Hello! My headset (Razer Kraken Kitty) randomly with no pattern to it just disconects and reconects after a few seconds. This just randomly started happening one day, no clue why. The wierd part is it starts happening and it does it for a weak or two then stops for a while. Its like if you were to just suddenly pull it out of the USB port (its still pluged in), windows then gives a "no audio device conected message", razer synaps does not show the headset and when it reconects (on its own) discord gives a "new aodio device conected, would you like to switch" and the wierdest part is the mic on the head seatr is muted(can tell by the red ring around it) I've tried contacting razer support and and they were of no help, tryed repluging it, switching USB ports, reinstaling drivers, updating, I have the headset set as defoult in windows and everything else disabled. When I tryed switching Discord from "defoult" to the headset the red banner appears at the top despit me being able to talk normaly with friends. I'm very sorry for my english and any miss spells. I have recently bought 2 razer mouse 2nd hand. One razer lancehead tournament edition And 2nd one is. Razer viper mini. Now i only wanna keep one and sell the other. So i need suggestion which one is better to have. I mostly play games like fps, action shooter, rpg. Also learning video editing. So please suggest as iam confused. Also note(i know one is heavier than other)

I know some ppl will cringe at the stickers, but, here it goes!! I chosed the corsair case cuz of Linus reviewing it, I am not great at cable management, this is kinda like my second build, all the rgb light are synced with razer chroma, and ofc all my hardware is razer, also I know the stickers... I know, I just like to make ppl cringe xD I just like edgyness and since I didn't want to ruin my case by adding bunch of memes like Twomad I just went for simple stickers, rate my build!! I have been looking for the Razer Deathstalker Chroma for a long time, but I cannot find any sellers online or in-store. It doesn't seem like Razer sells this keyboard in their online store anymore, which makes this a whole lot tougher to find than I had anticipated. I have just got the card this week and been trying to figure out how to get ps4 party chat and ps4 audio to my obs so I can stream in twitch. I have tried using 2 accounts using my main for chat and 2nd for getting audio from 2nd controller. I am using my turtle beach recon 70 headphones I got from walmart if that helps.

Hi, I'm having a serious problem finding drivers for my new laptop - Razer Blade 15 Advanced Model MID 2021 (RZ09-0409). The exact model number is RZ09-0409CEC3-R3E1. What's sad is that I've found also another frustrated owner (reddit.com). I have tried to search at the official Razer website: Razer Blade 15” Advanced (2021) | RZ09-0409x Support Drivers for Razer Systems I am unable to call any Razer center (due to cross-country call issues - I am unable to call even with specific international dialing codes...I have tried also contacting Razer through the chat - I waited for more than 2 hours in the queue in the 5th place - after that, I get a message that no other agents are available. I have tried it one more time with the same result. Last, not least I sent a message through some form - I guess I have to wait a long time. I've also contacted the seller if they have any chance to get drivers, now I have to wait. Anyway, I would like to ask some experts - Does anyone know where to find drivers for the laptop? What I am looking for: chipset drivers Intel IR Windows Hello drivers Possible display profile or drivers? (I'm unable to use 360 Hz display even on dedicated GPU) maybe custom Intel Graphics drivers (since I installed general one I cannot use 360 Hz mode) sound drivers (with THX) proper touchpad drivers with Microsoft precision drivers. If you help me and you will send me valid drivers for this laptop (with the source/details where does it come from) I will give you 100 USD. If I won't find drivers or get them from manufacturer I'll have to buy this laptop again just to clone SSD and return it back hopefully without loosing money. I will update this post under this line if I have any update.

Heyo, As the title suggests, I'm getting this crackling noise anytime a sound is played using my Razer Surround Pro Audio Controller. This only started happening after I finally updated last night. Other audio outputs like regular realtek and even my monitor speakers sound fine. From what I've been reading, this is only affecting surround sound audio. Anyone know a good fix for this? Win 10 Pro, fully updated as of Apr. 23, 2021. Let me know if you need more info about my PC.

I just bought a Phanteks P360a case that comes with RGB lights preinstalled (two fans and a strip). My mobo (MSI b450m pro-m2) doesn't have a 3-pin RGB header so I bought the Razer Chroma controller. When I plug the header into the controller, synapse doesn't recognize it properly (when the case is in "software mode" it doesn't show up in synapse and when the case's built in controller is on it says it's just one strip/fan with an absurd amount of LEDs). After about a hour or so of chatting with Razer support they said it could be an issue with the unit I received. So I returned it but before I buy a replacement I just want to make sure it'll actually work. If it's not compatible I'll just upgrade my mobo. Thanks!

Hey guys I was wondering IF any of you know why only one stick of Ram is lit up. Its G Skill Trident Z 3600 16GB Ram and I'm using the Razer Synapse software and the Razer ARGB controller to control my setups RGB. I've had both light up before and both sticks are showing up. Is there anyway I can fix this?

I recently bought a 2021 Razer blade 15 with an 11800H to replace my old 2018 Razer Blade 15 and I've noticed that the thing has extremely poor battery life. Jarrod's Tech noted that his 10875H Blade 15 had over 6 hours of youtube playback time on a single charge of the battery but my laptop can barely manage 2. I've tried just about every trick in the book to try and squeeze every last drop of battery out of my device and I'm at a loss here. My display refresh rate is set to 60Hz, Optimus is on, backlighting for the keyboard is off, screen brightness is turned to a pretty low level, background processes are disabled, and I've even turned the razer logo off on the back of my laptop. I calibrated the battery out of the box and both the battery report and Battery Bar confirms that my laptop's battery isn't defective and is reading the correct 80Wh capacity but for some reason, my computer is using power at a rate of 30-35 watts per hour according to battery bar and I have no idea why. The cpu itself is only using like 5-6 watts off the wall and I have no idea what processes are using so much power. As you can see below:

i ordered the razer viper mini a few months ago and i saw that it had a high lod of 2.4mm. i saw many fixes on youtube but i don’t want to use the tape mod or calibration tool, there was firmware updates that could solve the problem but many people said it fixed it but many also said it didn’t work. is there any way to fix it?

