Hi there, during the last two weeks, I have been looking into touchscreen monitors. The person that tasked me with this wants a large screen (27"+) and a good quality display panel with a high resolution. Unfortunately, the offers on the touchscreen market are minimal; I could tell him right away that 4k and 27" are not going to happen. These high resolution displays are only available on All in One computers. The final decision was between the Dell P2418HT and the Lenovo T24t-20. As you can see from the title, we decided on Lenovo because of the better ports and the lower price. It was not an easy decision because there were no reviews online, except for the marketing material from Lenovo. The panel is 1920x1080 @75Hz; this was a pleasant surprise since it is listed as a 60Hz panel on most websites The monitor has 80W power delivery via USB-C It doesn't have speakers The colours don't look as good as on my MacBook, but this isn't a fair comparison. I tested the display with my SpyderX and DisplayCal. All of the default presets are garbage, except for the one selected as default. DisplayCal revealed these results: ACCURACY dE76 avg 0.083711 ACCURACY_ dE76 max 1.350533 ACCURACY dE76 rms 0.204007 GAMUT volume 1.12003861735 GAMUT_coverage(srgb) 0.9777 GAMUT_coverage(dci-p3) 0.7907 GAMUT coverage(adobe-rgb) 0.7139 In my opinion, the touchscreen experience on a display this large is not good. I had never seen a Windows touchscreen this large in person before, so I was eager to try it out. The monitor was connected to an Intel NUC with Windows 11 installed. The touchscreen felt very slow, despite the displays 75Hz refresh rate. I don't know its polling rate, but compared to my iPad, it felt unresponsive. I heard that Windows 11 reduced touch functionality; the first thing I experienced was that no touch keyboard pops up, when I click in a text box. Maybe there was a hardware keyboard connected; maybe there is an option to toggle; I don't know. I concluded that it is unergonomic to use a 24" touchscreen monitor; you have to move your hands more to reach for buttons than on a smaller touchscreen. I didn't test these horrible fake touch screens pens for drawing. If you want to draw, get a Surface Studio or a Wacom. I hope I can help someone looking for a touchscreen with this review. I can't tell yet whether the person who wanted this monitor likes it and decides to keep it in the long run. T24t-20 #1 2022-02-10 10-18 2.2 F-S XYZLUT+MTX.icm

Hey Guys, I'm a gamer who plays a lot of story games and also a lot of multiplayer competitive games and I like both of them really much and it's my first time buying a monitor after I got my first pc. The thing is that I'm stucking with two options. The first option would be a gaming monitor with 27 inch, 144hz, 1440p and ips panel. The second option would be 24 inch, 144hz, 1080p and ips panel. The biggest problem for me is the size because like I already said that I also play many online games and I don't know if 27 inch would be to big for me because you have a better overlook on 24 inch and on the other side I think that 1440p would be better with my rtx 2070 but I've also heard it's not worth WQHD on a 24 inch monitor and I never had a WQHD monitor before. Right now I'm playing on 22 inch with 60hz. I just can't decide please help me

Hey everybody, I am in the market for a new gaming monitor at around 200 Euros. I am stuck between two monitors at the moment the AOC 24G2(U) and the ViewSonic XG2405. I can't seem to find the difference and both monitors seem to have a collection of very positive and negative reviews. I will mainly be playing CS:GO and some triple A games on the side, on my GTX1660Ti. I checked and they are both G-Sync compatible through the DP. So here are my questions : Which one is better? Do you have either monitor? Should I go for a TN panel instead for the faster response time or will it not be noticeable? If so which one? Is there another monitor I should be looking out for? These are available right now at 20 and 40 euros respectively under average price so I'd be a fool not to buy right now. Thanks a thousand times in advance.

I've been looking around the internet for a 24 inch OLED monitor and I can't seem to find any maker that produces them. It's either one of those large 30+ inch monitors or tiny 13-15 inch monitors. Is it because 24 inch monitors are not high in demand? Or is there some sort of limitation that prevents makers from making 24 inch OLED displays--let alone 27 inch OLED monitors; those also seem difficult to come by.

My girlfriend is looking for two 1080p monitors, is 27" is decent for general productivity and gaming or does it look pixelated? We also wonder, do dual curved monitors make sense or should we look for flat monitors?

I do alot of stuff on my computer but i'm wondering if its gonna be worth the investment. I'm also trying to decide if i should get one 1080p 27 inch 75hz dell monitor & the 2nd monitor to be an Asus 1080 24 inch 144hz monitor with freesync (My PC specs if you are curious: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/v3Vvpb)

Hey Reader, I will be joining the Master race soon but I haven't decided which monitor I want to buy.. I have an old monitor laying around that will do the job for the start. But for the long term I'll need a new monitor. I went to my local media shop to look at the different monitors and decided thé size 24 inch fits the job and as a non competitive gamer 60 Hz does the magic. And my friend tipped me that IPS monitors have nice colors, but that leaves me with the thé question "which monitor?". There are just so many monitors available that I came to this site and hopefully someone will be able to help me out. My gratitude in advance to anyone who answers

Hello friends, I want to buy a 24-inch monitor. I have chosen four 24-inch budget monitor models. Asus VZ249H - $150.16 BENQ GW2470HL - $133.67 BENQ GW2480 - $150.73 SAMSUNG C24F390FHW - $153.57 (These prices are retail prices in our ordinary shops.) So which one is THE BEST among those?

