In an interview yesterday with PCGamer AMD's product marketing manager Dev Nekechuk disclosed that AMD is making it a goal to transform itself into a gaming focused company & how they're going to do that is through 4 core ideas (client, content, cloud & console). Client in the form of offering attractive gaming hardware for PC gamers. Console, by providing support in the form of the necessary hardware to push all those much needed giga-flops & software in the form of the company's programming expertise. Here is what Mr. Nekechuk had to say about those two : Content in the form of supporting game developers & improving gameplay & visuals through graphics technology. AMD's own Roy Taylor Vice President of Global Channel Sales made an interesting post via twitter yesterday commenting on the release of arch rival Nvidia's GTX 770. Hey guys I´m planing to build a new rig including 2 Geforce GTX Titans. I want to buy a pair of Titans which are overclocked out of the box. I found the EVGA GTX Titan SC and the EVGA GTX Titan Superclocked Signature. They have the same clockspeeds in terms of memory and GPU and look pretty much the same but the signature version costs 40€ (52$) more. EVGA´s support site doesn´t help a lot :O. Does someone know the difference and when is it worth 40€? Hello all, I've been lurking here for a while and I love the forum! I have a question; why is it that all the specialty high performance graphics cards such as the ASUS Martix 7970, the MSI Lightning 7970, and the Sapphire Toxic 7970 have all been discontinued recently? I can't find an MSI Lightning, Power Edition, or Hawk card anywhere and I've loved those card in the past, I have a thing for these specialty overclocking cards. Thanks in advance and sorry if this is a stupid question :P

Moving forward, I want to comment on the content of Nvidia's response in a number of points so please bare with me. So as almost all of you are aware the Nvidia GeForce GTX 780 GPU is out. My question is when will the custom ACX/CUII ones come out? I heard people say the rest of the 700 series are coming out at the end of the month, does that stay the same with the custom non-reference cards? I understand most of the answers will be from the previous 600 series launch and rumors but thats all I ask. :) Thanks!

Forgive me if this is in the wrong thread, I wasn't sure where to post it. My dad gave me a laptop because he said it was "broken" My thought is that its something to do with the cpu's onboard video, but I would like a few different opinions. As you can see in the video, the display slowly turns green and then goes back to "normal" but the normal is the standard display with a red tint. After about a half hour this goes away and acts like a normal laptop should. Normal colors and all. This only happens on startup. (I'm using the laptop in the video to post this) Anyways I would like some solutions/opinions. And if it is the cpu, i would like to replace it. Hey guy's, I've been thinking since next gen consoles are all running AMD GPU's/CPU's, do you think that games might be better optimized for AMD systems??? Just curious what you guys think.
