  1. Alright so for background, for LTX my girlfriend wanted to go with me but she doesn't want her own gaming computer because she lives in a dorm and is lame. So i decided that I would sell my mini itx gaming machine and build a micro atx virtualized gaming machine instead. So what I'm rocking right now is a Threadripper 1900x on an Asrock X399m Taichi motherboard with 4 dimms totaling 32 Gb of ram. Where I've been running into problems is with my graphics cards. I have an rtx 2080 and a 4gb rx 480. I have so far been able to get my rx 480 to boot absolutely fine into a virtualized instance of Windows 10 using Limetech's Unraid. Where I run into problems is with Nvidia's usb controller built into their higher end cards for their virtual reality link. It kept throwing up errors at me about it not being able to separate it from the rest of the card even though I would be selecting it to add with the card. I gave up and decided to ask a friend if I could just borrow one of their rx 480's instead for the trip and temporarily trade him my rtx 2080. I have not however tried ACS override in Unraid though because somehow I missed that. I have also heard that you have to add and edited nvidia vbios if you want to use it as your main graphics output for Unraid and that there is some trickery involving making the driver not think it's virtualized. I have also heard that amd cards work fine out of the box for both of these. Since my system is entirely custom liquid cooled except for the rx 480, would it be better to just use the rx 480 as my first gpu and put the 2080 in another slot or will it be the same level of difficulty? Or am I better off just temporarily changing my loop and using two rx 480's instead?
  2. So im totally new to the idea of building a system, i have a second cousin who usually does my pc builds. Basicly im wanting to upgrade my system from a 4790k to a 9700k, along with the ram and motherboard and PSU and cooler. Anyway im wondering if i can just simply build all these together slam in my current SSD and hard drive and windows will work fine aswell as all my files and applications. Is the process easy or am i going to have a bad time? Any advice tips or tricks is greatly appreciated and this will be my first build and if you need any other info hit me up
  3. hi guys i have an rtx 2080 OC 8gb , i opened my case just to see which model i have but unfortunately on it there wasn't any logos , is there a method on how to view my model FOR EXAMPLE Gigabyte or asus
  4. I'm not sure I can do anything about this issue apart from turning down my graphics settings or playing at less than 4K... but let's ask the question. These are my system specs: Windows 10 64 bit | Intel i5-9600k OC 5 GHz | RTX 2080 |VENGEANCE® LPX 32GB DDR 4 OC 3200 The system was built purely to run flight sims, predominantly DCS world by Eagle Dynamics. When trying to play at 4K resolution with all settings to high or max in a graphics intensive environment such as the Gulf Map I'm getting between 30 and 57 fps with an average of around 40. My CPU load (across all cores) barely rises above 30% while the GPU is above 90% most of the time. The GPU appears to be the bottleneck and is limiting performance in game. Now, I have a 4K TV with a refresh rate of 60 hertz, so the max I'm going to see with vsync is 60 fps, I can switch vsync on in the game's settings or control it from the NVidia settings app, I've tried setting Off, on, and max available but this doesn't appear to have any radical effect. It's disappointing that the RTX 2080 doesn't appear to give good 4K framerates in this game, any tips on how I can optimize settings?
  5. I recently built a new computer, it was fine for the first 4 days or so. No problems playing demanding games or any bench mark software. Yesterday (1 pm), i was playing CSGO, when suddenly the PC just powered itself off (black screen, all fans off) mid comp match. I quickly rebooted the PC it was fine for about 5 more minutes and then it crashed again. It starting booting again powered of again (before the BIOS screen), did this a few times. Then it started back up in to windows, and powered off again. Finally i restated it and i was able to get back in the game, where i was banned for being gone so long. The computer was fine till about 3pm, Playing dayz watch some youtube, ect. I went to play another comp game in CSGO, it was fine for the first 5 rounds. Then suddenly it just powered off again, it did the same fiasco that happened before. At this point i decided to start doing some tests. I started with a windows memory diagnostics, which found no errors I then assumed it was a PSU failure. So i used FUR mark and used the GPU and the CPU stress test just to run the computer at 100% to see if the power supply fails. This did nothing, the PC performed fine during this test. I don't know what tests i can preform next to verify which piece of hardware is failing, But it always seems to be CSGO which causes the PC to crash in the first case.
