ram Gigabyte AB350 Gaming 3 3600mhz Support?

So I am looking at upgrading memory to 3600 and 32gb from 2400mhz modules however the support list on the website doesn't state anything and is from back in 2018. https://download.gigabyte.com/FileList/Memory/mb_memory_ab350-gaming3_raven_20181220.pdf?v=f23b84fc228dce261e8d685124c2d407 I wouldn't personally run the XMP at 3600 however it's mostly to future proof the build. Would these ram modules be supported if I was to install it? https://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-VENGEANCE-3600MHz-Ryzen-Memory/dp/B082DH1FZR/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=3600mhz+ddr4+32gb&qid=1634731880&sr=8-3 -

I have a ab350 gaming 3 mobo and it needed to be sent in for rma. Before i sent it, audio had no problems whatsoever. After, i received it back, i can't detect any of my new audio devices that i plug in. the only thing it finds is my monitors speakers, which also doesn't produce any sound. In my playback devices, it has my monitor and 4 other devices all saying "Digital Display Audio, AMD High Definition Audio Device, Not plugged in". I have updated BIOS and have downloaded latest realtek sound, all to no avail. On another note, how come my mobo doesn't detect HDMI and DVI inputs?

MSI B350 Tomahawk Arctic vs asrock ab350 pro4
Hidoi posted a topic in CPUs, Motherboards, and Memory
ASRock ab350 pro4 - 185 BGN MSI B350 Tomahawk Arctic - 221 BGN or even MSI X370 Gaming Plus - 240 BGN. Which one is worth it the most and why(bios support, stability, vrms etc) ? Are the 55extra really worth when comparing the ab350 vs x370(19 extra from msi b350 for sure are) ? Even though x370 is better for overclocking and future proof probably,I don't plan on overclocking the r5 1600 for now. P.S. Here are few others I can choose from: Asus PRIME b350-plus - 198 BGN Gigabyte AB350 - gaming 3 - 221 BGN ASRock AB350 Gaming K4 Fatal1ty - 208 BGN (from what i found its basiclly red colored pro4) -
Hello all. After much conversing and intelligence gathering, I have finally built my first every PC - my ticket to the master race. I went an ITX build because I want to take it to LAN parties, even though many people have voiced their opinion that master race newborns should not dabble with ITXs. Anyhow, here are the parts: CPU: Ryzen R5 1600 Graphics card: ASUS DUAL GTX 1070 O8G RAM: 2x8GB Corsiar Vengeance 3200MHz Storage: 250GB SanDisk Ultra II SSD Storage: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200RPM HDD MOBO: Asrock Fata1ity Gaming/ITX AB350 PSU: Corsair SF450 Case: Silverstone SG13 CPU cooler: Noctua - NH-L9x65 Front intake fan: Noctua NF-F12 PWM Exhaust fan: Fractal design R3 50mm Monitor: LG23MP68VQ Keyboard: TurtleBeach Impact 600 Misc: SFX to ATX power supply adaptor bracket PP08 ASUS SDRW 08D2S-U LITE Tights, 20 Denier Corsair CP-8920190 Sleeved SATA Cable, Red/Black TAAADDAAA~~~ You have no idea how excited and happy I was Of note: Asrock have 'fixed' their VRM heatsink-thermal pad issue: White GPU, Red/Black mobo, Poo-y CPU cooler... Yea, the colour scheme is all wrong and miss matched. But who cares as long as I like it! It's alive!!! Now time to prep the case: I do like Asrock's IO shield: At this point, I thought cable management will be easy. I mean, there is so much room. What's all the fuss about? Errr getting a bit cosy now... Note: I had to get a different Corsair's SATA power cable as the one that came with the PSU aren't flat enough. I do like the red and black, and also the fact that its individually sleeved though. ARGHHH cables everywhere! And why do they have to be so stiff?? This is the best I can manage. Not bad for a first time builder...? And here is the finished product! What's the abomination I hear you ask? Well. . . . . . . . . . I used lady's tights as dust filter, and it is SO hard to get right. It ended up looking like this form the inside: Yea... Next up will be benchmarks and my attempts at OC! Thanks for reading!

