I have an issue while playing a handful of titles on my PC. I seem to have an issue where my screen experiences some sort of vertical line pixelation or screen door effect in some games. The strange thing is, it only tends to happen while outdoors and near foliage such as grass or trees. If I look towards the ground, it fixes itself until I look back at the foliage. Any ideas on what's causing it or what I can try to fix it? I have an Nvidia RTX 4060 from MSI and 32 gigs of ram, and no it's not the monitor's fault as far as I know.

This is actually an awful bug, if you try and set a custom fan curve on an ASUS laptop if will just be zero RPM... Now this may not seem too bad at first, just use one of the quieter presets, except the laptop's power draw is also dependent on the mode. So if you are planning on playing games, you have to choose between not being able to hear your thoughts, or not having the performance you otherwise could. This bug has existed for years across multiple sku's from what I can see, mainly the zephyrus line which is what I use currently. I'll link some complaints below over the years but how is no one else speaking about this. Is this something that could make a wan show it’s kinda ridiculous? https://github.com/seerge/g-helper/issues/1612#issuecomment-1876943224 https://rog-forum.asus.com/t5/rog-zephyrus-series/rog-zephyrus-g15-ga503rs-ga503rs-fan-manual-mod-problem-only-cpu/td-p/973870 If anyone knows anyone of influence that could make some more noise about this I would appriciate suggestions. For a machine this expensive this shouldnt be an issue, especially for this long.

I can have my controller connected and my headphones all at he same time all running well (my headphones are also connected by usb not aux) then since I don't have a good cable yet when I accidently touch my cable with my leg the cable gets hit up which makes it disconnect (I'm using a original ps4 controller) then when the cable gets put down again a static audio bug starts and the only temp fix i have for it is just to disconnect and re connect my headphones. Video below (Hopefully its good enough but I can provide more of anything). IMG_4166.mov

I've been trying to use my Sony A5100 (ILCE-5100) Camera as a Webcam since it's much better than my cheap 10$ webcam. To use the camera, I must first need to download their app, Imaging Edge Webcam. After I tried to install it, nothing happens. No apps, nothing. Tried reinstalling it and it brought me to a dialogue that says something among the lines of "It's already installed, please uninstall first to install the application again.". I then ventured unto my C: drive, in it there's a Sony folder that has the Imaging Edge Webcam application located. Whenever I try to launch the app, this dialogue shows: Not long after I just decided to put the whole folder in the bin and installed it again since there's no Uninstall.exe in the folders. Still nothing shows up, and the folder is made again in the same directory. Launching the .exe still puts the dialogue above. I am completely lost. I have 0 idea how to fix this, Googling and using the fixes provided does nothing. Is there something wrong with my Windows installation? Or is that completely unrelated? I do remember using a debloat software about a year ago to lighten up Windows' CPU usage, but that's it. I've never encountered this at all before this particular app. Like... never.

So, for some reason, Chrome has been extremely odd lately. For some responses, it keeps opening to random websites (see image below ) with the same name as the website that I was on. I have no idea why this is happening. I do have a couple of extensions in place, like Adgaurd, which I trust, and some others too which have been an issue in the past chrome is up to date as well and my extensions. I wish I knew what was causing it I have cleared cookies and some settings, but still the same random issue. It also appears to be the same website(s) too. Any ideas?

Hey everyone! This is my first time posting or even interacting on this forum but I just am not sure what to do anymore. Recently, I was one of the unfortunate people who encounter a bug(?) on my s22 ultra, samsung won't repair for free but I've heard a bunch of users on a subreddit having the same problem where I can't use the phone on 120hz without majority of my screen showing just white pixels, a temporary fix a lot of us have used is to just switch it to 60hz for the mean time but the colors are still off on 3/4s of my screen. I literally just left my phone in my office locker and it's like that by the time I checked it at lunch time.

Having some trouble on my win10 VM. I installed guest additions on the VM and then this started happening. I uninstalled guest additions and it didn't fix this issue. Any ideas? 2023-09-07 22-23-40.mkv Edit: The funny thing is, the bug is only visual. Functionally, everything still works the same as if nothing was going on. Example: In runelite even though the program seems to be split into 6ths, all the buttons are in the same spot as if nothing were wrong.

