Here is the issue. I'm playing an FPS game, I see an enemy so I react and a part of the process is me pressing mouse 2 ( ADS ) & next in succesion pressing mouse 1 ( FIRE ). What would happen next is strange, I'll keep shooting but for some reason my mouse 2 will give. This makes it impossible to play because all accuracy is lost. The following is repetitive. - Different MICE have the same issue on the same computer. ( I've been through five mice from amazon within the past two weeks ) - Different USB ports have outcome, nothing changes. ( Including Case Ports ) - Same computer ( What are the chances all the USB ports are fried ) Slight things I've noticed is that the issue doesn't happen when I delay the time between when I ADS & FIRE This issue makes it really hard to be comepetitve if anyone else had anything close. Please tell me your experience & how you got around it / fixed it. Thanks!

I recently got a new PC, everytime we tried booting it up with the USB stick we had Windows 10 installed on it would stay on a black screen with the Blue windows logo and no loading symbol of any kind. We've tried a lot of things already like using another USB/External Hard drive, turning it on and off, etc. We've been trying to get it past that screen for hours now and don't know what to do. If anyone can help, it'll be appreciated.

Budget (including currency): <1684.29 GBP Country: United Kingdom Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: These are a list of games, programs or workloads I have or want to use this pc for I also want to run some VR games too. Streaming, Streamlabs OBS, Red Dead Redemption 2, GTA V, Cities: Skylines, ARK: Survival Evolved, ARK: Survival Of The Fittest, Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 (VR and Normal play), Roblox (VR and Normal play), Visual Studio Code, Unity, Kerbal Space Program (With mods some graphics mods), Kerbal Space Program 2 (When is comes out), Minecraft (With mods and probably shaders), Blender, GIMP or Photoshop, Beat Saber, VRChat and some other vr games. I'd like to run these with mods and/or the highest graphics and quality settings with good fps. Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): The existing list of parts I'm going to buy will be here they will probably be purchased around November/December time and maybe some certain stuff before no peripherals are needed currently. I'm currently using a laptop with these current specs: AMD Ryzen 5, 8GB Single-Channel Unknown @ 299MHz (17-17-17-39) Ram (7GB usable), ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. FX505DT (FP5), 4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 (ASUStek Computer Inc) and a 238GB KINGSTON RBUSNS8154P3256GJ3 (SATA-2 (SSD)). I want to play at 60 fps and 1440p on most games I would like to play some games at 4k 30fps or more. I'd like to go as cheap as I can go while keeping it looking nice and being able to run new games that may require more power to run. I'd use this pc for as long as I can use it as I can't really afford to pay for a new pc every few years. I am a developer so I would like to be able to make games and other things using tools like Unity, NodeJS and Visual Studio Code. I want to use at least 2 monitors with a 3rd maybe, I want to upgrade to play some new games with better performance and I'd like to have a real pc instead of a laptop which I currently have at the moment. Thank you for taking your time to read this.

So I have started taking Python 3 courses and it's my first programming language. I am trying to make a funny magic 8-ball program, but something isn't adding up and I keep getting an "invalid keyword argument" error while executing. I am certain it's probably something silly and simple, but it's still evading me. Also, this is my first day learning. I appreciate any help and tips!

Hi, A few weeks ago I build my first Pc with my cousin and it worked out great and it went really smooth and nothing was wrong. After I got home however it started to become a little funky. When I booted it up it started to lag and it occasionally freezes when I have a stream up, a game and a discord chat open at the same time and when I talk or even opening a new tab it starts to freeze and lag. And I'm worried because I don't know what is going on. I tried to see if I needed to update anything and it says that everything is up to date or if it was a faulty product and everything looked to be there so I don't know what is going. Or maybe its just something else that I have no idea on what it is. If you are curious on what parts I have: Intel- I9-9900K Asus Motherboard Z-390 Samsung 1 Tb SSD Barracuda 2 Tb Hard Drive (Upgrading to 8 the parts are not in yet) Gigabyte 2080 Super Corsair Vengeance 32 GB

Hi, my new pc sometimes triggers circuit breaker. I have read about it and it mostly points to the PSU and I would like to somehow confirm my suspicions before the long RMA process then RMAing other parts. What do you think? Build: Ryzen 2700 Gigabyte b450 i auros pro wifi Samsung 970 evo plus 1tb hdd 2x 8gb ddr4 2800mhz R9 270 2 fans Cooler Master MasterBox NR200P SilverStone SFX Gold SX500-LG v 2.0 500W Things I have noticed: My other pc which is way more power hungry with 800w PSU does not have this issue. Happens when I switch that little power button on the PSU. Issue does not happen if I plug only PSU to the outlet, without any other connections. Plugging only 24pin and 8pin CPU cable makes my break "tick", but not break when I turn the PSU on. With this PC starts (no GPU plugged in), so I doub it's motherboard.