The Specs Match the rumors with 12GB for the 3080 Ti and 8GB for the 3070 Ti. However, the listing does mention that the 3080 Ti version has 10GB which does not replicate rumours. My thoughts Well, that's another graphics cards we won't be able to buy. According to the listing the RTX 3080Ti looks quite expensive, so keep an eye out for that. So my current laptop is a Late 2016 Razer Blade Stealth and I bought it december 2016, ive kept hold of it this whole time for one reason, I got my Dbrand skin signed by Linus, Luke and colton at LTX2017 (wanted to get the rest of the team but couldnt grab them when they were free). Im getting a new Laptop soon as I wanna treat myself to a new one as im finally going to uni and will be getting a DBrand Skin for the new laptop too and would love to get it signed by the team, due to covid the next LTX is a while away. now this is the crazy long shot part, but if i didnt ask i would never know. What would be awesome is if i could ship my order to the LMG office to get it signed by as many members of the LTT, SC, TL, CSF, TQ team as possible and then ship it to its final destination (all costs paid my me) this scenario wouldnt happen untill late summer anyways as also i appreciate alot of the team are working from home. Today i bought razer blackshark v2 x and i only have one 3.5mm jack on my asus rog g551jw.I got an usb sound card but it doesnt give any audio from the microphone.I know the mic works because i used it on my older pc.

I just got the viper mini and found that it has the LOD issue. And turns out people are trying out stuff with a tape over the sensor. I found posts that mentioned they haven't fixed it through firmware updates but the posts date back to about a year ago. Has anything changed since then? I'm looking for the best firmware till date that addresses the LOD issue. There official website seems to have v1.02.00_r3 and I found one in a subreddit that dates about 4 months ago( v1.03.02_r1). I'm confused. Where do I get the latest firmware update from? I'm looking for a firmware that at least addresses this issue to some extent or the latest firmware update. P.S.: turns out there's no backporting from current firmware version. I'm on v1.02.00

So I have the Razer Kraken headset, and one thing I noticed is that for some reason the mic records my pc audio I guess? People on discord and in valorant parties have told me they can hear my game really badly and I just tried checking with audio recording on windows, I played a video on the background on multiple volumes and the mic still picked it up pretty clearly, exactly in the volume that I had it set. Ive tried everything I googled, but nothing seems to work. I also tried plugging it both in the back and the front. I have seperate jacks on my headset, one red and one green. One thing though, my pc does recognize my headset as speakers which I dont know how to fix. It says "speakers (realtek audio)". I dont really know how to fix that, the first audio device I plugged into the green jack WERE my speakers, but if that is why it recognizes it as speakers, I still dont know how to fix it. My razer synapse app also detects my keyboard but doesnt recognize my headset. I dont know if any of this will be of help to finding the issue, but Id be really happy if someone could help. lately, right click isnt working very well, so i wanted to open it up to clean it, since its a fairly old mouse, but i cant turn the damn screws. are they glued in, and if so, how can i melt the glue or something?

So I was lucky enough to receive a Razer 8kHz prototype mouse. Some initial impressions: Very noticeable improvement in responsiveness & smoothness Easier to make fine & precise aim adjustments Greater motion clarity & easier tracking Still noticeable even with lower FPS (e.g. 60 vs 360) I noticed the Focus+ sensor's improvement over standard sensors like the 3389, but the combo of firmware changes + 8kHz makes this prototype sensor/mode way better than my Viper Ultimate that also has Focus+ Tested thus far (will add more titles): Apex Legends Cyberpunk 2077 Doom Eternal I really hope all future mice will have 2, 4, & 8kHz polling options too. So, Recently I bought the Lian Li x Razer RGB PC case. I transferred my old system into it, and with the instruction manual came a razer promotional that claimed that the case's RGB could be controlled via Razer Synapse. Unfortunately, my Razer Synapse is not detecting the case, meaning I can't control the RGB functionalities. Also unfortunately, there is little to no information regarding this topic that I could find online. Any input and help would be very much appreciated; perhaps there is a certain cable I am needing to plug in?

Hello yesterday I bought a pair of Razer Kraken 2019 headphones.I registered the product and downloaded the 7.1 surround sound app.At first there was an option for 7.1 surround sound in "chose default playback device" but there wasnt any sound so I decided to uninstall and install again.After I did that there was no longer an option for 7.1 surround.I ve been trying to fix this all day downloading drivers,installing and uninstalling and yet the problem still persists and Razer support say that they will contact me today but its night and there is no response (10hrs) after the first support ticket and still no response.Can you guys please help me Im desperate I'm guessing there is some hidden file or driver malfunction causing this. Hey everyone, On the keyboard tab in razer synapse, I wanted to set a few keybinds. I have 3 different lights that I have made in the studio, and I want to map them to change to a certain one when I press 1, 2, or 3 on the numpad. I did this earlier, and it was working perfectly, then I opened rise of the tomb raider and enables it to change the lights on my keyboard. Now, I can't set any keybinds as it shows an infinite loading icon next to the onboard storage by the profile at the top. I do not know what has happened, and I am willing to try anything. I only got this keyboard today, so if it is faulty, I can return it.

I see two options in about the 150-180 range that are worth it, the hyperx cloud 2 wireless and blackshark v2 pro wireless. I am looking for wireless and if there are any alternatives please let me know. But if anyone has tried both or one of these please let me know your experience
