RIVA shows me a constant 60fps without any drops, a flatline frametime timeline, and normal GPU and CPU temps and usage, but still, it doesn't look like fluid 60fps gameplay. Disabling Vsync and limiting to 60 FPS with RIVA TUNNER -Update Bios -Update Nvidia software and Windows 11. -Reinstalling Windows 11 -Installing Windows 10 -Disabling Windows Game Mode -testing changing the GPU to a 2080 Super and a Radeon 6700 XT -testing changing the motherboard and CPU to an Intel 9700k and 16 DDR4 -Changing NVME Everything and my games stay the same. Could it be my house's electric current? Please, I invest so much in this PC, and while the games work, I want the best possible experience. Budget (including currency): I do not have a specific budget. Im just trying to meet my goal listed below with as little money as possible. Also my currency is in Euro Country: Germany Games that it will be used for: I want to be able to play pretty much every game (apart from cyberpunk cuz it s to recourse intensive) at 4K Max settings 60 FPS. I also have a 2nd Monitor with 75 hz and 1080p resolution if that matters at all. Could I maybe get 4K 60 FPS at Max settings with a cheaper card or do I need a more powerful one than the 4070 ti? 2) Does anyone know / have experience if the Fans fit in the case? I am especially concerned about the two 120s on the bottom. Do they fit together with that PSU? Ive researched for the last couple of days but could not really find anything of value. -

So a ~16 minute video 4k 60fps, takes ~38 minutes to encode... is this normal for my cpu? (Seems mostly being used 90-100%) And it doesn't seem to matter what bitrate the videos are, 150000kbps takes roughly the same time as 30000kbps... doesn't make sense, to me at least... I'm using the preset called "vimeo youtube HQ 2160p60 4k" (because that gives best results) Idk... i just think that takes too long? Also if I set it to average bitrate, eg, 28000 it takes even longer (???) , even though the bitrate is actually *lower* compared to this preset which will generally generate around 50000 - 60000 kbps videos (and yes, i know that's theoretically too high, but quality wise it works well, and really the problem is if I lower the bitrate manually it takes "longer" roughly 1 hour for such a "16 minutes video") Seems kinda bugged? Edit: actually 60000 seems fine (not sure about the conversion)? But, I uploaded some videos with lower bitrate (around half that) and that actually looked fine, problem is it takes even longer to encode (for whatever reason)

He already has his own 60hz IPS monitor with us not planning on buying a monitor anytime soon. I've done quite a bit of researching and I've only been able to upload HDR videos up to 1080p. Are there any other settings I need to enable in Premiere for YouTube to offer HDR as a quality option? My current encoding settings: Profile: High10 Level: Unrestricted Color Space: Rec. 2100 PQ Color Primaries: Rec2020 Extra: Is it also possible to upload 8K 60FPS HDR VR videos and if so, what settings has to be enabled too? -
I used to play on 1440p 60hz monitors for well over a decade, it wasn't until last year that I bought a 1440p 144hz (165hz OC) monitor. Personally speaking, I mostly feel the difference when playing games such a League of Legends or games where the FPS goes well above 200+, otherwise... on games where my FPS bounces between 100 - 144, I don't feel as comfortable as when I was locked at 60. I'm aware that upgrading the GPU would fix the issue, so let's skip that part. I've noticed a bunch of people opting for 4k 60hz gaming, (putting the resolution aside) they seem to enjoy 60 FPS. So what's the point of throwing more money in order to enjoy 120+ FPS? -
What is min or decent spec for just watching YT 1080p 60fps on an external 65 4k led TV? Does GPU or CPU plays a role in that ? I have a plan to buy a laptop just for YTP and Netflix.? I will connect it to a 65 4I led TV. Right now I have lot of flag almost not watchable experience using my Samsung laptop i5 2430m 4Ram NvidiaGT 520mx. Now I can view max only 720p 30fps only. Above that is not working and lots lots lots of lags. Is there a setting I can do or just buy new specs.

In lieu of this, can anyone advise me as to which GPU would still get the most out of my non-OC'd i7-3770k for 1080p 60Hz gaming at max settings on the most demanding mainstream games; Tomb Raider, The Witcher, Battlefield, Fallen Order, Cyberpunk etc. As a side note, I also have the very same question about upgrading a second system based around a m-ATX board, Pentium G4560 dual core and a 1050ti. -
Hello :3. So I have this goergeous 180 hz monitor that displays 180 fps animation on windows 10. But when I extend the desktop to another screen which is a 60hz. Window's animations (and especially [win] + [left/right arrow] animation) are shown at 60 fps even on my 180 hz display. The same thing happens with window dragging. When i drag a window in 180 hz monitor it works fine (the window moves on screen at 180 fps) but when even a tiny bit of the window enters the 60hz monitor display area, the part of the window still in the 180 hz area starts to move at 60 fps. So I wandered if there was a trick to tell window to run everything in 180 fps even in 60 hz monitor cause it's currently killing my eyes. THX!