I noticed this on amazon from ARCTIC so thought I would give it a shot. Not able to to extensive comparisons but here is what it looks like. Temps seem a bit better then MX-4, has not launched yet so I can't find any real info. This one is blue instead of the usual grey. Anyone try this out yet? It was cheaper then MX-4 when I got it.

Hello, I recently upgraded my build from a 1600 + B350 to a 5600x + x570. At first, I moved my NVME SSD to my new motherboard and that caused many problems, so many BSOD. I decided to put my old motherboard and cpu back with the NVME and it still boots and works. I did a recovery installation and kept my files, then I moved it over, and I still have problems. Any help? I backed up a system image in case things go south. I’ll also export the important files too. Here’s what I noticed (on the new motherboard, old one boots fine) : - In CMD, the NVME is for some reason listed as a RAW drive. No idea why. I tried doing format fs=nsft (or whatever) and it went to 100% and said it couldn’t do it. - Windows Media Installation will not format the new NVME nor delete its partitions, error code 0x800701b1. Thanks in advance

Hey, so i am essentially just trying to delete everything on my HDD and make it new again! There is a old copy of windows 10 on it but its not being used, as I have windows 10 on my ssd along with everything else. Yes I really just want a straight simple answer on how to essentially delete everything, make it new again, and be able to put some games and what not on it. If anyone could provide me with a video or simply just make a list with steps on how to do it. I would prefer steps rather than watch someone for 10 minutes and something not turning out right. *note* For some reason my HDD is in read only mode? I am not sure why but that shouldn’t stop me from making it new again right? Cheers to anyone who can help!

During one of my amazon wondering sessions i came across this video card and have heard almost nothing about it. ASUS TUF Gaming NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 OC Edition Graphics Card- PCIe 4.0, 24GB GDDR6X. Is it possible to see any review of this and also perhaps also real world benchmarking to see how well it would hold up vs other cards on the market? Budget (including currency): My budget would be around $3,000 dollars, in my currency it is about $60,000 pesos, but if it can be any less than that without dropping performance I'll gladly accept it. Country: México Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Mainly for videogames and to listen to music; I don't expect to play heavy games but if that was the case, I would love that it ran it very smoothly. To name certain titles: GTA, Minecraft, Ark, Portal and valve stuff and new games that could appear Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I want to play stuff at 60 fps, the resolution could be anywhere between 1080p and 4k (I guess), I also consider myself an amateur in the audiophile world, so I plan to add the sound card Creative Labs Sounblaster AE-9, would it be a good idea to spend around $300 in a sound card even though I am a newbie? To add more details, I am quite a fan of AMD, but there wouldn't be any problem if I switched to Intel anyways, just tell me an equivalent of the MOBO; In the power supply I'd love to have a seasonic but if you find another that may be better that will be okay, so, in conclusion, if you think of a better piece for the same price or cheaper piece with the same power just say it. So, my build would go like this (if you know where I can spend less money please tell me and also mention with what cheaper (but not worse) component it would be good to replace it): Processor: Ryzen 7 5800x $502 (all the prices are going to be in dollars) Mother Board: Asus ATX ROG Strix X570-E $352.79 Graphics card: Nvidia rtx 3080ti (when there are available, I read somewhere that the stimated price would be 'round the $1000, but I'm not sure, so I'll skip it, do you think this graphic cards suits the best my other components? RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum 3200MHz 2x8gb total 16gb $136.73 Heatsink: Noctua NHU12S $152.14 I wasn't too sure about this one since I didn't knew where to choose from, but I've read Noctua is a pretty solid brand of heatsinks; my brother says a water cooled heatsink would be better, but you tell me. Storage: SSD: Samsung 860 EVO 500gb $125.87 and a HDD Seagate Barracuda 3 TB $96.09 Case: Corsair ICUE 5000x (or 4000x) $204.99 Power supply: Seasonic Focus Gold 750w $125.82 Monitor (only one): BenQ Mobiuz Ex2510 $318.25 Sound card: Soundblaster AE-9 Creative Labs 332.67 Total: $3347 Total without soundcard and witout graphics card: $2015. Note: as I said many times before, I'm just a newbie, but I need help to know what is better for me. Thank you beforehand!

