Hello I have a N100 Mini-pc that I would like to have running in a remote location. Is miracast 2 the best way to connect it wirelessly to my main monitor? Is there other alternatives or free ones?

Hi, I've been using a WiFi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3 PCIe card for a few years, but now I got a new motherboard, which has WiFi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 onboard. So I simply removed my old WiFi card. I proceeded to install all the drivers the motherboard prompted me to (including Intel WiFi and Bluetooth), then updated the Bluetooth drivers again using the Windows updater. Now, I can't connect to any devices I have already been paired to and I can't remove those devices from the paired list. (It says an error occured while trying to remove the device or something like that.) When I serch for new devices to pair with, it shows me available devices but I don't own them so I won't try connecting to them. All devices I own are paired already. That is a problem, because it means I can't use any of my Bluetooth devices right now. I'm almost certain this is a driver issue, but I don't really know what to do about it. Can you help me?

So I've been looking at reviews between the Skullcandy Crusher ANC2 and the Anker Soundcore Space Q45 since both contain active noise cancelling (ANC) with multipoint pairing between 2 bluetooth sources. It will be used between a work laptop to answer Teams calls/meetings and a phone/ipad for Spotify and used primarily foir the entirety while im working. Spotify will mainly be video game lo-fi and occasionally some songs with bass. Or in some cases, it would be nice for the headphone to seamlessly switch from my phone playing Spotify to easily/quickly switch to the work laptop for a Teams meeting ad seamlessly switch back to the phone and resume Spotify. Between the 2, which would be the better headphones overall? Or if neither are a good pair, what other recommendations should I look at?

I have a pair of Logitech Astro A30s and I'd like to modify their firmware. Tbh the headphones are pretty great for what I need! Just the firmware is sooo bad. There's weird volume changes, the headphones go to sleep if I'm too still for too long, the sound effect for connecting to a Bluetooth source is painfully loud, ect. I do have experience with programming, and I'm fairly tech savvy, but I haven't worked with firmware before. I was hoping I could get some insight from more experienced people into how difficult this will be to do, or if possible some resources on how to do this. (Also, please don't just tell me to get different headphones, I legitimately do like almost everything but the firmware, and some of the things I want from headphones are hard to find.)

I am having an issue very similar to the person in the linked forum and I was wondering if there was another way to fix this issue without RMAing the board.

Built a new PC as my old one was having a ton of issues likely being the motherboard either due to it's age or a bad PSU I had to RMA. I just built this new PC and everything runs amazing except for the Bluetooth Dongle brought from my old PC. When plugged in the audio in connected earbuds crackles and distorts (even worse if a controller is simultaneously connected) and it even makes my PC occasionally lag/stutter with the mouse lagging and a weird rapid beeping noise. These same issues happened in my old build, so it has to be the adapter, right? Is it possible that connecting this likely faulty dongle damaged my new PC? Is there a better Bluetooth solution for multidevice connection? New PC Specs: Motherboard: ASUS Prime Z-690-A RAM: 32gb DDR5 6000MHz CPU: i5-12600K PSU: EVGA 750 GQ, 80+ GOLD OS: Windows 10 Pro GPU: Zotac 3060 ti lhr

Hi there! I got new wireless sony headphones about a month ago, and today they suddenly stopped working, while I was watching a youtube video. I tried the troubleshooting steps which were listed on the sony website, such as trying to charge them, reseting them and so on, but no results. I get no LED output, i even opened them, and all the wires seemed fine and none of them were loose. I tried to contact Sony support, but i couldn't get into their support website, as it states that: "Access was denied". What should I do? Please help.

Every time I try to connect my bluetooth headphones (Sony MDR-XB950BT) to my computer, I only get the "hands-free audio" which gives horrific audio quality and not the full capabilities of my headphones. I used to be able to get the full range but due to some driver issue I only get that. I checked device manager and found that the Microsoft Bluetooth A2DP device was giving an error with Code 52 and that should be the source of my error. So I tried to reinstall my bluetooth drivers (I use the built in bluetooth from my motherboard, Gigabyte B450 I AORUS PRO WIFI) and even after going through every version Gigabyte had to offer, I still get the error. Is there anything I could do from here? Basic Specs - Motherboard - Gigabyte B450 I AORUS PRO WIFI (Latest BIOS) CPU - AMD R5 2600X

