I would really like to see the Id Mount That CPU cooler t-shirt campaign relaunch. Wondering if I am alone on this or if I can get some more people interested. I contacted teespring and they only need 7 more reservations to relaunch. Hi Linus and everyone else, I just got back from a party celebrating the launching of a Kickstarter by my neighbor. I thought I would post this on the forum just raise support and as a suggestion for Channel Super Fun. The Campaign is for Futpong. A small sidewalk based game which is kind of a mix of soccer and ping pong. I was introduced to it at our neighborhood block parties but Curt (the main guy) has recently developed it into a more sophisticated product and branding that is better than the old pile of 2x4s to say the least. Futpong is mainly advertised to increase soccer skills but I like it just as a fun game to play with friends. My brother, a friend and I get together in person nearly every weekend and play games. We tend to like to play through coop games rather than competitive. We've gone through a fair number of games by now and are looking for something new to play, but finding it rather difficult to find new options we haven't already played to death or rely on online servers(we have to share a 3mbps Down 1 up fixed wireless internet connection with average pings of 50ms; rural internet sucks). Games we've played so far: Borderlands Series Serious Sam Series LoTR War in the North Dead Island Series Torchlight 2 Titan Quest Immortal Throne Payday Series Left 4 Dead 2 Half Life series (sven coop mod, and synergy respectively) Duke Nukem 3D Doom 1,2 Alien Swarm Monaco Octodad Magicka System Shock 2 Age of Empires 2 HD Edition(Although we used to play it before the HD edition too) Age Of Mythology Company of Heroes series Supreme Commander Starcraft SW BattleFront 2 Battlefield 1942, Vietnam, 2 Farcry 3 Games with coop campaigns would be prefered. Any game available DRM free from GOG or Humble Store would be great so we only have to buy 1 copy. Suggestions with of games with coop mods also welcome. Also the weakest of our machines is my brother's with a Q6600 8GB RAM and 1GB GTS 250, so any suggestions must run on that. -
I don't expect much more from Gawker, its just that kind of place where management would think doing something like this would be a good idea. Also proves that you can't have anything good on the internet without dicks being dicks about it and ruining the fun for everyone else. Shame on Gawker, and bad for Coke. The Crowd-funding site Indiegogo has launched a new site separate from their original campaign site dedicated just for humanitarian cause that people can use to help those who are in need.. Basically it's a charity fund that is used to help those who are in need , The service is called Indiegogo Life. together.. Since this being a charitable target , the site creators aren't charging extra for the cause funding , While successfully funded campaigns on Indiegogo are charged a fee of 4 percent if they use PayPal or 9 percent if they don’t, Indiegogo Life won’t charge any platform fees. Recently our beloved Tech of tommorow Host Elric Phares was in the campaign where he's being treated for diabetes & got his second leg amputated & his friends have been active in it to bring him some help via the crowd funding.. https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/support-elric-phares the money you collect is typically what you'll keep. The categories available on Indiegogo life are medical needs, emergencies, celebrations, memorials, pets & animals, faith, sports, volunteer efforts and education. Hey all! Arma 3 has frustrated the hell out of me... Any advice would be appreciated... I've been playing the campaign. All settings on ultra and visibility overall set to 4000 and have been able to stay 50-70 fps which is great. But I recently have reached a new level (Adapt : Signal Lost) which begins on a beach and then you walk up a hill to get a large view of a huge city and the fps drops to down in the 20's! Is this game just poorly optimized or is there a fix? I don't want to start playing on large multiplayer maps and then have this fps drop happen.Thanks in advance. What is this? As you may or may not have heard, we are moving to a new office very very soon! This is extremely exciting for all of us, as it means that we will have the space to put together amazing sets for our current shows as well as any shows that may come in the future. It also gives us the space to pick up some new team members here at LMG, something that we are pretty much out of in our current office... Over the next month and a bit, we will be running a crowdfunding campaign through the forum to help supplement our moving expenses and renovation costs. There will be some very cool contributor rewards and quite a few awesome stretch goals (more info on those soon :D). Now, many moons ago when the forum was but a wee discussion board, we promised that we would never add a top banner ad to our site. We know that many of you guys appreciate that, and we never plan to accept payment for a top banner spot on our forum. However, with your approval, we would love to be able to advertise our own crowdfunding campaign in the top banner spot. Obviously our dedicated community members will find out about the campaign either way, but casual visitors might not see it unless it is prominently displayed in a spot like the top banner. So please answer the poll and leave your thoughts down below. Can we add a top banner for our own campaign? Would we be going against our word to do so even though it's for our own campaign with no third party involved? Redditmade , The huge online community message board site unveiled it's Crowd funding site on Wednesday, Basically it's initiative is that to allows Reddit users to raise money to manufacture and sell customized items. as a way you've seen in kickstarter users are not required to put in any money upfront, if they reach the goal within 30 days from the time the project was put online & reach that goal, they'll be allowed to have the funding Screenshot! pew.. pew.. The move will add another revenue stream to Reddit, which has tried to find creative ways to make money from the millions of people who visit the site without angering its quirky community of Internet denizens. While users who create successful Redditmade campaigns can keep any money they have raised for themselves, Reddit also encourages users to donate the funds raised to charities, causes or individuals that the users find most important. But unlike Kickstarter, Redditmade focuses more on physical goods, like T-shirts, shot glasses and stickers. You may have heard of Graphene before. Its two dimensional material with wonderful properties such as great thermal and electrical conductivity, strength and others. Robert Murray-Smith is independant researcher who is trying to exploit the wonderful properties of this amazing material. He makes graphene on his own, and his project is to make graphene ink available to everyone for much lower cost than it is right now. The founds collected will be used to buy equipment (three roll mill) that will enable him to make graphene ink more succesfully. For the perks, you can get the ink, a book of ideas what to use the ink for, or if you are even more generouns he give you his 10 grams of graphene oxide that currently sells for around 850 dollars on the market.

