ASUS ROG Z11 Mini-ITX/DTX Mid-Tower PC Gaming Case with Patented 11° Tilt Design, Compatible with ATX Power Supply or a 3-Slot Graphics, Tempered-glass Panels, Front I/O USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C - Newegg.com I rebuilt my brother's 5800x3D and 3070 system in this over the weekend. Its a well thought out case with a lot of feature, well worth $100 USD on sale. At $50 USD, its practically a steal. Disclaimer: This is not a beginner case and may have length issues with SFX power supplies' EPS cables. However, I did get a 'top-left' mounted EPS connector on my Silverstone SFX-L 800W titanium PSU to reach with some effort. Does come with 3x140mm fans, a USB 2.0/RGB/Fan hub pre-installed, compatibility with ATX/SFX-L/SFX power supplies, etc. Machined/quality aluminum size panels, glass, modularity. The top 140mm fans are really exhaust and I wouldn't aim to put anything up there since the rear I/O is internal and in that spot. A 240mm radiator will fit in the 'rear' 2x120mm spot and the tubes can be routed under the modular cable shroud. The front and side RGB ROG logos are pretty neat, definitely has better appeal than my brother's NR200P case his system lived in. Overall a great case, practically a steal at $50 USD. Even useful if you want to just run it as a open bench or to get 3x140mm ROG fans and a nice RGB/USB2.0/fan hub.

Here is the thing...I upgraded my PC several months ago. Mainly added water-cooling kit for my Gigabyte 3090 Turbo (it's too noisy). Then I found it is (physically) not compatible with my motherboard, ROG Z690-I WIFI. So I bought a PCI-E riser for my GPU. After that, the nightmare comes, my PC will crash in heavy load such as gaming. It will directly power off sometimes (sudden black screen, all RGB lights off) and in other cases it will just freeze (screen content paused, RGB light effects paused and no response to mouce and keyboard actions). I can't guarantee it will happen everytime, but it happens frequently. When I tried to troubleshoot, I found that there were tons of WHEA code 17 Errors in my system logs as shown in the pic. The details are same: A corrected hardware error has occurred. Component: PCI Express Root Port Error Source: Advanced Error Reporting (PCI Express) Primary Bus:Device:Function: 0x0:0x6:0x0 Secondary Bus:Device:Function: 0x0:0x0:0x0 Primary Device Name:PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_464D&SUBSYS_86941043&REV_02 Secondary Device Name: Then I tried to manually set my PCI-E Speed to "Gen 3" in my BIOS, the errors were all gone. And I haven't encountered crashs anymore. I think it could be this PCI-E riser's problem, product page: https://www.amazon.com/ASUS-ROG-Flexible-Extender-Extension/dp/B082G52H1L. Note: I bought this riser on Taobao and the seller said there are two versions, one for PCI-E Gen3 and one for Gen4, I chose Gen4 version. When I search this riser for this link I didn't get any official info for Gen4 version. All of the information indicates that it's a Gen3 riser. Could this be the problem? Did ROG have this product, maybe not for retail? I found a bro who had the same issue, links: https://rog-forum.asus.com/t5/previous-forum/rog-strix-z690a-gaming-wifi-whea-17-errors/m-p/879502 If anyone need more information, please let me know. My Specs: - OS: Windows 11 Enterprise 22H2 22621.1702 - CPU: Intel i9-12900K - Motherboard: ROG Z690-I WIFI - GPU: (Modified) Gigabyte 3090 turbo, vBIOS untouched. - Memory: Kingston FURY 32GB(16G×2) DDR5 5200 Beast - PSU: Seasonic Focus GX1000 Thanks from China

Hello, I recently installed the 1416 bios that asus has provided for the X670 motherboards to "fix" the SOC voltage issue. However, since i have installed this update, 3 of my USB ports have stopped functioning. They have power to them but there does not seem to be any data transfer. I have both reset the computer, reinstalled windows, manually disabled and enabled all of the USBs in the bios, checked for hardware updates, and cleaned the inside of my computer. Nothing i have done seems to fix the issue. i do not know what i should do or if there is any other options or ways to fix this issue. I do not want to send the motherboard in for RMA and not have a computer for a while on top of me not wanting to replace a motherboard. i have no done it in years and i am not at home where i can go to my local computer guy that i trust. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could guide me to different ways that i could possibly resolve this issue because i have no other ideas and i do not want to RMA this motherboard at the moment...