Last night I finished my build, and I was going to test my CPU and GPU performance on Cinebench. On Cinebench the only thing it detected was my CPU Ryzen 5 1600 but not my GTX 1050Ti. AM4 mainstream motherboard are the B350 and those don't support crossfire. Gigabyte is selling a AB350 that does support crossfire. Whats the difference between AB350 and B350? So I finished building my gaming PC last year, here's the specs: (PS: I don't game, I just needed 1080Ti for Tensorflow GPU) Processor: AMD Ryzen 2400G RAM: 1x16GB HyperX 2133MHz RAM Mobo: Gigabyte AB350 Gaming 3 Graphics Card: Aorus GTX 1080Ti PSU: Thermaltake Tough Power 750W Cooler: COOLER MASTER - LIQUID RGB COOLER MASTERLIQUID ML240L No overclocks. All Temps are normal. I've all the latest drivers and all the GIgabyte Nonsense software loaded So when I'm using my computer normally, when temps are normal, no overclocks, the system randomly shuts down, you know screen goes blank (Fans stop working, no lights also I get that buzz sound which is heard when you press reset or the system loses power. I've a UPS and it's working perfectly as I've a NAS connected to it, and it never shutdown), and then you can't restart until you switch on and off the PSU once. This happens randomly, no periodic nature. Please help me out.

I have a pc which I have been using integrated graphics on since I built it around 6 months ago. I decided to invest in a gtx 1060 6gb GPU to improve my gaming. When I installed this and turned on my pc, it did not turn on. All of the pc fans start to spin other than those on the GPU and there is no signal on my monitor if I use the GPU or the integrated graphics for my video output. Any suggestions as to how to fix this would be appreciated. The computer doesn't display anything on the screen when I try to start it. The case fans, rad fans, water pump, case LEDs, pump LEDs, and PSU fan are all working. The GPU fan turns on when I first turn the computer on, and then it turns off after about 15 seconds. Things I’ve tried: · Disconnected and reconnected every wire · Removed one stick of ram. Tried it in both slots. · Removed both sticks of ram. Computer will just go into boot loop. This tells me the ram is completely seated when it’s in. · Cleared CMOs by shorting the pins · Removed SSD · Removed case fans · Reseated GPU and ram multiple times · Removed GPU and connected the mobo directly to monitor · Reseated GPU and connected the mobo directly to the monitor · Tried connecting the monitor to every connection on the GPU · Tried different working ram in my PC and my ram in a friends PC · Rebuilt the entire computer outside of the case · Plugged the watercooler plug into different spots on the mobo to make sure its working on startup Do I need to do an update or attempt to install Windows 10 before it will show anything on the monitor? I’m starting to think the GPU or mobo might be defective. It seems odd because the GPU fan spins so it’s obviously getting power. The mobo is obviously working because its sending power to fans etc. My other thought is that it might be a defective CPU. What’s the best way to troubleshoot all of this? I’m not really sure what to try next. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Photos of build: https://imgur.com/a/BMmQWod (Power supply switch was only turned off for these photos)

Hello all reading this, I have built a new computer earlier this year and still need to tweak in here and there once in a while. Long story short I use an AB350-Gaming 3 Motherboard, and want to change my RAM Voltage in the BIOS settings, but am having difficulty. I can go into the voltage setting where it displays (auto) for 1.200V, but can't seem to change it. I have the option to enter anything from my keyboard upon clicking where it says 'auto' and then type what I wish, but it wont change. I tried entering '1.250V' to see if that'd work but upon saving and restarting the computer nothing seems to change, and it reverts back to 'auto'. I haven't seemed to be able to find a toggle to switch it to manual or anything, is there anyone that can help? I have attached a few photos showing the Bios, the voltage options, and I wrote 'Help' to show where I can enter information but it seems to do nothing. If someone could help that'd be awesome. Also if im doing something clearly wrong or perhaps I missed something let me know, Im not overly familiar with using my BIOS, cheers