  6. My pc started giving me problems around 8-9 days ago. It starts as a total computer freeze for 5 seconds, then i can move my mouse again for some time or if I move fast huge distance it freezes again and so on..then at one point it just gives me black screen with the mouse cursor on it. Its random, sometimes happens when i am just in browser or desktop, and sometimes in game. Sometimes computer works day or two without problem, then sometimes it happens few times in short period of time. I realized that it happens more with sudden changes within the graphic, for example alt-tabbing, switching between monitors.. Never crashed in the game...most of the time it crashes in main menu when some changes happen, or while loading the game. System worked nicely just before I got the new GPU, and then new GPu didnt give any issues for like 6-7 days no problems at all. I cant take the GPU (asuming its the gpu) to the shop where I bought it, cause i am at the end of my Thesis work in Unreal engine...I just cant afford to wait till they send it to BKK to test it and then whatever it happens.. It will take probably like 20+days..and I have have only less than 2 months left to finish my work. Here is the HWiNFO file jsut when it crashed and then kept lagging until I restarted pc. HWiNFO file: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1kJjHOEnGuvPsSseKZj0D7_Sst9tsqiir Specs: https://valid.x86.fr/166t2q PSU is Corsair STX 750 WHocrashedit gave me this info Crash dumps are enabled on your computer. 7. My current PC: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/GZyhxG I am thinking of upgrading my PC's graphics card to use my motherboard's SLI availability. I was thinking of the graphics card MSI GeForce RTX 2080 8 GB VENTUS OC I was also thinking of upgrading my case to a full tower to allow better airflow throughout the parts For a while, I have been out of the loop in new tech, and that is why I am posting on this forum today, I was wondering what you guys think of my decision and if there are any other recommendations for graphics cards. My budget is $670
  8. Hi friends, I am new here. I am in a situation to buy a new computer without graphics card or buy a good graphics card but, use it in a old computer with Intel i7 2600 Processor. I will never be using this for any high end gaming (Till i buy a Ryzen 7 3rd gen system in future). It is purely for Krita, Gimp, Godot, Blender and Graphics works. My questions are as follows... Which Graphics card to buy, "Quadro RTX 4000" or "RTX 2080 Super" ? Does "any of these above graphics cards" Work on a PCIe 2.0 Motherboard with i7 2600 Processor? (Intel DH67CL Mother board) Thanks in advance friends UPDATE: Please advice on this update too. As money is my limiting factor... I have done some research and came to a conclusion that, spending little less, i would get a "RTX 2070 super" with little less performance than a "RTX 2080". What do you think about this friends? This is my future upgrade: CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x, RAM: Dual channel 32GB , MB: ASUS Tuf Gaming X570-Plus without wifi, SMPS: 750W 80 plus (Thermaltake or Cooler master) (700w or 750w is for Future proofing, for upgrades) Adding a Graphics card to this upgrade will double the price GPU: RTX 2070 Super As AMD GPUs are consuming more power, producing more heat and slower render times than 2070 (as per the Benchmarking data available online) i avoided buying them. AMD GPU is temptingly low cost. At the same time power hungry and Hot too. In my place it hits more than 50℃ in summer and i dont have any sort of cooling at home. I am unable to choose any Hardware which i too hot and power consuming.
  9. I am building a pc with an rtx 2080. I don't know what monitor to get. Is something like an FHD asus monitor with 240hz refresh rate, 1 ms response time, and g-sync. Or should get something like an acer predator WQHD 144hz, 1 ms, Freesync/G-sync monitor. (Also, can't the 2080 take advantage of freesync?)
