Hello, I need to make a program in {c} that would give me prime number for entered number (example is user enter 50. to write back 229) So, I am stuck when making loop. I am tring to define for row[100] to have row[0]=2,row[1]=3 and then I make i=4 and try to make a loop that would for number i devide number i with every single number in the row (becose those I know are prime numbers) and get module (number after 0,not sure how it is said on english), and then if if all of them have module !=0 then I know it is prime number and I want to add it into row. So is there a way somebody can help me write this line? Thanks alot in advance

So I recently bought my self a Sony A6000 DSLR with a kit lens. Before I bought this camera I was bordering this and some canon camera (can't remember which one) and I told my friend who does some professional photography that I was getting the canon. Anyway back to the point as a gift he gave me his Canon 50mm f/1.8 prime lens but as I changed my mind and got the A6000 this prime lens isn't compatible. Anyways I wanted to know if there was some kind of adapter that could convert between the Sony E-Mount(A6000) and The Canon EF mount(50mm prime lens). it needs to be relatively cheap as this isn't a must have but it would just be nice to be able to use this lens otherwise it would be a bit of a waste having such a nice lens just lying around collecting dust. Anyways thanks in advance any help is greatly appreciated!

Luke breaks down his top 5 from the show this year! This is the first time we've tried a "top 5 experiences" video like this, so let me know down below - did you enjoy it? Would you watch another one from a different show? Excited to hear your feedback

Without them it would be prohibitively expensive for us to come to the show and bring you guys this content, so I'd like to express my sincere gratitude towards our sponsors because they (and you) make it possible for us to keep doing what we love to do, which is arguably one of the coolest jobs in the world. All three of these companies have been great partners and asked for pretty much nothing other than mentions in our videos, which gives us the freedom to create the content we feel you guys will enjoy. Huge thanks again to our three sponsors :') Our title sponsor for PAX Prime 2015 is HyperX! They are now long-time supporters of our event coverage, and we couldn't be happier to have them on board. Make sure you check out their Cloud II headsets and subscribe to their YouTube channel! Our second sponsor is Corsair, another long-time supporter of our content. They have tons of new peripheral offerings, so be sure to check out our coverage on those products here at the show. And last but certainly not least is the always awesome ASUS. Take a look at all of their Z170-based products here. Thanks once again for supporting our content!

Because Canada is a great deal more awesome and understanding about the field, they're letting Amazon have 'carte blanche' in how they test and actually deploy their drones. The guidelines seem pretty fair. Above 200 feet, below 500 feet. Ranges of 10 miles as well, so this kind of setup is very feasible for deliveries from a warehouse for goods that are under 5 pounds. Which happens to be a fair chunk of items that people might buy on the daily basis. Its weird that Canada is more accepting of this and being more mobile in their approval of it than the FAA, who really seems to the be the only agency on Earth who is taking such a long time getting caught up with the times. Even consumer flight controllers are exceptionally capable for such a purpose, so its not hard to imagine that Amazon has put in some serious engineering towards creating platforms geared specifically for this one purpose. Amazon tells the Guardian that the resulting aircraft will operate in a "slice of virgin airspace – above 200ft, where most buildings end, and below 500ft, where general aviation begins." There, it suggests, they'll carry packages weighing up to 5lbs over distances greater than 10 miles at 50 mph. Quite how far progressed any of this technology is remains somewhat unclear in the article. But what is clear is that it's far, far further ahead than if Amazon had stuck it out with the FAA. http://gizmodo.com/amazon-is-testing-its-delivery-drones-in-a-secret-locat-1694480406 http://www.theguardian.com/technology/2015/mar/30/amazon-tests-drones-secret-site-canada-us-faa

