Summary Roblox’s CEO, David Bazucki, has been alleged by the New York Times, for not paying for millions of dollars in taxes through a legal loophole. They used small business tax to evade millions in taxes. Quotes My thoughts I don’t think it’s his fault. Yes it is annoying, but they took advantage of a loophole and look what happened, it worked and saved them tens of millions of dollars. Hey guys, Me and a friend of mine are looking for more players to join us in GTA Online. We're currently running heists, CEO work/crates and MC supplies/deliveries on a daily basis + the daily objectives when they can't be soloed. We're mostly doing all these by ourselves and with the occasional randoms, but it just feels incomplete. We use TS3 public servers for easy communication, because it's free and the sound quality is quite good. If you're interested, just leave a reply here with your Rockstar Social Club ID and we'll find you, or you can find me. Cheers, Chris

Source Ever since Google created it's parent company, it allowed itself to split up parts of itself so that any legal action or problems it encounters doesn't affect other parts of the company that has no relation. I.E. Google gets sued by a hardware company for their cars that affects Google Docs. So it was expected for Google car project to get their CEO, what's surprising is that with the addition of the CEO sooner, we can expect to see the driverless cars be implemented and pushed out sooner in our lifetime. The goal for Google with the new CEO is to be able to have a better understanding when partnering with other car manufacturers to be able to push and streamline their projects onto the cars. The step towards a Google Car Company suggest that we will have more of a quicker path to having driverless cars in the near future.

Someone needs to teach this shining example of a CEO that you really need to shut your mouth on making any sort of concrete promise to your customers. So never utter a single syllable that so much as lets anyone figure out a date of when your product is supposed to arrive. Don't give a date before you are actually done and can. Don't make such promises. Especially when you've already caught flack before for being a bit of a dunce and not understanding how to handle PR. If someone makes that date for you, dispel those rumours ASAP. Don't let them sit around, otherwise customers are gonna think they are real. But most importantly, don't snap at people over twitter. You're the CEO of a company. Grow up. This isn't how you get taken seriously by anyone. Childish fits are best left in the comment sections of forums or heckling comedians who you think you're funnier than; but not when you're trying to run a company. While we might have preferred something a bit more politically correct, it’s true: Cyanogen has always gone by the “it’s ready when it’s ready” mantra, and they probably don’t deserve the flood of hate rushing their way. http://phandroid.com/2015/04/01/oneplus-one-lollipop-delay-2/

AT&T CEO: 'There Will Be Litigation' on Net Neutrality
Victorious Secret posted a topic in Tech News
If the FCC is committed to its current path, "there will be litigation," Randall Stephenson told CNBC. Oh AT&T, can't you just get with the program instead of bringing the lawyers into everything? Lawyers take the fun out of everything, threats about using lawyers is even less fun. Do you guys not like fun? I guess not. I hope AT&T understands that if the FCC votes in favour of this, they'll have all the backing the government has. Including access to as much money as they need to put these ISPs and carriers into line. Lawsuits? Is that really a good idea? You want some bored government lawyer saying "ATT suing the government? I'm bored, I'll take the case" If the vote fails, so be it. If it succeeds, these greedy goons better pray they don't get abused. http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2476844,00.asp?fullsite=true- 18 replies

