Please, could someone create a gaming computer for me that would be able to handle most games like call of duty, dayz, etc. I would do it myself but I don't know much about computers. My budget is paying monthly so my budget will be around £2500 It must be from this site as it is the only available monthly instalment site. Site: https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk Budget: £2500 Location: United Kingdom Use (gaming, rendering, etc): Gaming, Editing and Rendering - Peripherals required (monitor, keyboard/mouse, etc): 1. A decent razer headset (good microphone and quality sound). 2. Razer Chroma Firefly 3. Windows 10 4. Google Chrome 5. No Anti Virus 6. No Office software 7. GT Omega Chair (black and white) 8. Standard Delivery and build 9. Home installation (idk how to build a pc) 10. 2 Extra fans. Operating System required: Windows 10 The above must be included in the budget Thank you

way to reduce GPU prices?? (Skyminer)
Pythosa posted a topic in Folding@home, Boinc, and Coin Mining
Hello forum. After watching a few videos by LTT recently on the efficiency of mining BTC in today's crytpo economy, I started to do some more research with a few friends into thr new 'alt'coins. For those not aware of this, these are new cryptocurrencies other than BTC and include everything from ETH to Dogecoin to the ScamCoins. Im not here today to lecture you on those. I'm here to try and gain some popularity for a certain miner of a new currency, "Skycoin" and maybe get recognised by the LTT staff to take a look at this. BTC currently is experiencing massive backlogging of transactions, slow speeds across the board and an ever increasing transaction fee. Skycoin technically hasn't even released their main product yet. Their own miners and mining software as shown bellow from a convention recently. The kick of this whole Skyminer/SkyCoin is the costs associated with the actual mining using these machines. It is around i saw somewhere 10% of the electricity cost of mining BTC. Now since LTT is looking into this, I think it would be beneficial for LTT to contact the management to get hold of one of these kits early and review it. I would love to see what LTT thinks of this and their review. As an added bonus, due to the way SkyCoins are implemented, this is a way to save Net Neutrality. I would encourage you guys to look into this and help try and get a review for these new tech Slyminers EDIT: If these become more mainstream then costs for miners will decrease big time and the need for GPUs for mining Crypto is nill. Lower prices for all us gamers and PC enthusiasts!-

You there! Time to Go Home PS:Not this drone^^ Okay , it's a cheesy idea , but kinda cool to see stuff like this happening , A Japanese firm is proposing an idea to kick out over working employees on time for their own good by literally annoying them out of the door with an autonomous drone , The drone will fly through offices after hours playing Auld Lang Syne, which is commonly used to announce that stores are closing. To alert & annoy them to leave their post & go home, when it detects an over staying employee, it hovers over their head & keep playing the tune until they move away from their post. according to the firm employees tend to get lost in their office job & forget when the time to leave or sometimes deliberately overstay to do as much work as they can possible. T-Frend can take a pre-programmed flight across the office autonomously, using its sensors to navigate around walls and other obstacles while staying at a certain height to avoid papers flying up from its propellers. As well as an end-of-work alarm, T-Rend also functions as a security drone, filming surveillance footage and storing the data on an SD card. The drone’s developers are also considering outfitting it with facial recognition technology to help spot burglars and other intruders after-hours The drone is primarily a security guard that uses a video recorder to sweep the building when most of the company’s employees have gone home i kinda just imagine it being like a really big annoying mosquito , The idea of sending a drone to do this instead of sending another personnel to clear out the person from their post is also interesting , they have tried this method but it cause more problems within the job environment apparently & frictions between employees became too often heated , since there's no physical entity you can argue with when it's a drone & you cannot take it personally because that would be stupid this kinda gets the job done & it's a win-win. The T-Frend drone is a collaboration between Tasei, drone system developer Blue Innovation and the telecommunications operator NTT East. T-Frend’s developers are looking into using facial recognition technology so that late workers can be identified. The Drone hovers around the heads of workers clocking in overtime & It plays Auld Lang Syne, an 18th century Scottish ballad better known in Japan for telling shop customers it’s closing time. Working long hours in Japan is viewed as dedication and loyalty from the employee to the employer, a culture that the Japanese government has been trying to change. Every year in Japan, many workers die due to strokes, heart attacks and suicides, Workers are entitled to 20 days leave a year but currently about 35% don't take any of it. Examples : On Christmas Day in 2015, 24-year-old Matsuri Takahashi, an employee at the Japanese advertising agency Dentsu, jumped to her death. It emerged she had barely slept after working more than 100 hours of overtime a month in the period leading up to her death. In October, 31-year-old journalist Miwa Sado’s death in 2013 was ruled as ‘karoshi’ after it turned out she had logged 159 hours of overtime in one month at the NHK news agency Critics say the government is prioritizing business and economic interests at the expense of the welfare of workers. T-Frend drone is expected to be launched in April next year, sadly it's a monthly subscription based service but it would be carried out remotely off site , The service starts with a target price of around 500,000 yen (around usd $4,400) a month . So what do you think about this? leave a comment down below. So I was wondering, which fan combo is better for airflow/dust build up. Is having a intake on the front and a outake on the back of your pc better than having a outake on the front and intake on the back?. [20-12-2019_22_41.] Edit: And I noticed that my case has a intake on the front and a outake on the back. I thought It was the otherway around at first. [21-12-2019_00_45.] Edit 2: Apologies I got them mixed up, I got a outake on the front and a intake on the back. [00_49.]

