Hi everyone, I want to use an extra GPU that I have to display to my 2 side monitors and use my main GPU for the center monitor where I play my games. The main is a 3080, the other card is a 2060 Super. Currently the 3080 is outputting to all 3 displays (32” 1440p). I don’t particularly plan to use the 2060 for mining, the main goal is to free up the main gpu for max performance. Also, I might as well use the extra card since I have it. I have two main questions: 1. Is this possible in the first place? 2. is my PSU powerful enough to support this use? And how would I be able to tell? My computer MoBo: Asus ROG Strix Z390-F Gaming CPU: Intel i7-9700k GPU: PNY 3080 RAM: 32 Gb RAM Wifi Card: Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz Storage: 1x NVMe drive 1x Sata SSD 2x HDD PSU: Corsair 850W extra GPU: 2060 Super founders edition Thanks!

In youtube gpu TEST videos they are hitting 180-210 fps on ultra-very high settings in Rainbow Six Siege, but i hit only like 140-180, when i have everything on low i get only like 200-220, idk why is that, any help would be appriciated.

Hi, I play a game called Rust, running a system on the verge of being dated I guess you could say, but still a great system for 1080p High settings gaming. My specs : 16gb 3000mhz CAS 16 2060 Super OC Ryzen 7 3700x My current issue, while playing Rust, I am getting around 20-30% CPU usage, but only 40-60% GPU usage, the game will not utilize my components for the life of it lol, and I am noticing significantly lower frames overall, to the point where I struggle to hit a consistent 70-80 FPS, but I also get drops down to 30-40 at some points, this is the only game I have problems for, so I am not sure how to fix this.

Hi all, I have an Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2060 Super Gaming OC 8G that I got in Nov '19. After the LTT video, I decided to try out NiceHash QuickMiner, and mine in the background when I'm doing college work (Zoom/Word/PowerPoint stuff). Their OCTune determined the optimum settings for my card were: Core Clock: 1020 mhz Core Volt: 662 mv Memory Clock: 7601 mhz The thing is.... I want to try mining ETH without NiceHash (using Ethermine Pool and T-Rex), but I'm struggling to re-create the above settings with MSI Afterburner, and I'm getting confused because I think Afterburner works with deltas rather than fixed values (?). I managed to get "similar" values with the below but the core clock jumps around +/-200mhz and the voltage +/-80mv. Power Limit: 52 % Temp Limit: 67 c Core Clock: +0 mhz Memory Clock: +800 mhz Am I doing something wrong? (First two screenshots of OCTune and HWINFO were taken with with NiceHash QuickMiner+OCTune. Last screenshot was taken with OCTune disabled and Afterburner controlling underclock/overclock/voltages)

So recently Zotac has put up a white variant of their RTX 2060 super on their website Linked HERE It looks pretty nice and as someone who wants a decent white GPU, its looks very intriguing. However, it does not have a price, I also can't find it anywhere to purchase. Websites like Vortez.net and techpowerup.com have both made articles about it. If anyone has any information please let me know!

So I have LG 27GL650-f so far its great but I used to 22 inch 1080p Samsung TV, so it's feel kinda blurry to me I got it after my friend suggestion, it's totally worth buy according to him, and tbh it's great except I kinda annoyed with low pixel density Then I said I wan to upgrade to 1440p, but he said my 2060 super couldn't handle that, because it will be less than 100fps, and it hinder the game play, but the only competitive game i playing is Dota 2, (i mainly focus on single player game) he as far suggesting me 4k TN panel if I want a "crisp" display Then I understand maybe he value competitive gaming than visual fidelity(he got OLED VA Monitor though) Then I still want upgrade to 1440p but i become not sure if it's worth it The monitor I want is LG 27GL850-b tho, the 853 is not exist in my country, Should I just upgrade?

