Hello, I need some help in my chronic annoying problem that drives me almost to cry. I have a game crash after playing while I have an almost high end pc specs with a 700+ watts power supply and the rest of the specs is listed on the dxdiag file. After playing around like 20-30 minutes in either squad or post scriptum or battlefield 1 the game freezes then throws me into the desktop. I deleted me gpu driver then reinstall it again I transfered some of my games from the internal HDD to an existing internal SSD and upgrading me OS from win 7 to win 10 but nothing helped... but I still have the hope that there is someone in here will give me the solving solution. As much as i enjoy seeing EA get styled on with bad performing results its very bad that this is happening. This results in them dropping more risky ip's and developing new property because they cant absorb the costs of developing. Say Anthem for example, i really enjoyed it and have got to then endgame and will start the grind towards new and better stuff (i'm going to ignore the controversies with the game since i feel that it does not massively effect it in the long run). The reason of why i ignore the controversies is that they only effect a minority of people who like to bash the company just because, but it fails as others have said it could spell the end of Bioware or at least cause a large restructure. Further more if you see more gaming orientated media the pieces written about x or y game will only be a hit piece that gain views/clicks but that is a journo for you. A redeeming factor in this is that Apex might save multiple projects within EA since the extra money means that can again take risk and explore new options. Also the shareholders which of course dictate it. since this would mean the recovery of the share price and that would mean dividends for the investors which provide the financial safety for EA. If they continue to be troubled they will fall back on bad practices i.e loot boxes and since they are a more or less guaranteed way of leeching money from people they will continue to do so, so they can again survive. Now lets go for activation the only real game they seem to produce now is COD and we all know what a used sack or taters (boil em mash em) it is. But it seems to make them money had over fist every year so much so they can continue to invest into making more and more games of the same type. When was the last time Activation really came up with a totally new IP that actually changed the game and perhaps started something new. Admittedly for someone like them they struggle to innovate since they mainly deal with main stream and now the more indie audience that other platforms enjoy, so when the new trend say as for the past few years the 'battle royal' though they may not invent or define the genre they can certainly take a good stab at it which in the case of black out has been a good success. (god i hope battle royale dies soon, i do enjoy it but its just dull seeing so many games shove it in). So its conclusion time sine most people will skip here straight away for the defining point. Large publishers like EA, Activation Blizzard need to make good money so they can allow for new major changes and development to happen since the dilution of industry will mean that though there may be more choice the quality of the product may not be as good (Anthem is not a good example), Say DICE were totally independent would they produce a better projects or would they fall into a cycle like the one they are maybe abut to fall into of more frequent releases which are more hit and miss. I want to see the large publishers succeed because they though not always glamorously do take up the main weight of the heavy hitters and dissapointers since since they take most of the flak for it. if Anthem was again totally indie it would be seen as pluck and would be allowed the time and space to develop. Yes there is no excuse for delivering unfinished projects to the masses but i think those lessons are beginning to be learned; R6 and almost any battlefield game to date of recent years took time to stew and get better. Attitudes are changing and games are now being used more as long term project which is where the games as a service is being used to best example also WOW is a great example of something that took time to get where it is. We as an exquisitely critical audience need to lean the balance of bashing and attacking a game or anything in this medium and allowing the product time to get better by supporting and giving feed back rather that going 'its shit, fuck ea they are greedy corporate wank sticks and bloody beloved studio killers' which they are somewhat. So hold your judgement and do try and evolve your own opinion rather that quoting reviews and boycott the things your ranting about. So buy and try then maybe refund if your don't like it that much, but hopefully with a better attitude we wiil get the games we want at the quality we want and both side will hopefully be happy. Ive been away from my computer for half a year as I was out of the country, Got a new rig and asked a friend if he wants to play with me some Apex as I was unaware my account has been hacked from all around the world(Prob the same person using a VPN) but the kicker is my whole friendlist has been removed and my Apex Account got banned as well as Battlefield 1 and 4 but I am not certain of that... I am not having a good time with customer support over at EA Help/Contact EA I have plenty of emails (+100) saying there has been a sign in from WEB in a spand of 6, 7 months... So I have FIFA 14 on Origin and I want to give it to a friend.I'm positive there's a way,intentionally or not Is it possible that it would just work if he tried the key? whenever i try to join a BF4 or BF1 server with my brother randomly one of us gets in to the server and the other gets a generic error. but almost never do both of us get to play on the same server. we can join individual servers separately, and be playing the game at the same time, but when we try to join the same server it only lets one of us in. i suspect it has something to do with our router setup because it never happens when playing with friends on different routers or internet connections. we are trying to play rainbow six siege now. I have never had a problem with the servers except when i try to play with my brothers. we have a lobby of 5 guys, start a game and ubi will either give everyone the error "a squad member has encountered an error" or it will only allow 1 of the 3 people on the router to join the game. again we can all play in parties normally, as long as that person is on a different network. and we can also play public matches solo. but as soon as we try to play together we all get the same error that means nothing or 2 people get kicked and 1 gets in. we are all wired and have the same IP address, the IPv4 addressees are all different. they end in 1.10 1.12 1.15. we have a netgear r700, 300Mbps download and 30Mbps upload, QoS turned off and UPnP enabled. please help

