Hello, my RX 5600 XT for some reason randomly crashes when playing demanding games like Cyberpunk 2077 and/or Halo: Infinite. Generally being after a few hours of playing, or hell, today it happened after two minutes while it was just loading Cyberpunk. I have zero clue on what causes these random crashes and I tried everything I could think of: -Update the BIOS -Reseat the GPU -Stress test GPU, CPU and RAM (apparently no issues found) -Update the drivers -DDU the drivers and reinstall them -Update Windows -sfc and DISM to repair damaged Windows components (it did repaired something, not sure what though) -Undervolt the GPU (from 1050-1001mV to 925mV, going lower would cause instability and/or crashes when on heavy load) -Made sure temps don't get too high on any component, especially the GPU -Making sure every component isn't misconfigured (like undervolted or overclocked CPU, misconfigured RAM etc.) Things possibly worth noting: -I store most of my games on HDDs I took from laptops that are connected as internal drives. They're quite slow, but they do their jobs (also, SMART reports nothing bad about them) -The GPU struggles to run Cyberpunk (mostly the only intensive game I'm playing right now) if the Power Limit setting in AMD Radeon Settings isn't set to +20%, it seems that power consumption fluctuates a lot when that setting is set on default making FPS also fluctuate, while everything is stable if I set it to +20% -Scrcpy, which I always run in background, if it stays minimized for a very long time it would really rarely freeze for a bit or freeze the GPU itself until a driver timeout happens (though one of the crashes happened without this program running so I don't think this is the issue) -Nothing weird, like graphical artifacts or slowdowns, happens before a crash, the system would just suddenly die when you least expect it -The only visible pattern between all these random BSoDs is the fact that none of them ever showed up, the system would just crash, freeze on the last frame the GPU was rendering, with looped audio and that's it. Also, the crash is almost always a DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION, sometimes it was something else but generally it's always this error Besides intensive games, the PC works perfectly fine when playing less intensive stuff and or using it for everyday tasks (I have a Linux Mint partition that I use for everyday tasks, I use Windows only for games) These are the last two memory dumps of the last crash (yeah, Windows saved both a minidump and a normal dump of the same crash, don't ask me why): I really, REALLY, hope it's just a weird software issue and not a hardware one, because if I'll end up doing a RMA of the card I'll be screwed, there's no way I'm getting another one either by replacement via the warranty or buying it (I don't even have the money for it, especially with how bad the market is). I just tried to search my card on Amazon (Italy) and I couldn't even find it, just a bunch of overpriced cards, the closest one I could find was a RX 5500 XT and it costs freaking 1240$, like what the heck. I have recently built a pc with the below specs. - AMD Ryzen 5 3600 Processor - Corsair VENGEANCE LPX 16GB RAM - ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING AMD Ryzen AM4 ATX Motherboard - Cooler Master MWE 650 Bronze-V2 Power Supply - Crucial P1 1 TB CT1000P1SSD8 Internal Hard Drive - Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 Super WINDFORCE OC 3x 8G Graphics Card - GIGABYTE G32QC Curved 3‎1.5" VA 1500R QHD Monitor - PHANTEKS Eclipse P400A Midi-Tower Case All parts are brand new. I’m unable to get any signal from the 3 DP ports in the graphics card (or the one on the MoBo) or the HDMI from the graphics card or the MoBo. This was working previously after a few restarts, but I’ve had to transport the pc to a different location (therefore unplugging everything) and now I’m having the same issue. I’ve already tried to remove the RAM and re-enter it as this was previously recommended. I’ve also tried multiple resets. Any help would be appreciated!

My old laptop has crashed and hard drive failed. I am looking for replacement for work and light gaming. My work involves data analysis, machine learning and computationally intensive applications. The device(s): 2019 MacBook Pro 16" with AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8GB GDDR6. The question: Can I still employ FreeSync with a compatible monitor when playing games on Windows 10, even though said OS is being loaded on Mac hardware? If so, how do I do it?

So my friend who's new to building PCs wants a Gaming PC and proposed this build to me and I need help with this ,for a couple of reasons;one-The mistakes in s plan,two-Ways to cheap-en the build,three-suggestions to improve the build,and lastly I to also know if combining a GTX 1050 Ti and Ryzen 5 2400G in a crossfire mobo is ideal or is there any other suggestion... Hello Forum, I'm from Germany and a friend of mine wants a Computer. His classmate made him a build: http://de.pcpartpicker.com/p/P7N9pg His budget is 760€ max which doesn't include OS, Monitors and Peripherals! He will upgrade to an SSD in the future so one isn't needed now and he will not need more than 1TB mass storage. He will have Windows 7 and upgrade to 10 when possible and run one Monitor (1920X1080/ 21 inch ) It will be a Gaming PC for Skyrim with some mods and City Skylines (graphics as good as possible with the budget) He doesn't do video editing but normal surfing and video watching and as mentioned gaming. The question is: Is the Build god or can it be better, I have no experience with amd's that's why I'm asking you. Thank you in advance! P.S. if i missed something pleas ask

Hello guys, So, I have a pretty good opportunity to sell my current GPU (Sapphire R9 290 Tri-x oc) for a good amount probably with my current PSU attached. I've been trying all I can to delay it so I wait for the AMD 300 series to come out so I make the best decision on what to buy next. The thing is, with the latest news that we will only see it in June, I don't know if I can hold it much longer (the guy will just go nuts and buy a new one or a new 970) and i can't be without a GPU for 3 months (admitting it will come out in June), also i doubt i will get this much value for it later if i can even sell it. So, since the R9 295x2 now costs about 700€ (which is actually less than some nVidia 980s) and since (as far as I can gather from most websites) it will most likely still outperform the new 390x and since i might have to buy a new PSU anyways, I am considering If i should buy it. I love the looks and out-of-the-box water cooler (i really want something like that to complement my build) and if the performance really is as benchmarks show (in all sites i consult including tomshardware performance chart, linus, hardwarecanuks, etc, etc.) it might be a good investment. So I would like to hear from people who have it; 1. How does it perform in games overall right now (March 2015)? 2. How are the drivers for it, does it run flawlessly? 3. As far as hassle goes (stuttering/not working in some games, etc) is it like crossfire and sli? 4. Are there any issues with it? Random crashes, game freezes, etc? Any feedback from someone who owns one for some time now and has played several recent games with it would be great!! If it all pans out and if i can't hold my gpu buyer much longer i might actually buy it in the next couple of weeks. Thank you all in advance.

My questions to all of you are: ·Do you think that I'd get a bottleneck? ·What's your opinion on the MoBo(I'm not very good at it but I was told that any 990 is recomended for an FX CPU)? ·How long do you think this will last until I've to play games in Low just to get 30-45 FPS? hi! iv'e been gaming with a radeon 6850 at 1080p and the performance im getting from recent games isnt really what i appreciate, but i dont really know what gpu at the moment should i buy, i plan on staying on 1080p, but i would also like to play the games that will come out between this year and next at at least 60 solid fps (i dont mind to turn off the AA or something) my budget is up to 400 euros, im so confused on what to purchase at this point!
