Budget (including currency): 1000-1500 GBP Country: England Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: fivem, minecraft, jwe2, misc Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): gor parts list from pc parkpicker based off the deal with the amd ryzen 7, i have a kooru 27 inch curved gaming monitor from amazon already, i want 60-120fps and around 120htz and upgrading from a ps5 but still keeping it. could also do with a mechanical keyboard as i got a steelseries but i think its a membrane so a fairly cheap option would be nice but not part of the budget not bothered about it being over the top and ill be buying the cpu this month definitely and possibly a few other parts. The rest will be brought over the beginning of the new year

Hey people I am thinking of building my first gaming pc and I would love to get some suggestuon or improvement in my build. I was going to buy a laptop as I thought I would have to frequently move cities but thought investing over a good PC might be more value for the money as I came to a decision to stay at my current place for atleast next 4 years of my college life. I am kind of confused to whether my psu would meet my power requirements and whether I can make a few compromises here and their and save a few money. And I am confused if the case I selected will be a bottleneck considering my AIO and if this build can potentially cause any future issues.Few questions I have are Will I need to buy windows separately and install it on my pc after build? If so then how do I do so? Is this build future proof? Am I blasting my budget on anything that's overkill or might not improve performance much if downgraded? . . . Help is much needed and appreciated.

Looking for a bit of help, Just Started a new build idea and have some questions. The Set Up: CPU: AMD 5 1600 MotherBoard: MSI PRO B450M PRO-M2 MAX AM4 PowerSupply: Aresgame 500w RAM: Corsair (2x 8GB) 16GB Memory: 1TB SSD The Question is this understanding the factors of no intergrated graphics this would mean I would have to get a GPU before trying to get in to the bios or even see a picture correct? And senses this is a bit of a budget build what would be the best under $200.00 GPU out there? Sorry about the Missed spelling.. Doing this when driving is something I shouldn’t be doing but ahhhhh. When you brain on over drive it doesn’t help….

Hi everyone, I'm going to build my first ever build real soon, i have everything picked out already, but there is still some minute details I wonder about.... So first, here are the relevant specs : P500A DRGB case ( comes with 3 140 front fans pre-installed) 360 Arctic LFII x570 Aurous Elite 3080 Ryzen 5900x 2 Samsung M.2 ( I panicked when the shortage started and bought 2 ) I'm going to leave the front fans as they are, put the AIO on top; and install a rear 120 arctic fan. I have a couple of questions so I would love it if you answer separately to each one, so bear with me. 1. when it comes it thermals, is this the optimal setup? 2. Is this setup considered balanced pressure or negative? should I be worried about dust? and if so what can I do the to avoid the problem without sacrificing cooling pref 3. I have one 980 pro SSD and 970 Evo plus, I think that my motherboard only comes with a thermal guard(I guess that's how its called?) for SSDs, I'm thinking about placing the 980 with thermal guard in the slot closest to the CPU for pref, which leaves the 970 bare and under the mercy of the scorching hot 3080, should I be worried about it thermal throttling ? 4. I believe ill be hoking 7 fans overall with the help of splitters to three fan headers, should i be worried about my board shorting because of too much fans ? ( stupid que I know) 5. I need this build for both gaming and productivity, so I was torn between this case and the lancool ii mesh, and although according to Steve's video its 5 degrees lower in CPU torture test, I just liked the p500a more looks-wise and feature-wise. knowing that I do not plan to overclock in the future, is the better temps really worth it ? specially when the p500a already has good temps If you have read this far, thank you so much!

Budget (including currency): 2000USD Country: Middle East Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Games: Monster Hunter World, Overwatch, Destiny, ffxi - Streaming Twitch - Editing: Blender, DaVinci Resolve 16 Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I already have a monitor for chat and streaming Benq GW2480 - Headset - keyboard and mouse. I only need the other stuff, I have prepared a list but I would like to hear others suggestion if it fits my need or I will face any problem. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/hPwbK3 For the video graphic it is either RTX 3080 or waiting for the new series AMD Radeon 6000 As for the resolution and refresh rate 144hz Since I'm from the Middle East I'm probably gonna get the parts from newegg.com for some reason it is more efficient than amazon when it comes to shipping! I have time until the end of November. Please tell me what you think and if there is a better fit case with good airflow! Thank you!

Me and my dad started building a new PC for me, we got all the parts and Windows. We had installed all the parts and we went to boot up the PC so we could install Windows and all the fans except the ones in my GPU and the ones that go to the liquid cooling block. The light built in my GPU aren't turning on and the CPU de-bug light on my motherboard is on and nothing comes up when plugged into a monitor. Since I'm new to building PCs I don't even know where to start.

