Looking for a silent mechanical keyboard, that I can use in an office setting. Not looking for something overly gamey looking. Would really like a retro look if possible. Max budget $150, looking for black friday/cyber monday deals especially. Thanks!

Budget (including currency): 800-1000 AUD Country: Australia Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Living Room Gaming PC, probably a lot of shooters https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/Jjdbwg My budget is actually 1000 AUD (655 USD), but I had trouble fitting it in but I'm very much open to getting used and I'm gonna try and get some deals on black Friday/cyber monday. This is gonna be for 1080p gaming at 60 fps. This is for a family member. It's use case is gonna be a living room gaming/media PC with a controller (so I also gotta fit that in the budget as well which will probably be ~100 AUD). We don't care about noise levels (too far away to notice) or creature comforts, smaller is better but not a requirement, only real preference for looks is no RGB, but if something comes with it, it can just be turned off. Basically, we are just looking for pure performance for whatever will fit in our price.

Budget (including currency): $800 US currency Country: USA Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: RainbowSixSeige, various games like Lethal Comapny and Raft, minecraft Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I do not have a parts list but he needs a monitor, mouse and keyboard. We are going to buy relatively soon before christmas. He is upgradign from a PS4. We are not picky about refresh rate and just want it to be smooth. 1080p is fine. He also does not have a lot of space.

Budget (including currency): 35,000-40,000 PHP or 700 USD Country: Philippines Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Spiderman, FPS games in general, Java and python IDEs. Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Mouse and keyboard sorted out, planning to buy on the first week of december. Resolution and refresh rate wise, ill take anything that fits within the budget may it be second hand or brand new, since i dont play competitively anymore i dont think 144hz would be my priority since i would love a dual monitor setup.

Budget (including currency): 200.00-250.00 USD (Price not including drives and the license, just the computer) Country: United States Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Mass Storage for life, VM’s, docker containers (various ones like plex, etc), and other things I will eventually want to experiment with that I can’t think of now. Other details (existing parts lists): would like to have a graphics card and for these requirements with this budget I would probably want a refurbished system, I have never done this before and would love some guidance!! Budget (including currency): 650-850 Euros Country: Germany Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Old low graphic intense games, also modern strategy or economy games like Anno 1800, Civ 6 etc.; Office Programms for work Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Hello everyone! I'm building a new Desktop Computer for my father, who's wants to use the pc for low to mid intensive gaming (e.g. stragey, economy games), maybe also some rather perfomance intensive gaming like ego shooters. I have already prepared a list of thinks I thought would fit in general, or would fit for the budget, but I would like some professional advice on which parts to buy exactly, and what is a good idea, what not. He doesn't want to spend much on it, and rather upgrade it in the future, if he thinks it can't fit his needs. So the budget is around 650 to 850 Euros. With the existing part picker list calculations and around 150-200 Euros for a low tier gpu I calculated around 750 Euros. Fancy rgb lighting or casing isn't needed at all. But a big storage is something important, so I went with 2 TB of SSD for games and other applications and 4 TB HDD for bulk storage of movies, pictures, so just cheap storage. The bulk storage is important and I think something like another 4 TB of SSD is just unnessecary, considering there is not much Budget and he is fine with HDD storage. He already has Peripherals and Monitors and he wants a wifi capable motherboard. To sum it up. He wants: A PC for entry-mid level gaming at 1080p Fast storage for applications and games Much, cheap bulk storage Wifi capable motherboard No unnessecary decorations (rgb, glass side panel) Partpickerlist: https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/mtxGjH Thank you guys in advance for answering.

Hi. I have been planing on buying pc parts for my first build and found the NZXT H6 Flow case. for my 1200€ (EUR) budget, it seems to fit quite well in it, but is it worth buying? I've seen a couple videos and reviews about it, but i just can't decide on weather to go for the H5 or the H6... I plan on getting an i5-12600KF paired with a RX 6750XT. Thanks for the advice.