  10. Is the cooling plate of the RTX 2080 Gigabyte Windforce Xtreme is fully copper ? I mean I have some good reason to apply liquid metal on it. I just want to confirm with you guys if it's no problem for LM thx
  11. Looking to run a eGPU RTX 2080 xc ultra and wanted to know if I could use 1 or 2 powe bricks with 8 pin connectors. I have seen some done but not explained and if I do bricks which ones can I run without power spikes.
  12. Hey, I have been planning on upgrading my GTX 1070 ti to RTX 2080 non ti because the RTX 2080 ti is way above my budget (~450 euros price difference). How is the card's price to performance ratio compared to the Ti version? I only game on 1080p 144hz. I Mostly play Single-Player games like the Witcher 3, Metro Exodus, Shadow of the tomb raider etc... Any reply is highly appreciated.
  13. This is my first actual hardware build. Being a software programmer, I work more with software, not so much hardware, and all of the systems I have had up until now were AIOs. Fair warning: some ranting and personal opinion is in here, and there is no TL;DR despite the length of this article being longer than the others I skimmed here on the forums. (I'm thorough and precise, and I know what I want, okay?) As of writing this, my current build is an MSi GE72MVR 7RG Apache Pro which originally came with a 128GB M.2 PCIe SSD, and upgraded that to a Samsung PM961 256GB NVMe SSD. Summary: Purpose of this Thread I could use some general advice about particular things, as well as some out of curiosity. I would also like to invite any critique and opinion on this build, constructive or otherwise. 1. Budget & Location This build is, to no one's surprise, upwards of $3200 USD with chassis and components alone excluding peripherals. With peripherals, this intends to be upwards of $4400, however, this pricing logic will be explained of course. These are the parts I already have: Chassis: Thermaltake Core P7 TG Edition Motherboard: MSi MEG X399 Creation CPU: AMD Ryzen Threadripper 2950X GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 8G (I have an MSi R9 380 4G lying around that was given to me as well. Can't SLI without hacks, but I wonder how that might work with both in?) RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum 32GB (quad-channel) SSD*: Samsung SSD 970 EVO 1TB (*Need to buy and ship) Network Card: Should I get one of these (on PCIe)? The motherboard comes with Intel LAN and Intel WiFi. Cooling: Water, Thermaltake Floe Riing 360mm (the package says AM4, but the description on Amazon lists TR4 as well); 3x Silent Wings 3. Power Supply: EVGA 1000W GQ 80 Plus Gold. Thermal Paste: indeterminate at this time. I would like to know what is actually most efficient, be it graphite thermal pad paste replacement, or regular old thermal paste. Yes, I will be overclocking, which I know even less about. I need just a quick summary of all the BIOS tuning parameters, how they affect each other; and what software should I use for overclocking if necessary. My primary operating system will be some flavor of Linux, probably Arch, as that is what I used back in 2012; it's familiar to me, and I have more control over the entire system, and has improved considerably since then. For HDR support, I will dual-boot Windows 10 Pro. Theoretically, since image sampling is one of the most expensive GPU operations, the throughput performance of the CPU should help against bottle-necking the GPU, or vice versa. Also, I prefer AMD over Intel; the only reason games run better on Intel, as far as I know or care, is because the game engines are not well-optimized for multi-threaded environments or throughput and do not focus on optimization, but features rather; and I would argue that games really could look nice without requiring extremely high-end graphics when you can achieve photo-realism on Unreal Engine 4 with a single GTX 1080 Ti getting around 80 FPS, and quite a smooth frame rate as well, whereas AAA titles with RTX struggle to get beyond 60 FPS at times. Those games that do implement multi-threading don't do it quite right either, as mutable state is not what multi-threading is made