So today I got on my pc, and then i saw that my 128GB SSD has only got 44 GB Storage left and checked again a few minutes after, then i saw it only had 43 GB left and now im searching for help here, i can literally watch the Storage being used up, every minute it has like 0.1 GB less Storage and it wont stop, I am not installing/updating anything on my C Drive right now. All Games are on my D Drive and I don't know why it is still taking up storage! Please help! Nipeno

I am new to "hardcore" gaming and have never owned a real pc before. So as a competent person would do, I did my research. Apparently its not very hard to build a pc and you can get parts cheaply from newegg. I added the cost of all my parts and it wasn't much cheaper than the same thing from IBuyPower, it only costed about 10 dollars less. So now i can choose between the "Asetek 550LC 120mm Liquid CPU Cooler", "Corsair Hydro Series H55 120mm Liquid CPU Cooler " and the "Corsair Hydro Series H90 140mm Liquid Cooler". The H55 is a 14 dollar upgrade from the 550LC and the H90 is a 56 dollar upgrade. Wich one should i get? I am thinking about the i5 8600k cpu. If you need any information to be able to choose, please just ask. Please help

hello dear people. I built my first computer about two years ago now, I'm using the same system right now as then only with a few upgrades at this time. my problem is that the last GPU I used was an gtx 750ti. this graphics card worked fine for me though I didnt play hard core gaming that requeird much grapichs. This card eventually droped heavely in fps and was unplayeble so I got my money back from the stor and bought a gtx 1060 6gb that i've had for less than a year and the same thing happend to this card, low fps under 20. I was wondering if this is the way of nature or if any one of my other components is killig the gpu. I've tried DDU and the card poses a picture on the monitor thanks. ASUS geforce gtx 1060 6gb intel core i5 4460 DDR3 800mhZ 8gb ram gigabyte GA-Z97X-GAMING 3 Zalman z11 plus corsair 430watt PSU 120gb HyperX ssd 750gb Seagate hdd Corsair hydro h60 cpu cooler standard case fans that was included with the chassi DVD driver Windows 10 enterprise (on ssd) tell me if you need something else thanks.

When they have access to IME they can basically do anything they want even use your encrypted storage. There is company Purism that is selling laptops with disabled IME and they planning selling smartphone as well. One good thing about this is that we will be able to "disable" it now or go ask AMD to remove their PSP since they already have opensource GPU drivers. -
I've recently bought a Corisar ML140 Pro Led fan from corsair since the stock fan died and I can't find the mounting holes to install it. My case is the thermaltake core v1 mini itx, and it has support for 140mm fans. The online manual doesn't show the mounting holes. Help pls?

Hey guys, I'm beginning to think the temp sensor on my 5820k is faulty. Some days it's showing my temps at load hovering around 60C-70C and other days 90C-100C. I've replaced the thermal paste several times and am fairly sure the cooler is seated correctly. I'm using the corsair h110i gtx aio cooler. Also, the temp sensor on the cooler itself, is showing a much much cooler temp, similar to the lower temps I had with the cpu. I was wondering if it is possible for the cpu sensors to become faulty, and if so, is there any way to test and confirm the fault? Cheers

HI all, Today I just received a greatly anticipated package in the mail, 2 new monitors to sandwich my BenQ GL2760H. I purchased 2 Viewsonic VA2419-SH 24in monitors but I have stumbled upon a problem. The left monitor is fine and is running at 1920x1080 however, the right monitor is stuck in 4x3 stretched with a resolution of 4x3 and I have tried to fix this in the windows display settings but 1600x1200 is the highest it will go. I have an AMD r9 380 and I have updated all the drivers today as well. This is an SOS to all geeks someone please help me. (below is a screenshot of all monitors, look closely)

So, I built my first system, with minimal issues..... Until now, a week later. I currently have a MAJOR stuttering problem in all the games I play. I have tried to diagnose the problem myself, but no solution has ever worked for me. MSI Afterburner reports major frametime spikes, up into the 80ms-90ms, then goes back down to around 5ms-10ms. I have also tried running the Unigine Heaven benchmark, with some success, but the stuttering still occurs. While running the benchmark, I also noted that when a stutter happens, Unigine shows the GPU clock and Memory clock essentially throttling all the way down to where they normally are on idle, but the temperatures are only in the high 50s and low 60s. I have also heard of power issues with the 1050 Ti's that don't have a 6 pin power connecter (Mine doesn't have one). If it is in fact a power issue, then I'll happily return the card and get one with a 6 pin connector. I appreciate all of the help everyone can give me, thanks! I don't know what happened. One day I was using my computer, when I noticed a slight drop in performance. Upon checking Task Manager, I noticed that System Interrupts was taking around 15% of my CPU. I did some research, and did everything it asked me to, except update my BIOS cause I don't trust myself. To attempt to end System Interrupts reign of terror I did all of these. - Stopped USB Root Hubs, and other unnecessary stuff in Device Manager. - Changed my power cord (I don't understand how that works) - Ran all sorts of driver checking and hardware checking stuff, nothing was irregular - After all of this I tried COMPLETELY REINSTALLING WINDOWS, there was a slight change but it still takes around 7% at all times. I'm kinda getting tired of it, so I figured someone here would know what to do. My specs are: NVidia GTX 660 Ti AMD A4-6300 Crucial 4GB DDR3 RAM 3 fans that I don't know the name of (does it ever matter?) Some MSI motherboard because the makers are too lazy to say which one And some power supply because, again, the makers were too lazy to list it.