Summary ROG Ally listed on Indonesian ASUS ROG website with pricing soon to be announced, along with the preorder page (which was previously 404 until beginning of Friday) that is still showing placeholder price and there's also pre order date announcement from ROG Indonesia discord confirming that the pre order will starts at June 27th. Page also listed the same expected specs, which means no different SKUs for different region (for now) Quotes My thoughts This is good news for ROG Ally availability, especially for Asia region (particularly SE Asia). It looks like ASUS do deliver on their promise about global availability, and this would be another push for handheld makers to actually expand their market into another region so that their handheld is accessible and readily available locally without people having to preorder/ buy and wait for many many months which is not ideal for some people (especially with international shipping tax being a thing). I really hope ASUS ROG handheld division would actually do a better job on delivering the hype and not screwing things up by making a blunder with artifically limiting the community on what they can do with their Ally (especially hardware accessories market in Asia is very huge so doing that would be a massive L) because I feel like this is their only shot for redemption after the recent controversy caused by their motherboard division. And while I don't really want to speak too soon, to be honest... Oh also any Asia gang here that also have silent announcement of ROG Ally in their region, feel free to post here. Even better if there's a price reveal. Curious on how this would cost in other Asia countries Sources - https://rog.asus.com/id/gaming-handhelds-group/ - https://rog.asus.com/id/gaming-handhelds/rog-ally/rog-ally-2023/ - https://id.store.asus.com/rog/rog-ally-play-all-your-games.html - ROG Indonesia discord

I know they have this "proprietary" External GPU connector but it looks a lot like a standard Oculink Connector (the not usb-c part). So i was wondering, if you can just use standard Oculink cables for external GPU support (just using the not usb-c part). Like how it's done with GPD Win Max 2 Or GPD Win Max with the modded Oculink Connector (m.2 to Oculink adapter). I would rather do that then buy thier external GPUs. Info dump: Oculink is an established standard in servers to bring PCI-e lanes via Cable to, for example, Storage backplanes. So basically it's PCI-e 4 via Cable so no need to go thou expensive USB or thunderbolt controllers for external GPU support since it's just PCI-e (ex:Gen 4 4x). So i was just wondering if any1 has experience from using that "proprietary" connector in a different product with Oculink.

I bought this Asus ROG G14 on Best Buy due to the sale. Is this amount of backlight bleed normal, should I get it replaced. This is actually an exchanged unit. Previously I had an open box unit but it had a rattling trackpad and 8% battery wear. So after I saw the sale, I exchanged it for this sealed box one. But I guess this also has issues.

Hey guys, new here. So I have some concerns regarding my fps on MW2 and WZ2 with my build. Also heads up before I give my specs. I made the stupid decision to purchase a set of ram that my build won't benefit from by not doing research beforehand lol. Specs: •Asus TUF Gaming Z690 Plus WiFi D4 •17200k (OC to 5.1ghz) also running AIO •Asus ROG 4080 (Non OC Edition) •Corsair Vengeance 4600 4x16gb CL18 So with this build I'm only getting 100-110 fps at 1440p on ALL settings in game while streaming on WZ2. Off stream I'm getting about 130, but obviously that's because I'm not streaming. In MW2 my frames fluctuate A LOT depending what map is being played. I get anywhere from 120-250 frames, which is great. But if I'm getting low frames on WZ2 I'd assume these frames are low too. Weird. I know that bottlenecking is ALWAYS a thing, I'm just wondering if this is just a CPU bottleneck or if there's something else causing me to lose performance. Also, none of the upscalers make a difference and I tested rendering to 4k and got the SAME frames I would at a regular 100 render scale lol. Something is off and I don't know what. I'm well aware that COD is a horribly optimized game, but it can't be this bad right? Ram is set to 4000 on XMP 1 and posting just fine. There's no difference whether I run the compatible speed or higher though, other than not posting at 4200 and higher. If there's anything anyone can help with I'd greatly appreciate it. Also please school me, I'm here to learn as well.

I have ASUS ROG Strix G15, it has an issue that when i press power button the screen doesn't turn on only keyboard's rgb lights turn on and fans spin, also the airplane mode light and power light(which has bulb symbol) stays on. Also the caps lock key's light is not turning on when i press it. 3-4 days before this issue rose i had replaced the whole keyboard because earlier it had issue of not starting up nor charging so the repair shop owner told me that it has an issue with the power button so i need to replace the keyboard. After that it was not shutting down by clicking "shut down" in windows, I had to force shutdown it everytime. Does anyone know the reason for the screen not turning on? I sent it to a local repair shop they said it has an issue with the graphics card so i need to repair the motherboard or replace it. replacing the motherboard is very costly so if someone has any other idea or fix please let me know. Thanks in advance!

