A little story about my custom build Since i buy my first apartment i have dreamed of building custom desk PC for my system. I have really limited space for computer, a table is only 135cm wide on the front of the table and 127cm back. So there isn't lots of room for pc under the table and If there is big pc then there is not enough space for legs. Nowadays Deskpc is quite "regular" thing, but this is full custom build and I think that someone could be interested about this one. Raf cutting with jigsaw. and grinding.. Cutting space for knees with angle grinder And welding parts together. (I'm not a professional welder ) Test fitting with old stuff.. Paintings white and black. I planning to paint inside with pearl white, but it is regular glossy white. testing with some new stuff.. Custom EK-XRES 800 Revo D5 (Pipe is 800mm long) and threads are made with the lathe. Not sure about that light inside, this was only tested, there is much more to do if I plan to keep it inside.

So I’m working in a really small 3D printed case the original intent was for air not liquid however I was able to fit a 240mm rad in it so I’m goin with liquid instead and was just wondering if there’s a problem with going Res>Pump>Rad>Block? I’m using soft tubing and just trying to figure if I do it this way will my pump get hurt by having the hot liquid from the cpu going straight to it instead of to the radiator? It’s pretty much the only way I can have the loop work without taking everything out and re printing my Mobo tray.

Okay, so this probably isn't possible, but I have a Gigabyte Waterforce 1080 AIO GPU in my rig. I have been thinking of going custom watercooled for a while, but a custom waterblock card from Gigabyte is very expensive and a bit more than I' would like to pay. So my question is could I convert my Waterforce into a custom loop by cutting the AIO tubes and putting custom ones in their place? Has anyone had experience doing something like this and have pictures or a build log they'd be willing to share?

Hey guys. I have literally no experience with watercooling at all, however; in a few months I'm likely to buy the ASUS gtx 1080ti Poseidon graphics card, which combines the power of liquid and air cooling (It has a pre installed waterblock, but has fans too). Anyways, Building a full loop is super expensive and time consuming, I know that; between the pump and res and rad you're spending several hundred dollars. I was wondering if there's any way to make an AIO style loop, aka- loop with NO reservoir (I would carefully measure the loop to fill it properly without a reservoir) a loop with the pump built into the radiator Is this possible? I just want to cool the GPU, since I really really need a cpu/mobo upgrade anyways, and I can't afford to do it all at once. Thanks.

I have recently purchased a ekwb water loop and started to assemble it and came to a standstill with the Ek-acf fittings. They are basic compression fittings and I have a total of 8 of them, with 5 of them stuck. They came in the package already assembled and I can not take 5 of 8 of them apart. The three that did come apart I just screwed them into the blocks and unscrewed the black ring, but for the ones that are stuck they seem to not want to separate from the inside.

So i've just recently finished my custom water loop and gotta say it looks good! Build it after what others said would be a good way but! Its running so damn hot? Just saw a JayZTwoCents he runs his GPU at 34 (Same as mine) but mine is running at like 70C? Things i have blocks on: RX480 i7 2600K What i'm using: DDC 3.2 Pump EK Res 250 ek supremacy cpu block ek VGA supremacy gpu blok 240mm radiator 360mm radiator It goes. Res - Pump - GPU - Rad (240) - CPU - Rad (360) - Res. Cpu is okay, at 30 - 40 idle. What did i do wrong? almost all air is out ive ran it for over 24 hours..

I am trying to setup a custom loop in a Lian Li PC-07S with two 1080s and a 6700k on water. This case only fits a 360mm radiator on top. Is that enough radiator space?

Hello I just finished my custom loop to cool my 5820k and dual 980ti. My pump res combo from ek the XRES DDC 140 PWM 3.2 makes a super loud sound and seems to be operating at full speed at all times, I am using an asus rampage v extreme motherboard and have set my pump/res header to pwm silent and it stil runs at full speed is there any way I can fix this? The sound is louder than a stock 290x blower cooler its driving me crazy.

Hello, So recently i have bought a second hand 3970x and it didn't come with its stock cpu cooler. I would like to test it out within the next weeks so i can contact the seller if there is a problem. My question is what cpu cooler (preferably water cooling) should i get and if its worth getting a custom loop for only my cpu. My budget is $250 Aud Max. I would also like to know if buying a second-hand psu is worth it or not and if not what psu will i need for a 780ti 3970x sabortooth x79 8gb 1866mhz ram 2 tb hdd 240gb ssd Thanks,

Hello, about 5 months ago I added some Feser anti-corrosion into a full gallon of distilled water. I've kept the gallon ever since as I didn't have to empty the entire thing to fill the loop. I've kept an eye over the months and noticed the gallon has created condensation, seeing as it's been tucked away on the ground in a bookshelf (the gallon is near a heater. it's the winter so the gallon basically experiences dramatic changes from cold to warm). There have been water molecules that formed from within gallon over the time but I'm not sure if it's safe for me to fill my loop with it or not.. Is it perfectly safe to use? Or am I better off buying a new gallon of distilled water? (Also, because FrozenCPU is pretty much out of the question, where can I find some anti-corrosion for my loop? I've tried looking in Amazon but I can't find the one I bought from FrozenCPU)..

Hey ladies and gents , im gonna build a new rig , this time i want something small but definitely overpowered.. Planned Parts: 4790K / ASUS ROG VII IMPACT / ASUS GTX970 Strix / Corsair Dominator 2133Mhz 16 GB Rams (maybe i can change the ram) AND OFCOURSE as the case Corsair 380T. <-(LTT Review) Question is i want something small , 380T will provide this part and it can hold every part on my list. BUT i want to get a custom loop water cooling in it instead of something like H110 or H100i.. Do you think the 380T can hold a custom loop which includes both CPU and GPU ?? thanks for the help in advance

hey linus community I am building a new pc with a custom water cooled loop. Could someone please check that all the following parts are compatible.