When I go to use my computer after it has fallen asleep the background, taskbar, and icons on my desktop are all messed up. The picture shows what it usually looks like or similar. I've tried adjusting all sleep settings, I even reinstalled windows this past spring and still no change. I'm at a loss for what else to do. I feel like it could be one of my monitors, its an acer xz242Q and I may have had issues with it since then. Installing drivers did not help. Seriously, I want help with this cause I have no clue. Thanks!!

Browser, version and OS: Safari 16.0 on IOS Steps to reproduce/what were you doing before it happened? Zoom in quickly and slowly zoom out, there is a chance for the sticky header to appear in the middle of your screen. #2 write a reply (don’t post it) scroll all the way up and then to the footer and zoom in or out. What happened? The header suddenly glitched into the middle of the screen. I think it is an HTML/CSS issue What did you expect to happen? I expected to see the sticky header on top of the screen like usual Link to a page where it happened, if applicable Screenshots of the issue, if applicable: Any other relevant details: This happened on 8/23 8:40 PM EAST https://www.whatsmybrowser.org/b/2G26J If it's a cloudflare error, what was the ray ID from the bottom of the error page?

How do I submit iOS bug reports to Apple? They hade their Feedback Assistant app, but it requires you to join the beta/developer programme. Is there really no way to report bugs for a publicly major iOS release without enrolling in these?

So I just finished setting up my new PC, installed all the latest Windows 11 updates and I noticed my web browsers (chrome and edge) were both running slow AF. I go into task manager and I see a new "feature" has been added that I didn't notice before from my previous PC using Win 10, "efficiency mode". Apparently, despite being on a desktop, set to high performance mode, no shortage of RAM or CPU resources, Windows 11 keeps putting all my browser processes into "efficiency mode" which sets them to resource priority. Turning this feature off (which you can only do one process at a time) only turns it off for less than a minute before Windows 11 decides it knows better than you and turns it back on. This leaves my web browsing experience sluggish AF, feels like I am browsing on a netbook powered by an intel Atom CPU from 15 years ago. WTF Microsoft? Apparently this is some bug dating back to March 2023 that Microsoft hasn't bothered to fix? Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Does anyone know of some registry edits to remove this efficiency mode crap functionality permanently? This PC is just overkill for a media PC, there's absolutely no reason it should lag in chrome or edge at all. 10700k, RTX 3080 10GB, 16GB DDR4 3200, 970 Evo Plus, 960Mbp/s download and 30ms loaded latency.

Hello, first sorry for my english if it's a big bad, for some time I've had a problem that drives me completely crazy, in game I have big lag for 1 to 2 seconds where I can't do anything but it's not a freeze because I see myself clicking and I can still move the camera I'm just disconnected. so I've tried lots of things, reset the internet, turn the box back off and on etc. nothing has changed I've decided to try putting my 4g in USB instead and I still have the lag spike so it's not coming from my connection but from a problem on my pc I tried the drivers, the updates, the options and I reset my PC to zero to see and I still have the same problem the lag is quite rare but completely blocks me for 1 to 2 seconds here's a video to show you what it looks like we can see that everything is going normally i have 19 ping (top left) then suddenly everything freezes i can still move the mouse click on the floor we see the green marker so the game didnt freeze then after one to 2 seconds everything resumes and i see that i'm up to 300+ ping I really don't know what to do, I can't figure out what's causing the problem, especially since it's not due to my connection, because as I said, it happens to me with any connection. i made a video with msi afterburner limiting fps to 110 and with some info on the other hand, the ping didn't increase as you can see in the top left corner, it stayed below 20, and the fps remained stable at 110 during the bug, but the game was still running fine. I was able to choose my skill etc. there was just a drop in FPS once it was over because in HOTS the game doesn't pick up where the game left off but just accelerates where I left off, so all the effects that are played at the same time the drop is normal. config : CPU : AMD Ryzen 5 3600 MB : Gigabyte B550M DS3 ram : 16 Go DDR4 3.2 GHz Barrette G.Skill de 8 Go x2 GC : AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT SSD : SSD KINGSTON SA2000M81000G i have very good internet fibre please i really need some help maybe it's my Network card the probleme? but i can't install another one on my MB because the 6700 is so big it take the 3 pci place

