Hi, I'm issues with my .NET Framework installations. Yesterday after shutting down and restarting, my Windows 10 Installation doesn't detected .NET Framework 4.030319, which breaks most of my programs. According to a registry query via command line, they are still there, and the latest one being 4.8. Unlike Windows 7 & 8, the .NETs are not appearing on the Programs Installed list on Control Panel for some reason, is that normal? I would like remove them all and reinstall them, any help would be appreciated! Specs: Windows 10 Pro 21H2, Build: 19044.3086, "Experience: Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19041.1000.0"

Hello, so I have a problem I believe with my Windows 10. The first time I noticed was when I couldn't suddenly click anything on my task bar, nothin opens, or it takes literally 5 minutes to open and there will be 5+ of the window open. So initially, I can't click the windows start button, file explorer, notifications, audio, time. I had tried searching it up but no one is really having the same problem as me, someone said to go into task manager but I literally cannot open it. Also to let you know, this problem only happens sometimes. I will boot my pc and everything is working flawlessly with speed, then sometimes my screen goes black, my monitor turns off, but the computer is still running, keyboard mouse are lit up, but no response to the computer whatsoever, forcing me to restart. This is often frustrating especially when you're working on an essay and it disappears losing all my work. So initially, I have two problems, I have 0 clue if they are in any way connected, or why this is happening. I am currently having the problem right now where I cant open anything on the taskbar, but my computer is still on and I am working.

LTT. please record vid about it

okey. im gonna just tell you to record a vid where you : - will find any bug in kde neon (most bugs are in beta developer version) and: - make account on their bug requester with other nick which wouldnt show anything youtube-related (no "linus" or "ltt" ) - normally show this bug. why would you do it? me about a month ago filed first request to them. nothing special i could live with it (installer problems). then i filed second (devlopment-related). and at the end third (settings and themes related). to the now i didnt got any replys to first 2 bugs. third one got marked as duplicate tons of times spamming same way my email. few days after mine last request i got yet other bug (might be just because they got angry that a normal guy, not a star of smth reports too much things or idk): i was deinstalling unused gnome desktop (i just had it for some testing reasons), i left pc for night to complete removal. at morning i just saw empty desktop with 0 apps (literal factory reset, like on android/ios/windows, not linux)... i was (yes not a joke, i was dumb then). kde neon beta-developer. (plasma, system version i already forgot). hope ya'll make similar vid soon. maybe they'll change. and here take these mine requests (for not cheating) : https://bugs.kde.org/buglist.cgi?email1=hacknorris123456789%40gmail.com&emailassigned_to1=1&emailreporter1=1&emailtype1=exact&field0-0-0=bug_status&field0-0-1=reporter&list_id=1959519&type0-0-0=notequals&type0-0-1=equals&value0-0-0=UNCONFIRMED&value0-0-1=hacknorris123456789%40gmail.com thanks for reading. i also left you a comment under first part of linux on yt ;) -
Hi, I am having some bad performance issues with rocket league. I am running on Windows 11 (Fully updated), all drivers are up to date (motherboard flashed to the latest BIOS). Specs: Wired Xbox One Controller i3 9100f 16Gb ddr4 3200mhz corsair lpx vengence RAM WD Blue SN550 1Tb Seagate Barracuda 1Tb XFX Rx 570 Corsair CX550M MSI B365M PRO-VH Intel stock CPU Cooler 2 fans (1 exhaust, 1 intake) 144hz monitor Some of the problems I'm facing are frame stuttering/skipping (on any fps cap, I also don't have a freesync compatible monitor). Menus are jumpy and not smooth (freeze for a second or two). When joining a game or on kickoffs, I will be on high ping for about 30 seconds. Randomly on any given day/time, I will experience input delay and a sluggish feeling (this is commonly dubbed the heavy car bug, but it isn't that.) The heavy car bug can be overcome by beating the placebo. For some weird reason restarting my pc helps the issue - but it will arise again (at a random time.) After I lag in game the performance drops drastically, my game doesn’t feel smooth with really bad input delay. I have tried turning off all display overlays (discord, game bar, Spotify, overlay, any others.) I have installed the epic games version - no luck there. If I run the game without discord, Spotify, bakkesmod, it runs okay, with fewer performance issues. But it's not that the CPU over throttles or high temps because I have manually troubleshooted all of this. This problem has been around for 8 months now, and it has got to the point where I have no motivation to play the game. I was pushing for SSL in 1s and 2s, but now there seems like there's no point. I am only going to be screwed over by performance issues. However, the part that puzzles me is that rocket league is the only game where I have ever had any problems. This ranges from Xbox days (ping issues) and currently on a pc that can and should run rocket league effortlessly. This is where I start to believe I am suffering from one of the worst placebos ever. Why is it only rocket league? Is it my Xbox controller, as that is the only thing that technically differentiates it from any other game? I am lost. For months I have tried to fix the issues. I am considering upgrading my computer but don't want to waste money pointlessly. My PC can perfectly run games like Fortnite, GTA, valornat, F1, Minecraft. It also seems like all of my friends with pre-builts can run their games without any issues. The more and more I search, I find that people who built their computers have similar issues to this. I could also list plenty of other problems I face with rocket league performance, but I genuinely have lost count. Someone, please help me. I am seriously considering cashing out £1000+ on upgrades or a sh\*tty pre-built.

