I have 2 questions" 1) Do i still need to pay/use G2A shield, if i'm buying the game directly from them 2) Are they really legit? Whenever i visit their website i feel concerned... Hey forum, I have a dilemma. So I waited for Prime Day to come around. I was going to buy an 850 Evo 250GB, so I did. Then there was a good deal on the BX100 250GB, so I bought that too. I now have both. I know that the 850 Evo is worth more and should perform a bit better and that the BX100 should perform only slightly worse and is meant to be more reliable, but I'm wondering: What should I do with them? 1) Do I use the 850 Evo and try to sell the BX100? 2) Do I use the BX100 and try to sell the 850 Evo? 3) Do I use both and call it a super awesome upgrade? If so, should I/can I raid them to have a ~500GB effective boot drive at about 1GB/s? Both SSDs are still in the box as of time of posting. If this post is in the wrong place, please move it.

Samsung reportedly overestimated how much stock would be needed, leading to an increased advertising spend to get rid of units that were "piling up in warehouses." In one scenario under discussion, co-chief executive and mobile head J.K. Shin who had presided over Samsung’s rapid ascent as well as its recent tumble in smartphones could be moved out of his role overseeing the mobile division. That could mean Mr. Shin, 58 years old, loses his co-CEO role. Samsung sold about 40% fewer Galaxy S5 smartphones than expected, with about 12 million units sold to consumers in the first three months since April compared with about 16 million units for the preceding flagship phone Samsung has been feeling the heat from low-cost smartphone makers in China, India and other countries.Also Samsung has cut orders for its Galaxy S4 (last year's flagship phone) back to 5 million units from 6 million units. Apple has just announced that preorders for iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus have topped all previously set records, achieving 4 million sales in the first twenty-four hours. In the press release, Cook said he is thrilled that customers love them “as much as we do”. Although the iPhone 5s did not have preorders at all last year, for comparison, Apple sold 9 million iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c’s in their opening weekend. 4 million is a massive number, easily beating previous preorder numbers. The iPhone 5 managed 2 million pre orders in 24 hours back in 2012. Apple had already said that the phones had set overnight sales records on Friday, but now we have firm (good) numbers to back up this statement. Hey guys, I was looking at some cases and my budget and they didn't come out pretty. There are cases out there for less than 50 bucks but, I was thinking maybe would anyone here be be willing to sale there ''spear'' case they ungraded from or got sick of? All I'm really looking for is something less than 50 bucks and that doesn't have too much Cheetos stains from hours of gaming. If this is not allowed, please aware me of such but, if it is then carry on! Thanks

I found this in my internet travels: http://ukie.org.uk/content/first-official-uk-games-industry-digital-sales-chart-debuts It's nice to see an official game sales chart which actually takes download sales into account (or in this case is entirely focused on them). So many times I've seen sales charts which have a PC section on them, but have a * which says that it "doesn't include downloaded games". Which is a pretty sizeable chunk of PC games sales, afaik. It's not perfect ofc, as they get information from publishers; this means that indie games, or games from a publisher which they don't have figures from wouldn't be on there, but hopefully this is going to lead to digital game sales actually making it into more well publicised sales charts.

Why are games that are so old, and so repetitive, so expensive? In new zealand, World at war is $40 USD on steam. ($30 right now because sales.). Personally i wouldn't buy any COD game unless it was 75% off, or more. Activision needs to Get their shit together. -

Hey guys I am going to buy a laptop later in July-August (probably an Asus G550JK) and I will be getting an SSD for it (most likely a 500GB). Anyway, I have stumbled upon plenty of SSD deals right now. What's up with these? Is it a price reduction or just a temporary sales? The samsung SSDs are almost 50% off on amazon. Is it worth it? Hey I have a question for all you Impact owners. My question is should I be getting this mobo if I do not know/ tried to overclock yet ? I am planning to get either a 4670k or non k or maybe something in the 45xx. The reason is I like the look and I want it for my first build and for it to last for a while (Couple years) and I would like to know if that in the bios is there a one touch overclock and I can lower or raise anything I like afterwords. And about ram disks can someone explain real world uses because I looked it up and I still do not get it. Lastly about the sound card it is better that a external amp/dac because that is the second reason I am getting this. If this would help at all i'm going to link my build and if I do overclock I will buy a aftermarket cooler later. I was just looking at some parts that I had laying around I was thinking about how Linus and slick mention a trade store or something on the website but he didn't go into details . But i think it would be cool if I can trade my power supply for a stick of RAM or something. What do you guy think?