This problem began yesterday. At 1080p on High (NOT EVEN ULTRA) I can't get 60 fps, or at least smooth gameplay in for honor. I will link a video below. I have tried it without v-sync, and with both double and tripple buffering. In the video you will see my cpu get close to 100%, but not quite. THis is only because I am recording. My cpu will typically sit at around 50%, while my GPU will sit around 30-40%: meanwhile my game will be in the low 50s and stutter a lot with v-sync, or be from 80-120 and drop A TON of frames. You will see in the video. What is going on? My drivers are up to date.

Doing a mini research & noticed this interesting thing, on a Full HD monitor, almost all games for most of the video reviews so far i've seen showed the 1070 running well above 60fps on high to max settings on current AAA games for the most parts , well above the monitors limited refresh rates, meanwhile the 1060 hovered only a bit over the 60fps limit , but dipping near 40-45 at it lowest on the same settings but very briefly , now for a budget conscious person , those extra fps is literally wasted if he buys a 1070, right? , but it does give headroom, but still , without changing up the monitor to meet the needs do you think which would be the most appropriate buy , please state your reasons & your opinion & why on your comment down below

Hi guys. I'm planning to get a new 1080p monitor for my build, and the cheapest one I've found has a refresh rate of 75Hz. A few games that I own are capped at 60fps, so I want to know: will 60fps on the 75Hz monitor look as smooth as on a 60Hz monitor? I've also heard that if you have a 120Hz monitor, 60fps will be smooth since 60 is a factor of 120. Is this true? -
I am trying to play for honor, but I am running at like 40FPS at 1080P with a GTX 1080. I have a 4790 and, as I mentioned already, a gtx 1080. So, I tried to record gameplay while also showing my Fps and cpu usage and gpu usage, but when I starteted recording my cpu usage went to 100%, my gpu was still at like 40%, and i was getting 60fps? When i'm not recording my cpu is like 60%, gpu 40%, and game like 30-40fps. What is goign on here?

Hello, I want to get suggestions on whether to upgrade my PC or just start a new build. I am aiming for a gaming PC capable of running games at 1080p@60fps between High and Ultra Settings(if available). My current Build is the following: CPU: AMD Athlon(tm) X4 760K Quad Core Processor (4 CPUs), ~3.8GHz (with stock cooler) RAM: (1) Crucial ballistix 8GB lowprofile 1600 DDR3 and (2) Crucial ballistix 4GB 1600 DDR3. Total of 16GB DDR3 memory GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 2GB. MOBO: Asus A88XM-A. PSU: Corsair CX430 80 PLUS Bronze. HDD: WD Blue 1TB at 7200 Rpm.(I want to get more space, either and SSD or another HDD). OS: Windows 10 Pro. What part(s) of my computer should I upgrade to play games at the resolution stated above?, Or, should I just start a new build? My Budget right now is between $500-600 USD. I only play in One monitor at 1080p, and I don't really think in upgrading to more monitors or better monitors in a while. Also I do not need to buy any peripherals, as you may guessed it, I already have all the necessary for gaming. Thanks a lot -

edit: Problem solved, see this post below Big fan of the channel so figured I'd try to ask this here. I'm looking for ANY cost effective way to record 4K60 HDR gameplay from 1 PC, to another PC. Can be peripherals, networking, a ton of Raspberrys.. anything... don't care so long as the solution works and doesn't cost an arm and a leg like every current device out there now. CONTEXT: I play this game called Star Citizen, in 4K60 (only gets 60fps in Star Marine though). It has great fidelity but my PC can't handle recording it in 4K60 while playing it. So I'll be able to have these two PCs stacked directly on top of each other. if only I could just turn both these PCs into one... I was hoping there was a way to make this happen, recording 4K60, with an additional $500-ish USD budget or under? 4K60 is gorgeous on my screen and I'd love to share it with friends, but I can't justify dishing out $1000+ USD just for the privilege of owning such a capture device. Elgato hinted at having a 4K60 option 1st quarter of this year but I haven't seen anything more about it since then, It's a frustratingly situation. OPTIONS: Here's 4K60 capture options I've looked at (overpriced for me): AJA - Kona 4 ~$2000 USD Atomos - Shogun Inferno ~$1500 USD Avermedia - CE511-HN ~$1200 USD Blackmagic - DeckLink 4K Extreme 12G ~$1420 USD (not sure if this would work) Datapath - VisionSC-DP2 ~$2000 USD (not sure if would work) Magewell - Pro Capture HDMI 4K Plus ~$900 USD (not sure if claims are legit for 4K60 4:4:4 capture) And that's about it AFAIK. Possible temporary solution? I thought maybe a FPS reducer to go from the 4K60 splitter to 4K30 output would work, I could then use any number of assorted crappy capture cards to record the 4K30 feed... it's a compromise that could work... but I haven't found such a device yet. How it reduces the FPS is probably also important. I'd imagine there is different ways of doing it that affect quality? Instead of just removing every other frame. Thoughts? Ideas? Suggestions?