2060 super 2060 super and i5 11400f 1080p bottleneck?
theofficialmo posted a topic in Graphics Cards
just wanted to make sure that the i5 11400f doesn't bottleneck the 2060 super at 1080p -
Hello. I am creating this topic because of a problem I have encountered. Namely, I am a user of a Gigabyte RTX 2060 SUPER Gaming OC 8GB GDDR6 graphics card code:(GV-N206SGAMING OC-8GC). And I am about to replace the thermopads in the grille. However, I searched quite a bit of the Internet and nowhere could I find the thickness and dimensions of these thermopads. I would measure it myself, but there are no specialized measuring tools. That's why I'm creating this topic, because maybe I'll get some answer or someone met and has somewhere written down the dimensions of the thermopads for the described series of graphics card. Greetings Kaite

I've read some articles about Seasonic Focus Plus having problems with shutting down for some GPUs. I mostly refer to : https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/1093286-why-you-shouldnt-buy-a-seasonic-focus-plus-goldplatinum/ I'm currently trying to build Ryzen 7 3700x with RTX2060 Super. I'm going for 650W 80+Gold model. Will I have a problem with this PSU? Corsair TX650M is not available. My other options: THERMALTAKE Toughpower GF1 650W 80 Gold XFX TS Series 650W Gold COOLERMASTER MWE Gold 650W

I'm currently running an i7-7700 on a gigabyte h110m-s2h mobo and a 1060 6gb. Should I upgrade my cpu/mobo to a Ryzen 7 3700x and Asus b450-f ($820AU) or my gpu to a MSI RTX 2060 Super Gaming X ($800AU). Any opinions/help is greatly appreciated :3. I also bought Corsair vengeance rgb pro 2x8gb 3600mhz that doesn't seem to work with my mobo/cpu (system doesn't recognise it but I can change the lighting effects in ICUE) and I'm planning on holding onto it until I get a new cpu/mobo.

Hey guys i have been struggling between these two gpus for their $1 usd difference in price. I'm from argentina and newegg has them both available at the moment of creating this thread. The points wich make me unsure which one to pick are build quality, cooling and performance, given that if there happens to be a problem me being from argentina and the cards shipping from the US may cause trouble if a return is required. So i want to make the safest choice possible all things considered.I haven't been able to find reviews of the windforce x3 oc version of the 2070 super or the 2060 super strix for that matter, i'm aiming for 1080p 144hz in a room where in summer things can get a bit hot where the pc will be located, hence my interest in a good cooling version. As for the performance i'm not sure if the strix wich has a bigger oc clock may cut the difference closer with the 2070s windforce x3 given it's smaller factory OC or if maybe despite that, the architecture of the 2070s will still put it ahead of an oc'd 2060sAll help is greatly appreciatedAlso if you wonder why i didn't mention any of the rx 5700 xt as an option is because i'm tired of waiting for a good one to come out and also to be available for shipping to Argentina given that in newegg some newer models are available in the US but not for Argentina. And i don't mind to pay what amounts to almost $90 usd in difference for aither of the cards mentioned above

I'm looking to build a pc and I was debating wether to get the 2060S or the 2070. This prices online for the 2060S are around $430 for a decent card and a 2070 is around $450 for a decent card. Any suggestions would be good. I am also trying to stream on this as well.

Hi guys. I'm planning a PC build using an i7-9700k, an RTX 2060 Super from Gigabyte and I want to use one of the H series cases, probably the H700i or the H500i. Is getting the smart part of the case even worth it? However, my main question is actually which case is going to fit the RTX 2060 super. From pictures, it looks pretty long as its got 3 fans. Will it fit in the H500i or will I need to splash the extra and buy the H700i instead? Also, which of the H500i/H700i will come with stock coolers good enough to cool the i7-9700k at stock clock speed? I don't want to have to buy extra fans for the H500i if I could just buy the H700i and it'd come with stock fans good enough to keep the entire setup cool.

