So I didn't see a dedicated thread for we caffeine addicts. Recently I have been trying to quit Soda's, for weight concerns. So I've decided to switch to coffee to get my daily Caffeine. Until now my preferred coffee was 7/11 original roast, about 1/6th of the cup being french vanilla creamer. Gonna get a decent electric kettle and a pour over coffee maker, and start trying different kinds of coffee to see what I like. How do you prefer to get your caffeine?

On the heels of the Roast of Linus (which was EXCELLENT) I bit the bullet on shipping and bought a six-pack of the LTT Cafe Vanilla canned coffee from Madrinas. This is a quick review. DISCLAIMER: I paid for this myself and I am not a coffee connoisseur. Most of the coffee I do drink is canned. Can: Can looks like what I consider a standard for energy drinks and the like, but Madrinas actually seems to use 15 ounce (444mL) cans as a standard rather than 16 ounce. The other thing that was very apparent on the can was that the label was wrapped...some type of plastic/vinyl wrapping. I'm not used to seeing this on cans so it threw me off. I noticed it as soon as I picked it up due to the rougher feeling where the plastic was joined. The wrap can also affect your drinking experience if the plastic isn't properly aligned. One of my cans had the plastic biased towards the top so my lower lip kept being scratched when I went to drink. Design of label: Big. Bold. Garish. Coffee itself: This is going to vary based on your preference, obviously. Temperature makes all the difference with this coffee. The coffee overall tastes more like coffee-flavored vanilla milk to be honest. The vanilla overpowers most of the other flavor and tastes rather artificial, though the coffee ingredients are natural. I don't know if this is supposed to be a 50-50 milk-coffee blend or something with less milk, but the coffee taste is weak. Lukewarm or cold the vanilla was very apparent. I found however that when it was warmed (sat the can on top of the stove/oven when I was baking something in the oven) the coffee was much tastier, though the vanilla still seemed overpowering. Overall: Coffee-flavored milk, with an overpowering taste of vanilla. Not the worst I've ever had, but unfortunately far from the best. The shipping cost on top of that makes this an absolute no-go for further purchases unfortunately. I might try some of Madrinas's other coffee, but definitely not this one again.

Madrinas has the absolute worst customer support I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. i ran into an issue where my madrinas order, with the LTT beans, was not shipped after the manufacturing delay where they stated that they will be shipped on the 28th of December though they did not actually ship my order until I had messaged them about it, after my second attempt to contact them on January 11th. Everything was going smoothly until my order landed in London on the 19th of January, at 2am, but had not moved since. Since then I was contacting both DHL and my local mail service, the Royal Mail, with Royal Mail believing the package to be in Germany and both services refusing to take responsibility and investigate the issue. come the 27th of January one week later and I email Madrinas about it, where they sent me the below e-mail, your typical copy & paste “Apology” response a day later. Now here I am on Thursday with no response from them after sending two follow up e-mails since, I can maybe understand that this shipping issue may have been initially their fault but the fact that they are refusing to talk to me or even attempting to investigate the matter is appalling, especially since Madrinas was patting themselves on the back for their international shipping. This is issue has seriously made me consider never ordering from Madrinas again, their customer service is absolutely atrocious and I highly recommend to anyone that they avoid using them for coffee at all. It is such a disappointment, especially considering how awesome the idea of LTT branded coffee beans was l. On a side note has anyone else in the UK ordered from Madrinas, with the LTT roast specifically and has received their order?

Hi, So recently I've been getting into overclocking cause my CPU (i7-8700k is liquid cooled, not delided). I followed a guide online and pushed the CPU to 5Ghz following the 1.35V was according to some Forums a decent voltage, however, I've switched off all of my CPU and Memory overclocks (my GPU is still clocked, it's a 1080ti at 2088Mhz). The problem I'm running into is whenever I start my PC with any settings (from my testing) changed in the BIOS as soon as I press the power button everything lights up for approx 0.5 seconds, switches off then back on again and it loads perfectly fine. I have no idea why this is happening and if it should be happening at all, if I turn everything back to default it starts normally without a hitch. Leading onto my other question: the recommend voltage for 5Ghz is apparently 1.35V (I don't know if this is false or not), however, leaving the voltage settings on Auto in the BIOS, when I check CPU-Z and Corsair Link (they show similar results within 0.001 of each other) they're both hanging around 1.392 to 1.4v range, this is higher than what I've seen is needed for 5Ghz, is that right? Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated

https://www.indystar.com/story/entertainment/2018/05/14/tim-hortons-indianapolis-avon-closing/609571002/ I didn't know this existed, and I won't have time to get to it before Wednesday. When I was younger I spent a few weeks in both Ontario (Oshawa for Mosport) and Quebec (Mont Tremblant for Le Circuit Mont Tremblant) and I didnt know about Tim Hortons so I never went. I was just amazed by the fact you get french fries with gravy on them. I have never gotten to try Tim Hortons Coffee or any of their food.

So I just got the Keurig K-Select coffee maker. It was surprisingly affordable at around $120 (cad). But I can see why because the K-cups cost $0.70 (cad) per unit. So it’s like a cheap printer/expensive ink type of deal. So far I tried Nabob, Donut Shop and Marley K-cups. They all kinda tasted like the same, sort of bland, okay-ish coffee. From memory, the best Keurig coffee I had was from a Kahlua pod. Do you have any other K-cup suggestions? It would be cool to see some kind of Espresso pod, like Tassimo. I wouldn’t call myself a coffee snob, but I grind my own beans with a coffee mill and either use a Melitta pour-over or a Flair coffee maker. The Flair is a goofy looking espresso maker for masochists. But it makes good coffee I guess. I also used Tassimo before and I think I like it more. But I can’t say exactly why? So what do you think of Keurig? And are there K-cups with more “oomph”? I am eyeballing Lavazza pods. How are those?

