Well, i cant fix it, have reseated m.2, reaseated ram, gpu, nothing fixes it. Restarting problem started about half an year ago, when i upgraded gpu from nvidia to amd, did the ddu stuff, but after gpu change it strated to ac wierd , like rondom freezing(hjard reset required to fix), rondom blue screens. m.2 drive dosent show up in MB bios, after todays crash, it just shows: not detecetd drive is allmost 2 years old and used for OS and games storage, so did it die? I dont have any other pc to test if drive is dead or not, but i still have a warranty( my country has 2 year warranty on all eletronics). my system r5 3600 rx 6700 non-xt asrock b450m hdv r4 ( p4,90 bios), but its the oldest part in my pc, allmost 3 years 32gb kingston fury ram was win 11 on m.2 ssd adata sx6000 pro 1tb, now on my backup ssd kingston 240 gb its win 10 seagte 2tb hdd be quiet 600w semi modual psu

Hello everyone! I hope you're doing well. I have a question regarding my system upgrade. Currently, I have a single stick of ADATA XPG GAMMIX D30 DDR4 16GB memory with the model number AX4U3200716G16A-SR30. I'm interested in upgrading to a dual channel configuration by purchasing another identical stick. However, I've noticed that ADATA is selling a slightly different model, specifically the AX4U3200316G16A-SR30, on Amazon India and other retailers. While the frequency and latency specifications remain the same, I'm unsure about whether these models are compatible for a dual channel setup. I would greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions you may have regarding the best approach in this situation. Thank you in advance!

Hi all, So recently I upgraded my Ram to "ADATA XPG Spectrix D50 32GB (2X16GB) 3600MHz DDR4 RGB Desktop". Before I was using Adata 2X8GB 3600 MHz And now when I turn my pc on, I have to click the power button multiple times(5-6) before it turns on, otherwise it used to turn on by pressing once. After it turns on, pc seems to be running smooth I see no issue in games or other stuff so why do I have to click so many times? Is this going to be a big issue later? Regards

I am having trouble with an ADATA XPG SX6000 PCIe 128GB ssd which I had been using as my boot drive for 2 years now. My computer randomly crashed and when I booted it up the password bar would never appear so I could never log in. All day I tried so many different ways to start in safemode but I couldn't manage it once. I gave up on saving the data on the ssd so I installed a fresh copy of windows onto a different hard drive with the plan to fortmat the ssd and reinstalling windows onto it. I have tried installing a fresh copy of windows onto the ssd, formatting the ssd in windows, using DISKPART to clean it, and other softwares and nothing is working. In disk management it says that the ssd is in readonly mode but when I try to remove that in DISKPART it says it was succesfully changed but in reality nothing happens. I am close to giving up on the drive and contacting ADATA for an rma but I wanted to know if someone here could help me first.

Around end of last year, i got a new motherboard and replace my ASrock A320 with my Gigabyte B450 Aorus Pro WiFi, after around 5-6 weeks suddenly i got this random freezes, but i can still move my cursor, when i watch the video it buffers before it freezes, i think "oh this might be chipset driver conflict" so i reinstall windows and everything worked fine, but recently the freezes are coming back and it's still the same, i use my computer normally, cursor moving and all that and suddenly i can't close programs and it freezes. Is this a sign of failing SSD or bad motherboard? any help is appreciated Note: i should mention that recently my GPU has been acting up too, with random sudden peak fan speed and black screen like it's overheating, even though it's not on 100% and the heat is around 70-75 C, i doubt that this causes it but it's worth mentioning

Hi I have a 240 Adata SSD as boot drive placed behind the motherboard tray.My other HDD runs at 40 42 degree celcius but my SSD is way hotter then HDD running between 49 to 51 degree celcius.Should I be worried about it or should I place my SSD next to the motherboard.I have a antec nx800 Cabinet with options to mount 2 SSD behind motherboard tray and 2 SSD mounting option next to the motherboard.