for. 2. Aim of This Build This build is intended for myself as both a high-end gaming rig, as well as a designer workstation (I am a software programmer). As a designer, programming is my playground, and is where I can be truly creative using the power of math, and simulation. I have had all manner of ideas for things that I want to make which would not be possible unless I had hardware capable of pushing out what I plan to pump into it (how about voxel rendering as an efficient rendering method for photo-realistic graphics?). Meanwhile, I do not do heavy gaming, but at least I can enjoy Minecraft with some expensive shaders on higher settings, and if I want to get into AAA titles, I now can. I have played Minecraft, CSGO, Halo PC, Halo 2 PC, and that's about it. 3. Monitor(s) This easily adds $1000 to the build (based on the cheapest price I could find) as it is an LG 34GK950F-B, or some variation thereof (G-SYNC, Freesync, Schmeesync... Freesync is more flexible, at least on this panel, for obvious reasons). This will be the only monitor. As for HDR support, I will either wait for Wayland/Weston support for Linux; try to hack Linux support using wine(!?), or forking Wayland (nah, too much work), or ultimately just use Windows 10 Pro for gaming, and Linux for design until Linux catches up with the rest of us and becomes mainstream over Windows. My Theoretical OS > Linux > Windows. (Well, my OS doesn't quite exist yet, so I can't really say it's better. May never happen; who knows?) 4. Peripherals I already have a Logitech G502 gaming mouse; since I won't have a built-in keyboard anymore, some advice on a low-latency keyboard with a good in-between for fast typing, and responsive tactile feedback for gaming, then I will be golden. My wrist stature indicates I have a small form-factor, and I do have long(er) fingers as well. I primarily use a claw grip on my mouse. I need a larger mat because my Razer Firefly is too small. I like how buttery smooth it is, with the caveat that the smallest specks land on here and make a nice scratchy noise if it gets under my mouse. Despite how smooth it is, I don't care for RGB, so it has a useless RGB chord extending frontwards, and I can't play low-DPI for games like CSGO, or even Minecraft for that matter. Yes, I know, I said I'm not a heavy gamer, but I do enjoy a bit of tactical FPS, and if I play a competitive FPS like CSGO, I want to play it well. That being said, I could use some advice on a nice big mat that has plenty of X and Y, while maintaining a rather smooth feel. 5. Why I am Upgrading I would like a smoother gaming experience as there are many kinds of performance and auditory benefits lost when going to a high-end laptop versus upgrading to a full-tower gaming/designer workstation (I'll call it a workstation, I guess) that has better air-flow and cooling solutions. Furthermore, this hardware is at least one generation old since it has an 8th gen Intel Core i7-7700HQ, and a GTX 1070. The other pain is how bloated MSi is with their software in having multiple GUIs, and multiple software components hogging my RAM, as I only have 16GiB of RAM, and in the beginning, I had only 14% RAM usage, whereas today, that is easily 24%, and with chrome, looking at task manager right now, I'm at 50%. That is ridiculously inefficient, even if I do have two youtube tabs with video. Switching to Arch Linux back in 2012 on my old Toshiba Satellite C855D, I saw a small yet noticeable performance improvement, and just tweaking the JVM parameters for garbage collection among other things, I managed to get a consistent and stable 60FPS in Minecraft. I don't know why my system requires Gibibytes of memory when it should only require a few Mebibytes. Linux easily achieves this because it isn't a bloated architecture like Windows, and doesn't need to maintain PEXE compatibility across its own versions, or deal with DLL Hell: it just works. Hopefully this long post doesn't take up too many kilobytes of memory on whatever server this is stored on, so it should probably be compressed--oh wait, that's too extreme of an optimization. I #BlameDonaldKnuth for slow software!