Budget (including currency): 35000 - 40000 INR ($463.55 - $529.77) Country: INDIA Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Mostly for programming, little bit of graphic designing Existing parts lists: Keyboard, mouse, VGA monitor, MicroATX case I am planning to build a budget PC but also future proof or up-gradable so i am confused between So can you suggest certain configurations with AMD with Integrated graphics (every option after 2400g ) and non-integrated one Intel : Is is better for value and work ? If yes then the above options HDMI enabled boards with availability of future upgrades (I can adjust VGA to HDMI Connector ) Graphics with minimum cost and max reliability (since I won't be using it for gaming and like really minimal graphic designing) and if viable second hand options available I am opting for HDD(7200 rpm) but if SSD options are available in this budget i am open to that too Any help is highly appreciated

This PC will be for gaming and light CAD. My budget is around 2,300 USD without taxes(2,600 ish total), along with a 1440p 144hz+ monitor (IPS or higher end VA) and the ane pro 2 100USD mechanical keyboard. I can't decide if I want my first build to be a flex with fancy and cool RGB or if I want pure performance. Also I need $ for OS, 365, anti virus etc. I've made this 2 builds. Please make sure to scold me on what I did wrong: - Performance - Aesthetics: Thoughts?????????

As the title suggest, I'm here for guidance from the PC master race. Know little to nothing about PCs so I'm looking for a complete build. Not looking for anything crazy expensive atm so budget for build is $600 USD. Open to anything and willing to raise budget if better gaming experience is provided. Peripherals already taken care of.

So I’m switching to PC pretty soon as Playstation and Xbox just aren’t fun to me anymore, but I don’t know a damn thing about building but I’m willing to give it a shot! But I thought I’d come here and see if I could get some tips on a nice setup. A guy sent me a setup but I also want some opinions on it and maybe see if I should spend extra or keep that setup. AMD Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 GHz 6-Core Processor ASRock B450M Pro4-F Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard Team T-FORCE VULCAN Z 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory Sabrent Rocket 512 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive MSI GeForce RTX 2060 6 GB VENTUS OC Video Card Cooler Master MasterBox Q300L MicroATX Mini Tower Case EVGA BQ 600 W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply Deepcool RF 120 (3 in 1) 56.5 CFM 120 mm Fans That’s around $776 for me. Should I spend more? Or is that a good setup for a beginner? Any help would be much appreciated!!!

Hey Guys, I am a beginner. I really don't know anything about it. Here is my pc spec. Please take a look : Processor : RYZEN 7 3700x Motherboard : ASUS TUF Gamimg X570-PLUS (wifi) Graphics Card: Shapphire Nitro Radeon RX 470 8GB (I am planning to buy a new one. Waiting for RTX 3000 release so that I can buy a 2000 series card.... ) Memory : (Geil DDR4 Super Luce RGB 3200MHz)x2 with D.O.C.P enabled Boot Drive : Transcend NVMe 240GB Power Supply: Thermaltake Smart SE 730W. CPU Cooler: Thermaltake Water 360. Like in R20 I am getting like 4500+ scores. While Testing my cpu temperature was 75°C. At idle condition, I get like 43°C to 54°C . Room temperature average 30°C. Note: Now I don't want to do any extreme level overclocking. Like if I get 4.20 Gz. Or I get R20 score like 4800+ I will be really happy. Please help me out. TIA

Ever since UE4 went free to use (you have to pay royalties though) I have been interested in using it to make a game. Before I was interested in the free version of Unity, how ever the free version of Unity lags far behind Unreal in it's feature set. Although there are plenty of tutorials online for free, it seems most of the ones that are good and actually help me advance my understanding of UE4 cost money to view. TLDR: Are there any comprehensive and helpful Unreal Engine 4 tutorials to help people learn to make games in it? An FPS game to be specific, but anything that helps me learn my way around UE4 is good enough.

Budget: $900-$1,200USD Country: USA Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Mostly for gaming and probably streaming in the future. And uploading footage to youtube. Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I already have the case, I don't have a keyboard. I'm not upgrading from anything this is my first pc build. Planning to buy all parts in the next 3-4 months. 1080p Max settings 120fps. I plan on using my TV as a monitor and the case I bought is Phantek P600S. I would prefer to stay within 900 dollars if possible. If not its fine. This is the parts list I made in PC builder. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/p9F8mr Yes I am aware if I'm going to be recording footage or streaming I would need a better GPU and more storage for the footage. For now currently this is what I will be running. I will upgrade the needed parts over time.