The stutter last anywhere from some ms to several seconds. (Couple of instances where the stuttering have lasted 20+min) The amount of stutter is proportional to the length of time after power on. The stuttering starts to become noticable after 6 ish hours. (While typing, and a stutter occur, the typed word takes a second before it shows up on screen.) Now, I have had this issue for a looong time, and decided to buy new components since im sick and tired of the really anoying bug/issue/fault, but to my surprise, the bug/issue have transferred over to the new system. What was brought over from the old setup: PSU: Cooler Master V1000 RAM: 2x8GB Trident-Z White/Black (F4-3200C14D-16GTZKW) GPU: RTX 2080 ROG Strix OC M.2: Corsair 970 EVO 500GB (Boot Drive) SSD: Kingston 480GB and a Kingston 240GB HDD: Western Digital 10TB Note: The ram is not on the motherboard qvl, but the motherboard is on the ram qvl. I did a fresh install of Windows on the new M.2 (Patriot Viper VPN100 512GB). The new ram 2x8GB Trident-Z RGB (F4-3200C14D-16GTZR). CPU/MOBO: 11700K and ROG Strix Z590-F The bug is still present without the ssd's and hdd. Since there is only 3 components that are the possible causer,(RAM, GPU and M.2) I can now try ruling out one after one to find the faulty hardware. Any knowledge and or discussion of this bug is appreciated.

This is going to be hard for me to describe assuming my pictures are not posted of this issue. I Generally see it happening in first person Mil-sim or "realistic gun games". I assume it has something to do with lighting. Anyway in-game I will see let's say a shelf or the corner of a wall and the edges will be moving up on down regardless if I move my character or not. Now in my pictures the vent on the door which is horizontal has the edges moving side to side. The shelf's obviously vertical, edges moving up and down. My main question is why is this happening? Would this be a known issue to the developers? Is this something to do with graphics cards or settings? My pc specs are I5-8600k, 32GB DDR4, GTX 1080, and a 4K monitor. My settings in game were 1440p on high settings. I had shadows on medium. The game I'm playing is Ground Branch (Alpha state) Any help is appreciated. 340739873_GroundBranch2021-05-2803-59-20_Trim.mp4

Goodmorning, afternoon, or evening LTT forums, this is my first post so bare with me. I have recently discovered an error with my sms service that google has failed to answer. Recently I have been texting on my Oneplus 7 with someone on an apple device. Due to this conventional sms is used by the devices. On two occasions now I have sent text to my friend and she has received completely different messages. I'm a very tech savvy guy, but this one has me stumped, I was hoping someone from the forums here could point my pebble brain into the right direction. Here's a screen shot of one of the occurances. The top Right green message is the one I sent. The message in qouted following the "questioned" is the message she received. Everything I know about the sms ecosystem shouldn't cause this type of error, or am I missing something?, Please help....

