I have a Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Pro WiFi. I have for the most part successfully installed everything except the GPU (I don’t have yet). Essentially, I turn on the PSU (RM750x) and the motherboard flickers white quickly. Here’s where it differed from other topics I’ve seen online about this; Mine actually turns on after the white flicker. All my RGB components successfully turn on and light up. I’ve done the BIOS, installed windows, and have even setup some of my desktop applications. Is this dangerous? Should I just leave the PSU on and use the on/off button? Is it a damaged Motherboard? Thanks for any help.

I just finished my first build but have a fan issue. 1 of my 3 rgb front fans (deepcool rf120s) doesn’t spin, BUT lights up with the the rest. I unplugged it many times. What do I do? It shows up at Bios at 0 RPM and used to start but stop, but now it is fully stopped. I don’t know what to do. I’ve been fumbling around with the cables unplugging them from the mono but nothing is working.

I’ve got a PC that has a lot of RGB lights on it’s hardware, but am missing out on the RGB LED Strips on the edges of the case. So I’m looking for some good RGB LED Strips that I could pair them with my PC and control them by using Asus Aura Sync to synchronize thier lightings with the other RGBs inside the PC. I don’t care about price, I care about quality and reliability. What kind of RGB LED Strips would you guys recommend for me? Please leave a link to the product and explain to me why did you recommend it to me, thanks!

I need some square/pentagonal etc. Mood lights, like the nano leaf but much cheaper. Under around 50$ for 8ish would be great, thanks in advance.

Hello peeps! So i would like to create a RGB rig that's addressable as i would like to make the fans and all have a rainbow-ish effect such as the fans from corsair https://www.pccasegear.com/products/39788/corsair-rgb-led-lighting-pro-expansion-kit. However, i would prefer to have everything sync up to Asus aura sync as my whole build is based on that. My build is: Motherboard: Asus Rog Strix x470-F gaming CPU: Ryzen 5 1600x RAM: G.Skill TridentZ RGB 16GB GPU: Asus Strix GTX 1060 6GB SSD: Team group T-Force delta 240GB PSU: Any random one as psu would be covered by case Case: Infineon 5000 CPU cooler: Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML240R So now the issue is i cant find an addressable cpu case fan that's compatible with Aura sync as i would be replacing the fans on the already included fans from the Infineon 5000. I saw that the Thermaltake Riing H12 might be a good fit, but some reviews stated that the hub is having lots of issues apparently? And that the fan can randomly default back to its settings or flickers when in pwm mode. So could anyone suggest to me a suitable fan or give some advice on my current build Thanks so much!!! (Note that i'm really noob in pc building) And could anyone clarify if i would need to get extra splitter cables for RGB headers or splitter cables for the Addressable headers? I'm not that sure on how RGB works on components such as the SSD and the CPU cooler such as whether it requires extra cables that would connect to the RGB/Addressable headers, and that if the motherboard doesn't have enough headers, then i would need to get a splitter cable for it. Thanks in advance!!

For my new PC which I will be putting together soon I want to put an RGB system in it. I am stuck between getting a CORSAIR iCue system or going with Asus Aura. I think I’m leaning towards the Corsair system because I wouldn’t have to get a gaming motherboard (to save costs) but the problem with corsair is I’d have to swap the case fans from the Cooler Master Lite 5 RGB so I just want to know what everyone thinks

Hey, I've owned this PC for about nearly 1 year now and I was just thinking it kinda looks like your typical "gamer PC" these days. What Can i do to make it look more unique and personal? Could be something a simple a moving the light strips or whatever. Thanks! (please excuse the not so great photos) ***Specs for those interested*** AMD Ryzen 3 1300 16GB DDR4 G-Skill RAM Nvidia GTX 1070 (black back plate) MSI X370 Gaming Plus motherboard 2X 1tb ssds (One Samsung and other Corsair) Corsair H55 cooler

I need some recommendations. My oem keyboard is crapping out after years of abuse and neglect. I am looking for a TKL or full keyboard with either programmable rgb or non-flashy backlighting (preferably white or green). Likes: removable usb cord, nonflashy backlighting (if rgb is programmable, that is fine), and low noise keys. Dislikes: macro keys, hardcore gamer look, loud keys (cherry blue or even red) and large formfactor. Non-necessity: mechanical keys. I am happy with either mechanical, scissor, or membrane switches/keys. I am a college student with a small wallet, and I am a gamer but not hardcore. This will see lots of papers and internet. If a cover can be purchased that would be a plus as sometimes I need to look up parts for mowers, my truck, etc and my hands can be dirty. Thank you in advance.

