Basically my mouse works fine on wired mode, but a little iffy on wireless. Works fine until the mouse idles, then the mouse moves laggy like. It jumps across the screen like its moving at 3 fps and wont allow me to interact with anything unless i hold the mouse button. It will only work in wireless mode again if i unplug/replug the wireless adapter. I can use it fine in wired mode, but its an annoying inconvenience.

Hi, I need to replace my mouse (I'm currently using a mouse from a pre-built from a 10+ years ago) the two mice I’m looking at are the 502 for £29.99 or the Basilisk for £39.99 which is the better mouse for the value as I want to get into playing keyboard and mouse gaming?

Hi Fellow Techies I posted on the LTT Reddit but I feel like most active members are on the official forum here so apologies if this is the second time you read this. I don't know if this is the right place to ask but I recently broke my gaming headset (the Logitech G Pro X) and was thinking of making a fun repair project out of it since Logitech support is a pain in the a@# and doesn't offer any repair options. I've tried a lot of troubleshooting, different cables, software updates, different PC, tried analog instead of USB, all yielded the same result. Now I am not a professional but as a true LTT fan I diagnosed my own problem as being that my 3.5 port is most likely broken due to the forceful ejection. I want to take it to a local repair shop but I was wondering (if the problem is diagnosed correctly) how hard it would be to solder on a new port or even repair it (but for repairing I don't know what to look for) I don't really want to buy a new pair since it's such a waste cause everything worked perfectly before. Any peripheral repairers in chat? Thanks in advance for your time

Hello LTT community, I need help with choosing a mouse. I RMA'd my Glorious Model O 2 Wireless because of some skipping/stuttering issue and now I need to decide between GPX2 and Viper V2 Pro. The retailer where I did the RMA only has these 2 brands as options so ofcourse I have to make a pick. I tried the DeathAdder and I just don't like the shape and it feels weird in my hands. I had a viper mini before but I think my hand is too big for that. Right now I have a SteelSeries Rival 3 and it's just so hard to find a consistent grip for FPS games. I mainly play Apex Legends so I need a stable mouse that I'm also able to track with. I was leaning towards Razer Viper V2 Pro a lot, but the issue I had on my Viper Mini was when I scrolled down it would scroll up, so I rma'd it and got the steelseries instead (they were out of stock on viper mini's so I had to pick another). A year later I bought a second hand Glorious Model O 2 Wireless for 40 euro (I was freaking shocked) but the owner claimed it was in mint condition and no defects so I was like ok. It was bought less than 6 months ago so it's still under warranty which is why I was able to send it to RMA. Anyways, I really liked the Glorious Model O 2 shape but the holes kinda bothered me. I have tried the regular Viper in the store and it's ok in my hand, I haven't had a chance to try GPX2 shape though. So what I'm looking for is just quality. At this point I just want a mouse that lasts, I don't want to risk double clicking or scroll wheel issues. I've found threads with both of these mice having similar issues or even their own known issues so now I'm just looking for opinions as I'm very indecisive. I'll post my grip type below... Hand measurements: 20x11 centimeters. My grip is somewhere inbetween claw and fingertip I think, the only part of my palm touching the mouse is my pinky knuckle.

MAINBOARD: ASUS ROG STRIX B650E-F CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D GPU: Asus Rog Strix RX 480 8GB (from old PC) RAM: Corsair Vengance RGB 32GB 6000MHz CL30 SSD1: Samsung 990 Pro 2 TB SSD2: Corsair MP600 PRO XT 2 TB PSU: MSI A850G PC-CASE: BeQuiet Silent Base 802 HEADSET: Logitech Pro X (with cable) Hello. I am new to this stuff and can't articulate myself like I'd like to, so I beg your pardon in advance and hope you can help me nonetheless. I bought a brand new computer and while I listen to music on Spotify and Youtube i get random sound popping and/or microstutter. On my old PC I never had such problems. Sometimes when I listen music on Spotify I get randomly some kind of microstutter (sound dropout) for just like a millisecond on my USB Headset. And if I play the same part again it's not reapearing again. I tried a lot of solutions like deactivating USB ports I don't use, updating all drivers I have, try out every USB port I have on my PC (mainboard and PC Case) and USB Headsets of other manufactures. When I listen with some AUX Headphones I don't get such problems. So my question is if I got a problem with my Mainboard, if it's a problem with a driver of the manufacturer or even something I never thought about til now.? Thanks in advance