Budget (including currency): 300-500??? Country: The netherlands Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Valorant, csgo, roblox, maybe fortnite and apex. Other details: i myself have a xbox series X but i had a gaming pc that i sold for my xbox (now i also have a 1440p monitor) it gets more frames and better resolution in the heavy games i play. I do miss the games that i could only play on my pc (like val and roblox) so im gonna build a new pc only for the games i just mentioned (future upgrades might be nice). what budget should i have and do you think its a good decision. Ideally I'd like a high refresh rate 1440p monitor currently looking at this: https://www.dell.com/en-uk/shop/alienware-27-gaming-monitor-aw2723df/apd/210-bfii/monitors-monitor-accessories?cjdata=MXxZfDB8WXww&cjevent=9cdd9b0e5f1e11ee82ad110a0a18b8f7&dgc=af&publisherid=4653527&publisher&gacd=12387083-28470564-5750457-344826123-176915672&VEN1=7947610 Is this a good option or is there a better alternative? Need recommendations for best extremely-low budget gaming mouse under $25 USD. Would prefer RGB, playing relatively light games, don't give a damn about weight (though under 100g would be nice?). Oh, also - if it's white, it's for me.

Right now I could get a Ryzen 5600 along with a RX 6800 non xt, the gpu being $410 new. But I was wondering if the 5600 would bottleneck the 6800, because I will be playing at 1080p. Should I go for a 6700xt? or a slightly better cpu. This is a budget build of around $950.

Budget (including currency): $625 max, preferably around $600 Country: United States Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: School, video streaming and music, occasional gaming (I have a console to use for most demanding games I play) Other details I’m planning on buying within the next week or so, and aside from the $625 max for the pc, It would be helpful to get some recommendations for a keyboard that’s less than or equal to ~ $60 Thank you!

Hi everyone, I need some advice from you as I do not have time to do the research (I have to spend one week on this and although I want to, I just cannot) to buy a computer at the moment and my budget is, of course, limited. I am a final year space engineering master's student, and my laptop is broken right before I start my thesis studies. At this point, I need to buy something really fast as I am also working from home and every hour without a computer costs me money and my study time. I am spending my days seeking refuge in other's computers, with an SSD in my backpack. In my thesis, I will use optimization algorithms like genetic algorithm. First, there will be some FEA computations to train a neural network, then the optimization algorithm will work with the inputs and outputs of the neural network only. In this case, what sort of processor I should go for is a critical thing for me, as I have only 500 EUR to spend on computer. I may use parallel computing, but I dont know if intel UHD or AMD equivalent GPU will outperform the CPU. I want to know what should I look for: core count or thread count? or should I aim for the ram? would 8 gb enough? AMD. shows less clock speed but it has more cores etc. So far I saw computers with; i3 12th or 13th gen with 8 gb onboard ram, usually non upgradable, or i3 11th with 16 gb ram i5 with 10th or 11th gen with 8 gb + 1 slot, up to 64 gb (I can put max 8 gb more, I cannot afford more), of course they are more expensive some ryzen 5 3300 or ryzen 5 5500 + 1 slot but only up to 12 gb it is just to give a general idea about what level I can afford currently. I hope I expressed myself clearly. Thank you!!