I'm having an issue with a Python project script on my Ubuntu system, involving Bluetooth communication with an Android/Linux system. The script, titled project-script.py, is engineered to configure a Bluetooth adapter and execute a range of Bluetooth commands. However, I am running into an issue where the script is unable to recognize my Bluetooth adapter 'hci1 The error message that appears is: Unable to find adapter 'hci1', aborting. The output when I attempt to execute the script is as follows: vboxuser@ubuntu:~/Downloads/hi_my_name_is_keyboard-main$ ./project-script.py -i hci1 -t 5C:F3:70:AA:07:BD [2024-01-15 15:37:39.259] executing 'sudo service bluetooth restart' [sudo] password for vboxuser: [2024-01-15 15:37:45.538] configuring Bluetooth adapter [2024-01-15 15:37:45.550] calling RegisterProfile [2024-01-15 15:37:45.558] running dbus loop [2024-01-15 15:37:45.560] Unable to find adapter 'hci1', aborting. I have made sure that the Bluetooth adapter is correctly plugged in and is recognized by the system. Additionally, I have restarted the Bluetooth service and checked that all necessary permissions and dependencies are in place. Despite these measures, the 'hci1' adapter remains undetected by the script.

Hi LTT forum! For a while, my new phone is unable to connect via bluetooth to my pc, and its kinda frustrating after 2 years of working. The only things that changed from my old phone to my new one is really only the model number (from a Samsung A52 to a S21), and i say that cuz i used smart switch and every file between my phones have moved over, even my bluetooth connection list. The phones have the same bluetooth technologies and the bluetooth drivers on my pc remained the same, and since i changed my phone, neither of the phones are able to connect, but my headphones (Sumsung buds 2) are able to connect both to my pc and my phone with no problems. Does anybody knows/encountered the same problems? If so pls let me know how you managed to fix it! my bluetooth adapter: (Asus BT-400) Desktop 2023.11.30 - 11.28.02.01.mp4 Screen_Recording_20231130_112632_Settings.mp4

Hi everyone of this awesome community, I have had the last two weeks the most head breaking problem whit my Bluetooth. It just disappaered, no trace of Bluetooth ever existing on my laptop. I go to setting but couldn't turn it on or off. couldn't add any devices. I tried all this but whit no luck. Things that DID NOT work: Using the Windows 10 quick actions panel to turn on Bluetooth. Result: This option did not appear at all. Using Control Panel's Bluetooth settings. Result: This option did not appear at all. Device Manager - scanning for hardware. Result: No effect. Drivers for the hidden Bluetooth devices were already up to date. Windows Updates. Result: No effect. Reinstalling the recommended Acer drivers for the package (Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377). Result: No effect. Performing a typical restart of Windows. Result: No effect. Using services.msc to start, restart, or reconfigure Bluetooth-related services. Result: No effect. Reinstalling third party driver packages for the same hardware. Result: The installer would not complete because the Bluetooth hardware was not detected. Windows Troubleshooter for Bluetooth. Result: The troubleshooter would not complete because the Bluetooth hardware was not detected. The one thing that fixed it all!! Do a complete shut down (hold SHIFT and shut down the computer), unplug the computer from all power for 10 seconds, plug the computer in and start the computer. It just reappeared and worked fine. Finally this fucking he-adage of a problem is over. I wanted to share this because i noticed lots of people having this problem. My network chip is a Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 Wireless Network Adapter in a Acer Aspire E5-575G ligthly modified whit extra ram and storage. Have a great day.

Installed my wifi card, installed the drivers for wifi card, and the wifi card usually has a red led that lights up the wifi symbol on the card, but nothing, i did all i could to try to fix, but nothing, so i sent it back to amazon and bought a b450 pro-vdh max which arrived yesterday, this time the motherboard detects the bluetooth and the bluetooth works fine now, but still no wifi. I have no idea what is wrong. in board explorer, it shows the slot that the wifi card is in "pci_e3" as empty. I've updated the bios to lated and everything

Whenever I use any Bluetooth headphones and try to watch a YT video, the audio doesn't come out through the Headphones. when I check if it's connected it shows that it has been disconnected as soon as I played the YT video. Some times I get lucky and the video does work but the next one doesn't. The headphones work flawlessly on a phone or outside the browser. I'd like to find a solution to this since it has been buggin me for a long time, also because I'll need to use the headphones soon for my university's blackboard.

