I want to replace the power LED that comes with a Fractal Design Define Mini-C TG with a red one. I pulled the power button assembly out, and can see the 3mm LED. But I saw another small thing with similar wires coming out of it, and pulled it out as well. It's a bit bigger, but rectangular and crystal clear. It looks like it's structured like an LED, but I've never seen a rectangular one before. Anyone that can help? Can someone confirm that this is a second LED?

im in between the phanteks p400s or meshify c both with the tempered glass. Im really in between both and i dont really know which one to get. Can i get some thoughts? Here is the link or the build without my case in it. Feel free to rate it or make any modifications you think that would be better. I look forward to hearing about your thoughts on both of these cases!

Hi all, Here's my issue. I already have a Phanteks PH-TC12LS cooler from a previous build. However, I'm thinking of shrinking that build into the FD Node 202 but still intend to use the Phanteks cooler. Is it possible to mount a slim 120mm fan beneath the fins instead of on top of it using clips etc? If so, how do I go about doing it and is it a good idea? Thank you.

Hello guys, I'm new. Please welcome me pleasingly, thank you. Anyways I can't decide if I would want the Corsair 500D or the Define R6 for a future build. They seem very sleek and nice to build in. They both feature nice tempered glass front panels. I have seen many videos of both of them and just can't decide. The 500D looks like airflow is not as good as the Define R6. I also will be adding a 240mm rad on the front if you also needed to know that. IMHO, I would get the Define R6, but I want to know your guys opinion on which case I should get. This is my first topic, I don't know if its short or not. You can just ask questions down below so...

I want to add 2 140mm fans to the top of my case, but I don't know if they both will fit together. What worries me is will there be enough space between the fans. What do you think? My case: http://www.fractal-design.com/home/product/cases/core-series/core-2300 Fans I want to add: https://www.bequiet.com/en/casefans/616

Alright, so i planned everything for my build except the case, my budget is under $100 AUD, i'd like a glass tempered case that looks good and with good airflow, as well as good cable management if that's possible what do you guys recommend? Thanks!

Hey everyone, I'm planning on getting a Corsair H115i Pro during Black Friday sales and was wondering which case I should get. I'm stuck between the Meshify C and the H500. I have an Asus Turbo GTX 1080 which is relatively small, so GPU clearance shouldn't be a concern. Cable management is a priority too. Thanks in advance.

Hey, i'm planning a build and the only part im missing now is the case. I've been eyeing the Meshify C Dark TG. I have already got an NZXT Kraken x62 and an Asus ROG strix gtx1070. I am now wondering if i'll be able to squeeze the radiator with two fans in the front along with the Strix 1070 inside the meshify. The GPU is supposedly 298mm in length, the radiator 30mm thick and the fans 25mm. The meshify C allows for 315mm gpu's max with a fan installed, im guessing it is a 25mm thick fan, and 335mm gpu's without fans. In this video the fans are put outside the frame and the radiator inside the frame allowing for the use of two fans and the radiator in the front. Does anyone know if this is possible with the meshify C or only with the define C's front panel ?

I'm considering buying the Fractal Design Define R6 White Tempered Glass case as a future upgrade for my build, but I have a few questions about it before I upgrade. Would it be able to fit a hardline custom loop with a CPU, 2 GPUs and a large pump/res combo in it? If was to remove the drive cages in the front of the case, would I have anywhere else to mount 3.5" drives or would I be stuck with 2.5" and M.2? Should I bother with a radiator on the bottom, or skip it since I'm already planning for a 360 and a 420? If I remove the front HDD mount, would I be able to put a thick 420 rad with push-pull fans and a thin 360 on top at the same time? Thanks a lot in advance! Hope you have a nice day or night depending on your time zone.

So I'm looking to get the Meshify C to upgrade my PC, and I'm actually not a fan of PSU shrouds (I like seeing everything out in the open). Can anyone confirm if the ENTIRE shroud can be removed, or just that flap where the fan/rad goes in the front? Thank you!

Hey all! I'm building up my PC and the only case I like is the Fractal Design Meshify C, however, the PSU I already own seems to be slightly larger than the case's dimentions. However, I have seen elsewhere that people have been able to fit full size power supplies inside this case. Is this confirmed and possible? I really don't like many other cases on the market and I really don't want to have to buy another new power supply Thanks

Hi! First time builder, I just finished my first 'real pc'. I have a i7 6700k on a matx board, and a 1080 in an Inwin 101 Mid Tower. I am looking to upgrade to an 8700k and an atx board. My case supports atx boards, and I am looking to buy a 360 mm AIO from Fractal, the S36. However, I do not know if the s36 will fit inside of my case, ie not hit my board. Currently, my 120mm fans has about 10mm of clearance from the board which is further up. Will I be able to install the s36?

