I recently built a new system using the Antec DP 503 case. It comes with an ARGB and fan hub, along with three front 120mm fans. While creating fan curves to suit my preferences, I noticed that the additional fans directly connected to the motherboard (PWM Arctic PST) respond well. However, the four fans connected to the hub do not follow the curve. Additionally, the three included fans consistently run between 1000 RPM to 2100 RPM, regardless of the fan curve applied. I've tried using both the BIOS fan curve and fan control software, but with no success. The hub has a 4-pin PWM header connected to the motherboard, but the hub itself has 3-pin connections. any ideas how to fix this?

Hi all, anyone know where I can check for the compatibility of Psu cables between the Antec Signature ST1000 Titanium and Antec EAG550 Gold Pro Or can someone just let me know if they are compatible :)

Hello, From the past few days I am facing High mains voltage in my area 250V+ (Normal is 230V 50Hz). So I got a Voltage stabilizer/AVR to use with my ups (Its an APC UPS that doesn't have AVR even though it advertised that it had). The shitty UPS just outputs whatever it gets on mains, when mains hits 260V it outputs 260V without trimming it. Now the thing with the AVR is that its high cutoff is 250V after which it engages AVR and rapidly drops the voltage to 220-230V. It does this instantly but when voltage on mains goes back up it takes 30sec to switch off the AVR, so even if voltage jumps between 249 and 251 it doesn't go on switching on and off. So now my question is that will the sudden trimming of voltage from 250 to 230 cause any damage to the PSU? Other things connected to UPS (Ups is connected to AVR) are the monitor and inkhet printer. UPS Model: APC BX1100C-IN AVR Model: APC LSW1200VA PSU Model: ANTEC EAG PRO 750 (Rebranded Seasonic Focus GM)

Budget (including currency): 0 to 300$ Country: US Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: I want to be able to play any game that comes out in the near future with the setup that I'm currently using, but I will try to change out the old Inspiron cpu (i3 8100) and the motherboard so I can have a full good upgrade. (Basically, I want to be able to play Elden Ring at at least a stable 60fps all the time or something and also use whatever productive/high intensive application there is like Blender or video editing or something. Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I have a Dell Inspiron 3670. Or at least I did. Right now all I've done to it is add things. I added an RTX 3060, I changed out the power supply to a 600W one, I added a 500ish GB SATA SSD (am also planning to buy an M.2 one soon), and along with the base 8 GB ram stick that came with it, I added another 8 gb ram stick to the pc that I got sold to me by Dell themselves on the phone. I'm currently looking to buy this new case that's coming out tomorrow. My main priority with the case is that it's a full tower, the biggest size, because I just want to be able to have the biggest and most room to be able to do anything that I would like to the computer whenever I want. The case is my main priority right now, and I'm wondering if the motherboard and just all the parts that I have right now will be able to comfortably fit into it or not, like... do I need a bigger motherboard so that it can actually slot correctly into the case, or.. idrk. I just want to know if switching out everything that's in my current pc into a new case will be good and just general advice. I'm looking for a new cpu that pairs well with my 600W power supply and my rtx 3060 though too, so that would definitely be appreciated. The full tower that I'm interested in buying is a new Antec one that's coming out literally tomorrow and I chose it because I'm pretty sure when I was searching for full towers, I literally couldn't find anything used on ebay nor could I find much other things on amazon so that's why. It's linked here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CH83WYVL/?coliid=I2IF4JCP7583DF&colid=1SY7OQ6P8YURH&ref_=list_c_wl_lv_ov_lig_dp_it&th=1

My local tech hardware store only carries Antec PSUs for some reason, I know skimping out on PSUs is a bad idea but my other option is to pay a boatload for shipping. Are Antec good at making PSUs or should I try something else? Any advice would be appreciated Edit: the specific model I'm looking at is the Antec VP+ 550W

