I've been using my desktop on my TV just fine because it's bigger and it's an LG with better resolution and picture quality than my more than 10yr old square monitor. But it's now I don't get display(before I had to switch to hdmi source on my TV before turning the pc on or I won't get display) and even when I use my old monitor I have to disconnect my gpu(because I don't get display when I connect to the motherboard instead) and remove the drivers with ddu, plug in the gpu, then install the drivers for it to work. I've used both pro and normal adrenalin drivers Using the display port does nothing It seems when I connect to my TV it starts the problem all over again. I can't get a new monitor. Hp prodesk 600 g2 sff vga, DP I5 6500 MSI aero rx 560 itx hdmi, DP 12gb ddr4 2133mhz Hp 1702 75hz vga (I use hdmi to vga adapter and it works fine) Lg 32lj570u 32'' hdmi

I recently built a PC, Aorus B450 Pro Wifi with a Ryzen 5 2600x, RX560 as a temp GPU, when I turn it on all the lights and fans turn on, but it will not display BIOs, or anything at all. The red CPU light is on. I am not hugely skilled in this, and I’m worried about killing my new board, or frying my CPU.

So... I've been rocking with my RX 560 (Sapphire pulse RX 560 OC 2gb Vram gddr5) for a long time now, But I don't know why there is always some instability issues with AMD Driver such as driver time out, That annoy me so much... When I'm using Radeon software WHQL 2.1.4.1 is always have a driver timeout issues then now I'm downgrading it (With DDU of course) to 2.1.3.1 Adrenaline 2020 Edition and then surprisingly it will work fine and no Instability issues like those So I'm asking to you guys AMD GPU user out there, What is the most Stable AMD Drivers?... That is well working like intended Also are you using WHQL version or not?, Adrenaline 2020 Edition or AMD Radeon Software? Thanks in advance cheers XnonXte

Basically PC randomly freeze when I play Counter Side with official PC client, which is basically Android emulator from what I've heard. It won't respond to anything beside shutdown command, which I've set it op to power button press. The PC Will just freeze when it happens, but i heard it unfreeze continue playing whatever it plays when it finally accept shutdown command. News help troubleshooting this, not sure how to start. I've watched a video on a tech youtuber explaining how to spot a bad psu according to what he said I personally think it would probably work fine but I wanted to know what you guys think since you all are Experienced so kindly tell me if i can get that rx 560 or not? .. https://youtu.be/SX0LjqdGvxs The video link My current specs are Xeon x3440 4gb ddr3 1333 ram Hd 5450 512mb (planning on getting rx 560) Wd 300GB hdd 7200rpm Thanks in adv :)

Hello, I am thinking of getting a rx 560 or a rx570 for my pc but i dont know if my psu will deliver enough watts to keep it up the psu is a Cooler Master MasterWatt Lite 400W 85% efficiency my build is: Gigabyte B450M DS3H Ryzen 3 2200g 2x 4GB DDR4 (3000Mhz) RAM sticks (idk what brand probably corsair) Cooler Master MasterWatt Lite 400W 1x 120GB SSD 1x 500GB 7.2K RPM SATA HDD 1x 120mm fan A shitty case. I tried out one of those wattage calculator websites and i got this result (EXCLUDES THE RX560 OR RX570 INTO CALCULATION): A load wattage of 191 Watt A recommended wattage for my psu of 241 watts Im thinking of either a rx 560 or a rx570, will either of these work if i stick them in my pc with my current PSU or do i have to upgrade to keep my pc from exploding and if both are possible which one do you recommend best, (dont worry about how much they cost, only performance and power consumption i.e headroom)

So as the title says I have a problem with my RX 560 4GB. The problem is that when I install any driver I get artefacts. If I uninstall the driver everything is fine. I tried 2 different HDMI cables and a DisplayPort and it's the same. I use a Molex to 6-pin adaptor, but the PSU is decent 500W and I've used another GPU with the adapter before so I know the PSU it's ok. Can I do something to get it working? Maybe flash another bios or something? Or is it better to just return it if I manage to do so.

I'm currently trying to upgrade a prebuilt ts-140 with and i3-4130 I purchased a 600W evga powersupply so that I can upgrade the gpu since the stock psu was a 280W unit. Anyway I was able to get a good deal on an rx560 which is enough for the games I want to run but I'm not sure on the compatibility, wanted to see what I could find while I wait for an adapter in the mail but not much luck so far

Hello , this is my first time posting here so please tell me if something is wrong or any info is missing. I'm having drivers issues with my XFX RX 560 , i was updating to Adrenaline 20.x (Recommended option) and once it finished the install , made a restart like the drivers required, i saw bios options, post , everything was good but it just start windows like the image, in user selection, in desktop screen, everywhere, i thought it was the new driver so i tried a downgrade using DDU and getting the one that i was using all this time ( which was, in a surprising way, catalyst amd drivers) but now it still shows the screen like the picture. i've checking many solutions but none of those works. Ask for a friend computer to use there but still not working, tried other display like msi or asus monitor, in intel or amd systems, almost every driver from crimson or adrenaline , even 20.4.2 which was release a couple days ago. Does this have solution or it is just time to throw it away and get an upgrade?. My system is : Ryzen 3 3200g with 16gb ddr4 ram kingston, 120gb kingston and evga 500w 80 plus white. EDIT : 04/25, still cant find a solution.