Greetings everyone. As the title suggests, I am planning to do a quiet/silent gaming PC. After extensive research, I have arrived at the following list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/s6FbRJ Here are my justifications for the list: I chose an aircooler and not a CLC because I read on multiple forums that a big air cooler is usually quieter. And I chose the NH-D15 in particular because of the quiet fans that it comes with and the ease of installation. I chose the Strix Z370-E motherboard for the fan controls implemented in the BIOS. I'm not that good with choosing a motherboard, any other suggestion is welcome. The MSI GTX 1080 Gaming X was praised in many reviews by how quiet it was, and I think that this is due to the beefy heatsink and the two large diameter fans. This is one of the components that I researched the most, because the graphics card is usually the loudest component in a high-end configuration. The Define R6 is known as one of the best noise-insulating cases on the market. I chose the one without a TG side panel for obvious reasons (both sides have noise-dampening foam). Also, the fans that come with the case (Dynamic X2 GP-14) are very quiet, according to this article. Some might think that the PSU is way overkill for this configuration. But I purposely chose a high wattage PSU because that way the fan will not rotate at all (or rotate at a very low speed). The only thing that I'm worried about is the HDD. I don't have much experience with Seagate drives, I only owned a 2TB Barracuda for about a year and a half, and I couldn't even hear that drive, there were other components in my previous system that made more noise. This was my previous configuration: ASRock Z77 Extreme4, Core i5 3470, Thermalright True Spirit 140 BW (rev. A), Sapphire R9 280X Dual-X, 2 x Be Quiet Pure Wings 2 140mm fans (in front), 1 x 140mm stock fan (came with the case), 1 x Noctua NF-S12A top, a Super Flower Golden Green 750W PSU (these are usually found in Europe, Super Flower is the OEM for EVGA; I live in the U.S. now) all inside a Phanteks Enthoo Pro Windowed version (replaced the front 200mm fan with the two Be Quiet fans). I would like to remain in the around $2,000 mark. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.

I am looking for a nice black pc case that supports E-ATX. A psu shroud would be nice and also alot of hard drive space. Something decently simple like the simple that fractal design does. Thank Ya

I first decided I wanted to try my hand at PC building back in August 2017. I stumbled upon this website and a few tech tubers and started getting to know the new Z370 chipset. I ordered everything and when it all arrived put it together and did an external test boot. Everything worked! I was really happy nothing went wrong, I've read some stories about the X Hero board and was nervous. I first updated the bios then OC'd the ram and finally installed Windows 10. After everything was up and running I safely stored the components in the closet while I waited for my case. Hardest part was deciding on the case. I had finally landed on the Define R6 in gunmetal and ordered it in January. On March 7th, the release date, I received an email from NewEgg stating they would not be fulfilling my pre-order. I decided it was time to move on, my PC had been sitting in the closet for over a month now waiting for a case and I was excited to get things rolling. I went to a local MicroCenter and found the Meshify C. A nice case to build in and quite compact. I spent a little time overclocking the CPU, I believe I have a stable OC at 5.0GHz. I ran Prime95 for 3hours and saw max core temps at 73'C. I've also run CinebenchR15 and 3DMark. If anyone has any other suggestions or tips for OC stability I'd love to hear them. Without further ado here is the finished product. Enjoy! In advance, thanks for Reading. I bought the Fractal Design Celsius S36 along With the Asus Strix b350-f Gaming motherboard, rest of the system is not what im concerned about, however, do you still wish to know rest of the Components, please tell me so. I contacted fractal design and they told me the S36 consumes 10W and the motherboard provides 12W. Seeing as i dont know wether this is under load or max capacity (have replied to them With this question, waiting on answer. been forever) i wondered anyone here might know? The motherboard also has a dedicated AIO pump header, and 3 case fans header, although then i have to buy 3 extenders for the fans. Is this going to work without any issues? or am i going to short the Board out?? Where do i then plug the cable coming from the pump ? into the AIO dedicated pump header, or into any other header? into the CPU header? i honestly dont know, im fairly New in this building desktop thing. My PSU also is a 550W if that info helps anyone?