Hello guys I'm building new PC but while checking the PC part on part checker it says that The MSI PRO B760-P WIFI DDR4 ATX LGA1700 Motherboard has an additional 8-pin EPS power connector but the Xigmatek NRP-PC602 600 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply does not have any available. This connector is used to supply additional current. While the system will likely still run without it, higher current demands or extreme overclocking may require it. I don't understand what it mean ? Specs are *MSI PRO B760-P WIFI DDR4 ATX LGA1700 Motherboard *Intel Core i5-12400F *Sapphire PULSE Radeon RX 6700 XT 12 GB *Kingston NV2 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME *Corsair Vengeance LPX 32 GB (4 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 *Housing : Xigmatek Master X combo Gaming MID Tower Case 4 Fans RGB + xigmatek 600 W 80+ Or Case Antec NX292 4Fan(3*120M ARGB)+PSU 600w combo

So i was cleaning my pc before installing my new antec a400i after stock cooling for years! (Temps while gaming went down from 92 to 62 at max load) on an i5-11400 But while cleaning i noticed a small dust thingy that was stuck on one of those lies, so my stupid butt tried using a pin to get it out but i accidentally pushed it in more. Its so small it cant be seen even inside tho. Will it damage or do anything? Its only on that spot too. I tried running cyberpunk on max settings and everything worked perfectly fine. Should i be worried?

Hey, I wanted to know if the fans included with the antec nx800 are compatibly with the gigabyte z390 pro. The case comes with a controller. Is there a way to connect it to the motherboard and control it through rgb fusion?
-
I built a PC in a Antec Flux case, which comes with three RGB fans and a controller. The fans work and can be controlled with the case's LED button. I cannot, however, control them with the motherboard. My B550 board has four RGB headers, including two addressable headers. I've tried them all. I can't control it via the board's boot menu, or the Polychrome Sync application.

I recently bought extension kits from Cooler Master and in the back of my case the connectors are touching the right metal side panel. Will this be alright? Hope it doesnt cause any shorts. Also the cables are tightly attached and have clips to lock them in place so I guess they won't snap out of place. My PSU is a Antec EAG Gold 750W, cables are 16awg extensions from Cooler Master

antec Is it normal for PSU ttansformer to buzz on 220V ac?
dani.petro posted a topic in Power Supplies
Hello Is it normal for psu transformer to buzz when pc is on high load? My mains is @220V psu is Antec EAG Gold 750W (Seasonic Focus GM) I have a Ryzen 3600+x570+1660s+8,8gb ram+1hd+2ssd+2x200mmfan+3x120mm+1xaio and 2x argb led strip. -
Hi all, recently bought the Antec NX410 case which I like but would like to add fan speed control. Any suggestions for a add on to connect the 3 ARGB fans and automatically control their speed via the MB? Retaining their RGB would be a bonus.

Hi, For few days I am noticing that my voltage in Bios and HWinfo is going below 5V and 12V @4.996 and 11.991. Now I hooked up a multimeter to a spare molex female plug and read the voltages and they were as stable as they can be @5.04 and 12.07 Also yesterday my brother bumped himself on my PC case while I was playing Forza and PC restarted but didn't post. I thought that ram may have come loose so I reattached it and all is working fine. Also bios was not detecting correct amount of ram so I reset it. So what kind of issue is this? psu is antec eag 750 gold motherboard is x570 pg4 by Asrock Cpu is ryzen 3500 Ram is 8*2 TridentZ rgb 3600 Aio is castle 240ex argb

So I recently upgraded my case fans to Antec Prizm (10 total).. I started to notice little dots on my case window. Upon further investigation I found one intake leaking oil. After removing this fan, I noticed the dots again (they show up real slow, not all at once). Looking around I found another fan leaking. Should I just return all of these, or just RMA the two leaking? I'm starting to question the quality control on these fans.

Hey, I love the antec dark cube case but 230€ is way too much for me, so i wanted to ask if someone knows a alternative to this case.