I work at both the the office and at home occasionally depending on the need. I have found that using my beats for teams meetings works very well on my Dell, and the same can be said for my Iphone. However I am finding I would like to find something that could connect to two sources at once. At home it can get a bit noisy so I use my earbuds to use my phone/Dell laptop as needed. A lot of times I will have music/video/podcasts going on my computer too. I would love to have something that could switch easily between them when my phone rings. I have looked up couple of Multipoint capable devises and would like to here your experience with them if you have any. Thank you.

I have recently noticed this, and it is getting to be quite annoying on my iPhone X. On my iPhone, my wifi just stopped working for some reason. The button is greyed out and I can't click it, so I am unable to use wifi. The same thing happens with Bluetooth. It just keeps on "infinently loading," but I am unable to connect to bluetooth. I have tried restarting(multiple times) and force restarting(multiple times). Any solutions to this are appreciated.

So I am trying to pair my PC and phone via Bluetooth, but it connects for about half a second then disconnects and keeps on doing that. Connecting Bluetooth Speakers, Headphone, mouse or keyboard works fine. I tried going to device manager and in "Bluetooth Properties". Then to "Power Management" tab and Unchecking "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power", but even that did not solve the issue. Recently, just to try the Windows 11, I installed it in one SSD (on the same PC), and in that OS the Bluetooth paired successfully. Please help if anyone has any idea on what the issue is and what am I doing wrong? How do I fix it? Hey, Anyone know if there is a headset that plays sound from both devices (in my case PS4/5 and PC) that can connect with either: - Two bluetooth at once, no wires needed (PS4/5 and PC) -or- - One bluetooth (PS4/5) and one wired (PC) The most important thing here, is that I can hear sounds from both, voice chat from PS and general sound on my PC. I've been using Steelseries headset with the gamedac, and it's worked fine, but everytime I open a game on my PC, a buzzing/white noise starts, which is very annoying. And now I'm moving around my setup and would like to match the PS with a proper TV, while the PC is at my desk.

I went to check the bluetooth version in the device manager and the firmware version is: LMP 12.13444. What is this version? Could it be bluetooth 5.3? I didn't find anything about it.

Basically, my keyboard stops working after waking from sleep or when I switch it to USB mode. I use my royal kludge rk71 in Bluetooth mode and on a fresh restart, it works without any issues. If I put my computer to sleep, on the next wake my keyboard stops working. Interestingly, if at this point I connect this keyboard via a USB cable, it still won't work. Also if I connect the keyboard to the USB cable, the keyboard becomes unresponsive and doesn't work anymore even after switching to Bluetooth mode. It also becomes unresponsive if the keyboard is kept idle for many hours. The only thing that I've found to fix it is a restart. I've tried several things, listing them from memory here: 1. Reinstalled drivers 2. Tried updating drivers but all shows driver is updated. 3. Disabled "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" in device manager for all USB controllers and HID devices, as well as Intel Wireless Bluetooth. 4. I'm on the latest drivers from Intel, AMD, and Windows Update 5. Disabled USB Selective Suspend in Power Options for USB and PCIe. 6. Ran troubleshooters for Bluetooth, power and keyboard but nothing found. 7. Stopped, Started, Restarted Bluetooth Support Service in services.msc 8. Set Bluetooth Support Service to trigger Automatically and configured the Logon setting to use Local Service. 9. Tried turning off and on both the keyboard and the Bluetooth. 10. Paired the device once again. The Bluetooth settings shows that the device is connected but none of the keys I press seems to work on the laptop. The laptop specs: Asus Vivobook S15 Intel Core i5 8265U 16GB DDR4 RAM, NVIDIA MX150 GPU. I'm also including some additional setups in case if any of them comes to of use. I have an LG 24 inch monitor connected to the laptop via an HDMI. A USB C hub connected to the laptop with the keyboard usb cable and a LAN cable. I also have a logitech k380 bluetooth keyboard that I use on my Dell lattitude 5320 which never seemed to create any problem so far. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks in advance.

Discord on android destroys audio quality
bob the slob posted a topic in Programs, Apps and Websites
When I talk to anyone on Discord, it destroys audio for all other apps, I searched the internet to see if there was anything, but nothing worked for me. There was someone who said they fixed it by stopping Discord from using call volume or audio and media instead. Do any of you know of a way to do this, or any other way? I am using a Bluetooth headset, the xm5 -
