So I'm putting together a high end build mostly for creative 3D work but also for a little gaming here and there and I've ordered most of the components after a week or so of research. CPU: 13900k GPU: ROG Strix 4090 OC MOBO: Asus ROG Z790-E RAM: G.Skill 128GB 6400Mhz Cooling: H150i Elite Capellix 360mm PSU: Seasonic Vertex GX 1200w Case: Lian Li Lancool 3 Storage: 2x 2TB m.2 SSD, 1x 2TB 2.5' SSD, 1x 4TB 3.5 HDD My main question is whether or not my AIO (front mounted) is going to be enough to keep the 13900k and 4090 at acceptable temps (obviously when rendering and under other kinds of heavy load I expect them to be high). In addition to the 3 120mm fans on the RAD I am planning on having another 4 (on the top and rear) to cool the system. I have seen multiple builds from people with a setup like this and they haven't seemed to have indicated in their videos that there is anything to worry about with temperatures being an issue. On the other hand I have seen reddit threads and threads on here filled with people saying you need custom water loops with multiple radiators to keep the 13900k at reasonable temperatures. So some follow up queries I would have would be: 1: Do these posts assume that everyone is overclocking their 13900k? 2: If I don't overclock my 13900k, will the H150i 360mm be enough to not thermal throttle? 3: If I am going to run with this 360mm AIO (assuming I can get away with it), should I add more fans to the bottom of the case and or/run a push pull setup with 3 extra fans on the RAD mounted at the front of the case? *something else to note is that I am ordering the Thermalright 13th gen CPU bracket given what I've heard about it lowering temps up to 8 degrees, so that's definitely something to factor in at least a little when deciding whether my 360mm RAD is going to be enough to cool the CPU*

I have a DEEPCOOL GAMMAXX L360 ARGB AIO which came with 3X CF120 fans(The ones without holo ring) and planning to get 3 more CF120 Plus fans(The ones with holo ring) will the lights in the pump and all these fans be controlled using Cooler Master MasterPlus Software if I purchase and use the Cooler Master ARGB Controller? Will it allow me to control the LED brightness and the effects on Deepcool fans and pump too?

Hey guys, first post on the forums, so sorry if I did this wrong. I just have a quick question about AIO orientation and size. I'm currently running a PC with a 5600x and a GTX 1650 TUF OC, however I intend on upgrading the GPU to either an RTX 3060 or a 3070. I wanted to dabble in the world of water-cooling and start out with an AIO just to get a feel for it. My current chassis (Cooler Master NR600 w/o ODD) offers two mounting points for AIOs, and I can choose between a 360mm at the front, or a 240mm at the top. However, tubes down on the front isn't an option, since the PSU shroud will obstruct any tubes down potential. So, here's the question: Would a front mounted, tubes up 360mm AIO have better temps than a top mounted, tubes down 240mm AIO? Will there be any temperature difference for the rest of the build if I put either rad in a push/pull config? Hey everyone, so i basically have a somewhat huge problem with my Ryzen 7 3700X. For some reason my CPU - Temps keep spiking and falling down in a certain amount of time (See Screenshot from Corsair iCUE below) without the CPU usage being higher than 10% most of the time. My current setup looks like this: CPU: R7 3700X (Overclocked via Precision Boost Overdrive through the AMD Ryzen Master Software) AIO: Corsair H150i Cappelix 360mm AIO MB: X570 Aorus Elite RAM: G.Skill Trident Z RGB 32GB 3200MHz CL16 Storage: Multiple SSDs including a Samsung PM1A PCIe Gen.4 Drive GPU: Asus Dual GeForce RTX2060 Super Case: BeQuiet SilentBase 601 Fans used inside Case: 3x Corsair QL120 RGB So its not like the cooler is bad or the case airflow is that terrible or something like that. I also got the H150i Cappelix not even 2 weeks ago so its not that old. As I mentioned above, all of this happens IN IDLE so not Chrome, no Steam, etc. running. I found out that a certain process from the NVIDIA Driver called something like NVDLA.exe (not 100% sure on the name) was taking up ressources so i stopped the process manually via PowerShell but it didnt change anything. If anyone of you has some idea on why I get like 50°C - 55°C on Idle with a 360mm AIO please tell me. Im at the end of my knowledge by now. Cheers, Nightcore