I recently build myself a PC SPECS: Processor: i7 10700k GPU: MSI RTX 3070 Ventus 2X OC MoBo: Gigabyte Z490M RAM: Gskill 16 GB 3600MHz (single channel) Case: Antec NX210 (includes 3 intake and 1 exhaust fan) CPU Cooler: Ant Esports ICE 612 My CPU and GPU thermal throttles really hard. GPU 90 -95 C and CPU easily 95-100 C. The games run smooth but I think I am doing a lot of damage to my hardware and what can I do to improve my temperatures? Also the ambient temperature is also not less. I live in Delhi and the temperatures can reach upto 48 in peak summers. PS does anyone know how to open the front panel of the case?

Hi everyone, I have some urgent question. I just received my power supply, the ANTEC EarthWatts GOLD PRO 650W. It is listed in 'Tier A' in the PSU tier list in this forum, so I decided to bought it. However, the product I received was not like the promotional photos which is (I think) the international version. I believed I received the Chinese version instead (since there is not info sticker on the top and cable position is different). The problem is that since the list only noted that the 'pre 2018' version of the power supply can be 'Tier D' if it's Chinese version, is my newly received 'Chinese version' power supply (with the warranty starting at 2021/02) the 'post 2018' version instead? or the Chinese version is still bad despite of the production year? If so, I think I might have to return immediately. Thanks you in advance! The first picture is from the store that I bought. The second picture is what I received.

I don't have any other good choices, the 750w versions are beyond my reach, so are the next step up in either brands companies lineup, Although I'm willing to save up a bit more if it's a huge step up in safety, or a decent step up in efficiency. Mostly gaming, maybe some nightly mining. 3060ti (200tdp) and intel 95 watt chip of some kind. Also I might mine on the 3060ti at 125watts or so. Thanks for reading

How much heat can PSU tolerate? My ambient is 38C While Gaming at 144Fps in Apex Legends Gpu- 69C ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) 1660auper Cpu- 58C with AIO Ryzen 3500 Vrm- 64.5C Asrock X570 PG4 Chipset- 64.5C x570 Game Drive (SSD)- 40-48C Bx500 PSU exhaust is moderately warm to touch. Maybe around 50C. Can keep the hand on it for a prolonged time without any discomfort. My PSU is rated for 50C. What does this rating mean? Is this the max tolerable load of PSU? Or is this the temp beyond which PSU efficiency and accuracy will dip. How much temperature can a PSU actually tolerate? PSU model: Antec EAG 750W, System total load 300ish Watts, PSU is a rebranded Seasonic One Focus GM Gold.

Hi. It has passed 4 months I brought *Antec VP550 Plus 550W* But some of peoples saying this is the worst psu? I know its not 80% rated, And didn't saw anyone saying any problems of this model. So MY QUESTION is Does *Antec VP550 Plus 550W* Good? or worst ever? Should I need to worry? Thank you!

Hello, My new PSU is making a kind of zzzzz sound. Sounds like electrical noise, changed the cable twice. I tested it on two outlets both exhibit similar sound. But the thing is when I tested it on my UPS battery power there was no sound. PSU is a Antec EAG Pro 750 Gold which is a rebranded Seasonic Focus GM Gold. So what can the issue be? Coil or Capacitor whine (it doesnt sound exactly like a whine)?

I've got to pick between this 2 PSU (Both are gold certified @ the same price and same warranty). Antec HCG-750 Gold Series 750W -> https://www.antec.com/product/power/hcg-gold750 Corsair RM750 750Watt 80 Plus Gold -> https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Categories/Products/Power-Supply-Units/Power-Supply-Units-Advanced/RM-Series%E2%84%A2-80-PLUS-Gold-Power-Supplies/p/CP-9020195-NA I've found not much information about "Antec" PSU other than it is older Seasonic Focus revision in Cultists Network PSU tier list. Also Antec uses 120mm fan while Corsair uses 140mm fan. The only reason I m considering Antec PSU for easy warranty claim. In my country claiming warranty of a corsair product takes really long time (usually 20-30 days minimum). Any pick?

I bought the Antec DF700 Flux 2 years ago together with the ROG b450-f. Back then I couldn't fix the RGB fans so I am trying to do it now. The problem has come down to the fact that my Argb cables can go into the fan hub (from the DF700 flux), but I don't know how to connect the fan hub to my 4-pin RGB header in my motherboard.
