I recently finished my mATX build and have been using the stock cooler as I couldn't make a decision on the cooler when I was picking parts for the build. I've decided to go with an open AIO and my choices are the Swiftech H220-X and H240-X. I was wondering if the H240-X would fit in the 280mm mount in the top of the 350D?

Hello, and thanks for reading this already! I'm looking into the Corsair 350D case, which I want to combine with a Dark Rock 3 cooler. Which is equal in height as the maximum allowed CPU Cooler height, 160mm. So, now I want to ask. Will this give any problems? Will something bend, or something like that? Thanks in advance!

Hi guys, I recently purchased a Corsair 350D and really want to put some LED lighting into it. I saw a build on pcpartpicker and the guy who made it somehow made there be a really cool purple under glow. I tried messaging the builder on PCPP and Reddit but haven't got a response yet so I thought I may as well give it a shot here. Is this under glow caused by the LED fans or a led strip or some other way? Also credit to the original creator of the build, the link to it is: http://au.pcpartpicker.com/b/YZwV3C Thanks in advance

I am planning on building a pc in a corsair 350D but would like to know what fans i should be installing at intakes in the front. I plan on doing two 120mm fans so I dont want the Fans to cost too much. Any suggestions appreciated!

Hi Forum, I have brought a Corsair 350D off ebay as was in fantastic condition at a bargain price. The only issue I have is the screws were bundled into the accessories box with no clear separation to show which screws are used where. I they are shown on the quick start guide but the images are not the best. If anyone has a Corsair 350D or Corsair case and can show/label the screws needed for motherboard etc that would be great. I know its a long shot but it is my first PC build and want it to go as smooth as possible. Look forward to a response. Thanks

Hello World! Today my sister gave me a piece of glass from a picture frame that broke, but the glass was still in great condition. When she asked if I could use it I immediately started to think of Linus' personal build where he replaced his window with glass using industrial double sided adhesive. I really liked this idea because I have a dog with long hair and the static on the window of my current Core V21 always attracts her hair. I was hoping I could copy Linus with a 350D because I have a Micro ATX build. So does anyone know exactly how big the window cut out is? My glass piece is 12"x16". Thanks in advance for your help! Have a nice day!

My current case is a 350d and it's good and all but i feel like it's a little too big and i just saw an air 240 for sale so i wondered if you guys think this would fit in a air 240 GPU: Evga 980 Acx 2.0 CPU cooler: Corsair H105 Push/Pull (I saw a video on youtube where a guy fitted h105 in push/pull with a refernce cooler 980 card, and as far as i know the EVGA Acx 2.0 is not that much longer...?) Motherboard: Msi z97m Gaming Psu: Corsair AX860w 1 HDD 1 SSD Just included what i think is important hope i didn't miss anything So it will either be Air 240 or the Fractal design Node 804. Which do you think would work the best? Thx for any tips!

Alright so i am looking into getting a corsair 750d as i have the 350d and really like it. But i have one concern, i really like how out of the box it comes with 3 well performing fans, but unfortunatly i cant seem to find them availible for sail and dont want to mix match fans so my only other option would be to buy 5 new fans rather than just 2 other af140l fans. Also if possible could you link me to some af120l fans for my hyper 212 evo so that all of the fans will matching completely and still be cheaper than buying all new af140/120 fans. Thank you very much for the time and help!

Do you thing that it is possible to fit another Asus 780 Ti Matrix in my PC? My mainboard an Asus Maximus Gene VII and i think there isn't enough space for SLI between the two PCIe-Slots. Cooling is not a problem. Thanks!

Hi. I am looking for a nice case for my current build. I looking at 2 cases specifically, but I am open to more suggestions. I though of the S340 because of its great looks, good airflow, great build quality, great cable management and also the basement which makes any build look really tidy. On the other hand, I am looking at the 350D. It has great build quality and cable management along with a really elegant look. I thought of it because it is an matx chassis and I own an matx mobo ( Gigabyte H97M D3H ). My question is: Which one do you think will offer a better experience plus a better look?Aesthetics are really important to me. I really hate something expensive looking ugly.