Hello, I've been having blue screen issues for a while now and just recently (about a year ago) I got a new motherboard + cpu and power supply. I still get the blue screen issues which leads me to believe it either my RAM or my Drives. However, I ran memcheck and it came back fine. I found the error codes in event view, but I have no idea what they refer to. "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000007e (0xffffffffc0000005, 0xfffff804838e1660, 0xfffffd83a8a8b6a8, 0xffff8e80eb4f2920)."

I have 3070 and i7 7700k, running at 1440p. When Im at outdoors, my frames dipped to 40ish especially in the city. When I try running MSI afterburner, I found out my gpu only utilize at 50% while my cpu utilize at full load. Anyone can shed some light? I believe my setup supposed to be able to run this game at higher frames according to most people with this setup. You can see the numbers at the top left picture attached.

Hi, I've been recently having some issues where certain elements of games flicker in and out of existence, stretch, or are moved up for a few seconds. Here are some videos which allow you to see this issue better: GTA Online World of Warcraft 1 World of Warcraft 2 Furmark Test Some screenshots of the issue Userbenchmark with all overclocks off I've tried disabling all of my overclocks, updating my graphics drivers, and changing in-game settings. These issues seem to have came up once I disabled my overclock on my CPU about a day or two ago. I used to clock it at 4.0Ghz, however I disabled it to be 3.7Ghz with 4.3Ghz turbo. I also recently was playing around with my memory overclock, which was changed from 2933Mhz to 3200Mhz on 3000Mhz RAM. However, once I saw these problems I clocked it back to 2933Mhz. I also tried putting everything's clock back to what it was when it was working, and I kept getting the same problems. It seems like the issues have to do with 3D, however I could be wrong. Both games I tested were on different drives. WoW was on the 970 EVO and GTA was on the SP. Also, about a week ago I started noticing that when I load into World of Warcraft for the first time that day, I get extremely low FPS (around 10-20) for about a minute, until it went back up to around 90 or so. This issue didn't seem to persist for very long though. Does anybody know what could be causing this? So for the time I've had a corsair commander I've had... issues, mostly to do with fans acting strangely. My newest issue after connecting a 5th fan on the top, is the new fan will not spin, yet corsair commander reports an RPM of something stupid like 30,000... When I set the RPM to zero, then back to a normal setting, I see the fan twitch for a moment before not moving. The fan works, it is a Noctua NF-F12. Image:

So quick backstory. I recently purchased Cyberpunk 2077, but everytime after 5 minutes of gaming my screen just frooze and only a restart would get it out of this problem. So i was wondering as i´m running a rtx 3060ti and i saw Gamers Nexus do a large part of their benachmarking for Cyberpunk2077 also on a rtx 3060ti without any flaws as far as i could see, why is it that on seemingly the same graphics solution for one person it is working fine and for others its just a complete mess? Rest of my pc parts differ from the one that Gamers Nexus used, but should that really have an impact? Thankfull for anyone that can explain to my why games or programs behave in this way, and also if somebody can tell me a workaround to get this game running at my pc.

Clean Install of Windows 10 Pro 20H2 X64, Looking over Device Manager to check which driver need to be installed, Toggle Show Hidden Devices, and notice something weird, (Note this is a AMD System no intel parts at all), but for some reason under CPU its showing two entries for an Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2673 V4 @ 2.30GHZ along side my my 8 core AMD CPU? Look around Some more and notice 2 floppy disk controllers (this computer does not have a floppy drive controller) Then Notice Hyper-V devices installed all over the place? Open up Programs and Features and Toggle Turn Windows Features on or off, Hyper-V is not checked. So I’m going what the hell? Bad image or something? Wipe the computer and install Windows 10 Pro 2004 from a ISO I have. No weird Xeon CPU no Floppy Controllers, No Hyper-V? All is as expected. Figure I must have gotten a screwed up image from Microsoft. Download a Fresh ISO of windows 10 20H2 direct from Microsoft. When Installing this time I miss click and install windows 10 Home 20H2, I figure what the hell its just a test. When I get to the desktop. I check the device manager toggle Show Hidden Devices. Again I see the Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2673 V4 @ 2.30GHZ, 2 floppy disk controllers, and Hyper-V installed on the machine. This is a fresh Blow and load of Windows 10 20H2. Then I recall Hyper-V is not officially even suppost to work on Windows 10 Home? Each install was was a clean install, no upgrades. I’m at a bit of a loss on where to go from here with Windows 10 20H2.. I mean I could manually remove all the in devices I know that are not part of the computer. But why is it installing the drivers for a Xeon CPU on a AMD system, and Why is Hyper-V being installed?