So, I need help deciding how to upgrade the cooling with my set up. I have a R7 5800x with a CoolerMaster Hyper 212 and a Sapphire Pulse 6700xt. I am running near 165 fps in most titles at 1440p at 165hz. My case (Corsair 4000x) has a 360mm aio front panel. Currently my plan is to get a 360 aio for my cpu and hopefully overclock it. I have two questions. Will overclocking my cpu get me more consistent 165fps or am I bottlenecked by the gpu? If my gpu is the bottleneck, would watercooling it with a 360mm aio make sense? Hello there, I'm planning to buy a Dark Base 700 in order to put a NZXT x73 360mm RGB AIO in it, so i was wondering about the best position for both CPU and GPU thermals, i don't want to go further than 80°C on both (actually 90°C for the CPU and 77°C for GPU in full load). Knowing that the top position have a really limited space for air to go throught and that CPU will eat all the GPU's hot air, it's probably not the best place for CPU thermals. Then, the other option is to put the watercooling in front of the case, but now the CPU will have a better cooling (because there is more space in front and it have acess to fresh air) but the GPU is now taking the CPU's hot air. My biggest fear is that with the AIO mounted on top, CPU thermals will explode because of the crazy 270W TDP of that GPU; and with the AIO mounted in front it will probably slightly warm the GPU while i already have a small margin. So, what is the best compromise for both GPU and CPU thermals ? Config: CPU : i5 9600k RAM : Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 2x 8GB DDR4 3000Mhz CL15 motherboard : TUF z390 Plus gaming GPU : 2080ti FE actual case : NZXT phantom 410

I'm in the midst of a fairly ambitious build (for me). A 3950x system to split the difference between my hobbyist 3D rendering/simulation and casual, top tier gaming. It's largely going well, but as a first timer with all in one coolers (I've used air up until now) I'm trying to break into it in a big way. There are great options for CPU's, and certainly I'll be using a 360mm for the 3950x, but I also want to REALLY get in touch with my enthusiast side and not leave my 1080 ti out of the fun. A carryover from my OLD system, it's far from outdated, but a facelift with the G12 bracket for AIO cooling wouldn't go amiss... And while I delve deeper into the mouth of madness, a 360mm to MATCH as well. Overkill for a GPU? Absolutely... Don't talk me out of it, I'm too jazzed to back down! Of course, I've almost given up on the notion of using the SAME 360 model for cpu and gpu. A Kraken x72/73 would work, but everything I've heard about Cam software discourages me. Deepcool is great, but not an Asetek pump. Corsair h150i is a reliable option, but I don't THINK its square, gen6 pump will fit the bracket. I'm prepared to settle for the x72 on the bracket and one of the other options for the CPU (at least the bracket will match the cooler) though again Cam software is my boogeyman. I've heard some horror stories. For one thing, I'd ASSUME the x72 would run without the software for GPU, but also that the Kraken tends to default towards running the pump off FLUID TEMPERATURE readings and not the processor (or gpu in this case) without the cam software specifically allowing you to CHOOSE this option. Or maybe I'm wrong, and the pump plugged into the gpu fan header will take its marching orders from the gpu without question or proprietary software. I don't know, this is why I ask! Heck, is it better to have the pump running constantly off a case fan header and the FANS operate according to relative gpu temps, or SHOULD the pump only run as needed, lest its life span be reduced from constant use? Do any other 360 aio's fit the bracket (aside from ThermalTake)? Any information would be TREASURED, as I'm the sort of guy who REALLY likes to be sure he nails it in one go.

hey so i just picked up a Aorus 360mm liquid cooler and i cant get cpu info to show up on the screen. tried downloading aorus engine 1.8.3 i believe and it immediately causes blue screen and i have to enter safe boot to uninstall. ik that alot of people have issues with that program but is there another one i can download to make the aio screen work? Thanks in advance also i have the usb header plugged into a corsair commander pro not sure if that will effect anything.

I'm in the market for a 360mm AIO to go in my new Lian Li PC-011 Dynamic Razer edition and have been having trouble finding any that support Razer Chroma. I know Thermaltake AIOs do but they are way too expensive. The only other ones I can find are from Enermax, which I don't trust because of their corrosion issues, and one from Silverstone that recently released and hasn't been reviewed by any of the big review sites/YouTubers.