Cant seem to get enough cold air to my GPU's. I have 2x 140mm @ the front and 1x 120mm on the bottom as intakes. Then 2x 140mm @ the top going though a H110 and 1x 120mm at the back all as exhaust. I had everything out of the case for test and found putting a 120mm fan behind the GPU's (In sort of a front of case position) the GPU 1 would run around 72C @ 50% fan speed. Now all i can get in the case on GPU 1 is shown in the screen shot. 75 @ 62% fan speed. Im using Corsair AF fans cos a really like the lighting i provides but im not sure on there performance. Everything is in a 450D (No alternative so dont suggest and other cases) I just switched to a 450D and Sabertooth z97 for better spacing between GPU's since i was using a Grpyon z87 and 350D. Compared to that everything is better. In the 350D GPU 1 would be 80C @ 75-80 % fan speed which is very noisy. Should i be seeing better than this ^ Also after around 10mins of idle the both GPUs settle around 40C @ 0% fan speed and overall pretty quiet.

I'm looking for the smallest MATX case, needs to be one. And I've come to the conclusion that these 4 are the only nice looking ones to me at least. I'm most likely going to install a Swiftech H220-X, but if not a H100i will suffice for me. I like it windowed by the way. I plan on bringing this rig with me whenever I go overseas. Moving from Beijing -> Canada for college.

I have a 350D with 2 STRIX 970's and its a bit cramped. The top card gets quite noisy and hot. I tested my cards in my brothers C70 and the temps and noise were much better as there was a gap between the cards. So ive been looking around for an alternative case. I was looking at the Air 540 but im not sure ill like the width. So now im turning towards the 450D. Being the same style as the 350D but just big enough to fit a full ATX mobo + all my stuff from my current system. Is this a viable choice, will the 450D perform similar to the C70? Also does the 450D have the same 2.5" drive mounting solution?

I want to know which AIO liquid cooler would be best for the system im going to buy.I care more about aesthetics than anything but the performance boost from the Kraken is a bonus. The system im getting is: Case --> Corsair Obsidian 350D Case with Window RAM --> Kingston HyperX Savage HX324C11SRK2/8 8GB (2x4GB) Red x2 Motherboard --> ASUS Maximus VII Gene Motherboard CPU --> Intel Core i7-4790K Processor Graphics Card --> ASUS GeForce GTX 970 Strix DirectCU II 4GB x2 Power Supply --> Corsair AX860i Platinum Power Supply SSD --> Samsung 840 EVO Series 120GB SSD x3 Hard Drive --> Western Digital Black 4TB Fan Controller --> NZXT GRID+ Digital Fan Controller $39 120mm Fans --> Corsair Air Series SP120 High Performance Edition High Static Pressure Fan 140mm Fans --> Corsair Air Series AF140 Quiet Edition High Airflow 140mm Fan

Hey everyone, I came here to ask for help (I don't have many tech savy friends..) I'm thinking about water cooling my GPUs with x2 Corsair H60s. The problem is, the top mount for a rad is taken up by my H100i all in one (connected to my processor) and after that there's a 240mm rad mount in the front of my case (covered by my 3.5 inch drive bays, SSD cage, and HDD cage), and a rear 120mm fan mount. My plans were to mount a rad in the back and connect that to my 770 and than have a rad in the front and connect that to my other 770. I want to have a good pressure so there's minimal dust build up but with this build I'd have almost all fans pushing and none pulling.. any advice for a confused soul? Additional Info: PC Build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/35oS9 Front Fan: Pulling H100i Fan's: Pushing Rear Fan: Pushing

Hey everyone, I just purchased a Sycthe kq01-bk to quieten down my four AF140's in my Corsair 350D. It did it's job real good and when the PC was under my desk I couldn't hear a thing... But the problem is that my PC sits ON my desk... I could just about hear the fans spinning and knowing myself I would never accept the fact I could have swapped it for another with NO sound at all. And another reason why I'm switching is because this fan controller ranges from 5.6V-12V ( 40% - 100% ) and I need a bit more headroom since I had them all the way down So I found this Lian-Li fan controller that fits into my 3,5" bay just like this one and ranges from 3,7V-12V (20%-100%) giving me the desired level of fan speed and noise. Will this solve my problem with noise ?? Thnx !

