I have alot of issues with this mouse but this is the most annoying one. It takes maybe a day or a day and a half for the mouse to completely just stop working with half full batteries. Aswell, the bluetooth has just completely stopped working and will not be detected. Does anyone have any clue how to fix this?

I have a Predator Helios 300 (2020) that has an issue whereby when i have my charger plugged in, the battery and power light indicator blinking infinitely in the middle of gaming mostly and at random times but goes on when it triggers but when i replug the charger in the charging port, everything goes back to normal for a minute or two before it goes back to blinking. FYI, my laptop's main board was shortcircuited like a week ago, and the technician came and replace the main board and now im left with an issue which is this. I need some help with this issue and hopefully someone can clarify the issue to me or better even provide a fix for it. The temporary fix that i did was i disconnected the battery from the main board, so now everythings fine, i hope i could get a clear answer on whats the issue is whether its the battery or the charger or whatever Thanks everyone for replying! battery isuue.mp4

Last month battery capacity fell below 10%, it stopped charging. So I ordered a new one and received the battery this week (2021-05-05). After receiving the new battery, I replaced the old battery and plugged the charger. Without waiting for it to fully charge, just to see if the battery was getting detected, I turned on the system. It showed 86% battery available and also indicated that it is charging, so I shut down the system and kept it for charging. After an hour or so I checked to see if the battery indicator turned green, it was still yellow. The surface of the battery was pretty hot at this point. So, I immediately unplugged the charger and took the battery out and allowed it to cool down. After some time, I reinstalled the battery and turned it back on (without connecting the charger). This time it showed 10% battery. I thought it would be due to the battery change, so to allow the battery to fully charge I shut down the system and plugged the charger. Again allowed it to charge, this time I checked the battery temp (by touching the surface) at regular intervals but didn't find any heating issue. After waiting for more than 40 minutes, I turned it on (plugged in state) , but it was still showing 10%. Then I disconnected the charger, to see if the battery was draining or not, after 2 - 3 minutes of usage, the battery charge dropped by 1% (9%). Also I noticed one strange thing, that is the battery indicate icon is not showing any indication of charging. It stayed still and shows battery percent 8% available (plugged in). Its been over two days since I installed this battery, it is still showing 8% available (plugged in) I checked the board to see if there are any issues, didn't find any damage. I recently replaced the battery and it worked fine for the first day. I accidentally left it running before going to work last night and it died completely. Now it will not hold a charge. It turns on when plugged in but immediately turns off when unplugged. I updated all drivers and quality of life updates for Windows 10, I held down the battery reset button on the back of the laptop and unplugged the battery then held down the power button and reconnected the battery. The charging indicator doesn't turn on either.

Hey guys, Last week, one day I woke up and I pulled my Xiaomi Mi 9T off the charger and I noticed it was especially hot. After that it's battery started to drain extremely. I've sent it to the official service, they have replaced the battery. But even after that, problem still existed. I sent it back, they replaced it again plus the charging port. Now it is useable at least but still drains fast (3 hour screen time max). Do you guys have any ideas and tips what should I do? Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone, My computer often shows a notification with : "Battery Low". This notification appears and then disappears almost instantaneously. The problem is : my laptop's always plugged in.... *sad noises* Something else is strange : my computer crashes randomly to a black screen, complete shut down and no restart (unless I start it by myself, pushing the power button).... Thermals are high but not too much, just reaching 90°C (max temp = 100°C) at peek use (Minecraft + Minecraft server [4 players] + Discord + Spotify in background). Can someone help me find what is going on here ? My laptop is a bit old (6 years this November), I don't consider buying a new one for now (I'm gonna go in engineering studies so I'll wait until a school tells me what computer specs to choose). Tell me if you already had this problem and if you could help me. FYI : I already changed the thermal paste (November 2019), I changed from 8GB to 12GB of DDR3 RAM (4GB soldered + 4GB on stick, to 4GB soldered + 8GB on stick so now it is single-channel), I cleaned my computer and removed every bit of dust in it, all my drivers are the latest available, my BIOS is updated to its latest available version too, I already changed my battery once 2 years ago (the original is dead). I really need help. Please consider helping me or just giving me an advice and/or some feedback from your experience.

