Curious and checking the temperature, but how long will you wait for a response on a warranty claim? I have a Lian Li Galahad AIO that failed. Not that big of a deal, these things happen, and It's a known problem to Lian Li, even having a website dedicated to it. https://lian-li.com/regarding-issues-with-our-galahad-aio-affecting-cpu-temperatures/ However, I'm over a week and a half since sent in my claim, and I have received my "receipt" from the Lian Li auto response. "Every message will be answered within 72 hours during business hours (Our business hours : Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00 CST ), please do not send us a second mail and do not send request to our social media at the same time, as this would additionally stress the processing and thus delay it."

I'm trying to get into my account for a problem with my water bottle but can't. I ordered a water bottle very early and loved it. After the new spout lids come out I ordered two and water bottle for my wife. My spout lid was always really hard to get on so I just didn't use it that much. I have since started using my wife's water bottle and I miss mine she wants hers back. Does anyone know how to get in touch.

I just recently bought a new Pixel 6 Pro. I had it for less than 3 months when the inevitable happened. I dropped it in a foot of water at the saltwater beach on vacation. I immediately took it out and let it dry before using it again. It was working fine for about 24 hours when the screen froze and a few seconds later, the whole phone went dark. RIP. It no longer turns on. I get in contact with google support and tell them the situation. They will not pay for any damages caused by water. This is a phone that is IP68 water resistant and the lenses are fogged from 1 foot of water. I am going to get this phone fixed, but this seems like a ridiculous way to treat a warranty. Has anyone else experienced this?

Well my desktop started to spit out bluescreens, not very frequently but there is tell tale sign something have to do with RAM. I have the sticks running XMP for the last one and half years in my Aorus X570 Elite with a AMD Ryzen 5 3600. (Ram bought in Nov 2019) Date | Error message | Stop Code 4/14 MEMORY_MANAGEMENT 0x0000001A 4/12 MEMORY_MANAGEMENT 0x0000001A 4/12 PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA 0x00000050 4/5 KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR - 0x0000007A 3/22 FAULTY_HARDWARE_CORRUPTED_PAGE 0x0000012B 3/8 MEMORY_MANAGEMENT 0x0000001A I went and test the Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro using Microsoft's Memory tester and the sticks failed the test. Windows report really don't have anything more than "its broken"... So then I used MemTest 86+ (v8.3) and it got bombarded with 10000+ So much so the MemTest stopped the test... (See report MemTest86-Report-20210414-171233) (Note stick -440 is in Slot B2 and -441 is in Slot A2, these two are the slots should be populated first and allows ) Then I removed one of the two sticks (-440 from Slot B2) and found out the cuprite is -441 in slot A2 (See report MemTest86-Report-20210414-212128) To make sure -440 is good, I took -441 out and plug -440 back to its original B2 slot, the ram Passed the test (See report MemTest86-Report-20210414-235434) To make sure the slot A2 isn't at fault, I pulled -440 out from B2 and installed in A2 (which was -441's initial slot). It passed a pass of test so I decided that should be enough to conclude Slot is good. And lastly I tried plug in both sticks in but in reversed the slots -440 is in Slot A2 and -441 is in Slot B2 and no surprise they failed the test... Note fault address had shifted, as expected when ram physical location changed. (See report MemTest86-Report-20210415-031012) * As I typing this post I tried to run the test again, within first pass, it already give me 8000+ errors, mostly in 1EDBA**** address range.(I guess one of the chip on the stick is busted...) With this much testing, I think I can conclude the fault is in the Corsair Ram instead of my Mobo/CPU? I don't have another set to switch out and test. Hey, Guys just wondering if any of the Aussie enthusiasts on here have bought Razer laptops from the Razer.com.au online website? * How is there customer service? * How was the quality if the product and how long did it last before having issues? * Read some horror stories about warranty issues, I'm thinking of either this or a Matebook x If the warranty is as bad as I've heard I likely go for the Matebook but, Its a razer so I'd like to get one should the Elder Xeon in the sky deems me worthy. * Oh and any positive experiences with their customer support? Does peeling the mouse pads of the Logitech g303 void the warranty of the product? The Mouse internals was not accessed as there was no means of unscrewing the screws. It was all to fix a faulty left click.

Hi, i first had my PC assembled 6 years ago, over the years i have upgraded my PC but one thing have not changed since then which is my PSU: Corsair AX750. Its warranty last for 7 years which means its ending next year and i'm wondering is it time for me to replace the PSU even though its still working perfectly fine? Thank you

I have a mid-2015 15-inch retina display MacBook Pro for school and travel. I also use my laptop at home a lot and my family has 3 dogs that shed a lot. usually, the dog hair goes into the MacBook, through the fans, and slows it down and makes it really hot. I have an Ifixit toolkit and was wondering if I open the bottom of my MacBook Pro to clean it, does it void my warranty? I would like to learn how to do it at home because you usually have to make an apple reservation 1 week in advance, so, does anyone know if opening my MacBook, voids my warranty.

