Well hello there, I've got a story about my PC. First off, I built this several years ago, back in February 16, 2017, but I wasn't on the forum back then. Since then I've added and upgraded a few things, but nothing too drastic. I'm putting it on hold because money, but I do plan on adding / upgrading more in the future. Anyway, story time. I used to use laptops and whatever generic family PC my parents had. I don't remember all the other computers I used, but I'll list off a few I can remember. Some generic Dell pc my dad got, ran windows 98, xp, vista and 7 through out the years, but now doesn't work at all anymore. Some laptops I remember using was a Lenovo Thinkpad I believe, and a Republic of Gamers laptop my dad got me in high school. That Republic of Gamers laptop I used through out high school and several years after until Q1 of 2017. At some point it just kind of got worse and worse over the course of the week, and so I had to buy my desktop PC parts that week. Luckily I was already planning on getting parts, I was just holding off. Here's the current spec of the PC, they're mostly the same from when I built the PC. Pics! Possible Upgrades / Additions Well thanks for reading this, if you read anything. You can follow the post to know when I do updates, if you like. Got any suggestions / helpful info / constructive criticism (instead of just "well that's just a dumb excuse for [...]"), then I'd love to hear what you've got to say.

So very simply I really liked the ergonomics of my old Deathadder chroma (2016 I think) which broke a few years ago, I have had the Deathadder elite and razer viper ultimate as well and I'm just curious before I possibly buy one off eBay if anyone knows of a mouse that is similar size and shape to the Deathadder chroma that might be newer or just better

I still can barely understand how it happened but i managed to snap the plastic piece from the "ESC" key switch itself, leaving it stuck inside the key. I've read that it should be simple to replace the key itself but the switch is what worries me. It's a brand new keyboard and the damage is clearly my own fault, i don't trust the warranty would cover this. I've also read plenty of horror stories regarding the use of glue to fix keys and switches and I'm definitely not savy enough to even attempt to replace the switch. I'm out of options, I feel. Any ideas? Perhaps glue could do the trick here after all...

Is it possible to upgrade the 144hz LCD in my laptop to the higher end OLED? in other words, if I wanted to, could I purchase an OLED panel that is for this year and model of Razer laptop and replace my LCD with an OLED if I so wished? I have searched Reddit, Google, iFixit, Razer's Forums and haven't found really any interested at all in this topic. Any suggestions? I've got a Razer Blade 15” Advanced (2019) RZ09-02887e92 -
Hello everyone. As you read in the title i want to buy a new mouse . I am between these 2 :Logitech G502 Hero or Razer DeathAdder V2. Which one would you recommend for gaming usage? My budget is 50-60$ so if you have any other suggestions i'd be glad to hear them. My current mouse is G502 Proteus Spectrum but it costs over 150$ now so getting the same one again is out of the question.Thank you

Hello everyone. As you read in the title i want to buy a new keyboard. I am between these 2 keyboards: Logitech G512 or Huntsman TE. Which one would you recommend for gaming + typing.I dont care that much about the noise, all i need is a good keyboard with PBT Keycaps that can last 3-4 years like my Ornata Destiny 2 ED. My budget is under 130$ so if you have any other suggestions i'd be glad to hear them. Thank you

I need help deciding on some budget wireless headphones. Currently, my options are between: Razer Opus X Razer Kaira Razer Barracuda X I'm not too sure what one to go with, so I need some help with that. My requirements are: Reaction times are important Don't care about the microphone (i'd prefer if you can dettach it or stow it away) Pretty Good surround sound Doesn't burn a hole in my pocket If you have any suggestion on other cheap headsets as well, then let me know. razer Is it normal to have bad aim on shifting to a new mouse?

Hi, I just shifted to a Razer Viper Mini from a Logi G102 LS White and my Aim in Games is horrible. Is it because of new mouse shape, weight and sensor difference that will take some time to adjust to? I have set Razer @1800dpi and Logi was @1600dpi. My grip is somewhat of a hybrid type I think.