I'm having a really frustrating issue with 1 of my M.2 SSDs and I suspect it is probably just faulty, however I would like to confirm before going and buying a new one. My ADATA SX6000NP has recently started failing very often, but the weird part is that most the time a simple restart or powering off and on my PC fixes the issue momentarily so the drive isn't completing failing. After an arbitrary amount of time or a random trigger the drive will stop working, showing up as an Unknown Uninitialised drive Disk Manager causing any applications located on it to crash, the drive still shows up in Windows and I can view the first layer of folders, clicking on the a folder or trying to launch an application gives an error. Occasionally restarting the PC it will not show up in the BIOS. Usually a power cycle makes it show back up and work again for a bit. I switched positions with my second M.2 drive and it seemed to work more consistently but the same thing eventually happens. S.M.A.R.T shows no warnings however Event Viewer shows plenty of warnings with IDs 50, 51, 140 and 1000, 1005 when an application crashes that was located on said drive. And just as I checked to confirm the IDs I've now seen 11 and 129 which are to do with RAID? I can confirm the BIOS is set to ACHI and not RAID. I have tried many different things to fix it along the lines of CHKDSK and WMIC, Updating drivers (where possible) and firmware etc. (it should be noted this drive had been working fine for about 3 years now). I have used ADATAs SSD toolbox to check the health and (when it's working for those couple minutes) the health is +90% with under 10TB total bytes written. And like I said I checked S.M.A.R.T with everything reporting OK. Is this just a dying drive? Should I just try and save all my data before it fully dies and bite the bullet and replace it? Or is there a silver bullet I could try? If I should replace it, what M.2 NVMe SSD would you recommend? (Note: this is within the 5yr warranty but I've lost my receipt .-. and don't want to send this all the way to Taiwan.)

Hello!!! I want to upgrade my 16gb RAM system to 32gb, so I was looking for 2 8gb, 3200mhz, 16 latency memories, just like the 2 ones I already have. I found these two (same brand as mine, but different models). XPG GAMMIX D20 Desktop Memory: 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3200MHz CL16 Black 16GB AData Gammix D45 DDR4 3200MHz PC4-25600 CL16 Dual Channel Kit (2x8GB) Black What's the difference between them? Is it just the heat sink, or something else? Thanks !!

ssd SSD ADATA XPG Spectrix S40G 4TB M.2 drops out from system
Danoric posted a topic in Troubleshooting
SSD ADATA XPG Spectrix S40G 4 TB M.2 2280 PCI-E x4 Gen3 NVMe - drops out from system during mass read/write operations. Tested on different slots and 2 motherboards (Asus/Gigabyte). Disk used for Steam library and other games and photo storage, not bootable. Small file read/write operations and directory vewing performed without any problems. Any more serious usage - even only read operations (copying files from the disk) results in gradual slowing of transfer to Kbytes and later bytes per second and then disk dissapears from the system. After the reboot (sometimes two) disk is again visible in the BIOS and system. Firmware up to date. SMART data OK. Suprisingly CristalDiskMark speed tests perfromed flawlesly. EDIT: temperatures less than 50 Celsius Any ideas? -
Hello! I wanted to buy a new sata ssd and found this one below (I don't have many other options in my country atm) What do you guys think about it? Is it good, meaning , durable and reliable? Thanks! https://www.adata.com/en/specification/595

What do you guys think about these three? Adata 240 GB is 296.70 Turkish lira (about 34.5) USD, Burst 240 GB is 276 Turkish lira (about 32 USD), P210 256 GB is 269 lira (about 31.3 USD).

Hello. I wish to upgrade my memory and get another 8 gb of ram, so I started looking for the same ram that my computer came with. I believe I've found the same one, but there are some small discrepancies, like the number being (17) instead of (19), and the one i have having the number "10401233" while the other having "10400268". I have searched for a bit trying to find the exact same one, but this is the closed one i could find. I read multiple reviews online saying that people in my situation have had the same result, but i just came on here to double check. Thanks in advance. Amazon link to memory i want to buy: ADATA DDR4 2666 8GB Single Tray at Amazon.com The attached image is the one that i currently have.

