board, are they available anywhere? They seem to be out of stock everywhere I've seen. Could anyone tell me when they will be back in stock, or some other options that I can buy at this time? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So to top off my new rig (http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Acerpwns/saved/w7Zqqs) i was looking for a mechanical keyboard. i cant really decide wether to go with blues or browns so could you guys reccommend some keyboards with blue and brown switches? (preferably "mainstream" brands and no more than €140)

Hey guys, So I want to try out mechanical keyboards and see what the big fuss is about. I have tried out a few switches and I think the ones I like best are the Cherry MX Blacks and the Browns (Greens I might like since I like bottoming out my keys but they're practically nonexistent in my country). But the thing is, I like green backlighting. Aaaand..... I absolutely HATE the colour red. I like Razer's Blackwidow Ultimate Stealth as its green is soooo perfect, but unfortunately it uses Kailh "Made in China" Orange Switches. Though they are similar to Browns, I fear for the quality of the switches. And I don't really want RGB as it'll cost quite a lot more.... So, I have come to you guys for help. Are the Razer Switches cheap Chinese crap which will break on me in a year? Is it safe to get the Blackwidow? Or should I get another keyboard, and if so, what is that keyboard? Also, anyone with experience with the 2013 Blackwidow Stealth? Is it good? Also guys, do remember, only Blacks or Browns. No Reds. AND DEFINITELY NO BLUES. I hate the "recoil". I don't mind the clickiness, but that feedback is too strong for my taste. Thanks!

Hello LTT forums! I have been recently thinking about buying the new Corsair K70 RGB keyboard. The main component of my decision, somewhat obviously, is the keyswitch type used. I know the current model is using Cherry MX reds, and that in the near future browns and blues will be released. I have a Ducky Shine III with browns right now, and have used a keyswitch tester, so I understand what reds feel like, but have never used a full red keyboard before. When I type, I usually type pretty fast and I'm pretty sure I bottom out the keys most of the time. I'm trying to decide if reds might be fine, or if browns are actually helping my typing in any way.' Does anyone have opinions, specifically people who have switched from red to brown, or brown to red? Thanks!