Hi everyone, so I'm kind of a nub at choosing parts on computers and I really need someone more informed than me to help. So first off I want to chose a power supply, I'm looking for something as cheap as possible, something above 500W, something that supports a graphics card and finally something that has the right connections for my motherboard (8 pin and 4 pin) any help is appreciated! I'm also in the market for a graphics card, I'm on a tight budget so maybe a 2gb one? Or a cheap 4gb one. Thanks for reading all the way, please comment and give me advice <3 -

Hey Reader, I will be joining the Master race soon but I haven't decided which monitor I want to buy.. I have an old monitor laying around that will do the job for the start. But for the long term I'll need a new monitor. I went to my local media shop to look at the different monitors and decided thé size 24 inch fits the job and as a non competitive gamer 60 Hz does the magic. And my friend tipped me that IPS monitors have nice colors, but that leaves me with the thé question "which monitor?". There are just so many monitors available that I came to this site and hopefully someone will be able to help me out. My gratitude in advance to anyone who answers

Hi, My EVGA GTX 1070 ACX card is hitting power limit like crazy, even at stock at 104% power target its hitting it wayy to much. I overclocked it to get better performance in games. Even then at 109% power target its still maxing out. My voltage is fine. And I'm getting good core/memory clocks, but GPU Boost is suffering because of that power limit So if anyone can give me some tips onn how to control it without breaking my card or hurting anything, that would be very good. -Thanks, FwelStars

Hello All, i need to enable virtualization on my stealth to get use the ability of WSL2 (windows Subsystem Linux), i cant see anything in the bios and i have searched the Web for answers. has anyone got a Razer blade Stealth and know what i need to enable in windows or where to find the virtualization option in the bios. when ever i play any game execpt minecraft i get massive graphicle glitches which in some instances crash the game completly. can anyone help diagnose the problem? system r5 1600x x370 msi gaming plus 32gb ram gigabyte extreme gaming 6gb 1060 just a few pictures as examples. gamesd i play doom destiny 2 csgo gta v dirt rally 3 just cause 3 sniper ghost warrior 2 f1 2015 all games worked fine when i built the pc

Hello all. I'm new here. I'm planning to buy a new laptop, online. The laptop is for the CEH course i'm studying. The laptop i need must be atleast 8gb of RAM and core i5 8th gen. The budget is $720. I need a laptop that must handle games smoothly. Atleast in medium settings. I found four laptops. One is ASUS X507 (X507UF- EJ101T). Second one is ASUS F570 (F570ZD- DM226T).Third one is ASUS TUF FX504 (FX504GD-E4021T). And the fourth one is Acer Nitro 5 AN515-42. I'm from India, btw..

Alright so to start this off im just gonna let everyone know i am very new to PC gaming and owning a pc in general. Not totally sure if i even fully grasp the concept of bottlenecking. But to get to the point, when i first built my gaming pc I had a ryzen 3 2200 g w radeon vega 8 graphics, GIGABYTE B450M DS3H, corsair vengeance 16gb 300mhz, and a geforce 1060ti. Last week i upgraded my gpu to a RTX 2070 and ever since then my game has been randomly freezing for up 5-7 seconds(i only play fortnite if this helps.) i run the game at 144fps cap and i play with all settings on low except for textures(epic) and view distance(one setting lower then epic i forget what its called) other then random "freezes" my game has also been crashing a few times a day and i have no idea why. With my old gpu i never got this issue and thats why i think it is my new gpu but i also have no idea what im talking about XD any help is appreciated and if you need any more information i would gladly give u what youre looking for

Is there any way to play a game on Fullscreen while not having the native resolution? My problem is that I would want to play at 1920x1080 (16:9) on my 2560x1080 (21:9) monitor. That's all good. I can change the resolution inside Windows or change it in NVIDIA Control Panel so I have black bars on the sides. I want to play on 1400x1050 stretched to 1920x1080. Thats fine too IF I play on a monitor with that resolution. But I would want to play on my 21:9 monitor downscaled to 16:9 with black bars while having the 1400x1050 streched TO 16:9. The problem is that when I open the game the resolution resets to the native and statches to that so It's 1400x1050 stratched to 2560x1080 instead of streatched to 1920x1080. I find it very difficult to explain what I would want to do so here is a graph. I'm sorry if the image is hard to see/understand but I am in a hurry and I can't figure out another way.
