Hello everyone, I'm looking for someone to play GTA 5 who hosts daily playlists of normal races (road circuits, recreations of real life circuits, etc) (this doesn't mean i won't race at stunt tracks, but at least something other than the Rockstar made ones, because i'm bored of those). My Social Club is APoetra_97 thank you in advance

My specs : HP af103ax (Notebook) Processor : AMD A8-7410 APU (2.2Ghz) Primary Gfx : Radeon R5 (512MB) Secondary Gfx : Radeon R5 M330 (2GB) Ram : 4GB DirectX 12 OS : Windows 10 Home Pre error summary : I could play the game almost fine, but it never detected my secondary gfx. All other games would run on the secondary card. But this one, ran on 512 MB What I did to try and fix it : 1) Reinstall the game 2)Reinstall AMD Drivers for GPU 3) Disable my onboard gfx card (None worked) New error : Whenever I start the game, it now tells me you dont have enough ram neither enough cpu frequency. All these came after my 3rd above mentioned solution. I've searched online, (possibly everywhere) but couldn't find anything on it. Also i've tried to fix it by reinstalling the hardware drivers but nope. Please help!

I have a 7700K, Gigabyte 1080 windforce, 8gb at 3000Mhz and the motherboard is the MSI - Z270 SLI ATX. While playing GTA with these settigns, Im only gettign around 60FPS +/- 10FPS. I have a 1080p 144hz monitor (yes I know, overkill) Why could this be happening? Thanks in advance.

Hey guys, As GTA 5 is on sale now, I am thinking about picking it up (played it a lot on Xbox 360 years ago, but I feel like I need this game in my library) There is only one thing, as title suggest: modding OpenIV has closed down AFAIK, and I have used that tool for very long time, and I do not know if that is any other tool to insert mods into the game (like cars, textures, driving mods ect.) Are there any tools that can access GTA packed files for modding?

hello I have had GTA 5 for about 8 months on my pc and it has been doing it ever since I got the game. whenever I'm walking or driving or some heavy stuff is on the screen( like police chases etc.) my frametime usage spikes up and down leading to fps drops. the frametime spikes from around 15-16 to about 8- 7 then it goes high like 20-22 then goes to normal for about a couple of seconds. what do you guys think could be the issue? (I reinstalled drivers with DDU, Reinstalled the game, tried fixes and nothing works) I have my pc set to high performance and the max and minimum processor state are at 100% disk is set to always stay running SYSTEM SPECS: i7 6700 HQ Nvidia GeForce GTX 960m 8gb of DDR4 2133 MHZ RAM in duel channel 1TB 5400 RPM hard drive

My friend is planning to get a laptop for Christmas and he asked me to find a laptop for him that could run GTA 5 at low 60fps. Sadly I don't know much about laptop gpus and what games they are able to run. His budget is $600 CAD. If anyone could help that would be awesome! He said as long as it runs smoothly he will be fine with it.

Hello people, I have a question that I was hoping someone here could answer. I am currently playing GTA 5 at 1080p ultra settings (no advanced graphics) and 2x MSAA. I am getting around 70-120 fps in the game, but I noticed that when I'm in the 70-80 fps area, that my GPU and CPU are only being pushed to around 60%. My GPU is a gtx 1080 FE at stock clock, and my CPU is an i7 4790 OC @ 4.8 ghz. If anyone has any info It will be much appreciated.

I'm having this annoying problem with gta v where after a few minutes of gameplay, I just get these annoying texture bugs or whatever they are! Also I bought a gtx 1060 3gb like a week ago, and since then I have this problem. Before this gpu I had a gtx 950 which didn't cause me problems like this. I'm playing on very high textures, but this shouldn't be causing the issue as the frame rate is around 70-80fps. I've tried performing a clean driver installation, but it didn't help. Tried underclocking the gpu, it didn't help either. I need HELP Please! And nom I don't always have tgis, usually when playing as michael, but this might just be random. Sometimes I can play like an hour with out this. I'm gonna attach an image about it just to figure out if any of you guys had/are having the same problem, or it is just me suffering from this unplayable annoying crap. Any help is appreciated. Rest of the specs: 8gb ddr3 i5-4590T CPU My hdd is a 160gb old sh*t cuz my old 500gb one was dying hence I got this one as a temporary replacement from some random source, according to hard disk sentinel it is on 100/100 condition, but it does give weird noises, this one might be dying too. Can this be causing a problem? A 64gb ssd Any help is REALLY appreciated.

So, I am running gta v on a 1060 3gb, and started to notice an issue, which annoying the hell out of me. When in specific areas than all the shadows get jagged, like in the screenshot attached. Is there any way to fix this? Shadow setting is on very high shader quality also very high, and soft shadows on nvidia pcss. Rest of the specs: 8gb ram, i5-4670 Any help is REALLY appreciated.