wanted to do a system build on pcpartpicker to check the compatibility of the components i want to get, but got confused regarding the PSU and my case. It says that RM850i is incompatible with Fractal Design Meshify C Mini, although it is compatible with RM650i. what confuses me is that both power supplies have the same dimensions. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

So I have a Corsair H80i GT and I am currently using Fractal Design's Dynamic GP-12s in a push/pull config. My temps at idle hover around 37c and 60c under load. I have it rear mounted in a Define Nano S with two Dynamic GP-14s on the front. I like these temps, but could I get better results with the extra static pressure of a fan specifically meant for radiators such as the Venturi HP-12s? Would the benefit justify the $30 or am I better off saving my money? I am also planning on upgrading to an ATX mobo in a Meshify C with some higher airflow intake fans. Any help is appreciated.

Heya, I'm after a case upgrade and honestly the Meshify Mini C is perfect. I just don't love the super dark tinted TG. It seems like this one on Amazon does indeed have the clear glass. However it's the only one I've found, this is also only based on the pictures. The description mentions the tint. Anyone know if this is the clear one or have you found it elsewhere? Cheers!

I have a Fractal Design Celsius S36 on top of a Ryzen 7. Came back to my computer a couple of days ago to find it had shut off automatically. Turned the system back on (though it might be Win10 doing its best to annoy me again) but soon heard the fans on the radiator go to high speed, but noticed the CPU temp sensor kept climbing. VRM and bridge thermal sensors remained 35C or so. It shut off around 87C or so (I set the lowest thermal threshold available on the board). Since this is a cheaper AIO and everything runs through the same high output header, and there are no leaks, am I safe in assuming the pump is likely to blame here? Unit's 10 months old and has never given an issue running on its Auto setting. Also, system is not OC'ed at this time, save the memory profile.

Does anyone have experience in adding their Gpu to their aio? Fractal design advertises this but it don't see this done often! If you have i would love to see pictures, pricing and explanation.

Hello, im building right now but i just came across an isuse, i cant Mount the top 360mm aio without interfering With the cpu Power cables, and im really low on IQ right now so i dont see any other path for the cable to Place??? Picture below for illustrations, any immedaite help is appreciated, as im building right now but cant progress really further untill this is solved. Thanks I might just give up hope on having it on top, and install it in the front, because it looks like the gray thing in the middle top of the MB would stop the AIO too, its like 5.8cm and i need atleast 6cm of cleareance... jjjj

Hello, I will try and keep this as short as possible, i tend to write too much. I have a Fractal design Celsius s36 on my Ryzen 1600 ( i know its probably overkill) and its doing just fine. idle temps are around 23c and when gaming at 33c when using silent curve via program. But since i bought the case used, the 4 fans are about to die. The 140mm as exhaust is definetly dying, so i supose the x3 120mm will aswell (case is nzxt h440). So i thought i might aswell put new fans in the case, but why not just change the radiator fans with something even better, and use the radiator fans as case fans instead. I found these fans - corsair ml120 premium (probably overkill too) and theyre selling for 28usd as single and 33usd as 2pack for some odd reason, so why not just buy these. Great fans. Magnetic bearing too. Issue is i dont know if the built in hub for celsius s36 is going to be enough to run these 3 fans. Currently the x2-gp12 fans are connected to the hub on the radiator, and the radiator to CPU_FAN. I also contacted Fractal and they said my board is able to deliver 12w and the whole AIO uses 10W at max, thus why i bought the AIO. the x2-gp12 on fractals webpage is 3pin and 0.18 A / 1.32 W. But i my fans are 4pin since the AIO Is PMW ? The hub is also 4pin, and theres no specification for these 4pin fans although the name is the same as 3pin fans? the ml120 premium is 4pin and 0.225 A / cant find W usage, but volt usage is 10.8 - 13.2 on their webpage? isnt the voltage only up to 12v on motherboard thingy? i dont know much about these things. Furthermore, the AIO pump itself is 0.15 A without fans and rated at 9W with fans. I wont be running max obviously, i never do, but its pretty risky if i might short stuff out or draw too much power, dont want to risk anything. Will these 3 fit instead of the 3 x2-gp12 fans if i replace them? thanks for answers in advance. specs: Asus rog strix b350-f gaming asus gtx 1060 3gb dual oc Ryzen 1600 ballistix 2x4gb 2666mhz 120gb SSD x2 500gb HDD x1