Hey guys, I was wondering if any of you guys knew how to make windows think I have a 2080ti or 5700XT (or at least something better than my irritating "friend" has in his PREBUILT PC). He isn't very knowledgeable so screen sharing task manager through discord is sufficient enough to convince him. I assume this is possible because people on Wish sell fake cards all the time. Thanks in advance

Hey guys I wanted to ask if the rx560 is decent I'm looking at deals for it here for a non reference rog strix model and I'm looking at the benchmarks for it and it's so inconsistent one video shows a remarkable show for what it is and another showing total garbage so what do you think ?

Hey guys, I'm planning on grabbing a secondary graphics card for my system, because I plan on fully virtualising my windows install, and letting it have my 1080ti. Which means I'd have to leave a graphics card for my ubuntu system. Since most of my gaming will be done on windows still, I wanna get a low-end card with no additional 6 or 8pin (didn't pick a power supply expecting to ever run dual GPUs). Some of the graphically "demanding" things I might do on Ubuntu would be things like watching youtube videos (potentially 4k), playing some 2D titles (Undermine, Binding of Isaac: AB+, etc), and possibly some very light 3D titles (minecraft, maybe even csgo). Would a 550 or a 560 be enough for those things, considering my primary display is 4k? I could live without the 3D titles or even the 2D games, but I'm worried my system would become a chore to use for the things like internet browsing and video watching ('cause screw booting up a VM to watch a video). Are my worries founded or would the cards perform perfectly in those tasks?

This might be the wrong thread, so let me know, either way, any insight is appreciated. I've got a late 2011 Macbook Pro which I was hoping to use an eGPU with, since I already have a few GPUs laying around collecting dust and I'd like to get a little bit of extra performance out of it, as well as relieve some load on the integrated GPU. I'm seeking help from you cool guys, since 2 hours on Google proved quite fruitless, especially concerning my specific Mac model. Anyhow, I was checking out this thing: https://www.usfinestore.com/--laptops-core---compatible-aluminum-pcie-support-thunderbolt-mac-nvidia-amd-650w--egpu---enclosure-3---psu-e-ternal---razer-gpu-w-windows And yes, it caught my eye because of how incredibly cheap it is... Of course I always hold some suspicion when it comes to online listings when they're this underpriced and on a site that I don't immediately recognize. Anyhow, my main concern is connecting this thing (or something like it) to the laptop. I know I would need to go from TB 3 to TB 2 or 1, and when I was looking for usb-c to miniDisplayPort, I saw this Amazon listing: https://www.amazon.com/Cable-Matters-DisplayPort-Supporting-Black/dp/B0777S15V2/ref=sr_1_5?crid=3S4ADBGQ6CUJW&keywords=usb+c+to+mini+displayport&qid=1573160898&sprefix=usb+c+to+mini%2Caps%2C149&sr=8-5 I know that sometimes it's not as easy as "it has the right connectors", but I'd like to use something this simple, rather than buying the expensive and overpriced Apple adapter. From the few answers I was able to receive, many people mentioned that the Apple adapter would be the only way it would work. Any insights are useful. Thanks! Post-Compositional Note: I suspected the site I found the enclosure on to be kind of sketchy, and after looking up the name of the store, the first 5 results were concerning whether it was a scam store or not. So I most likely will not be giving them my credit card info. Either way, I'm still looking to buy a thunderbolt 3 GPU housing.

Hello Everyone!! Yesterday, I received my new Acer Nitro 5 with the following specs: RYZEN 7 2500U Radeon RX560X 8gb Ram 1TB HDD 128GB SSD So I was doing some gaming tests on the simulators that I play and I noticed less graphics and performance than I expected. I then went into Task Manager and noticed that only my CPUs integrated GPU was being used and that the RX560 was not running anything. Does anyone have any idea on how to make the actual GPU run instead of the CPUs GPU? Thanks in advance -stormforcejj

So browsing the Newegg I saw an MSI rx550 aero and it said it was PCIe x16 uses x8. This peaked my interest as I have a PowerEdge 2900 with a PCIe x8 slot that could use a discrete graphics card. My original plan had been to cut the end of the slot and have the GC hang out the back. But a plastic shroud turned that from simple fix to a PIA. I didn't want to remove functionality from a card by physically removing those channels but if they aren't electrically connected in the first place, no harm. So the question is are all rx550s using x8? Are there better or cheaper cards that are electronically limited to x8 PCIe? I'm not looking to game on it. Just more Gui than it's designed for. Linux compatibility a plus.

Would it be ok if I buy the GIGABYTE RADEON RX 560 OC 4 GB considering I have a TT TR2 600W PSU? I know is a very trash power supply but I just want to be able to do some gaming not ultra or anything crazy. I know this GPU is a fairly low power one but still I don't know if there could be any possible issues I'm not considering. Would it be ok to overclock the GPU? I got a i5 4460 (4 true haswell cores @2.5 and up to 3.2) with 16 GB RAM on dual channel. I'm broke at the momment but I hope someday I'll be able to buy a Focus Gold Seasonic Unit. What do you guys say?

So I've been having this problem for quite a while now. Radeon keeps asking me to install the same drivers and when I install them, it tells me to install them again. As you can see the driver version is exactly the same. The optional Drivers glitch out my 2 monitor setup.