At 00:00 PST (GMT -08:00), on July 15, in honor of the 20th anniversary of Amazon.com's existence, the e-commerce retailer will be holding a one-day sale called Prime Day. The event is exclusive to Amazon Prime members, although Amazon.com offers a 30-day free trial that it says will still allow newcomers to participate in Prime day. The event will feature deals in all categories, and the company has been working with it's retailers to bring the pricing down to levels associated with Black Friday. The event serves as a way of generating sales, but also serves as a way to test it's Fulfillment infrastructure, which has expanded significantly in recent years with the acquisition and subsequent deployment of it's Kiva warehouses, as well as the investment in drone technology and robotic pickers and the hiring of large numbers of workers during the shopping season. I hope this is the right forum btw, I think this counts as software... Lightweight Java Prime Finder What is it? This is a multithreaded program I recently created in Java that can be used to find huge prime numbers. It has a strong emphasis on ease of use and performance. It is multithreaded and heavily optimised so it runs extremely quickly and can find new prime numbers with thousands of digits in just a few minutes. How to use? How to use it is relatively simple. It accepts a "starting number" in the form of x^y+c, then it checks every number greater than the starting number using a combination of the Fermat Test for Primality and Trial Division to see if it is prime. You can follow the onscreen instructions and it will give recommended settings based on your machine! I recommend starting from a 'small' number, such as 3^3000 just to see if everything is working alright for you. The exciting thing is that this can be used to find primes that haven't been discovered before! For example: the largest prime I have found using this application is: 12^15000 + 9367 (16188 digits). Which as far as I have researched has never been discovered or computed by anyone else! It took my computer (Quad Core i5 @ 3.10 GHz) running at 100% CPU for 36 hours non-stop to scan through all the numbers (starting from 12^15000) and to validate that this is a prime. I have linked the full number file below. 12^15000+9367.txt 15.81KB 0 downloads Download Link to github. (If you have any feedback on my coding please do mention it, I'm entirely self-taught!). TODO: · Replace that huge SWITCH statement that is the main menu with smaller methods. · Stop recursively calling the main menu again and again as a restart (can cause a stackoverflowerror). · Have a standard method to take input from the user rather than a bunch of smaller ones. That’s all, if anyone does find a new prime number be sure to tell me!

Amazon knows what consumers like, that is exceptionally speedy shipping that can outright replace the need to go into a retail store for most of their needs. Now with same day delivery (and even within 1-2 hours), Amazon is poised to make your average Walmart cry at the idea that consumers won't even need to leave their homes to get household items delivered the same day. I'm all for this, the benefit is only going to increase once Amazon starts fielding their drones for local deliveries, cutting out the middle man (in this case, UPS or DHL or FedEx) entirely which will save them even more in the long run on shipping, which is pricey on its own. http://techcrunch.com/2015/05/28/amazon-expands-same-day-delivery-to-new-markets-drops-price-to-free-for-orders-over-35/

Amazon huffed and puffed and they managed to get FAA approval for their drone fleet to be tested on US soil, near their existing RD facility. I think drone deliveries are just inevitable, why not get ahead of the curve and start the testing now to refine the flight controllers and the GPS tech so that deliveries can actually be made in a manner that makes sense. http://www.engadget.com/2015/03/19/faa-gives-amazon-permission-for-drone-tests/

Amazon knows what we like, fast deliveries so we can more instantly feel buyers remorse when we purchase that Titan X that I know all of you have sitting in your Amazon carts (is that just me? Alrighty...) Its a little amusing that they are able to figure out the logistics to handle these kinds of deliveries. Shipping is already a pain in the ass, but to coordinate the same kind of deliveries on a broad level that is usually reserved for you local courier who makes a dozen stops a day? Thats cool. Obviously this service is going to expand out into other cities and maybe even countries. Joking aside, if I can buy a lot of my goods from Amazon (toiletries, some types of food, etc), thats a good thing. Not that I hate leaving my house, but if I can get my weekly shopping largely done from my couch, I'm not going to complain. http://www.engadget.com/2015/03/19/amazon-prime-now-baltimore-miami/

I haven't seen a thread specifically dedicated to the best of Prime Day and I thought it might be useful to have a single thread dedicated to deals that expire after July 15th. Doesn't even need to be Amazon, but let's limit it to deals we can't get after today. I tried really hard to find an awesome deal to kick this thread off with, but I'm having some difficulty finding enthusiast grade stuff in the ocean of crap. Sorry if someone has already started this thread, all I saw was the "official hype" one and a ton dedicated to individual deals. Here's some headphone links. http://www.amazon.com/Audio-Technica-ATH-M50x-Professional-Monitor-Headphones/dp/B00HVLUR86/ref=pd_sim_23_5?ie=UTF8&refRID=1M27HBSAJ2HD5YG078H1 http://www.amazon.com/Sennheiser-HD-598-Over-Ear-Headphones/dp/B0042A8CW2/ref=sr_1_3?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1436978956&sr=1-3&keywords=sennheiser+headphones Oh and please post links with affiliate code and whatever, because reasons.

Amazon Has Announced That They Will Be Giving Unlimited Photo Storage Towards Paying Prime Members This is big. Amazon has given all prime members the ability to upload all of the photos that they will ever need to there own servers with the new Amazon application that is on basically every single device. This will affect many users suffering the same issue as me, I am always running out of space on my phone. All of the users already paying for Prime will be able to do this and it will not increase the amount that they are paying for. This will give me the ability to add storage to my photos without paying another $100 just for another 16 GB (Thanks Apple!) I believe this is a great thing for us and Amazon. It could potentially encourage a lot more subscriptions for Prime. With these more subscriptions they could probably make up some of the money that they loss on the Fire Phone ($170). Source: http://teamtechnow.com/2014/11/05/amazon-prime-unlimited-photo-storage/ What do you guys think of Amazon doing this? Do you think it will encourage more subscriptions towards Prime?