Everyone saw this coming from a mile away, but what truly baffles me is that EA is going to try and pass loot boxes as anything but gambling because its rewards don't hold "real world value". Hello Guys! I'm getting terrible performance in Battlefield 1. Gtx 1060 3GB Brand New i5-4460 16GB DDR3 CPU is running at 70-100%, even in main menu. GPU is around 30-50% all the time, even on very intense areas. FPS is around 45-50 all the time, lot's of 1% lows, with 8-10FPS. Game is unplayable on Amiens, and Saint Quentins Scar. URGENT, SEND HELP PLEASE!

I've been playing the Sims 3 again after quite some time, but something really annoying is happening, whenever I try to change any graphical or autonomy level options, it resets itself when I go back into the menu, I tried editing Options.ini directly, that still didn't work. On another subject, my GTX 1050 is way to new to be recognized (the latest the game knows (at least in my patch) is the 200 series.) and I have no idea how to get it to recognize a Pascal card.

Hopefully the rumors are true, I personally think that EA is a horrible company to work on Star Wars related games after the two Battlefront games they have released. Poor single player campaigns when they first added them, a horrific micro transaction system, and not much fun gameplay to be honest. But who else is capable to continue and hype up players who have been left dissappointed in the games produced by EA? I think Naughty Dog can be a good replacement. Good storylines in The Uncharted series, but I haven't touched the multiplayer aspect of it, so there is that. If rumors are to be believed Disney and Lucasfilm have reached out to Activision and Ubisoft about producing future Star Wars games. Personally, I am not surprised by this change as it is safe to say that EA's Battlefront 2 was a PR nightmare for both companies, and they would rather not repeat the experience. Just recently found this and not sure if it is real, but both on the Inquirer and on Polygon, Microsoft may be considering buying EA, PUBG, and possibly Valve? Now from reading Polygon's article on the situation it would seem that most of it is in the Rumor mill, and there is a good chance Microsoft Uppers probably talk about stuff like this more often than not, but from what van Druenen says “Because of where we are in the lifecycle of all these things, I’m expecting to hear Microsoft announce something very, very shortly,” we might be finding out if these rumors are true maybe this year. Personally I could see this more likely to happen with say EA, is if Anthem doesn't go as planned as they want it to, and/or if the new Dragon Age doesn't create new enough people into the Dragon Age genre of video games. But I think the biggest thing to note that yes this is a rumor, and this is most likely something that is talked about more often than we realize it, and the majority of the time it is just random things that will never happen. It might be time to create a subforum just for EA! At this point, any news is bad news. State Democratic representative Chris Lee held a conference to discuss the predatory tactical CS that EA is using to get children to gamble. Lee's big issue (and my own as well), is that these practices of gambling and purchasing lootboxes is essentially desensitizing children to the act of gambling. There more it's condoned and put in front of them, the less they will recognize the habit as gambling. Here is a segment of Lee's statement: Hawaii is taking the leadership role for other states, and setting an example of how states can act before federal law catches up. This I think is awesome. We've discussed how slow the federal system can be at updating laws and policies. States can take action at their own level without Federal overnight. Lee went on to discuss how EA tactics work, many of which mirror that of online casino gambling techniques (not part of the article, but I can provide some of this if requested). This is just beginning, so nothing is solid yet, but it highlights the importance of this issue. The reason why EA as a whole is being investigated is because this extends past just Battlefront. Gambling in video games has been ongoing since Farmville and other Facebook and mobile games. I think the scale and blatent disregard for consumer protection and rights has made EA, and BattleFront II in particular, the tipping point for lootbox and video game gambling behavior targeting children and other vulnerable individuals.