At first I thought it was dust, they are white and very small. I first noticed them when the occasional one would crawl across my phone screen laying in bed (pc is in my bedroom). I looked them up and google came up with like 1000 different bugs it could be. However due to them being really white and small I narrowed it down to dust mites or computer mites. After first seeing it on my phone, i looked around my PC and saw a few around the case, on it and looking in my Pc i noticed one on my CPU cooler. I looked around more seeing them on my monitor and keyboard and USB mic. I don't know how long i've had them, (had this et up for a year) or even how i didn't notice them. Don't know if they have been here the whole time and I just assumed there were dust so I didn't bat an eye to them. Also I don't know if they only a problem in my PC since I noticed them in other areas around my room So they could be coming from somewhere else but I haven't noticed them in groups so far always just the odd one by himself. Is it a summer thing since its approaching summer or what? Anyways any advice what to do would be appreciated. Are these harmful to my PC? How can I get rid of them? Where did they come from?

Summary The Google Store's redesigned account menu has a bug which shows anyone who has any Google Store credit at all that they have $500. However, your normal balance shows up at checkout. Quotes My thoughts Seems like someone working at Google must have made a mistake when coding this redesign. Hopefully, Google fixes this soon and not too many people are tricked by this bug but I am pretty sure most people would notice at checkout that they don't have that Google Store credit before buying something. However, this is just another case of where one small mistake can have a more widespread impact. So, I'm a first time PC builder and finished my first build a little over a month ago. My PC specs are listed below so maybe somebody can help steer me in the right direction. CPU: Intel i9 11900k GPU: Aorus Rtx 3080 Ti Master Motherboard: MSI MPG Z590 Carbon WiFi AIO: Corsair H115i Elite Capellix All is inside a Corsair 5000d Airflow, (not that it matters) So, whether or not I have it overclocked, I experience small flickering/glitches all over my screen. I believe my CPU is overclocked at I want to say 5.1 GHz? I've been reading around on forums to see if anyone else has this issue and I can't find anything that matches my issue, however I did find one threat about someone having their 10900k overclocked and experienced something similar so they tried to reset their CPU to 3.5 GHz and they said it somewhat fixed their issue. The glitches or bugs are random shapes, usually colors or just multi-squared black and Grey. Does anybody know a fix to this? I currently don't have any videos or screenshots to provide but can get them at a later time if needed.

Hey all, thought I would put this out there for any IOS users. A friend that works at GeekSquad yesterday warned me not to update my IPhone to the newest IOS 16.1.2 software as many people were coming in with broken phones after attempting the update. Of course, I forgot to disable automatic updates as I was busy at that moment. My phone performed the update automatically last night and when I woke this morning the phone was a brick. The phone appeared not to have power at all and I could not attempt a restore. I brought my phone into geeksquad this morning to fulfill the limited warranty on my Iphone. While they were submitting my warranty claim, Apple specifically has a symptom report stating "customer awoke to find their device would no longer power on". Apple providing that symptom as a choice says to me that they are aware this is an issue for many users. While performing apple's required diagnostics, GeekSquad used a tool called ICC, or integrated current checker, to test whether the phone was outputting any current. My phone could not pass the ICC test meaning it was no longer outputting any power whatsoever. Please, for all ios users, do not make my same mistake and ensure that you disable automatic updates for the moment. This was an incredibly frustrating experience to wake up to.