This is my Board https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/Fatal1ty AB350 Gaming-ITXac/index.asp#Specification and this is my CPU Ryzen 7 2700X (YD270XBGM88AF) they are brand new The MB didnt support the CPU withouth a BIOS update so I took this board to a repair shop where they used an older CPU a A6 or A8 dont remember.. The system started up, but only with the onboard graphics didnt support the 1080TI I just bought... could be the PSU no idea So they installed Win 10 in order to update the bios and the installed thay latest BIOS from the asrock site the Version is 4.70 and they told me it had the 4.40 So after the BIOS update the system didnt start up but got into an infinite boot fans got on and off after a few seconds They told me this board perhaps is not okay and they offered me to re-write the BIOS to the original version 4.40 but for that they needed not the official BIOS version from the site but a file wioth a BIN extension file in order touse their BOOT writer device So I went to the asrock site and learned this.. I dont need the 4.70 version i could go either with 4.50 or 4.60 I think I preffer 4.50 version cause os the clock and voltage And also learned this https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/Fatal1ty AB350 Gaming-ITXac/index.asp#BIOS BIOS versions 4.7 and 4.5 had this red warning to update first to a previous version before if u had an older BIOS but the one I had they told it was the 4.40, so the red warning shouldnt be an issue BUT again, since I can not boot, they will need that BIN File to use their BIOS re-writer I cant get a new board cause is MINI ITX and those are not available here So any help could be great..

Hello All I'm at my wits ends with a new computer build. I'm starting from the ground up and the only things I'm taking from my old computer are the case, power supply, video card, and hard drive which i will use as a secondary media drive. Currently that drive has windows 7 installed on it. I have made a bootable flash drive with windows 10 which I would like to install on the new SSD. however the computer will not post or get into the bios unless I clear the cmos and remove the battery. It will then get into the bios but only once. If I restart the computer I need to clear the cmos and remove the battery again. I have disabled the HD mode in the ab350 pro 4 bios which as I understand could cause the above issue but that did not solve my problem and I still need to remove the cmos battery everytime I want to make it to the bios. (EDIT: Now the system wont make it to bios even after clearing cmos and removing the battery). I don't see the ram I'm using on the qvc list for this motherboard but everywhere I look I'm told it should work. It is marked as ryzen compatible after all. Furthermore in the bios I see the system is recognizing the ram as 3200 c14 14 14 34. I have no reason to believe that there is anything wrong with my gpu and it even displayed a message when I forgot to attached the six pin connector. I believe I assembled everything correctly and have checked to see that there is adequate standoff between the MB and case. I've added electrical tape and a couple of pins that were sticking out but I don't think they were shorting to begin with. I did start the system with one of the sticks half way inserted but I fixed this and the ram read in the bios fine after this. The problem appears to be related to the cmos. I'm not sure what to do from here. besides RMA'ing the MB. Here is my parts list. 1 x ($297.33) AMD RYZEN 7 2700 8-Core 3.2 GHz (4.1 GHz Max Boost) Socket AM4 65W YD2700BBAFBOX Desktop Processor 1 x ($219.99) G.SKILL Flare X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) AMD X370 / B350 Memory (Desktop Memory) Model F4-3200C14D-16GFX 1 x ($99.99) Patriot Ignite 2.5" 480GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) PI480GS25SSDR 1 x ($74.99) ASRock AB350 Pro4 AM4 AMD Promontory B350 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard 1 x ($89.99) EVGA CLC 240 Liquid / Water CPU Cooler, 400-HY-CL24-V1, 240mm Radiator, RGB LED with EVGA Flow Control Software My video card is a gtx1050ti. Hi, Recently ran into a problem with a current build I thought I'd share. It's a Ryzen build using the Gigabyte AB350 Gaming 3 motherboard. I managed to get a new Masterair maker 8 from Cooler Master for a great price. Although not AM4 supported out of the box Cooler Master sent me an AM4 bracket. Unfortunately it does not fit. Fits fine on ASUS STRIX B350-F Gaming board which is my other build. I have a support ticket open with Cooler Master who say they have never come across the problem before. I've hopefully managed to attach some photos showing the problem and our solution. Looks like a design issue somewhere. Probably by Gigabyte.