Hello! I have a massive problem with GTA 5. Textures, sounds, nearly all assets are loading very slowly. Textures disappear or just show up as a low poly texture, sounds are messed up (fe. after I got into the car it took the game almost 30 seconds to finally give me engine sounds) and many more. It really annoys me. The game is more unplayable than when I was playing on an HDD. My specs: MSI H87-G43 (MS-7816) Intel Core i5-4690 | 3,50GHz AMD Radeon R9 380 Series Ballistix 8GB (2x4GB) | DDR3 1600MHz Crucial MX500 500GB Please don't say that I should lower the settings, the game worked perfectly fine on an HDD (I was just getting freezes when I was travelling fast in-game). Now that I got an SSD I was expecting silky smooth gameplay, but FPS is all over the place. Assets go crazy. Please help. Thanks.

Hello everyone, I've recently bought GTA 5 because I saw that it was running smoothly on other laptops with the same specs as mine. I downloaded it and played it; only to be disappointed. I never get those frames that I saw no matter the settings (I tried the lowest setting, with the lowest resolution, still no difference) so I tried monitoring it with MSI afterburner. To my surprise, the GPU usage was very low and there were only 2 cores that were going above 70%. Whenever the GPU usage goes high, my framerates will also gain a few and vice versa. I tried this with my other games (Dota 2, CS:GO) and the GPU usage was also low but I was not surprised because those games are not demanding GPU wise. I hope you can help me fix this problem. If it were CPU bottleneck, what can I do to improve it? I play plugged in. I have tried: • Clean install of Graphics Card • Updating basically everyting (BIOS, Audio Drivers, Display Drivers, etc.) • Disabled HPET • Tweaked NVIDIA Control Panel (Prefer Maximum Performance, Single Display Mode) • Clean install of Windows 10 • Reinstalled the game • Undervolted the CPU and disabled Turbo • Power Settings on High Performance • Diabled VSync in game and forced it in NVIDIA • Disabled all anti-aliasing setting Laptop Specs: ASUS ROG GL553VE Intel Core i7-7700HQ NVIDIA GTX 1050 Ti 16GB DDR4 RAM 128GB SSD + 1000GB HDD Disabled Turbo, -0.100V Undervolt With Turbo, No undervolt Thanks!

Before I drop the $30 & waste 2 days downloading it, I'd like to know how good or bad my system should run GTA 5. Specs are in my signature, hopefully someone else in this community has some at least close to mine that's played the game. I've tried finding videos of gameplay but most just run a 1060 6GB while mines a 3. Do y'all think I should easily be able to get a consistent 60 FPS in most places & if so on what graphical settings?
-
When I redownloaded GTA V to play again, I have been getting low fps now, 40-60 FPS when I should get around 70-100 The graphic settings in this video has everything set to Lowest Even if I have the graphics settings set to high, I get the same FPS Don't say its my CPU because this has never happened before. PC specs: I have tried: Untitled111.mp4

Hello, f u have come here u probaly will have already looked everywhere, like i have. or u will maybe have a solution for my problem. the problem contains of the fact i cant run gta 5 without it freezing every couple seconds FOR only a split second. now this may get u guys a little mad i do own a "Gaming" laptop. these are my specs: hqi7-7700 Nvidia-gtx 1050 8gb ram 128gb ssd 1tb hdd (gta 5 is on here) i have friends that for some reason can run this game with less of a rig ( now if thats cause of the laptop vs pc part idk) but its very odd to me. i know 1 or 2 things about pc's but this is certaintly where my knowledge stops. so the problem is that gta 5 is of course a ram sucking game. i play with around 1gb of ram left while having no other programs directly running, now this seems to be a problem somehow since the ram doesnt do enough of its job so my laptop decides to use my 1tb hard drive to process the work that the ram should do now this is where my problem lies. ofc that hard drive aint doing it fast enough and so the freezing of my game comes in play. now i need some help cause i aint about to let this game go. i have some plans of upgrading do 16gb of ram before summer vacactions starts. so that would already fix it. but for now i was hoping SOMEONE out there could help a fellow gamer out... its 15 min later i decided to check what my laptop runs when i close this google tab and have nothing left open. its 3.9gb 40% of all my ram? so what is the problem here? restart would probally help a little but i cant find anything major in task manager. just a dozen of things that all use like 3mb but im not about to add em all up but it for sure isnt 4gb. so help me if u got any idea.

Hi guys I want to move my GTA 5 install (I have the Rockstar version with the 7 discs) from my boot SSD to my big HDD What would be the best way to do this? Thanks for your advice

I've been facing this issue for a week now. I tried repairing the game using the installation files, reinstalled using the DVDs. Nothing worked. I've got a good internet connection and according to Rockstar's service status "its always Sunny in Philadelphia" even when it clearly isn't.

Hi, so today I wanted to play a bit of GTA 5, and the scaling isn't right for my 2560x1080p ultrawide since the menu options are missing at the bottom, and Michael's head is slightly shaved off. Any ways to fix my game's scaling? Specs: i5-8600K overclocked to 4.9GHz GTX 1060 3GB 2560x1080p LG 29WK600 Methods I've tried already: Re-installing my game Verifying game files inside Steam Making custom resolution inside Nvidia control panel Optimising GeForce Experience options Resetting optimial GeForce Experience options Changing my own monitor's physical resolution