I'm thinking of buying a US version of the keyboard and moving the keys that don't match do you think this would work? can I set it up like this that instead of a ` becomes an ä !? Hello All, I'm new here and never post topic so I apologize for anything missed. I've been looking all over for a Crosshair VIII Hero monoblock and cannot find one anywhere. EKWB seems to be out of everything always (or no longer making) and I don't know where else to look really. Google is not helping and it is the only thing left to make my liquid loop perfect. Am I trying to find this in vein or is there hidden treasures out there I am not seeing?

So, this is a long story.... I guess most of the people wouldn't even have the patience to even read it through. I will try to make it funny tho, and I really really need help. Some specs first: OS: Windows 11 pro CPU: i9 11900k (yea, I know) GPU: rtx 3070 Mobo: rog z590i gaming wifi with the latest bio ver. 1701 and instructed installation of Intel ME firmware before the bios update Ram: Corsair vengeance LPX c18 3600mhz 16gb*2 Storage: Samsung 980 pro 1TB with the latest firmware and some 1TB gen3 m.2 from crucial Backgrounds: I built this pc last year to play apex with my girl. I was a mac user ever since high school, so the windows experience was not too bad with all the Apple forbidden things I can do with it lol. One day, as Apex kp grinding was taking me all the way to 4 a.m., the curse started. Instead of clicking shut down, I clicked sleep, and the PC started boot looping. I ended up wiping the m.2 ssd and installed everything all over again. Then, this build entered the era of power cycling before posts. It might take about 4 or 5 cycles to get a post, sometimes more sometimes less. However, after it posted, everything was more than fine. It was annoying, but I can live with it until I can't lol. I tried to watch tons of tons youtube vids and read at least dozens of articles trying to figured out what is wrong. After tried everything I can do within windows, I started to research on bios side of things. Finally, the Sword of Damocles had dropped, the pc refused to boot into anything other than bios after I changed post delay time from 3 secs to 1 sec (I don't even know why I did this either). I went back to bios changing it back, it still would only give me access to bios. Things I tried: Cleared cmos Changed comos battery (special ITX ones) The ssds are with right format Tried to get to windows auto repair (stuck on the 'preparing auto repair something like dat') Tried to boot with iGPU Tried different DP and HDMI cable Tried different m.2 ssd I do not have any other peripherals connected to mobo Tried my girl's 3080ti I got her the 12th gen with DDR5, so no other ddr 4 ram or lga 1200 mobo I can try Tried her 1200w psu (I know...) Tried so called 'UEFI mode' and CSM settings (most of the things on boot menu in bios) Turned on PTT Tried windows installation media with five different usb drives (with all kinds of formats) Flashed bios Loaded optimized default setting in bios Dusted the hardwares with proper tools Tried all the ram combinations Bought a test bench Tried to learn Chinese and Hindi (felt like they know things I don't) Even considered some cyber religions....... I'm not in South Cali, JazTwoCents and micro center is out of reach. I'm not in Florida, Greg Salazar would be too far to get as well....... Shout out to those guys tho, their videos taught me a lot. BTW, this is the third month since I quit smoking, it is hard, I really do not need this PC drama in my life now. Good thing most of my work stuff is on my mac. So, anyone, plz, help, I am truly desperate. Also, I bought a new mobo, it'd be here tomorrow.... IMG_5093.HEIC IMG_5091.HEIC IMG_5092.HEIC IMG_5094.HEIC

Long story short is, I got a pre owned 3080 for a good price. Only problem is a stripped screw causing uneven mounting pressure, which in turn makes for high temps, and about a 30c difference between core and hotspot temp. Have posted this on Reddit, and Tom's Hardware so far, and no one knew. I've also reached out to ASUS, and EK because their Quantum Vector block looks to use at least two of these screws. Waiting for a response from both. I thought I had the right screw and ordered M2.5x5mm screws, but they weren't right. Thread was too thick and short. Greatly appreciate any help Thanks

Need help, have this super weird issue. Thought my SSD (M2) was dead, so bought a new one and went to plug in and didn't show up in bios or windows (even in diskpart). Tried both M2 slot, and ended with SSD in both slots Not listed in bios, or diskpart Reset BIOS > Enabled Launch CSM So here's the weird part. When running GParted (live linux distro) - I can see both SSD, able to partition them, reformat etc, tried a few combo of NTFS & boot flag and nothing. Can't even get it to show in diskpart of windows ubs installer. MB: ROG STRIX B660-I GAMING WIFI BIOS: 1620 PC: 13600KF, 32GB DDR5, 3070ti SSD's: 980 Pro & another M2 in second slot.