minitx some advice for a budget mini itx build
twoheadeddollar posted a topic in New Builds and Planning
Budget (including currency): around 1000$ USD but i would prefer to go as low as possible, it's at 850$ right now Country: US Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: recording in 1080p 60fps and probably 1440p gaming? I'm not playing any graphically intensive games right now, but i want to be ready for newer games. (i mostly play indie games atm) Other details the 3060 is just a placeholder because nothing exists right now, but i dont have a lot of money at the moment so I'll probably buy once the gpu shortage stops. (or probably around next Christmas) a friend made this list for me and i wanted to check to see if he messed anything up, and i am willing to change most things. i kind of want to have room to fit one or 2 monitors and stay under 1k, but right now i just want to get the price low. (it has to be portable as i switch houses often) https://pcpartpicker.com/user/twoheadeddollar/saved/mZfGP6 (fuck it was private sorry) -
Budget (including currency): £2000 (GBP) Country: United Kingdom (Scotland) Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Games:- Halo Infinite (priority), Arma 3 (2nd Priority), Halo MCC, Warzone, Satisfactory, Gamepass games (like Forza Horizon 4 flight simulator) , and finally Trainz/Train Simulator (on occasion). Software:- Autodesk Inventor, Ansys, Cura (all light work, Drone designs and such). Streamlabs, OBS (For a casual, I don't get high views, I just find it a fun hobby). Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): This will be a ground up system. I am currently using a machine with a 770 gpu and pre ryzen amd cpu... As for peripherals, I'm planning a seperate budget for them. I'm wanting to get my foot in the door first. I will be buying over the next few months. (I know this means this list won't be accurate but it'll provide a great basis!) I would love to play at the best res and refresh I can. It doesn't need to be 4k but if it's below that I would like it to create high fps on the lower resolution. A final request is that it be as unicorn sick as possible. I love RGB. I know it's childish but I love it. Here's a list a friendly person on reddit created for me. I don't see anything wrong at all with them! But I like to see others opinions to sort of triangulate the best path: PCPartPicker Part List Type Item Price CPU AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 3.8 GHz 8-Core Processor £389.99 @ Currys PC World CPU Cooler Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML360R RGB 66.7 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler £112.10 @ Amazon UK Motherboard Asus TUF GAMING B550M-PLUS Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard £128.00 @ Alza Memory Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 CL18 Memory £102.44 @ Scan.co.uk Memory Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 CL18 Memory £102.44 @ Scan.co.uk Storage Patriot Burst 960 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive £77.99 @ Ebuyer Storage Kingston A2000 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive £105.98 @ CCL Computers Video Card Sapphire Radeon RX 6800 XT 16 GB Video Card £692.95 @ Overclockers.co.uk Case Cooler Master MasterBox TD500 Mesh w/ Controller ATX Mid Tower Case £173.60 @ Newegg UK Power Supply Antec Earthwatts Gold Pro 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply £89.76 @ Amazon UK Case Fan Cooler Master MasterFan MF Halo 47.2 CFM 120 mm Fan £17.73 @ Overclockers.co.uk Prices include shipping, taxes, rebates, and discounts Total £1992.98 Generated by PCPartPicker 2021-01-26 11:37 GMT+0000

So I’m currently working really hard to save up money to buy parts to make a pc. I wanted to go somewhere around the 1000-1500 dollar range but I just can’t seem to find the best parts for me. The build that’s closest to my range and gaming performance is an i7 9700k, 1660 ti (cos gpu’s are dead rn), cooler master hyper 212, asus prime z390, 16 gbs of g skill trident z rgb ram, Samsung 970 evo nvme m.2 ssd, h510 elite, and finally an EVGA bq 600w psu. Mind you I currently have 400 dollars and I’m really getting impatient LOL. If anyone can help me find a better system please and thank you.

Budget (including currency): 200$ Country: USA Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: FORZA HORIZON 5, COD vanguard, Battlefeild2042 Other details Existing parts: core I5 9400f corsair iCUE H115 dual 280mm Radeon red devil RX570 MSI mpg Z-390 gaming plus GEIL super LUICE 2x8GB WD blue 4TB EVGA 500W1 I don't know what I should do to upgrade my pc, it ran fine and loaded all the games I wanted just fine but when I started playing the new releases of late 2021 and soon to be 2022 everything took a dive, loading times stayed the same but graphics quality just dropped, I could run high graphics quality on FH4 but on FH5 for me to not drop frames like crazy I have to put it on medium with really low render distance. I know I should use and M.2 SSD for storage but I like the large storage. I would really like some help deciding/figuring out if I should get two of the same RX570 and run crossfire or try and sell this card and buy a newer card, or if I should upgrade my CPU considering it an I5 but I can overclock it a little and get good performance out of it. I watched some guided before writing this post but none of them really answered my questions you I wanted to ask real people

Hey guys, I just made a custom build with the following specs: R5 5600X, MSI B550 M Pro VDH wifi, MSI RTX 3060 Ventus 2x, 16 GB XPG 3200 Mhz ram, 750 Watt DeepCool 80 Plus Gold Modular PSU and a Deep Cool 240 MM AIO cooler. I have been facing restart issue everytime I start Streaming and playing Games. Valorant runs only for a few minutes, Super People Restarts in the lobby, and if I launch any game alongside streaming, the Pc Restarts after 5-10 mins of streaming. Anyone has any idea what the issue might be. The restarts are freaking me out, and it always happens after like 10 mins of gaming. The peak CPU temp I found out was 60 degrees and GPU was 65. No idea what is causing it. Any help is appreciated.