It's legit guys. Checked my email a few minutes ago and was greeted with this: Not expensive for me imo so I'll keep paying. I'll add a source to my post as soon as the tech news outlets get a hold of this info. EDIT: From an official news source: The Verge

Hello All, I am fairly new to the overclocking, I have read guides and all that and I know what i need to do, However, when it comes to stress testing the CPU there are a wide range of opinions on programs and settings that various people use. So, the question is... What program and exactly what settings/profile (eg. in prime: blend, small FFT, custom etc.) do you use for preliminary testing (to narrow down an overclock)?? and then what do you use as the final long period stability test??? Thanks in advance.

So I made this code a few months ago to calculate prime numbers. It automatically fetches the last number from the file and continues to calculate prime numbers from that point, meaning that you can start and restart the programs as many times as you want without having to worry about losing progress. It appends every prime number to the file so it is not totally useless. Currently it has calculated 157,899 prime numbers, which is all the ones up to 2,130,307. I have also done some other projects on developing a program to calculate prime numbers around 1X10 to the power of 32 and beyond (it takes a long time to calculate them though), I have also made a calculator which calculates prime numbers within a range. If anyone wants these or the text file with 157,899 prime numbers (this number will grow by the day) I can make them available. I run a modified version which was converted to an .exe by a Python extension which allows it to run in CMD, I'm pretty more resources are allocated to it in this version so you probably want to convert it yourself. So anyway here is the code. file=open("PrimeNumbers.txt","r")read=file.readlines()y=read[-1]y=y.rstrip()y=int(y)y=y+1a=y+2000000file.close()i=1if y<2: y=2for x in range (y,a): c=2 r=x-1 loop=0 for loop in range (2,r): y=x%loop if y==0: c=c+1 if c>2: x=0 if c<=2: print(x) x=str(x) x=x+"\n" file=open("PrimeNumbers.txt","a") if i==1: file.write("\n") file.write(x) file.close() i=0 It could probably be more efficient but I stopped working on the code several months ago. Please note that there is a bug with the program where it writes a blank line at the start of every execution, this bug can probably fixed but I just use Notepad++>TestFXEdit>Delete Blank Lines. You must also create a PrimeNumbers.txt file in the same folder before executing this code, it should have the number you want to start on in it. You're welcome to modify and use this code as you see fit, just please reference me and this post. Thanks for reading!

Hey all, I've been getting into photography lately, and I've heard about these so-called Prime lenses and how they're very sharp. I'm wondering if it's worth the price (for your uses, anyways) in your opinion. The Prime lens I'm currently looking at is: http://www.bestbuy.ca/en-CA/product/canon-ef-50mm-f1-8-ii-lens/10082166.aspx?path=410b5e08a0156af5187cd3f0d2196165en02〈=en-CA&pcname=&sku=10082166&ActiveTab=Tab_custReview I'm currently using a Canon T3 with a 18-55mm EF lens and a 75-300 Telephoto lens. Would spending the extra $100 really benefit me with clearer and sharper images? I have noticed that the default lens isn't the greatest in quality..... I'm not exactly sure what kinds of photography I'll be getting into, but I want a good all-around. Thanks

Until now Amazon Prime costs 29 € per year and features free next-day shipping and unlimited Kindle rental libary. Starting 26th of February Prime Instant Video will be encluded featuring movie and tv show streaming to game consoles, Smart TV's, mobile devices and Kindle Fire HD. Amazon Prime is then going to cost 49 € a year. There will be no other Prime option (without streaming for 29 €) anymore. Amazon-Germany's CEO Ralf Kleber: Kind of awesome, if you consider that other streaming services available in Germany like Maxdome, Watchever and Sky charge 10 € and even Amazons own subsidiary company Lovefilm charges 7 € PER MONTH for the same service. If you are already an Amazon Prime member its even more awesome, as you only get to pay a 20 € extra per year for unlimited streaming. EDIT: If you become a prime member until 26th of February, the first year encluding Prime Instant Video will still be 29 €. EDIT: Amazon.co.uk is also going to feature Amazon Prime with Prime Instant Video for 79 GBP or 49 GBP if you become a member until February 26th.

Hi, So my new gaming rig is about a month old now and it runs like a dream, almost. Now and then i get the blue screen that restarts the computer. There really isnt any reason for it, it just comes randomly, not under heavy load or anything. I can play Planetside 2 on max and nothing, but CSGO on medium and BAM bluescreen. It doesnt happen everyday. Earlier today i started to do several test to figure out what the issues was. I have run several RAM,GPU and CPU tests and no error or anything BUT everytime i try to run Prime 95 it goes bluescreen! every single time. When i run the torture test it does it immediately.. if i try the benchmark it goes bluescreen after a few minutes. Any idea what the problem could be?