A sandisk SSDplus 240gb that I requested an RMA for was replaced a while ago ,but unfortunately the replacement SSD was DoA. Since I am a total new builder and I happen to have horrible luck, how do I fill out the "proof of purchase" and the "purchase date" even if I have not purchased it due to it being a replacement. A quick reading of the warranty does not state anything about replacement drive warranties.

I've had a few issues with my gtx 1070 lately so I decided to look at the cards warrenty just to be sure. This is where I got confused. I have the V1.0 version of the gigabyte g1 gaming gpu and on gigabytes site it says that the card has a 3 year warranty. But on the reseller I purchased it from it says that the card has a 2 year warrenty. Another wired thing is that the V2.0 of the card has a 3 year warrenty. Can anyone help me?

A few days ago i went into a store to buy me a gpu, i found a MSI 1080ti on sale, and only gpu in store so i had no choice but to go with it. Now im thinking about doing a custom loop again, but id love to keep my warrenty semi valid since ive had some problems with my pc before i got the new parts. So would i void the warrenty by installing a EKWB 1080TI block? Some forums says yes, some says no.

So i just (2 weeks ago) Bought a nice reference RX 480 from XFX. As i want to maybe watercool it, i havent used it because im not sure if i could watercool it so its fresh in the box ready to return if i can't. And that's why im making this post, do i void the warrenty in EU if i install a waterblok on it? My reseller told me they couldnt give me the answer and XFX is kinda slow to reply. I only have 2 days left before i can't return it so i'm hoping some one can give me a reply. And to be more specific about my region i live in Denmark, card bought from fcomputer.dk in Aarhus.

Did any one ever work with a corsair ticket?! I don't get it, apparently my PSU that I sent to corsair (that needs repair) got there and shipped there just yesterday, BUT now the ticket says "closed'' .So ... ANYONE know what closed means. And if its bad where is my PSU!! Thanks, Jmess

So I've had my Dell Inspiron 13 for over a year now and I love it, I use it daily for my college work and thus I carry it around in my backpack. I don't ever toss my backpack down and I'm pretty careful when im taking it off but somehow I've damaged my laptop near the usb ports. The port still works and the damage is purely cosmetic but it's an ugly reminder that I failed to keep my laptop in near perfect condition. So I wanted the opinions of the people here. Should I turn in my 2-Year accidental damage warrenty to have the damage repaired or should I hold out till the end of my warranty gets closer. The warrenty expires March of next year. Heres a photo of the damage.

TLDR: Sony's warranty is appalling and wont admit to design faults. A bend started to appear on my Z3 3 months after carrying out the contract. This bend was not caused by myself, i believe it to be down the the high temp the phone reaches when doing 4K video and there fore has made the devices structure malleable and cause it to bend, many people have called me out on this and from my POV the phones front and back glass components would have shattered if deliberately bent, also i never have my phone in my back pockets, period. So took the phone to the contract holders shop (Will keep them nameless however they are no small company!), and they booked it in for repair however was sent back as the devices manufacture warranty would not cover such damage to the device, after receiving my phone back from the company i saw that a large portion of the screen had a back light bleed issue caused by the repair center when was cent away. (Another thing to add here was that all loan phones i had during this had previous customer details on as well as my phone when i got it back also had my details still on my device when i was promised by the company that my data would be removed to comply with the data protection act) Took my phone back to the company and they sent the phone back to repairs and was returned with the comment "We were unable to repair your device as the issue has occurred because of the bend which is not covered under manufacture warranty." I decided to take this further as there is post after post on other sites with users having the same issue with their devices from cracks to bends appearing on the device with no user input. Was shrugged off from Sony blaming the end user. If this was Apple they would have replaced the device as they would admit to their own error and have decency to keep the customer happy. Sony has left a bad taste in my mouth, the contract providers mouth and will never purchase another product from Sony again! This is a real shame as this was my first Android device and although i have tried to not let Android be the issue i now would only go to Apple for future products as I have had to go through their customer service and have no complaints. Although I have tried my hardest to keep Apple vs Android out of this rant i have re read and will admit a little bit of preference to Apple however please don't take this as a hate for Sony becuase they are not Apple, Sony's customer service is quite frankly crap and wont admit to their own product flaws! im overclocking my card right now. and i got 1030 core clock and 1480 memory clock. and unigine heaven crashed at the final step. and im using a sapphire dual x r9 270 card. so what im asking is will it woid my warrenty if i increse my power limit. i head that increasing your core valtage woids warrenty and i wanted to know will it happen even if i increase power limit. please reply quickly. thanks in advance.

hello i have a sapphire r9 270.. and i am thinking of overclocking it.. if i overclock it will it void my warrenty? if not can you please tell me witch software to use msi after burner or sapphire trixx?. and can you tell me the safe levels of overclocking? Core clock? memory clock? gpu voltage? i am a noob and have never overclocked before... sorry for the spelling & grammer mistakes...