Debating on what parts to buy since AMD launch
JoostVisser posted a topic in New Builds and Planning
For the past year or two I've been saving up for a new computer. I've been updating my parts list all the time and until the Ryzen 3000 and Navi reviews I've had my eye on the i5 9600k and the RTX 2060 Super. My budget is around €1500 with a hard limit of €1600, meaning I won't go even €0,01 over €1600. I know I can get better performing parts for that money but I'd like to spend a little more money on quality parts rather than going for pure performance. Now that AMD has launched their new products I'm not really sure what to buy anymore. Note: All the prices mentioned below include tax, my budget does too. The webshop I want to buy my parts on is https://azerty.nl, the only decent IT hardware store I know of in The Netherlands, which is where I live. CPU First: The 3600X currently selling on Azerty for €269,00 and the 9600k for €235,05. Here are this things I'm considering when debating what CPU to buy: - Both will probably perform fine, but which one will age better? - The 9600k is well known for being able to overclock to 5GHz, is it worth it? - If I go for the 3600X, do I go for X570 or X470? - I'm currently not really considering streaming, but if I want to do that in the future, the 3600X will probably be better for that. - How good is the 3600X with overclocking? - Should I even consider overclocking? - According to the Tech Deals 3600X review, the 3600X performs basically the same as an 8700k, but is it still faster compared to a 5GHz overclocked 9600k? GPU next: The 5700XT is going for €498,84 (reference card) and the 2060 super is not yet being sold but the suggested retail price where I live is €424, Azerty will probably be a little above that. Here's what I'm considering: - Same as CPU, which one will age better? - I'm currently gaming on a 1080p monitor, but I'm considering a 1440p monitor in the future. - Do I want RTX capabilities? - I want an AIB card, so for the 5700XT I would have to wait a little longer for those. - Some 2060's have an USB-C port, which makes VR (which I want to buy in the future) a lot easier according to some people. - According to most reviews, the 5700X performs in between the 2060 Super and the 2070 Super. I will be adding bullet points in the future as I think of more things to consider, but what do you think is the best option for me? Do you think there are other things I need to consider? Any advise is much appreciated. Thanks! -

Can anyone help me find a mobo(mITX) that would be compatible with NZXT's H1 case and cooler? It's being paired with a 2060 Super and either a R5-3600X or i5-9600K so a b450 or z390 chipset would be optimal. (also 2x8gb Kingston Hyper-X DDR4-3200) Cheers!

I build this around December 2019, around same time as Frozen II was released in cinemas here where I'm from ~ so I had some fun with it and some of my daughters toys XD I build it for a friend who have for long been needing a much better system, so he gave me a budget and let me loose - this is what he ended up with. It's a pretty damn solid build, and I was actually quite surprised how speedy and silent the whole thing turned out, specially the CPU cooler is freaking awesome! …most likely not the last time I will use this cooler again in other builds PCPartPicker Part List: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/DL94Pn CPU: Intel Core i5-9600KF 3.7 GHz CPU Cooler: ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II 120 Motherboard: ASRock B365M Pro4 Micro ATX Memory: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-2666 Storage: Intel 660p 2 TB M.2-2280 NVME Video Card: MSI GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER 8 GB GAMING X Case: Phanteks ECLIPSE P350X ATX Mid Tower Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA G1+ 650 W 80+ Gold Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro 64-bit Wireless Network Adapter: Asus PCE-AC56 PCIe x1 802.11a/b/g/n/ac Case Fan: 4x ARCTIC F12 PWM PST 53 CFM 120 mm ...I'm not very active in the tech world at the moment as I'm having too much fun being somewhat of a small time content creator, specially for Sea of Thieves, that takes a lot of work and time - but I still tinker with tech from time to time, i'm not hard to find in case your interested in what I do, I'm at0mac - I'm pretty much everywhere on the Internet

Caught in a bind here. I'm torn between upgrading my 1070 to a 2060 Super or (spend the extra 80 dollars) for a 2070 Super. Quick research showed about a 10% difference between those Rtx Cards so I don't know if the extra money is worth it. Or just wait until Nvidia Ampere. I run my computer at 1440p 144hz and want an upgrade that will last me a while. Specs: I7-7700k Gigabyte G1 1070 16GB 3200MHZ Ram MSI Z270 Gaming M5

For the past two weeks i have been looking around at all manner of RTX cards and their performance in games i play and with hardware i run. After much research i have settled on the RTX 2060 Super as my next GPU to upgrade too. knowing the reputation Asus has for taking Nvidia GPU cores to the max with their Strix cards i naturally went looking for a review of their strix version of the 2060 super to no avail. i did some searching online and found very little in the way of any serious review. i am very puzzled as to why such a card has seemingly gone under the radar of tech reviewers. the only real info i was able to get was from what i saw in Gamers Nexus's video on the 2070 super & 2060 super joint review. The 2060 super should be a great lower cost option for 2070 like performance with a small overclock. so this is where you all come in, if you have a 2060 Super from Asus or not i want to know your experience and overclocks! i want to get the best possible idea of how the card performs and any problems to expect. thank you for reading and i look forward to learning more about this seemingly under appreciated card.