I have a U7, and I had a U5. I had added Korean letters also! I gave my cousin my older U5 on his computer come up in search of his own gaming rig. The company was fairly new with the patent to illuminate each key specifically with over 500 colors PER KEY. The only things I did not like about my U7 that they address in this new version is that my function keys (F1-F12) did not light, so it was hard to see them, and the switches were not mechanical. I am super excited to see this. This is their second launch to try to bring this to life. The keyboard is a fullsize with the numberpad. I would love to see you guys support this awesome idea and help bring about a revolution of a keyboard where we can light ANY key ANY color or even FADE the key colors from white to blue. Not only is it cool at LANs and I get attention for it, but it isnt just for show. This type of idea is to help in the dark. Instead of one color with 5 brightness levels. Imagine a next gen after this U9... G keys for WoW? Its possible.

I literally cannot even finish it, it is so boring and bad. I have reached 3 points so far in the campaign where It has glitched me and I have no way to get ahead but to restart at last checkpoint. Many other retarded bugs which I noticed also. They give you no stealth way to do the missions, none of the weapons that you can pick have silencers on them. And if you try to sneak by them without shooting, the enemies just automatically start shooting at you once you get at a certain point. I am not very good at giving a review of the campaign but so far It is just so boring that I can't get myself to play it. I really think they should have either put more work into the campaign and made it fun or should have ditched the campaign and made multiplayer better. I don't like crying and whining about games but I just really wanted this game to be amazing. It still is, but just nowhere near enough quality. Did anybody else play the campaign? what did you think of it? PS: Defuse game mode is terrible. Literally an unplayable bug every other match.

It's still unclear what this announcement is going to be about. But we're all staring at the elephant in the room which is Nvidia's 900 series. Sooner or later AMD will need to directly address the competition. Are they going to do it on September 25th ? we can't say for sure yet. However it's worthy of note that on September the 25th AMD held their GPU14 conference last year in which the R9 290X & 290 were announced.