Hey guys, So I'm going to be doing an mATX build for my first computer soon (hopefully) and I was originally going to get the 350d. After seeing so many recommendations for the Arc Mini R2, with little to no reason behind the recommendations, I've been wondering why so many people recommend it and if it is a better choice for me. It's going to be used for gaming with a little bit of everything here and there, I may water cool it (Edit: the system inside, not the case ) if I can be bothered later on and I don't care too much about noise as I use closed headphones. So it's really down to value and design with me. I used to like the look of the 350d but the more I see it the more bland it looks. The R2 looks a bit too round for my liking but I might get used to it. R2 is slightly cheaper here. I like the SSD mounting plate things in the R2 and I feel it might be easier to get the airflow right in that case. So... Pick one of the two and try your best to convince me to get it! Use as much detail as possible, I hate seeing one line replies.

Hi guys! I am hoping to find yomeone, who has experience with the Prodigy M and crossfire or SLI. My GPU is an HD 7950 cooled by an arctic accelero 7970. So this is actually a reasonably quiet and cool card. Nonetheless, I was thinking about going with a second 7950 (can probably get one cheap on ebay) to upgrade my system in the future, instead of buying a very expensive powerful single gpu. BUT: 1.) I will not be able to use the top-intake fans, since their space will be blocked by the second card. 2.) Also I will only be able to use PCIe 2.0 8x for the second card. Too slow? 3.) I might be able to get a 350D to swap my Prodigy M for. Will crossfire work in there (I don't care about better, I want to know if it actually works!)? (Second card would be directly above the PSU in the 350D) So is this worth it or better: Will this even work? I am afraid not, but maybe someone here has tried crossfire in this case. All I could find on the internet is: "The Prodigy M is crossfire-ready". But what does "ready" mean exactly? That I can bake my cards in there because there is no intake left? Or that I have to use like a 7750 (does that even support crossfire?) to have an adequate heat-output? Oh, and watercooling is not really an option, because my case gets moved quite a bit for small LANs. So yeah guys, I would be happy to hear from you guys what you think, and best would be actual experience. I saw many posts of people guessing about crossfire in this case. Thanks.

I've been debating weather to get a 750d or a 350d. (the only reason the 350d is useful for me is because I travel a lot and the more often I can bring it with me the better) So here's the build tell me what case you think i should get. (This is going to be used for gaming, recording, editing, and maybe a little bit of animation.) CPU: Intel 4770k GPU: 2 Gigabyte GTX 780ti Ghz Editions Motherboard: Asus Maximus VI Formula PSU: Corsair AX 860 watt RAM: 32gb of Corsair Red DDR3 ( I know its a bit overkill) CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i with SP120 fans running in a push pull config SSD: 120gb Samsung Evo Series (used for cache and OS) Hard Drive: 1tb WD Black drive (for now) Case fans:(750d:) 3 Corsair af140 red led's (350d:) 2Corsair af140 red led's & 1 af120 red led OS: Windows 8.1 Pro So like I said tell me what you think and what case I should get! PS Forgot to mention I'm using a Asus Maximus VI Gene if i do the 350d

I'm building my first PC and instead of a Budget build I decided to go all out with it. But I also need to be able to transport it back and forth relatively easily so i decided to do a mATX build so here it is tell me what you think! (I'm using it for recording and editing HD gameplay as well as just gaming) Case: Corsair 350d Motherboard: ASUS Maximus VI Gene CPU: Intel 4770K GPU's: 2 Gigabyte GTX 780 TI GHZ Edition's RAM: 32gb of Corsair red DDR3 Power Supply: Corsair AX 860 CPU Cooler: Corsair h100i (as well as two Corsair sp120's) Case Fans: 2 Corsair af140 and 1 af120 both with red led SSD: Samsung 840 EVO series 120gb Hard Drive: 1tb WD black drive OS: Windows 8.1 Pro So comment what you think and any suggestions! (This adds up to $3136 and $3890 after peripherals Ex: mouse, keyboard, headset, & Mic setup) PS I already have a ASUS VG348QE Monitor