Hello! So I've been wanting to get a NZXT hue+, but it needs a molex connector, I'm all out of molex connectors, so my idea is to get a molex splitter and have one of them going to my pc side fans(there are 2 on the side that use 1 whole molex) and the other going to the NZXT box for power, my question is, will it end up in flames is it safe or not? I wouldn't get some cheap China splitter but a decent quality one. My PSU isn't modular so the splitter wouldn't be coming directly off the PSU but off one of the molex that's already there that the side fans are currently plugged into, thanks

Heya everyone my pc was working fine and i decided to buy a s340 elite. I moved it to the s340 elite and i added cablemod cables and corsair node pro. And when i was done with moving the parts the lights turned on and all the fans. So i moved it to my setup and my monitor keyboard mouse and audio interface are all not on/working/lighting up. What could be a fix?

Obviously there are RGB LED strips that you can change to nearly whatever color you want. Is there a light strip that allows you to change from 1900K white light to like 5500K white light? I don't want just a strip that I can dim, I want to be able to change the color of the light. I also don't need/want RGB. I'm just interested in white. I know the Phillips Hue light strips can do this but they can also do like every other color and require an expensive hub and wifi connectivity. All those things makes the Hue strips extremely expensive. I'd really just like a strip that works with a simple remote. If that doesn't exist, how hard would it be to make my own strip? I would probably do two strips running along side each other. One strip would be a more blue-white led strip and the other would be a more yellow-white LED strip. I think a remote with two sliders to dim the two strips would let me make whatever temperature of white I want. Is this doable for less than the cost of a Phillips Hue setup? Any links to any helpful information would be super appreciated.

Hello Guys.So I bought all new components and started my first PC build ever. My motherboard was sent back to the retailer to update bios (ab350n-Gaming with Ryzen 2400g).I got it back yesterday and started building the machine out of watching youtube videos and using the manuals.Well the computer booted up nicely and I got windows 10 Home installed from USB (downloaded via. microsoft homepage). So after 5-10 minutes the computer started acting weird. I have had numerous problems in windows and while gaming.First, some of windows quit working - the start menu couldnt open, the internet tab wasnt responding, I could open some things from the desktop but they were delayed like 5-10 seconds. (This problem has occured maybe 2-3 times) I was able to reboot through alt+controle+delete. Then i got the BSOD while trying to go into CSGO, it said that I needed the atikmpag.sys file and rebooted. (This has happened twice I think) I have also just gotten a black screen all of the sudden, computer still running, not rebooting or anything just black screen so i had to reboot from the button on the computer.I have reinstalled windows around 5 times and uinstalled drivers from the org. websites over and over again, nothing seems to work.Later last night it was working for about an hour so i started playing csgo, and suddenly the screen crashed after maybe 10 minutes of play. The screen freezed and was all "broken". The computer did not reboot, so again i had to use the reboot button and the computer just turned back on like nothing was wrong. - Thats when i gave up,I have no clue what could possible be wrong.I really hope someone can help me, cause I have no idea what to do.The system isCase: Elite 110Motherboard: AB350n-gaming ITXAPU: Ryzen 2400gRam: 2 x 4gb Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000mhzSSD: Samsung Evo 850PS: I have tested ram through windows (no problems detected) Please help a newbie in need :- )

Hi Guys, I'm planning on buying a CM Mastercase Pro 6 for my new build. I know that the case comes in either blue or red lights but I want to know if I can change and control the colors of the LED strip and the Rear Case Fan lights using Asus Aura out of the box. If it is possible, how can I do it? If not, does that mean I have to change the LED strip and the case fan? Aura website mention that the case is Aura compatible but that is the only place this is mentioned. Thanks...