Im looking for a new budget monitor - 24", 60-75 Hz, IPS, 5ms response time, Flicker Free, HDMI/Display port, possibly FreeSync. I'll be using it for watching videos, writing, gaming, browsing, programming. My budget is 140 USD, I'm accepting suggestions. I've currently settled on either the AOC 24V2Q or a second hand Samsung S24E650PL - a new one is too expensive for me. From reviews on the AOC (PlayWare's - http://playwares.com/dpreview/56817843 and PCLab's - https://pclab.pl/art80242-2.html) it looks like the response tiem is higher than stated, instead of 5 ms it's about 8+ ms, but it can be reduced through the overdrive option. The samsung one has lower response times than the AOC (https://pclab.pl/art80242-15.html), but lacks features like FreeSync, its 60 Hz instead of 75, and some other stuff but it has a good adjustable stand, better colors and has a bit faster response time. Which one do you recommend? What are your thoughts about buying second hand monitors? Is it a good? Is it bad? What do you think?

After having run 1080p60hz for a couple years now, i want to go a step higher in terms of hz. However, my system (3600x + 1660Super) is not quite ready for 1440p144hz. A lot of people told me not to buy a 27inch 1080p, so I ended up looking for a 1080p144hz monitor at 24". However this was more difficult than i thought, with most monitors that I found having mixed reviews. The market for for 1080p144hz wasnt as big as i thought it would be, especially at 24". What monitor would you guys recommend?

So I got a 24" AOC 24V2Q ordered, but now I'm having second thoughts. I read good reviews and watched some video reviews about it and it seems pretty good for the price it goes for. Did I make a mistake? I mainly use it for gaming and web based work. I'm upgrading from a pretty old Samsung T200 1050p.

Hello,I have this new monitor BENQ GW2406Z and it is connected via Display port to my pc.However, I'm having 2 issues:1) My monitor keeps making windows 10 reset and reidentify the monitor arrangement each time it is turned off and then turned on again.2) The monitor has this yes/on setting which is causing it to reset all the settings information stored on the monitor which is resulting in my color calibration and related settings returning to default, each time the monitor is turned off and on again.I have a video showing the issues, be advised i decided to not talk through half of it then all of a sudden i changed my mindhttps://drive.google.com/open?id=1TM9gvgrIET0bYUVvUOZGxBiySq3NaxrYI would be grateful to anyone how can find a solution. Thank you

Hey, looking for some feedback on this monitor choice. Here is what I am looking at: AOC AGON AG241QG 24" GSYNC or AOC AGON AG271QX 27" NON GSYNC I want to know peoples thoughts on whether 24-inch GSYNC is going to be more beneficial than a couple of extra inches of screen. I am going to use this predominantly for gaming, however, I am soon to start a game art design course where productivity will become a factor. For this reason, I am wondering if a 27-inch is worth getting and dropping the GSYNC feature. I am currently rocking a GTX 1080 and I7 7700k 16GB of RAM.

Hi,I am trying to get a 24 inch monitor that I am trying to buy so I picked two from the craigslist. My two choices are:Asus VG248QE for $65Dell U2410 for $80I am really not sure which one to get. I will be just using (GTX 980)DVI to output to the monitor so I am not really sure how 144Hz is going to affect me. I am not a major gamer but I do play games such as Overwatch, Ark, Arma or Starcraft every now and then. I do more programming, photo editing, video editng. I am also a bit concerned how much more power U2410 will use compared to Asus as it uses LEDs. So this is a hard choice for me to make so I would love to hear your answers. Thank you!

My Local microcenter is doing a deal right now & both of these monitors are at the same price. One is 24 inches with a TN Panel & 1080p resolution while the other one is 27 inches with an IPS panel & 1080p resolution but also comes with Freesync as well. Which would be the better buy? I would go with 27 inch but what worries me is that i hear people say 24 inch is the best for 1080p & that i shouldn't go any higher. What would you guys suggest?

Hello everyone, I've been looking at the Asus VG245H and the Dell S2415H recently. The Dell seems to have the upper hand as far as having an IPS panel being nicer to look at, and having a pair of 3 watt speakers (which aren't a must, simply a bonus convenience). On the other side, I like the design of the Asus better, especially the adjustable stand, big bonus. Edit: some folks are also recommending the HP 23xw and the lesser known HP Envy 24 monitor, but I have no idea how they compare to the two I originally mentioned. I wanna know if anyone's tried these monitors and can vouch for either of them. I'm keen on the Asus, but I worry that it'll have the same bad viewing angles that my current BenQ RL2460HT does (which I'm returning due to some issues), where the screen gets a yellow tint if you're not looking straight at it. Games I play: RPGs (like Elder Scrolls) and platformers (like Super Meat Boy). However, I'll mostly be watching videos/movies, and doing work on my computer. Now, if I'm missing out on some third option that's got it all, even if it's a 22" monitor (but no less), do let me know. However, I'd prefer to have our focus on the two monitors in question. Any and all help is much appreciated, Cheers

Hi, I play a lot of PC games and I feel it is a good to time upgrade my monitor but I don't know which one to get I have been searching around for couple of days now and I have finally decided to not really going to go for any 144hz, 4k and big than 27inch monitors. Do to me not been really into competitive games so 144hz will not be need as well as my 970 FTW won't be able to run 4k and 27inch is the best size for me or 24 any higher I don't really like in my opinion.I would really prefer a 1440p 27inch monitor or 24inch monitor with a small bezel or ultra wide would be nice. Preferences Small bezel 27inch or 24inch 1440p (if not 144Hz or Ultrawide will be nice) Gaming (1ms-3ms response time) Price £220 max! vesa mount (Needed) Pc Rig 970 FTW Fx8350 (i5 6600k Update later this year)

Does anybody sell a 24 inch 1440P 144Hz display? If not, what monitors would you suggest that are 27 inches, 1440P, 144Hz without G-Sync or Free-Sync? Cheers!