Only one unique compression step. Inflow and out flow at the same one system, This invention by its nature a logic and simple conception in the dynamics flow mechanics area. The invention is a wing made of one piece in a rotating motion, contained in a pair cavity system connected by implocavity, and interacting dynamically with a flow, that passes internally "Imploded" through its simple mechanism. This flow can be gas (air) or liquid (water). And have two different applications, in two different form-function; this one can be received (using the dynamic flow passage, as a receiver). An example cut be, as a Bike needs a chain to work from motor to wheel. And for the Imploturbocompressor application, cut be as; in a circumstance at the engine, as an A-activate flow, and with a a tube flow conduit going to the wheel as a B-receiving-flow the work use. To see a Imploturbocompressor animation, is posible on a simple way, just to check the Hurricane Satellite view, and is the same implo inflow way nature. Making a metaphoric comparison with the intention to expose it more clearly for a better comprehension of this innovative technical detail, it would be similar to the trajectory and motion of a dynamic flow compared with a rope (extended) that passes through the system would have now a knot (without obstructing the flow). Its prudent to mention that the curves and the inclinations of the blades of a rotating wing made of this invention, is conferred by its shape and function a structural rigidity allowing it to conduct and alter appropriately the dynamic flow passing through its system.

So thread is light discussion , but it's mainly Your say on what is being hyped & overhyped , whether it's Games/hardware/software/advancement/Mobile, Not asking if it's good or Bad , but what do you think is the new load on the hype train?, Please only Post the things that are at the moment, meaning this very moment / time when you're posting this (check example post) Seems like every year this happens , something/something every one talks about ,Fights about , use to start conversations about , Whether it's a hardware or hardware level feature, a game, an idea , a new idea or this new introduction to interact with data, You name it , You know some things are being over hyped to an immence rather annoying level, Rules : (nothing too explicit but it's just a guideline, feel free to write it the way you desire without causing a flame war) Example: Person 1: Current Things i feel like is being Hyped as of late are.. *insert subjects/list here* I'll Start: Current Things i feel like is being Hyped as of late are Virtual Reality Hardware ZEN processor performance relative to intel Pokemon Go 1080 performance bump / Pascal in general intel 10 core CPU Price Note 7 DX 12 Tesla Auto drive Post Your List and or suggestions down there & let us know..

Thought this would be something of interesting , Just pick all the parts & accessories of your PC & give them a price that You think it's fair , Hardware's & peripherals that you have /using right now (for Laptop just set an overall price) , The value You give is the price You're comfortable enough to take to give that part away for that price if offered Example: Monitor : $270 CPU : $70 Case : $10 Mice : $22 Cpu cooler : $5 Optional: Please put in make & model of the parts if possible , but just generally it as 'a part' saying it is good too Don't over-exagerate or undervalue if possible , but set a price You're comfortable enough to sell it if the exact money was offered to you Comment on why you chose that price for each parts separately as you go along Post Yours just like this down below, Rules : No arguing about what you think is the right value, & i mean arguing , not discussion , do that , criticize without overdoing it Don't turn this into the classifieds section & start posting things like it's actually for sale (especially new members with not enough posts qualified enough to post on the classifieds using this as a sales thread) That's just about it,

So I've been busy and haven't been around on the forums much but I'm gonna try to get back in the community. I've got a VM question involving Ubiqutiti UniFi console I'll post in the appropriate sub-forum. Go check it out if you know about that stuff. Also!!! My build log will be starting back up probably in about a month. Thats when I expect to be back ahead with money instead of in the hole. I hope the people that were interested in my build log still are. Will most likely start a new "revival" thread about it in the build log section.