  14. Hi everyone! I have been having problems with recording with OBS. I recorded some footage a couple times and it looks kinda weird and a bit choppy. I put the video files in Adobe Premiere and realized that every 20 frames or so it skips a frame, it really bugs me. I also tried quick sync and it is the same story. I run Doom at 200FPS at 1440p no problem but the recording looks like crap. PC specs: RTX 2080 FE i7 8700k 4.7 ghz Be Quiet! Dark rock pro 4 MSI z370 A PRO 16 GB 3000mhz RAM 500gb SSD 2TB HDD
  15. Hi again, since I have the money to spare I thought of investing into my PC again. I own a RTX 2080 for almost half a year now and I'm loving it. Only problem is, after a month the poor thing started making coilwine noises while play Warframe at high framerates. It's not a huge deal right now, my max refresh rate as of now is 75Hz so I barely notice it while Vsync is turned on. The thing is, I'll be upgrading to a 144Hz monitor next month so I'm obviously worried the coilwine gets unbearable. So here is my question: Does upgrading your Powersupply to a higher grade (from a Coolermaster 750w 80 bronze to a 80 gold) have any effect on the coilwine? I've been told the coilwine is caused thanks to the powersupply. So... Will upgrading to a high grade power supply fix it? And what PSU's do you recommend for the following setup: i7-8700K @ 4.8GHz MIS RTX 2080 OC GAMING X TRIO 32GB of DDR4 RAM 1440p 144hz gaming with a 1080p/4K monitor at the side. If there are other components that may effect it, please let me know! Thanks!
  16. HI all, Really appreciate it if i can get some help here. Recently upgraded from a 1080p to a 21:9 1440p monitor (Prism+ X340) Playing metro exodus, realized after a few mins that the graphics were quite bad even tho all setttings are set at ultra. Played around with the display options and unchecked the RTX ray tracing options and everything goes back to normal. The degradation of graphics is worse than the attached menu. Similar to choosing LOW graphic setting or choosing a lower resolution than your display. My resolution is correctly set to my display resolution and refresh rate. Attached is the screenshot of RTX ON /OFF. Quite easy to see which one i'm referring to - the bad graphics is with RTX On on the 2nd picture Can someone enlighten me if its due to software issue or my GPU. Specs are as below. Intel Core i7-9700k 3.6Ghz, 3600Mhz Asus Prime Z390a 2x8GB Corsair Vengeance PRO 2666Mhz Galax RTX 2080 One-Click OC White CM 750W PSU
  17. Hi, I rebuilt my system recently, but now all my games crash, seemingly out of the blue. They will run fine for a few minutes, then freeze. Some will crash, others I have to kill in task manager. The games with this problem are: Battlefield V, Far Cry 5, Assassin's Creed Odyssey. All of them are running with graphics optimized by the Geforce Experience. What could be causing this freeze and crash across multiple games? While gaming: CPU usage is around 70-80%, occasional short jumps to 95-100 %, with CPU temp at 60-70 C. GPU temp at 67-8 C. Memory usage is also fine. Nothing is overheating or getting overused. Airflow in the case is good, with 3 in and 3 out fans plus the tower cooler on the CPU. System specs: Gigabyte RTX 2080, Intel i9-9900k, Aorus Z390 elite motherboard, 16 GB RAM, 2560x1140 144Hz Acer Predator monitor, 850 W PSU. BF V runs of a 256 GB Samsung SSD, the rest of the games of a 500 GB optical drive. Thanks for any help Solution: Down-clocking the GPU and RAM by 100 each solved the crashes.
  18. Hi I have an i7 8700 right now but will it be a bottleneck for the RTX 2080?
  19. Would an RTX 2080 fit in a mid tower case and on a B350M Bazooka motherboard this is the case im planning to get https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07KK94LZW/?coliid=I238MV0QQ5JGMI&colid=1D906VRPPXNJQ&psc=0&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it
  20. Hey. So im buying a second hand vive this weekend, and I don't think my current RX 580 will be good enough to have a decent gaming experience in VR games. As a result, im looking to upgrade my GPU as well, and im conflicted about my GPU choice. I have budgeted $1000 AUD to spend on a GPU, so the RTX 2080 and Radeon VII are the cards of choice for me. Heres the problem; Radeon VII is generally a bit slower in games than the RTX 2080. It's also sold out everywhere. While the 2080 is faster, I do not want to support Nvidia at all over their anti-competition bullshit with GameWorks (gimping their previous gen and AMD cards to force you to buy a new one; https://www.criticalhit.net/technology/is-nvidia-being-anti-competitive-with-gameworks/) and their outright f*** you mentality to the open source Linux community. I want to have the best experience I can, but I don't want to support Nvidia at all. Should I wait for the Radeon VII to come back into stock and take a performance hit, or swallow my pride, buy a 2080 now, and spend the weekend playing SUPERHOT VR?