I'm trying to build a pc with a ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 3080 V2 OC Edition 10GB GDDR6X PCI Express 4.0 x16 Video Card ROG-STRIX-RTX3080-O10G-V2-GAMING (LHR) And I'm not sure what my best monitor option would be as far as resulting and refresh rate. I mainly play things like wow, eso, swtor, halo. I'm only looking for an Asus monitor. I'm not sure if I should go with something like ASUS ROG Swift 27" 1440P Gaming Monitor (PG279QM) - QHD (2560 x 1440), Fast IPS, 240Hz, 1ms, G-SYNC, NVIDIA Reflex Latency Analyzer, DisplayHDR400 Or ASUS ROG Strix 32" HDMI 2.1 DSC Gaming Monitor (XG32UQ) - 4K UHD (3840 x 2160), Fast IPS, 160Hz, 1ms, G-SYNC Compatible, FreeSync Premium Pro, DisplayPort, USB, HDMI, DisplayHDR600 or i was sushi thinking of a curved monitor like ASUS ROG Strix 34" XG349C UWQHD 3440 x 1440 180Hz (OC) 1ms (GTG) Extreme Low Motion Blur Sync, 135% sRGB, G-Sync Compatible, DisplayHDR 400, USB-C, DisplayPort, HDMI Gaming Monitor I'm also wondering whether to go 27 or 32 or b the 34(curved) inch. Any help is appreciated.

I compared the Z790-F & the Z790-H on the ROG Strix Website and H doesn't list USB 3.2 front panel header but in the manual the front header is there same setup as the F, in fact the PCB layout looks to be exactly the same as the F. The only two differences I can see is that the H doesn't have a Start Button on the PCB and it is short 1 PCI slot (the one that is unusable if your GPU is to big.) Why 3 dollars in plastic parts equates to a $120 price difference is just another example of poor state of affairs. The F should be around the $325 mark not $419 when you compare it to the H.

I'm looking for an upgrade option to my Asus Nvidia RTX 3060 single fan. It would have to be a dual fan card at most because if my case space restrictions. It's an Asus rog strix gt15cf case. Thanks in avoidance for any advice!

Soo, I have a full ASUS ROG system which you can see down below, and my only issue is the fact that I could not get my hands on an ASUS ROG Thor 80+ Platinum 1200W. Reasonable priced ROG PSUs have been out of stock for nearly 6 months now and so I had to get my hands on a Corsair HX 1200 recommended by a friend. It turns out that the cables for it are all extremely stiff and hard to work with. But the real problem is the CPU connector, they are incredibly short. Even if I were to give up all hopes for cable management and re-route them in the front like a spaghetti factory or The Verge system, it just could not reach the power supply unit anyway because the graphic card is so bulky. Anyone here familiar with cable extensions that could recommend a set that will not fry my entire system or the power supply unit? I would greatly appreciate your time and support!

FT Poster, LT Lurker. Asus (nor Portrait Displays) has any mention of how to obtain firmware updates for their displays. XG27AQ in particular, even when I have it listed under "My Products" in rog.asus.com when you sign in. Question: Anyone know where to obtain this firmware, as I have a set of XG27AQ displays and one of them is "MCM203" and the other is "MCM204" versions so there has to be a copy of MCM204 out there. Hi, since i added a 4TB Nvme in the secondary slots, my ROG Zephyrus G15 (GA_503RS) has literally lost all its performances in games (like 1-2 fps in menus). Thinking about a GPU problem, i ran GPU test with OCCT, and got an OpenCL.dll missing error while testing GPU Vram (which i fixed by re-downloading the file manually and replacing it at its original place). Now, OCCT GPU Vram test works fine, but i still have the same performance problems in games (tried to reinstall Nvidia drivers, also delete it and install it once again). The thing is that if i go to Armoury crate and change the GPU mode from "Optimised" to "Ultimate", the PC restarts to apply the change, and then after the restart, my games works fine as usual. (Of course if i switch back to "Optimised", performances issues reappears). I haven't tried resetting the OS yet, does anyone have any idea what else I could do besides that ? If i forgot important informations don't hesitate to ask me. Specs: Ryzen 7 6800HS RTX 3080 512GB Nvme (OS) 4TB Nvme (the new one) 16GB Ram