Hillary Clinton Unveils Tech Platform Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee also details student-loan relief plan aimed at supporting young entrepreneurs and innovators By: COLLEEN MCCAIN NELSON Source: http://www.wsj.com/articles/hillary-clinton-to-unveil-platform-on-technology-1467108000?mod=WSJ_TechWSJD_NeedToKnow ROFLMAO!!!! OK I apologize to all that is reading this but two words that should never be used in the same sentence Hillary Clinton and Technology. (If you like Hillary Clinton well then I feel sorry you and you can ignore my blatant remarks.) I am sorry but Governments do not ensure progress, people and innovation do that on its own. If anything this will not help matters that the US currently faces. Mrs Clinton does go on to outline other social minded thoughts further down the article but the gist of the thing is in the quotes. Though I agree that the US needs to continue expanding and upgrading its infrastructure in this area, having more Government involvement and regulation will not help but hinder the process as it already has... with one exception of course the FCC ruling on ISP conduct one good will not absolve a thousand wrongs. Tsk tsk. Apologies if the topic is a bit too political but it is tech related.

Do employees get work benefits/privileges from their parent company & get hardware at a reduced price or even free of charge when needed or when requested? Any of you know someone or know any stories like that? EG: does intel/AMD giving away chips to employees , used/old/new/sample hardware to those who work in their companies

Post Your opinions down below.. Security vs privacy , both can be abused to certain limits to counteract one another , not going to make a standing point , as far as situation call for it , both are necessary but in varying amounts, which is pretty much impossible to keep up in a democracy it's either one or the other even tho we can have a ton of debates around it & not change shit except make some noise around the issue like a panicked swarm of bees , too much encryption can restrict & interfere with progress to truth & too much loose uncontrolled oversight can lead to serious issue in terms of a persons right & state & even political groups could target rival group or even individuals & abuse their power, should it be locked down for ethical reasons or should we keep a single over-watch to keep things in checks? if it comes down to it, what would you prefer happen?

EurekAlert reports that Engineering researchers at the Columbia University if Engineering and Applied Science have discovered a way to have a WiFi chip transmit and receive on the same frequency on a single antenna simultaneously, massively increasing the throughput capacity. I think this is great. It can only mean further improvements in wireless technology and the researchers at the university have something to be proud of. EE Times say that funding is being provided so that carriers are encouraged to adopt the technology so that it can be implemented more quickly and hopefully be put into effect relatively cheaply. Interesting stuff. 1. http://www.eurekalert.org/pub_releases/2016-04/cuso-wcd041316.php 2. http://www.eetimes.com/document.asp?doc_id=1329466

Source: http://www.entrepreneur.com/article/253722 I'm not a sneaker head or anything. But when I saw this it caught my eye. I was curious what the asking price for something like this was and to my surprise it was reasonable starting at $150. I was a bit discouraged to see that this was being funded on Indiegogo though. I never participated in any crowd funding affairs and are hesitant after seeing many products never get to see the light of day. But I am considering giving it a go I think it would be so cool to turn heads with a pair of these. -taveric

This is gonna be a weird topic , But i think it's a good discussion on topic which technology vs human intelligence showdown is on, The Topic is Peace & Keeping the peace for all form of living being a smart enough AI (& i certainly don't mean those portrait in movies), incorruptible yet which cannot be bribed or forced to change true judgement, that is aware could do things rather perfectly or even much better than human beings , Let's face it , we're emotional beings , whatever outcome there is it's directly proportional to the collective emotional state of mind, especially dealing with other human beings, wisdom of crowds can be emotionally altered & can be controlled to turn into a lynch mob , which is a contradictory thing to start the judgement with, , But Since AI can judge & sense dispassionately & contain the threat , which humans can succumb to like bribery , extortion, physical threat, can all inturn change the outcome or judgement , Take NSA as a primary example they , have some of the most powerful tools for intelligent Big data analysis , pretty sure 98% is dedicated to secure our nation, but the left over percentile is used for covert operations & other interest, which otherwise deem as punishable , but imagine the system was extensively & exclusively under an intelligent system that is incorruptible, Would it do the job close to a 100 times better without shedding too much blood? I'm not talking about AI robots ruling the world , but a static intelligent state which can control human caused error , preemptively strike with precision , but can physically quarantine threats by humans & make a logical judgement, Do you think such a system should be in place in the future or do you think humans should continue on with guiding & ruling over each other to keep peace, a sort of intelligent fair analysis, without human intervention that is malleable ..

Here's an intense article to start you off with this issue: http://www.bbc.com/future/story/20150402-the-worst-place-on-earth "It could be argued that China’s dominance of the rare earth market is less about geology and far more about the country’s willingness to take an environmental hit that other nations shy away from." Take for example: Graphics Cards. A new iteration is always produced per GPU line (GTX 680 -> 780 -> 980) and various manufacturers create custom coolers. How much of these are actually bought and put to good use. My brain is very scattered right now but I would love to write an article on this issue... PS Am a mountaineer who's part of an org that follows environmental principles. That's where I'm coming from.