Apparently the Galaxy is not expanding @OriginalPromise News comes courtesy of WSJ & TLDR is at the very bottom According to the report due to the decreased sales in their flagship mobile galaxy line which comparatively sold far less than previous flagship models Samsung is considering a shake up in their management, Samsung’s had a brutal year so far in which third-quarter profit fell 60% amid market-share declines in smartphones around the world. Samsung reportedly overestimated how much stock would be needed, leading to an increased advertising spend to get rid of units that were "piling up in warehouses." In one scenario under discussion, co-chief executive and mobile head J.K. Shin who had presided over Samsung’s rapid ascent as well as its recent tumble in smartphones could be moved out of his role overseeing the mobile division. That could mean Mr. Shin, 58 years old, loses his co-CEO role. Samsung sold about 40% fewer Galaxy S5 smartphones than expected, with about 12 million units sold to consumers in the first three months since April compared with about 16 million units for the preceding flagship phone Samsung has been feeling the heat from low-cost smartphone makers in China, India and other countries. Also Samsung has cut orders for its Galaxy S4 (last year's flagship phone) back to 5 million units from 6 million units. Sad Samsung is Sad.. the Galaxy S4, according to people familiar with the matter. Only in one major market did Samsung sell more Galaxy S5 smartphones than it did the S4 & that is in the U.S., Which is Samsung’s biggest market, Samsung produced about 20% more devices than it did of the Galaxy S5’s predecessor, basing the numbers on a survey of its carrier partners around the world, who were asked to predict demand but who weren’t on the hook for any unsold devices, The news is all speculation with a solid backing from trusted source , as Samsung declined to comment on the subject from various other news sources quoting that "We don't comment on rumors and speculation" Pretty harsh news for Sam boys (especially @OriginalPromise) ,What are your thoughts on this? leave a comment down below... Bonus: Source Link : http://online.wsj.com/articles/samsung-considering-shake-up-in-management-1416783847 News Link : http://www.theverge.com/2014/11/24/7273817/samsung-management-shakeup TLDR: Samsung S5 wasn't as successful as S4 around the world except in the US, Company starts to point fingers, some top level persons involved will either be changed or fired.

Following the news of Mattrick leaving Microsoft for the role of CEO at Zynga and Ballmer taking his place there is now a new report claiming that he tried to acquire Zynga while he was still at Microsoft, indicating that he had probably already started considering this move much earlier rather than it having been a consequence to the rumoured Microsoft restructuring or due to the massive PR train-wreck he took part in. Don Mattrick had allegedly started negotiations with Zynga three years ago, in 2010, by attempting to buy games like FarmVille. The discussions fell through and Zynga has lost some of its popularity. Mattrick has also been reported that he wanted a bigger role within Microsoft and is instead now trying to steer Zynga back to health after the loss of key talent and stock price. Article at Variety. ... Do these people even understand how technology works? Or what "Resolution" even is? Seriously. This is some backwards thinking. It's like listening to a 4 year old try and tell you what is the way that things should be done. They're trying to do it in a somewhat logical way, but they lack so much information and understanding that they sound ... stupid. Maybe that's because the Movie industry does thing in fairly stupid ways? Maybe it's because they are too traditional and aren't modernizing to changing technology? And people ask why pirates exist? Because this industry is lead by people like this. Who understand nothing about how their money makers are made. This is about the only good thing I found that he said. It's mostly true. You should do what you love, but sometimes you need to relegate what you love to a hobby rather than focus on it as a profession because not everyone can be good at what they love. You get the idea. What do you guys think? Everything that's been going all lately has me fairly frustrated. People have always said the leaders were out of touch with what they lead, and honestly, I'm only beginning to realize how true that is. Either they are out of touch, or malicious in their intent (i.e. paid off). Either way, they need to be replaced in my opinion.

Post at /. Source for image. Great. Hmm, I wonder if there will be a browser coming out in the near future (or may be already out) that won't have this implemented in some shape or form, but also works with most websites. We'll see. I personally don't like it. We just keep going over it, but DRM is a losing proposition for both parties. How many times are they gonna try crap like this? It doesn't stop pirates. It never really does. It only makes their process of getting content slightly more annoying. I think this is a sign of things to come: Open Source Browsers. Are there any? I mean, I know some are technically that way with extensions, but still. ... I already have a name for it: Google Ultron Interesting comments on Slashdot: What do you guys think of this idea of DRM in the webspace?

Before I start this, let me reiterate what I mean by 'goodbye'. This email mainly goes on about the transition that twitch is making into amazon and some key points about the process. It also touches some points on just what Twitch was to them. So this just popped in my inbox. It seems to be a formal goodbye from our friends at twitch. Despite this, I like to think of this as a new beginning to Twitch. While amazon said they won't change much, if at all. Odds are they'll eventually change something. Whether it's good our bad, I can't wait to see just what's in store for Twitch.