I noticed this issue about 3 months back. Sometimes when I restart or shutdown my laptop, Most of my startup apps don't load up after booting, and when I check taskbar, they aren't even on the list either, the startup folder is empty as well. And in the apps, the option to startup with Windows is also unchecked or unticked. Not sure what exactly is the issue, a registry bug or a virus? Need Help. It's g etting pretty frustrating

I'm unsure about the specific error I'm facing, so let me provide some context. In the past, when I first started using Windows 10 Home on my prebuilt desktop computer, I had the freedom to open and use any browser I wanted. At that time, my computer came with an account that had no email assigned to it. To make the account feel more personal, I assigned my email, the same one I use for my Microsoft account, to it. However, a couple of days later, I encountered an issue. If I recall correctly, when I tried to open Chrome, a Windows warning message appeared, stating that browsers may contain 18+ content. I closed the prompt, but from that point onwards, whenever I attempted to open a non-Microsoft Edge browser, I would receive an error message consisting of random letters, numbers, symbols, hex codes, and file locations. Upon closing the error message, the non-Edge browsers would also close. Later, I remembered the 18+ content message and discussed it with my mother. We discovered that the Microsoft family permissions on my account were accidentally set to restricted. My mother changed the settings back to the intended unrestricted level, resulting in the non-Edge browsers closing without any error messages. What made it particularly strange was that after my PC started up, the non-Edge browsers would open and function properly for a while. However, after some time, they would automatically close, just like closing any window using the X button, without any forceful termination. This happened at a normal speed. Hoping for a resolution, I upgraded to Windows 11, but unfortunately, the exact same issue persists, along with the same closing behaviour. I've noticed that this problem doesn't occur on new accounts without any assigned emails or with unused email addresses of mine. However, I'm eager to identify the specific error and explore possible solutions, preferably without having to create a new account and go through the hassle of moving terabytes of games into different folders or similar actions. I have had this problem for 3 years.

{System: Asus B450F Strix, R5 3600, Teamgroup 2x8 DDR4 3200mhz, EVGA GTX 1070 SC, MSI Spatium M371 1TB, EVGA 500B(I think) , Win 10.} So I have a computer with a B450f Strix motherboard , and after I installed my m.2 SSD (msi spatium m371) I noticed an issue. Whenever I performed a "clean" shutdown, like powering off from bios, or from using power off and restart buttons in windows, when I powered it back on, the motherboard displayed a VGA led indicator. But, if I held the power button after that and did a complete shutdown, and then powered back on, it would work just fine. Here's what I did to try and troubleshoot it: Take it in and out of sleep mode (it worked, no issues) Reflash VBIOS Reseat and change GPUs (Radeon and NVidia) Change between DVI and DP Remove my SSD Reset BIOS to defaults Turn off Fast Startup in Windows EDIT: Turned off fast boot in bios Can anyone with a galaxy brain help? Also EDIT: breaks after saving and rebooting from the bios, but exiting with no saved changes works fine.