  21. I was looking to a bunch of review about the rtx 2080 gigabyte aorus xtreme lately and something intrigued me. Where is the warranty sticker on this particular model ?? I want to liquid metal it and I was wondering if there is any "void warranty sticker" on the card somewhere since it is not on one of the screw of the core plate. If someone has ever opened one or saw someone do it, is there any "void warranty sticker" or void warranty mechanism somewhere on this card ? Thx you
  22. I am about to buy an RTX 2080 and I was wondering which model have the better overclock potential (excluding bad silicon lottery but talking more generally). If you are able to tell me 2-3-4 good model it will be truly appreciate. I don't want any single fan (blower style) and water coolling GPU, only 2 or 3 fans. Thx you
  23. Hi, this is my first post on this forum. I currently just upgraded to a 2080 and I currently have a 5820k CPU. I'm trying to run 1440p 144hz for gaming. Games are running fine, but I'd like some recommendations on what Intel (or AMD if it's a better option) CPU I should upgrade to to get the most performance and limit bottlenecking as much as possible. Or if I don't even need to upgrade at all and just save up for the next line of CPUs. Thanks.
  24. Hello, As I built my first pc I as well overclocked for the first time, I'm pretty proud about my results but of course I'm always open for suggestions from who knows better than me. Specs: -I7 8700K delidded -MSI Z370 Gaming pro Carbon -2 x 8GB Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000Mhz CL15 (15-17-17-35 2T) -RTX 2080 Asus Dual OC (1800Mhz core & 7000Mhz Memory) -Schythe Fuma Rev. b -Bitfenix whisper M 650w -Silverstone RL 06 GP CPU temperatures are after Realbench Stress test Case, CPU fans are all running at about 60/70%. I could increase fan speed and get lower temps but I don't need it. CPU: 5.1 Ghz at 1.4V (adaptive). No AVX offset. (Sometimes Vcore goes to 1.408V) Temp: CPU: 72C max 77C / MOS: 60C I had to increase core ICCMax to 217A to don't throttle from current limit. I had to play a little bit in BIOS with Vcore and LCC to get a stable 1.4V when stress testing. Vcore: 1.395, LCC: mode 5 GPU temperatures are after running unigine heaven Benchmark Ultra at 4K. Fans are at ~ 62% GPU: Core: 2040/2055Mhz (+145) / Memory: 7750Mhz (+750) Temp: 66C max 67 This one is the easiest, first thing of course I turned Power draw to the max (120%), Vcore offset (%) is at 0 Memory: 3200Mhz at 1.392V SA: 1.168V / IO: 1.152V Timings: 14-17-17-32 / CT: 1T / Trfc: 500T I'm really proud of this OC since I was reading that is probably the hardest (I din't touch secondiary and tertiary timings though). Although considering I paid 115€ for the sticks and similarry performing sticks are around 195€ I think I did a good job. Should I OC the cache next? XD Currently at 4.4Ghz Thanks to everybody who helped me in the process of choosing the right parts and Overclocking. UPDATE: -Trfc: 400 -Trefi: 50000 Cache: 4.8Ghz (from 4.4), same CPU temps, MOS is at 72C. I had to dial down GPU core to 2040Mhz instead of 2055 since it wasn't fully stable. Thanks for the tips