I have recently purchased an MSI GL75 9SD gaming laptop during the after Christmas sales in Australia. After using the laptop for a few days, when the computer is idling or gaming the battery is making a weird almost low pitched electronic screeching sound and a constant buzzing, is this normal (first laptop I have ever owned). When its plugged in the noise gets substantially louder and moving the battery power slider changes how loud the noise is. Should I send the Laptop back under warranty or try and fix the problem myself (have experience working with towers but not laptops). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I have a Microsoft Surface Book from 2015 that is fresh out of the box, never used. Although it was also bought a while ago just sitting on a shelf never used so it no longer has a warranty on it. I turned it on and it booted right up, I set it up just fine. I got it through some updates except for the windows cumulative update. It repeatedly said update failed and to try the trouble shooter so I did, and it said, "Potential Windows Update Database error detected". So I am not a computer genius so I don't know what that means but what I do know is that some Surface updates from the device manager kept saying restart required and I would restart the computer and it would boot back up and saying installing update but it only took about 10 seconds and in those 10 seconds it flashed the screen about 3 times saying installing updates. Guess what, they weren't updated. I cleaned the drive by doing a completed reset and I reset the system image. Nothing seemed to work. I just realized that I forgot to mention my whole issue... The tablet battery is not charging. It is stuck at 0% but battery 2 is charging (in the keyboard) I have manually detached the tablet from the keyboard and plugged in the tablet but that just made it boot up, log on and turn off after 10 seconds. The keyboard battery has gone through a full discharge and recharge now. The Surface Diagnosis tool says both batteries have 0% wear but it sometimes gets rid of the tablet battery on the screen, by that I mean when i'm looking at the battery information the keyboard battery stays on the screen as solid text saying 0% wear and the tablet battery disappears from the screen once and a while so I can't see the wear level. Now i'm taking this Surface to a Best Buy to check if its just a dead battery or a lose battery cable which i'm guessing it is. Any idea on whats wrong? I don't trust myself opening it up. Now its Sunday, I took it to Best Buy just to hear that Microsoft doesn't allow them to repair the Surface's. Well, now I may have to pay $100 just for shipping to a Microsoft Store. Go Microsoft!

Today when I opened my laptop (Inspiron 5590 series) the orange light started blinking which usually happens when the battery is low, inspite being fully charged. Also, when I try to disconnect the charger from the laptop, it suddenly powers of and won't turn on until its plugged in again. Can anyone help me sort out this issue please. VID_20200717_075220.mp4

I have a XPS 15 9560 that is around 3 years old now. Today, while gaming (and connected to AC power), the laptop restarted unexpectedly (this is the first time it happened). Also, yesterday, I received a low battery message despite being connected to AC power and the battery indicator on screen saying fully charge. I thought it was a thermal load issue which has been covered multiple times on the Dell forums; however, there was no "shutting down" or "restarting" message. The laptop screen just suddenly went black, the laptop completely shut down, then turned back on itself after a few seconds. I checked the battery capacity and it is at approximately 2/3 of maximum (61,000 of 97,000 mWh). Also, I noticed that when I removed the AC power supply, the laptop would shut down after a second and would not turn back on at all. Moreover, the battery indicator button on the side of the laptop would not function with the AC power supply removed. Once the AC supply is reconnected, the laptop could be manually turned back on. Is this issue related to the battery being too old (since it is at 2/3 of max capacity) or could it be that the battery connection is faulty, or could it be another problem? Some help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I have a Dell Precision M4400 which I have had for a long time, I use it for school and work. I bought a Dell GN752 slice battery for it about a year ago and it worked at the time. I put the laptop away for a little while while I was using my M6500 for school, and I'm tired of the bigger machine. So I switched back to the M4400 with the slice and it will no longer recognize the slice battery. If any one knows anything about the dell slice batteries I would appreciate enlightment. If you need any information further I would be happy to provide it, I'm just not sure what to provide. Thanks much!