Please help, I've just finished putting together my new build a couple hours ago, and I'm trying to begin my PC's first bootup, however it has a black screen upon turning on (no signal detected) the motherboard LED indicated I have a VGA/GPU error, and I don't know what I should do. Reading different forums for solutions I'm getting way too many mixed and unsure answers from other people with the same problems, and yes I have the hdmi running through the GPU, I know that it cannot run through the motherboard's output due to it not currently being supported on the new Ryzen platform. Parts: CPU: Ryzen 5 2600X MTB: Gigabyte AB350-Gaming 3 RAM: G skill Fortis DDR4 2400Mhz GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1060 3GB Storage: 250GB SSD PSU: Thermaltake 700W Please note the graphics card works fine installed in my old system with no problem, I'm just unsure on what steps I should take to fix if anyone knows how to fix this issue. I've tried installing one stick of ram at a time in all slots with no changes, as well as putting the graphics card in the different PCIE slots. All the parts listed are brand new (except the graphics card)

I originally bought at budget ASRock ab350 pro4 motherboard for my pc build, but I recently came across a Micro Center ad for a Gigabyte X470 AORUS Gaming 5 motherboard. Is it worth buying the better board for my Ryzen 7 1800x build? I haven't decided on overclocking it or not. I'm building this pc for high end gaming and 1080p streaming. I have 2 gtx 1080's that I could run in sli if I get the new board, but I don't know if that would be necessary.

Ever since I built my AM4-Raven Ridge system I haven't been able to do any sustained compute tasks without experiencing BSOD always with the Erron "DPC_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT" I am running stock-clocks on an AB350 MITX board with all the latest BIOS and Drivers. I even tried adding a 100-150mv offset to see if that helped stability, also added some to the SOC/GFX. I even down-clocked and loosened timings on Ram. That didn't seem to help stability either. It is 100% stable just sitting on the desktop. Here is my PCPARTPICKER link to my build. https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Cody_53027/saved/xB8BmG Any and all advice is appreciated. Should I try changing multiplier to less than as-shipped? I've had crashes in-game, I've had crashes during video playback. In both cases I've had it happen within a few minutes of use but I've had it be fine for over an hour. The random nature of my BSODs are proving challenging to troubleshoot. Also, peak thermals are showing highs in the 50-60s via Ryzen master under synthetic load so I don't believe heat on CPU to be an issue. I can't prove it, but my thought is that the Radeon Driver needs improvement.

I've been putting together a build over the past few days and need some advice on a compatible CPU cooler. I initially was planning on using the Hyper 212 but PCPartsPicker said that it may not be compatible with the motherboard so I selected a Pure Rock Slim. Can anyone look at the build and see if you have any suggestions for alternative coolers or if I should just stick with the Pure Rock? Hi. I recently got a new case and reassembled my computer (Specs attached to bottom). The computer worked completely fine and operated perfectly (running the latest bios version). The next day I was tweaking some settings in the bios (Namely the setting that turns off USB devices when the computer is off), however when I restarted it the computer blue screened (IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL) on boot. I rebooted the computer however now it fails to POST. During the POST, the CPU and RAM LEDs turn on and off, however when it gets to VGA, it stays illuminated. I have tested the PSU, RAM, Graphics Card, as well as testing without any hard drives, to the same result. The only parts I couldn't test were the CPU and MOBO. I have a way to test the CPU, but it is annoying however if you think I should then I can. I also plugged in the MOBO speaker, and it returns 2 beeps, pause, 4 beeps. I haven't the slightest what this means; GIGABYTE's documentation on this is quite poor. I have also tried clearing the CMOS, both by bridging the pins, and by removing the battery. I also know this worked as the RGB lights changed back to their default. Specs: Mobo - Gigabyte AB350 Gaming 3 CPU - Ryzen 1700 RAM - G.Skill Ripjaws DDR4 2666 MHz PSU - Corsair CX 550 GPU - EVGA 1060 FTW+ I'm pretty sure the answer is RMA, but I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything. It seems strange that it just stopped. Thanks in advance for any help, and let me know if you need more information. Brad.