Hello, Recently i have been having an issue with the browsers in my pc where certain websites will produce a crackling/popping sound whenever sound is being played. For some reason however, this only happens to select websites in the browsers. Youtube and spotify sound perfectly fine but other sites like Twitch and Reddit with produce that crackling sound when audio is being played. I first saw this issue on Chrome and thought that it was just a chrome bug but I replicated it in Opera GX, Edge and Brave and saw the exact same issue. I am using wireless headphones so I switched to a wired set and could still hear it . This audio bug does not happen in other applications and games, only in the browsers. Another thing that i have noticed is that there is also a visual bug on the browsers. Whenever I hover over things, there are some glitched lines that show up like this. again, it only happens in the browsers and not in other applications sorry if this seems like much, this is my first time posting here and i have been trying to resolve this issue for a couple days now, Thanks! computer specs: windows 11 AMD ryzen 7 5700G Nvidia 3060TI 16gb Ram for the other components I am not sure as this is a prebuilt. I just noticed a serious privacy issue with Facebook. When just viewing someone profile on Android app it's automatically sent requests to them. At first I thought it was a human error then I couldn't locate the "friend request" or the message to cancel it. Other users on reddit have reported the issue. Now I have all these unsavoury friend suggestions. Check your Facebook hasn't been affected, hope this information helps. Hi all, I tried raising the issue on Twitter but seems like no one from Google cares about a random tweet so anyway.. Here is the issue, The screen just freezes/hangs We cannot open new apps or switch apps but in the background/running apps send notifications and work but the screen is unresponsive and stuck The way to reproduce the issue 1) Zoom or Any other app that allows picture-in-picture or display over apps as allowed now minimise Zoom or any other apps could be even Disney Hotstar etc your video/ call will be playing and running in the background 2) Now open any other app say 9gag, Google Photos, or Microsoft Teams say a video or gif is playing and boom the screen freezes when you try to maximise Zoom or Disney Hotstar etc You can still listen to the audio call or listen to the movie playing but the screen is hung/stuck Waiting for 10 minutes has no effect, the only solution seems to reboot the device after holding the power button for 30 seconds. This issue seems to be PIxel specific cause my old One Plus 6 does not have the same issue

My laptop(MSI GF65)with an RTX 3060 and an Core i7-10750H always uses its dedicated GPU to display. This makes the laptop very power hungry making it last about 1.5-2 hours on a full charge, which is very unacceptable. I'm pretty sure this is software side issue as I didn't have this when I got the laptop for the first time. Also, when you turn on the laptop and it starts on the iGPU then switches to the dGPU as soon as windows is up. This issue apart from draining the battery, it also heats up the laptop significantly. I can understand which GPU is the laptop using by looking at the color of the light on the powerbutton. White for iGPU and red/orange for the dGPU. Things I have tried so far: 1. Reinstalling the dragon centre 2. Toggling settings in the Nvidia Control Panel and Display settings in the windows settings 3. Disabling, reenabling the dGPU from the device manager. Although the disabling was reflected in the Task Manager, it didn't change the light to white, even after restarting. This gave me a doubt if the software controlling the light has some kind of bug, but i have noticed both GPUs being used simultaneously when opening an application like the browser.

Hi everyone, I come to you as a desespered man, for months now my PC has been behaving strangely and i don't know what causes that. When i play games, i get random pc freezes, more likely when there is a sudden loud sound or lots of sounds comming from differents objects but sometime it happens while there is nothing specials going on. The sound and the image will freeze and if i just alt tab it come back but there will be (not everytime) a delay between image and sound (not only in games but from everything : game, windows, youtube...). I use a Focusrite solo USB external sound card, and i thought it might be driver issue or faulty hardware but it also happend when i use motherboard headphone jack. It only happens in game but i don't think that it comes from my GPU, i had an similar issue with my old GPU, the pc would not freeze but all sound would mute and come back after few seconds. I tryied reinstalling windows, i tryed differents versions of both audio and GPU drivers but the problem still persist. Here's my scpecs : CPU : Ryzen 5 3600 Mobo : Aorus x570 Elite Ram : 16gb G skill trident Z 3600 mHz GPU : AMD rx 6700 xt PSU : Seasonic 750W 80+ gold Hoppefully someone has an idea.

Windows 10 Task Manager takes about 5 seconds to close. After clicking the x it goes white and just shows Task manager and File Options and View Tabs and all white in the box below them. Its not debilitating, as my system still runs good, its just an annoying very minor glitch/bug i'd like to fix if possible. I did chkdsk and sfcscannow and nothing of note. I'd show a pic of what i mean but everytime i print screen and put it on paint it doesnt show the task manager glitching for some reason.