So apparently i also did the mistake of not listening to Linus and last year i got myself a razer blade stealth 13 2019 GTX 1650 for collage. and after the last covid year were my laptop was almost constantly plugged in i have noticed that the battery started to swell. I don't live in the us so sending it to razer for a "diagnostic" ( because they cannot just simply be helpful and sell my a battery, they wanna be complicated and charge more) I'm trying to find a third party store that sells good razers batteries and sends them to Israel (most amazon batteries sellers don't). so if you know any and can share them it would be wonderful! thanks in advance!!

Is there a way to use the thx razer usb thing with the blue yeti mic? I'm not sure if this is dumb or not but I bought the kraken headset with the THX thing, but the mic is bad but it sounds really good to me.

I am having issues with my Thunderbolt 3 port on my Razer Blade 15 Base 2020 (RZ09-0328). I am trying to use the Thunderbolt 3 port to power a 240 Hz display with a USB-C to DP 1.4 cable (specifically this one). However, I don't seem to be getting a signal to my monitor. I understand that the cable requires DP Alt Mode, however I thought that a requirement of a port being labelled Thunderbolt 3 is that it must support DisplayPort devices (at least according to the FAQ on the Thunderbolt website). Is there something I am missing here? Or any workarounds for my issue? I am able to connect to my display using the HDMI output on the computer, but it only supports 144 Hz signal. I'd like to take full advantage of my monitor if possible! Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I'm torn between these two and need some opinions to break the tie. I've had a couple razer keyboards in the past and they're still around years later so I've built a trust with them but haven't had any experience with corsairs peripherals just corsair cases and ram. I'm not interested in making a custom one or getting a smaller keyboard. Which should I go for ? Corsair pro's: - Brighter rgb lighting -Double shot pbt -Macro keys -polling rate of 4000hz not really noticeable on 144hz -icue software which doesn't have 6 tabs open like razer -$30 cheaper Razer pro's: -Analog switches -double shot pbt -Rgb wrist wrest -adjustable actuation point -would match my razer mouse and 1 less software to have installed -Stiffer keys meaning less typos -I've had good experiences with razer

Hello all, I have bought a Kensington SD5700T Thunderbolt 4 Dock for my 2019 Razer Blade Pro laptop. I am having constant disconnection issues for only the USB devices connected. Keyboard and mouse. I bought this dock because my new company sent me a laptop that I have to work from so I figured it would be easier to just use the TB4 and have a single connection to switch. I have a monitor connected to the dock as a Displayport (monitor) to usb-c connection (TB cable) to the dock. The monitor does not cut out at all. I have also seen articles about how the power options in device manager could be the cause. I have since made it so windows does not turn power off for any USB Root Hub, and the Thunderbolt. I have since made it so windows doesn't do anything with any USB device or HID (keyboard and mouse) power options. Yesterday when I turned off the TB and USB Root Hub ones it worked the rest of the day until I had to turn off the laptop. Once I turned it on again this morning is when it started doing it again. That is when I have tried to update the displaylink software, TB software, downloaded Kensignton's dock software. Turned off every power management for the USB anything and the keyboard and mouse under HID devices. I have also updated my bios to the most recent released by Razer.

Can I trust Ebay Refurbished Razer blade 15?

I tend to trust manufacturer refurbished as i have bought laptops from dell outlet and had a good experience. Matter of fact, I had a better experience than when i bough an xps new, I assume this is due to a 2nd quality control check. This listin says it is directly from razer and has a 2 year warranty, is it worth trusting?

Go to this post instead: I posted to the wrong forum by accident, sorry! I have had this issue for a while now. My razer mouse just sometimes decides to stop working. Ususally it freezes when im just opening a game but sometimes it also just happenes randomly. The only way i have resolved this issue is by restarting my pc. I have un-and reinstalled razer synapse countless times andmy mouses driver is also not outdated. Only my razer mouse is affected by this. I have an old office mouse that works perfectly fine, but i dont like using it. I have recently noticed that whenever this happens, In the event viewer, event 454, DeviceManagement-Enterprise-Diagnostics-Provider can be seen, but i really dont know what that means tbh. I'll attach a picture of the eventviewer error i get (its in german though). My other razer equipment (keyboard and headset) are not affected by this though.