So, guys , I have a predator 17x on which I spilled a coffee a days ago. I was in school when it happened so after 5 mins it happened I got a blue screen of death. As a response, I unplugged my power supply and cleaned off my laptop with a towel. I rushed to the computer store/ repair shop at my college. So finally, should I worry about saving up for new parts or just relax and wait for their response.

Alright, I have an I-7 8700 coffee lake, It says it is setting at about 3200mhz and it has a 4600mhz limit. How do I enable this turbo boost? Asus Prime Z370A motherboard. Sorry if this has been answered, but I couldn't find any answers about it.

The Madrinas Coffee that is. And while I've only tried the coffee so far (none of the mochas or anything special yet) I have to say it's pretty good. Far better than the Starbucks 15Oz drinks you can get at a gas station for example. It actually tastes like good coffee. I just thought I'd pop into the forums and let people know, it's good stuff.

Hi Guys! My Friend's PC's problem is the following: Just upgraded CPU, MOBO, got new RAM, and changed PSU. After a complete Windows 10 reinstall his overall experience was worse. He plays Rainbow Six Siege and his FPS varies between 90-110 all the time, no matter what settings or resolution is on. (For example 480p@minimum 100 fps 4k@minimum 80 fps) His only weaker component is the 8GB RAM , but he says it's not fully utilized (~55% 4.4/8GB Teamspeak, Chrome with few tabs, and the game opened) What could the problem be? Is it software or hardware problem? Edit: It is not throttling idle temps don't pass 40 celsius and full load 80 c Old PC: CPU: Intel i5-4590 MBD: Asus B85m-g RAM: 16GB (2x8) Kingston Hyperx 1866MHz DDR3 GPU: EVGA SC GTX 1070 PSU: Cooler Master 600w 80+ bronze SSD: Samsung 840 evo 120GB SSD: Samsung 850 evo 250GB HDD: Toshiba 1TB 7200rpm CASE: Cooler Master k350 New System: CPU: Intel i3-8350k MBD: Gigabyte Z370 HD3 RAM: 8GB (1x8) Corsair LPX 2400MHz DDR4 GPU: EVGA SC GTX 1070 (same) PSU: Corsair vs650 SSD: Samsung 840 evo 120GB (same reformatted) SSD: Samsung 850 evo 250GB (same reformatted) HDD: Toshiba 1TB 7200rpm (same reformatted) CASE: Cooler Master k350 (same)

Hey everyone, I just recently upgraded my computer and when I did I got an MSi Z370 Gaming Carbon Pro AC. The motherboard worked at first but then I started having issues where Mystic Light was taking control of one of my dimms and would not allow me to do anytbing with it. Next I noticed that I was missing a drive, did some trouble shooting and Sata 1 is dead. So now I am going to send it back and get a refund for it. In the mean time I am going to order a new board. What I need help with is finding one that is compatible with all of my components. The main thing is I need to have no issues with my 32gb of Trident Z RGB ram and I would like a decent selection of IO on the rear aswell as RGB on the motherboard itself, the MSi had 7 USB ports on the rear and I'd like to stay around that amount. Also I want to get a good brand that will not have problems like my MSi did not that that was just an anomaly. So I have looked at the Aorus Gaming 7, and the Asus ROG Maximus X. Any other suggestions are welcome and input is greatly appreciated Aorus link: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075KFX627/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_Az7jAbS9EYBKY Asus link: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075RJ944T/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_dN7jAbHD7MY29

Hey all, sorry about the random influx of annoying CPU questions but I want to make sure I make the right choice so, the i7 8700 (non-k) is being sold in my local store for about £10-15 more than the 7700k side note: the prices in the store are identical to online prices so while this seems weird the 8700 is actually cheaper at my local store than it is online I intend on getting a new motherboard anyway due to mine lacking a lot of features I would like so whether that is a Z270 or B360 doesn't matter too much My question is essentially just which one has the most horsepower (taking into account 7700k overclock) thanks

Fresh off the new wan show.. with ROG saying they could be made compatible but are locked out... why do you think older 170/270 cpus would be locked out of being put in the new 370 mobos? Especially since you basically cant get your hands on a new 8700k anyway so placing the older 6600k in there as a place holder until stock arrives for coffeelake would be nice

Hey guys, im planning on building a PC for music production. My current setup consists of a sky lake i7 laptop with 16gb Ram. This laptop can’t handle the softwares now. Should I build the PC on ryzen 1700x or should I go for the i7 8700k or 7800x.

So i just faced this question a long time ago and just kept on getting evidence one is that COFFEE LAKE Processors were rushed into market due to AMD's rise back but what my point is do you think intel lost their magic with great and innovative cpu's i want to get your opinion if what intel did was a great move or just to get another cpu out their to compete with ryzen

How do you take your cup of joe. Me personally I like my coffee like Ryzen, weak. But in all seriousness I like my coffee with milk and lots of sugar. Or on a hot day in Florida a Iced Coffee with vanilla.