  25. Hello, I just upgraded my GPU from a MSI GTX-760 SLI to a 8GB MSI Duke RTX 2080 in my current build. Back in 2014, I built my dream computer when I was 15yo (build details below) and everything was great until one of my 760's died and killed the performance in today's games. So, I decided to upgrade my GPU to the 2080, even knowing that a bottleneck would occur. To cope with the bottleneck and unexpected shutdowns, I added more RGB fans hoping this would solve the problem, sadly frames only increased slightly and the shutdowns have continued. So my fellow Glorious PC Gaming Master Race Gods, Is it better to upgrade my current CPU from my Intel i5-4670k to a i7-4790k to reduce bottleneck in 2019 ($500-600 upgrade)? Or should I go with a new AMD Ryzen 2700x build (Budget $1,000. Motherboard, Processor, RAM upgrade)? I am a NVIDIA, MSI, and Corsair Fanboy, change my mind. I would love for Linus and the LTT group to make a video on this topic. Thank you in advance to the community for your generous replies. My current build is as follows with planned upgrades in bold should the i7 4790K not be a good option (Current settings generated with Speccy): Operating System (Future Upgrade to Win 10 Pro) Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1 CPU (Future Upgrade to AMD 2700x) Intel Core i5 4670K @ 3.40GHz 29 °C Haswell 22nm Technology RAM (Patriot Viper) (Future Upgrade to 64GB DDR4 G.Skill Trident Z Royal, 3200MHz) 16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 799MHz (9-9-9-24) Motherboard (Future Upgrade to MSI X470 Gaming Pro Carbon) MSI Z87-G45 GAMING (MS-7821) (SOCKET 0 Graphics 8GB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 (MSI DUKE) Advanced Marks: CPU Intel Core i5 4670K Cores 4 Threads 4 Name Intel Core i5 4670K Code Name Haswell Package Socket 1150 LGA Technology 22nm Specification Intel Core i5-4670K CPU @ 3.40GHz Family 6 Extended Family 6 Model C Extended Model 3C Stepping 3 Revision C0 Instructions MMX, SSE, SSE2, SSE3, SSSE3, SSE4.1, SSE4.2, Intel 64, NX, VMX, AES, AVX, AVX2, FMA3 Virtualization Supported, Enabled Hyperthreading Not supported Fan Speed 1508 RPM Bus Speed 100.0 MHz Stock Core Speed 3400 MHz Stock Bus Speed 100 MHz Average Temperature 29 °C Caches L1 Data Cache Size 4 x 32 KBytes L1 Instructions Cache Size 4 x 32 KBytes L2 Unified Cache Size 4 x 256 KBytes L3 Unified Cache Size 6144 KBytes Cores Core 0 Core Speed 3600.4 MHz Multiplier x 36.0 Bus Speed 100.0 MHz Temperature 31 °C Threads APIC ID: 0 Core 1 Core Speed 3600.4 MHz Multiplier x 36.0 Bus Speed 100.0 MHz Temperature 27 °C Threads APIC ID: 2 Core 2 Core Speed 3600.4 MHz Multiplier x 36.0 Bus Speed 100.0 MHz Temperature 32 °C Threads APIC ID: 4 Core 3 Core Speed 3600.4 MHz Multiplier x 36.0 Bus Speed 100.0 MHz Temperature 27 °C Threads APIC ID: 6 RAM Memory slots Total memory slots 4 Used memory slots 4 Free memory slots 0 Memory Type DDR3 Size 16384 MBytes Channels # Dual DRAM Frequency 800.1 MHz CAS# Latency (CL) 9 clocks RAS# to CAS# Delay (tRCD) 9 clocks RAS# Precharge (tRP) 9 clocks Cycle Time (tRAS) 24 clocks Command Rate (CR) 2T Physical Memory Memory Usage 43 % Total Physical 16 GB Available Physical 9.00 GB Total Virtual 32 GB Available Virtual 23 GB SPD Number Of SPD Modules 4 Slot #1 Type DDR3 Size 4096 MBytes Manufacturer Patriot Memory Max Bandwidth PC3-12800H (800 MHz) Part Number 2133 CL11 Series SPD Ext.