Budget (including currency): £1200 Country: Guernsey, Channel Islands (United Kingdom) Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming - Modern Warfare 3, CS2, Warzone, Starfield Other details: I have an existing PC that I brought as budget in 2016 but now looking to fully upgrade with completely new machine. Wanting to buy ASAP, in time for Modern Warfare 3 full release. Will be purchasing 1440p 144hz monitors to run alongside PC, but budget is purely for the PC. Will also be purchasing Operating System separately as I know i can get keys for extremely cheap online. Hi, I am looking at purchasing a new gaming PC, I have a budget of £1250 and based on information online I have created the below spec. I want a good PC to run games such as Starfield and Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3/Warzone when they release. The current price of this build is £1212.50, but I can't think of any way to reduce this cost at the expense of performance. If anyone has any improvements/suggestions please let me know. Budget (including currency): $2.300 USD (~2.000.000 CLP) Country: Chile Workloads that it will be used for: Storage Server, not too much load overall. PC, science computing with main focus on memory (need 128GB). Other details: READ DETAILS PLEASE I'm in a kind of tough spot. I have been asked to select components for two different machines on limited budget. Firstly, both machines will be installed on a medium wall mounted rack, so I guess I will have 6 Units free, this is not that important though. Storage Server: I'am not considering the drives on the budget. I need a rack (as small as possible) with around 20 slots for 3.5 inch HDDs (definitely more than 12 slots). This server won't be loaded with a lot of people downloading and loading info here, so it does not have to be that powerful. I think here is where I can go somewhat cheap. What I am concerned about is the connectivity though, is there a way to maybe run this as a server, and at the same time have 10 Gig connection to PC on the same rack? The budget for Storage Server considers: CPU CPU Cooler RAM Boot Drive Motherboard Rack Storage Chassis (>12 slots) PC: Mainly due to hardware disposal, and Chile's prices there is not a way to get workbench (EPYC, Threadripper, etc.) hardware for this. So I am aiming to consumer hardware. The only thing that I need no matter what is 128 GB of RAM and more than 6 cores (8 would be nice). I think it would be nice to have 10 Gig interface between this PC and the Storage server, but I don't know if it's possible. I don't need that much GPU power, so is not considered on the budget. For storage of this machine, it would be nice to have a couple of TB of SSD storage for like a working space. The budget for PC considers: CPU CPU Cooler RAM SSD Storage Motherboard Rack Chassis Note: I don't really need a detailed list of the hardware according to my specs. In Chile is kind of hard to get hardware as easy as you guys (US and Canada) can get. So don't worry about that. I need ideas on how to implement this correctly, so I can take off from that. So a budget on US hardware according to my needs is more than useful too. I don't know if I'm missing something, but just ask, and I will be answering. Thank you in advance Edit: I know the budget is kind of garbage for this, but I can't do anything about it. Also, as it is institution money, I can not buy used. That's how science and science money works around here

Hi! I want to buy a laptop under the budget of 1300US dollars, preferably around 1100. I am a junior computer science student but my work flow does actually need the lastest hardware features. That's why I'm set to get a 40 series and preferably a 13th gen Intel or 70 series AMD... I type alot, so I do need a good keyboard to get me to full speed. And of course just like everyone else I would be happy if the built quality is good enough to last me more than 2-3 years... My last laptop was an IdeaPad 520 that got a broken hinge(which led to the screen breaking 2 times!) And at least 3 of the key caps just fall out when I type because of the tremendous abuse I put them through... In those 3 years that I had it I went from 20 wpm to now around 100... So those keys have seen alot of abuse. I know that not all of the things I specified will be available... I don't need the most powerful thing... Even a 4050(to be honest a 3050 is enough power for me) and an i5 12th gen is good... But as I said I mostly need the new features... Based on my budget I think a 4060(for the extra VRAM) and a 13th gen "U" CPU is gonna be possible... Yet I don't know that many Laptops that I can be assured of the built quality(and it being easily fixable!) Extra stuff that I would be very happy to have is a 100+Hz display... A numpad... And above 16" size... Maybe 1440p display although that is just pushing it with this budget really... But each of these could be an extra point... Maybe I'm being unrealistic with my budget... But I would be happy to hear any criticism and any suggestions that don't necessarily match my requirements.

Budget (including currency): £1000 (ideally £900-£1000) Country: UK Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: I have generally decided to go for an Intel chipset just due to the type of loads I will be placing onto the PC. I will be playing games such as F1 23, Forza Motorsport (both with an Oculus Quest 1*) and FPS such as COD, Apex etc. I am also studying engineering so using CAD software is a requirement, although that is another reason as to why I'm choosing Windows and Intel. Also, I shouldn't expect it to be much of a dealbreaker as my current laptop with 8GB of RAM and Intel Integrated Graphics can handle it very well. Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I've got a 144Hz 1080p display and all other peripherals I need, although I would want to ability to be able to use 1440p and possibly even 4k in the not so far future. I'm likely to buy around Christmas time and so advice on the prices around that time would be great (I will also likely buy parts on Black Friday if there are any amazing deals). This is the parts list https://pcpartpicker.com/list/VHBCJy, any advice is wanted and very welcome! * Off topic, can someone please tell me as to whether or not, if I download games from the Xbox desktop app, I can use VR on them, and do you just plug in your headset and your ready to go?

Budget (including currency): 1-.5K€ Country: Germany Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Fps shooters, Story games etc, school work Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I made another post before of a pc but im now looking into a different one for cheaper. The colour and look isn't important to me i only care about its maximum performance if it means i sacrafice looks. Only request is that the graphics card is nvidia because I just like what you can do with it and a clear pc case where you can see inside. Thank you!