The left click broke and subsequently was lost when it fell out of the mouse. Is there a place I can buy a replacement? Somebody at Best Buy told me you can call logitech and they will give you one for free, but when I called some bot talked to me and told me to blow off its not a big deal ( basically tried to convince me I don't have a problem and hung up) Thanks

Hi, my os -WINDOWS 10. I recently bought hyperx pulsefire core gaming mouse. Before that I was using logitech g302 wired mouse. With logitech G hub software , whenever i used to minimize games and do any general windows stuff like browsing, using other apps etc my mouse button preset would automatically change to default but whenever i swap to the game window the mouse buttons preset would automatically swap back to specific to that game and it worked even when i would run multiple games concurrently and whenever i bring up a game window(when other games running in background) my mouse button preset would change into for that specific game. But currently with hyperx ngenuity software , mouse buttons presets don't work like Logitech G hub anymore. Now if i run a game my mouse buttons preset do change for that specific game, but when i minimize the game my mouse preset doesn't automatically change into deafault one anymore and it stays like that even when i'm browsing or doing any other windows stuff. Even if i completely quit the game still my mouse preset would stay as it was for that specific game and wont automatically change back to default one. This is very frustrating as i need to do multitasking concurrently with gaming. How do i make my mouse presets act like it used to with logitech G hub but with my new hyperx pulsefire core mouse?

This really was not something I was considering at first, but as I am not using more Peripherals with functions it can edit I am now curious. On the other hand I am really not a fan of adding non helpful bloatware to my system. If the bloatware really doesn't have a good enough utility, I rather it not be slowing my system down. FYI I really don't care about RBG I try to turn all of those colors off or really lower the brightness so they don't distract me.

Hi all, I've had a Logitech K780 for a couple of years now, and it's a great keyboard and I'm looking for a new keyboard with a similar feel (and particularly round keys because I've grown to like them) but I don't want another K780 because I don't need this new keyboard to connect to 3 devices like my current one does. Bluetooth or something would also be preferable.

I'm making a custom stand for my Logitech G920 and the Driving Force shifter so I don't have to buy one. I don't have a limit for materials, and I'm planning to build it out of wood. I have access to all sorts of tools and those aren't an issue either. The problem that I'm having is that I can't find a drilling template for the G920 anywhere. I've searched for hours on multiple different devices (in case that was an issue) and I literally can't find anything. I need the template so I can start work on the stand, so if anyone has any sort of past experience with this sort of thing or if you have a template, please let me know! Thanks so much!

So my speaker system is normally switched off but these days it was switched ON. But today outta nowhere I heard this weird banging noise coming outta nowhere and I realise that it's the Z313 2.1 speaker system... As you can see down in the videos, the subwoofer is giving out a beat for no reason and when I plug the speakers IN the Left speaker also starts to follow that same banging sound and rhythm. Is this thing fixable or should I just throw it away ??? Some help would really do me some good. By the way, one video shows the subwoofer itself while the other video shows the subwoofer with the speakers plugged in... 20231028_174047 (1) (1).mp4 20231028_174210 (1) (1).mp4