Sup casemod fans, i have a question about the MSI Mystic Light compatibility, i have a MSI Z370 Carbon Pro and i wanna put some RGB Led strips behind my desk, but i don't know any good ones that i can control in my MSI Mystic Light app, not with a controller. I was thinking on the Phantek ones, wich i saw it is compatible on the MysLight compatible list ( https://imgur.com/a/puKsL), in the site it says the mobo have a RGB connection ( https://imgur.com/a/wib1x ), and i was thinking in connect it on this connection and see if works, but idk if it's gonna work, and i don't know wich one to buy, my table is 140cm longer, and i saw a 2 meter one on amazon ( https://www.amazon.com/Phanteks-PH-LEDKT_COMBO-Strip-Combo-Retail/dp/B00M0R3CFQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1522515954&sr=8-1&keywords=phanteks%2Brgb&th=1 ) it's whis compatible with my MOBO? It's just connect on the rgb header and like ''plug and play''? Or i need to buy any other connector to my mobo? Thank you for the comprehension, sorry for my bad english, im from brazil, and the rgb strips here are bad and expensive, so i've been looking to import one. Thanks

So i recently bought a Logitech powerplay mouse pad with the Logitech g903 mouse the only problem i have with the mouse pad is the small white light that stays on while the computer is powered off, there isn't a off/on switch hardware or software wise that i can find. I can turn off the RGB lights on the Powerplay and the G903 mouse by just dimming the lights to 0 in the Logitech software but no option for the small white light. The motherboard i have is the ASUS MAXIMUS X code with windows 10 and the Logitech Gaming software 8.96.88 Is there anyway i could turn it off without physically turning off the off switch from the wall or the power supply?

I live in a student house and the whole light socket in my room stopped working, the landlord replaced it for me but did so with a shitty LED spotlight as that was the only thing in store at the time. So now I have these really bright focused lights in my room that make the place feel more like an ER than a bedroom. The problem I have with the lights is that since LED bulbs are flat and only shine from the front, they only light what it faces rather than most bulbs which shine in all directions. So the question I have is that is my GU10 socket restricted to only LEDs which are typically the spotlight variant I currently have or can I use any bulb that fits the socket like this bulb or this one? I've attached an image of a similar light bar to mine, although mine is only for 2 bulbs

Hello, Quick question, I noticed an array of lights on my MSI Gaming M5 Z170A board today. There is a vertical line of LEDs. Each individual LED is labeled, PCH, VCCIO, VCCSA, DDR, GPU, CPU. I'm assuming they're for quick troubleshooting. Anyone else know? Thanks!

So B&H are having some really good sales right now on Dracast LED lights, I'm wondering if it is worth getting a 1000 LED light (https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1219694-REG/dracast_drsp_1000b_led1000_series_bi_color_led.html) and a 500 LED light (https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1258215-REG/dracast_drsp_500bn_led500_silver_bi_color_panel.htm) over another Rokinon cinema lens. I currently have a T3i with a 16mm T2.2 cine lens. I am saving up for a Sony Mirrorless camera, but saw these deals and realised that I have no proper lighting. Right now I have Ikea LED arm lights and 2 Neewer 160 LED lights, not great. Even if I buy these I will still have money for a Sony Mirrorless Camera (I'm looking at A6500 or its successor when it comes out). As for what I shoot, the occasional short film, mostly product B-roll. I really can't find any good info on if lights are worth it. All help is appreciated.

Hi guys. I built a PC in my Sharkoon VG4-W case a few months ago,and everything works fine except for the two little LED lights on the front panel. Does anyone know how to make these work? It doesn't matter for the PC's performance (obviously) but it's nice when everything works.

I have been thinking about getting an LED strip light for a long time now, but have just not bitten the bullet yet. Until I found one at the local bin store. It came with the power cable minus the part that plugs into usual desktop computers but I have a box full of those cables at home. Anyways, when I took it home, there was no remote when I got home. Are remotes for led strips universal? For example, could I buy another led light strip and use that one remote for both?