Hello, and Good Day. As the title says, Is it safe to use a different model of RAM but the same make? I'm currently using an ADATA 4GB-DDR4-2400mhz (ADATA ad4u2400w4g17-bmib) the model it's currrently on. Here's the full info on my current ram: Current: ADATA AD4U2400W4G17-BMIB DDR4 2400(17) 4GX8 U-DIMM 1.2V 10400398 And the one I'm consider getting: ADATA AD4U2400J4G17-B DDR4 2400(17) 4GX4 U-DIMM 1.2V 10400425 And I'm planning to buy the same spec 4GB RAM which is DDR4 and has 2400mhz (what my motherboard is capable) from Adata as well since it's safer to buy the same make, but is it alright if they aren't the same model but the same specs? I couldn't find my RAM model for sale on my local online seller, but I've seen a few RAM sticks from the maker, and specs but different models, would it be alright and would it work fine? I'm not a computer expert, nor do I know much about it, and I would love to ask for assurance before I buy.

They are all 2 Tb : Crucial Mx500 = $219 Samsung 860 Evo = $245 Xpg Sx8200 Pro = $244 Which one should I get?

I believe the XPG variants aren’t the only drives to be swapping out components inside the drive for Adata, I work in a repair centre in the UK for 2 of the biggest pc prebuilt companies, a lot of the lower end unts have a Adata SU630, now don’t get me wrong they are crap drives however they are still SSD’s, we have had a lot in for repair and today I noticed the same drive ways different amounts, I know the funny joke of ‘one is full of data so it’s heavier’, but the new one around 20g lighter than than the old drive, checked the part codes both are the same – ‘ASU630SS-480GQ’ contacted the MF/ reseller and they are the same drives provided by Adata with no note of a change, then I also noticed the casing is different on the models around the Sata connects. Does anyone else have one of these drives able to show if the metal casing around is different to the image / able to way the drive? follow on from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K07sEM6y4Uc

Like many, I purchased this drive during Black Friday, however, I purchased 2. I just recently got my PC setup, and ran some tests. I ran them under "normal" and "nvme", various sizes (1Gb, 4GB, 8GB), and various times at 8GB - the results are clear. For whatever reason, my C drive writes significantly faster, where as my G drive is a solid 20% slower in writes only. I'm using a B550 MPG Gaming Edge, and the C drive is in the gen 4 slot, with the G drive in the gen 3 slot, not that it should matter at all. Are there any other variables that could cause these write speed differences, or is this a clear case of my C drive being the "good" revision 2, and the G drive being the "bad" revision 3? Worth noting, my Steam games are going onto this drive, where as the "good" drive has my OS, game dev, work, etc. Are these write speeds worth making a fuss about and returning the drive at all? It's more or less empty right now (I lucked out, and the good drive is my OS), and it would be VERY easy to return, if I cared to. Would love some insight, as this is a brand new $2k+ build, and I really want it to perform as intended. Any info / help appreciated!

i am between ADATA XPG Spectrix S40G and Crucial p5. both 500gb options. My case doesnt have the best airflow and i dont car about rgb which one i should buy?
-
Hello, I need help choosing between these two drives: Adata sx8200pro 1TB and samsung 970 evo plus 1 TB. I can currently find them both on amazon at the same price (around 146-150€). According to online reviews (tom's hardware for example) the adata is faster when it comes to random read and queue depth 1, whilst the samsung is faster in sequential read and high queue depth. I've also heard that samsung has very good reliability, but I'm worried about the fact that the superior performance in sequential read might be useful only in very specific situations while for gaming and everyday use what matters most is random read with low queue depth. Is my understanding of these concepts right? And if it is, is samsung's reliability really superior to adata's so that it is a better choice even if the everyday performance is slightly worse? Thanks in advance for the replies.