Hi everyone, Sorry for the rant in advance but I need to get this out about the horrific treatment I have had at the hands of Logitech. I ordered my Nephew a Yeti streamer bundle for his birthday tomorrow. The site stated standard shipment was next Business day. Since I ordered it Friday I said fine, Hopefully Monday it will Ship. Wednesday came around and no update. I got onto the help chat and I was told It would ship same day. This took an hour of waiting. I was also made to give my number and assured I would be called by their manager for an update. I had asked to cancel my order but they informed me they only have a 30 minute cancellation policy. Thursday came around, no call, no email, no update. I got back onto them. I tried to call Logitech Ireland first (because I'm Irish) and their customer service switch board does not accept inputs. As in it says to press 1-5 for different options. But pressing the numbers does nothing. And unlike most systems it does not auto send you to a CX agent it just loops the menu. The only phone line I found that works for all of EU is Switzerland. (Keep in mind I tried, England,France, Spain, Germany and Italy). When I had navigated through the menu I was sent to the American call centre. After 2 hours of being swapped back and forth on hold I was informed. There is no Customer service centre for sales issues anywhere. I was also told they could only resolve issues for the US and Canada. When I asked to speak with a manger to ask why it took 2 hours to tell me this info I was informed that as I was not a customer from the US or Canada I was not allowed to speak with management. I then went back to the text chat while I was on hold. After 45 minute wait I was told Logitech have a 30 minute cancellation policy and are not required to give refunds after this 30 minutes. This is very confusing as their own site states a cancellation policy up to point of it being shipped. After back and forth with them they "graciously" agreed to try cancel my order but it would take 24 - 48 hrs to contact the Customer care team to ask them. Customer care got back to me and informed me as my item is "Planned" to be shipped today it is too late to cancel and I can refuse the package for a refund. According to them this will take 6-8 weeks. IF the package is not damaged in transit. What am I meant to do. It will not be here for the timeframe I needed it. Their customer service is absolutely horrendous and I know I will never see that refund as they will claim sioe issue with the device when I send it back. To me this is textbook shitty/deceptive business practiced and a breach of their policies considering the back room cancellation policy they are using that is not public anywhere. Any advice?

I've been using a red-dragon m602 for probably 2-3 years now and I wanted to replace it with something with a decent sensor. Whenever I tried to play csgo and try to hit dem awesome flick's my mouse would over spin and go the opposite direction. I picked the logi g502 hero because it seemed to have a good enough sensor and was in the 40-50$ budget I had. When I first got the mouse it felt great, and then 2-3 days in the right click broke. Whenever I'm holding down right click and do anything else with my keyboard/mouse it can randomly unclick. I've tried it in 2-3 fps games every single one I have the issue in, very disappointed. Will return it asap and get something different. Is there anything similar to the rd m602 or logi g502 hero in size/ergo's that doesn't either have a terrible sensor or breaks instantly?

I am trying to help a friend troubleshoot his mouse issues. His mouse works completely fine but when he launches a Valorant game, in-game his DPI is insanely low. It's a problem that he just recently has had. He got a new monitor when the problem arose but that should be unrelated to the issue. He doesn't have any game profiles or anything set up in G-Hub and his mouse drivers are up to date. Any advice?

Battery life has taken a gander off the deep end. From 1+ month it's now down to a few days at most. The mouse has been out of warranty for ~4yrs now, and I've had it for ~5. I'm thinking maybe I can replace the batteries with a Qi charger (similar to Logitech's Logitech G PowerPlay, but done on the cheap with a custom PCB under a mousepad, or even the PCB working as the mousepad), but I've never seen anyone do something similar. Another option would be to drill a hole in the front of the mouse, and internally pass a couple of wires to the battery enclosure, and use a DC-to-DC converter to regulate the voltage down to 1.5V. Any suggestions? Has anyone done something similar? I really don't want to give up on the 602 just get because I love the shape, but also for financial reasons...

MX anywhere 3 mouse scrolls horizontally(sideways) instead of vertically(up and down). This isn't the horizontal scroll option where you press one of the side buttons and I've tried disabling that option and still scrolling horizontal. Also I'm not holding shift or any other keys. I've tried resetting the mouse to default settings. I've also plugged in another generic mouse into the same computer and it scrolls normally. And I've used the mouse on another computer with a fresh install of windows and it keeps the same strange behavior of scrolling horizontally (sideways). Any suggestions on how to get it to scroll vertical (normal)?

Is there any good mice with some kind of horizontal scroll wheel (not scroll wheel tilt since I want to be able to control the speed of the scroll). I've been using the old Apple Mighty Mouse from 2006 (yes - you read that right!) since it has horizontal scrolling on the small wheel and I find the Logitech MX Master-series a bit too heavy. Must work on macOS.