I have a Razer Blade 15 which I bought almost 2 years ago and it‘s been working great until now. However, I've encountered a massive problem that has appeared yesterday out of nowhere. I was working and suddenly the laptop froze and I got a BSOD with the error: CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED I thought nothing of it and restarted the laptop, it worked fine for a while but then the same thing happened again. I tried a few more times and the laptop sometimes functioned normally but then just crashed out of nowhere. It also one time displayed the error: KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR Now,the real problem comes when it boots back up. The laptop boots into BIOS instantly and it doesn't even show that the SSD is plugged in. It doesn’t go to Windows anymore after the Razer logo. I can't even choose it from boot options because it appears as if it wasn't there, in the BIOS it says no NVME device found. Sometimes after a few restarts (ranging from 2 to ~15) Windows comes back up and boots normally and the cycle repeats itself. There appears be a problem with the computer not recognizing the SSD, I‘m considering opening the laptop up and reseating it, would that be a good idea? But since it was working just fine a couple times yesterday, the SSD can‘t be broken completely right? I honestly don't know how to proceed and I'm desperate since I need this laptop for my work and there a lot of very very important files on it (although most are on the HDD, not the SSD that it‘s supposed to boot from). Please, if someone could take the time to help me I would greatly appreciate it! -

Hi Everybody first time posting on here and could do with help my Razer laptop has developed an annoying screen flicker to the point the screen goes completely blank but with the screen still backlit if i tap the bottom of the laptop the screen comes back on and it seems to work fine for a few days anyone have any ideas as what it could be? thanks in advance -
so no dialogue goes through my application share on discord when im using dolby atmos with my Razer Blackshark V2 pro but when i turn off spatial sound dialogues seems to go through too along with music and sound effects. Help please!!!!!!! -
I'm in doubt between the Logitech G pro and the ultimate viper, considering that the pro is at half the price, but I heard some people saying that the pro has numerous double click problems, since the ultimate viper told me that it is immune to double click. i also had some problems with razer about 4 years ago, however, i was told that the brand has improved a lot in the last few years.

Hello, So I've read quite a bit about upgrading the Razer Blade Stealth 2020 Base Model, but I'm slightly confused as to the actual limits and parts I should buy if I want to go about doing so. So I'm basically looking for recommendations on how to upgrade the RAM and SSD. Regarding the SSD, I've seen some people say 2TB is the limit, I have seen others say 4TB though. I'm probably fine with 2TB for now, but I guess is 4TB possible, and either way what would you recommend I go ahead and buy? RAM is a similar discussion, I've mostly seen 32GB but I've also heard 64GB is possible. Same 2 questions here, is 64GB possible and either way what should I go buy? Do note I don't have a specific use I gear this laptop towards. I'm an engineering student (please don't roast me for not knowing what I'm doing lol) but I also use the Adobe apps quite a bit and I also game on the weekends. I'm more interested in a RAM upgrade as you can probably tell, but overall I'm curious about both. Thank you

Not sure if I can ask questions here, but I will anyway. (Hope that's ok!) I just bought the Razer Blade 15" advanced edition 2021, and it says that it is compatible with battery banks that can charge at roughly 20V USB-C chargers with PD 3.0. I found one, (Linked here) but after asking a question on the amazon page, I was told that it was not compatible. I know there are some real smart people on here, and am just hoping I can get some help to know if this will work. Alternatively, if anyone can recommend a better battery pack for USB C that would work in this situation, then that would be much appreciated. Thanks everyone!

Hello! My headset (Razer Kraken Kitty) randomly with no pattern to it just disconects and reconects after a few seconds. This just randomly started happening one day, no clue why. The wierd part is it starts happening and it does it for a weak or two then stops for a while. Its like if you were to just suddenly pull it out of the USB port (its still pluged in), windows then gives a "no audio device conected message", razer synaps does not show the headset and when it reconects (on its own) discord gives a "new aodio device conected, would you like to switch" and the wierdest part is the mic on the head seatr is muted(can tell by the red ring around it) I've tried contacting razer support and and they were of no help, tryed repluging it, switching USB ports, reinstaling drivers, updating, I have the headset set as defoult in windows and everything else disabled. When I tryed switching Discord from "defoult" to the headset the red banner appears at the top despit me being able to talk normaly with friends. I'm very sorry for my english and any miss spells.