Hi, I don't know what possibly could have happened between yesterday and today. After i started my notebook, I wanted to search something. But the middle key of my mouse didn't work. Usally I need the middle key for opening a link in a new tab inside of Firefox. My Pebble M350 runs with the included radio reciever (not Unifying) on Windows 10 latest version. But i also had an old Unifying adapter lying around. Both devices detected the M350 correctly. I also tried to open links in Edge. But still the middle key didn't work. Then I connected another radio reciever and tested my Logitech K270 & M185 combo. The M185 mouse was working correctly in both Firefox and Edge. I could open links in new tabs with its middle key. I tried Logitech Options and Options+ software for testing the M350's middle key. But both softwares are not showing device options. Instead they only show the M350 in the Unifying setup wizard as 'connected correctly'. Does anyone have similar experiences? How can i make the middle key of my Pebble M350 work again? Have a nice day ☀ bananaMochi

I've had two logi m650 mice for about eight months, and so far they've been pretty reliable. However, recently they've been getting laggy when gaming and the connectivity has been dropping sporadically. I've ended up using the mouse that came with my prebuilt from CyberPowerPC. While I like the RGB on the free mouse, it's a bit big for my hands and the buttons have a horrible ping sound. I'd rather not continue to use the CyberPowerPC, so I'm hoping to fix the connectivity issues on the logitech mice. Does anyone have some tech tips for fixing the logi m650's connectivity issue? Alternatively, got any suggestions for a similar size/weight mouse?

Hi everyone, So recently I purchased Logitech G502 X. I was using their Logitech G Hub and I saw macros section. Can anyone here guide me how can I create a hold key macro in that section? Like holding M1 to do a action in any game? Thanks.

Hello everyone! I'm not really knowledgeable when it comes to headphones, but I do like nice sound quality (While obviously not profesional, when I upgraded from my Galaxy Buds2 to Buds2 Pro I definetely noticed a bump in quality). It's not just about sound quality however, I also really want them to be wireless and preferably have a mic. I've been looking for a bunch of headphones to buy, and a couple of Logitech ones caught my eye (G935 and G733, for reference, the G935 is about $134 and the G733 is $160 in my country). When checking the Rtings review, it seems like the G733 is a better with bass (The G935 seem to have stronger than neutral bass, though a pretty flat response, which makes me think it could be easily corrected with EQ) while the G935 is better with treble, but I don't know how trustworthy those reviews are (They seem pretty good though). Other thing I don't really like about the G935 is that they use Micro-USB, while the G733 use USB-C. Which one of those two do you think would be better? Also, I wanted to get recommendations on headphones in general, without exceeding the prices I mentioned preferably. I'm obviously open for non "gamer" brands, though they absolutely need to be wireless, but I could maybe make do without the mic. I will be using them for gaming but also for general PC use, like calling, music, etc. Thanks!!

I've owned the Logitech MX Master 3 & Razer Pro Click. However, the Razer's scroll wheel randomly jumps up and down while scrolling and the Logitech MX Master is too heavy. I'm looking for a...: Large (I have large hands so about the same size as the Pro Click/MX Master). Bluetooth. Light (max 110 grams). NOT Razer (I'm tired of their bad quality control). Any recommendations is greatly appreciated, thank you!

I purchased a Logitech Pro X wireless which has a USB dac to connect wirelessly and noticed pretty bad popping and crack coming from it when playing audio. I tried reseting the headset, the dac, updating drivers reinstalling G hub, disabling spread spectrum in bios. I also removed all other usb devices and disabled the Bluetooth and wifi chip to see if they were interferening, tried all usb ports as well, same result. I tested it on my steam deck and it worked perfectly fine so I know it's the pc but headphones connected via onboard Bluetooth or aux does not have this issue so I'm assuming it's the usb. I even tried a usb extension cable to distance it away from the pc. I'm pretty stumped as what to do, asrock support is useless they just said to ask the vendor I purchased it from like they would know. I feel like it's to do with power delivery or something but I have zero clue. I have included 2 audio files of a sound test that shows the difference, any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
