  1. hi,i have a problem with my graphic card,in the bios scale goes 500% and in the windows before install the driver resolution is 800x600 and while installing the driver after flashes that resolution most be change screen stay black and show nothing even after restart the system but its working if i play a song after the screen goes black its still playing(Sorry if there is a spelling or grammar mistake I am not English speaking)
  2. Ok so I have been dealing with this problem since I upgraded some hard where specifically I upgraded my motherboard to a Rog Crosshair VIII Formula my cpu to a ryzen 9 3950x my ram to corsair 32gb (also i checked my ram and did memtest for 24hrs and nothing is wrong with the ram) I also upgraded my graphics card to a Rog Strix gaming OC 8Gb Geforce RTX 3070. While I was testing my stuff i thought that it could maybe be the psu so i got a net 750x gold psu and am still having the same problem. I even sent my old MSI 1080 in for rma thinking that that would fix it and nope ROG puts out a update for there motherboard "fixing" black screening and other stuff. However I am starting to lose hope and cant even play overwatch or i will crash then while trying to reboot it crashes during boot I am so tired of this and just want to use my damn pc. PLEASE ANYONE HELPPP!!!!
  3. I changed my old ram 1x8gb stick for 2 higher frequency 8gb sticks and now when booting up I get a blackscreen no bios at all and when I removed the 2 new ones and put the old ram I still had a blackscreen. I have a msi b250m bazooka motherboard the slots I’m supposed to use are DIMMA2 and DIMMB2 but when I got the pc from my local computer shop they installed the stick in the DIMMA1 slot and I never had an issue with my ram. After removing the old ram I tried putting the 2 new ram sticks in DIMMA1+DIMMB1 and DIMMA2+DIMMB2 , the both didn’t work, then I tried my old ram in DIMMA1 and DIMMB1 and it doesn’t work either just blackscreen no bios.
  4. So I have been having problems lately, when I play any game on my pc, randomly, out of nowhere my screens blink and go black screen for just a couple seconds and then comes back on. It really sucks if im in the middle of battling someone lol My build: Rizen 9 processor 2080 Super asus X570-F motherboard 32 gb Gskill trident 2 tb barracuda 250 western digital m.2 Samsung 980 evo m.2 Samsung 500gb 870 ssd Toshiba 2tb hdd Liquid cooled corsair Windows 10 Pro 64bit Here is what I tried so far: Drivers are all updated Replaced cables Uninstalled games and Reinstalled them I have 2 dell monitors. One is hooked up with DP and the other HDMI. Things I have recently done: My second monitor was just recently added to my setup. Downloaded Halo Infinite, which is the first game this started happening on and now it does it on Apex. I really would like to solve this so I dont completely wipe everything and start over. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you! Black screen while gaming.mp4
  5. Whenever I alt tab on Valorant, my screen turns completely back for 3-ish seconds. This also happens in Project Cars so it probably isn't specific to the game. That said, things like overlays(such as increasing volume) turn the screen black on certain games but not others. I have restarted my PC and redownloaded my graphics drivers(specs below). Some places said that I was over working my GPU but I have all my settings on low and cap the framerate(can get easy 200 but capped at 144). I don't know enough about this so does anyone have any ideas? Specs: Motherboard: ASUS B450i Gaming CPU: Ryzen 3 3100 GPU: Asus ROG Radeon RX 560 RAM: Corsair LPX Vengeance 16GB 3200MHz Storage: Kingston M.2 NVME SSD 1TB PSU: EVGA 600W(don't know rating sorry) Monitor: BenQ Eyecare 27inch 1080p 75Hz
  6. Hi there, my friend recently-ish (6mo ago) built a new system (5800x+3080Ti), all was going well till a few days ago. While playing Lost Ark, he started having his computer going into a black screen, and all fans revving fast (assumingly 100%) We tried some old classic (`sfc /scannow`, DDU...) but because the issue was occurring randomly during his sessions, it was pretty hard to know if the changes fixed the issue or not. Then, a new and graver symptom occurred: no POST, after some fiddling, we decided to clear the CMOS to attempt to POST, it worked. However, after doing another cold reboot, same story, no POST till we clear the CMOS. We then changed the CMOS battery, still impossible to POST without clearing the CMOS We followed that by flashing a new version of the BIOS using the manufacturer utilities (i.e. flash from Windows, not from stick/BIOS), but the issue was still occurring. Because he still has his old setup on hand, we ended up doing parts swap to try to pinpoint the problem. Here's our results: (PSU spec: 850 = EVGA 850G+, 650 = EVGA 650G3. Cables were kept with the MB+CPU to avoid toi much fiddling) The test scenario was the following: - After 2 min unplugged from the grid, press the power button (do not clear CMOS, just press the power button) and assert if you have video output. Repeat for every available video outputs. If 0 video outputs worked, then mark as NOK, else, OK. We're leaning toward a faulty GPU, but I'm still unsure due to the fact that, well, it still work in game and we had no crashes so far. (roughly 8-10hrs of gameplay split into 2 4hrs sessions + a 'small' test one). So, before going out and sending the card back for a RMA, I decided to try to do this post to get more eyes on the problem, in case we missed something. Thanks!
  7. Hey everyone. I’m posting this for the second time, praying to all gods that someone knows what i should do. To cut the long story short, about 2 weeks ago my PC went black screen while I was playing CS:GO. My mouse and keyboard didn’t respond to any inputs, there was no sound, all I could do was manually turn off the PC with a button. I didn’t pay too much attention, I thought that the game itself was the problem. I verified local files in Steam, 2 files were reinstalled and I kept on playing until same issue happened again. Each time I launched Steam and CS and checked local files, I ended up with 1 or 2 corrupted files. I decided that it was the time to reinstall Windows 10. I reinstalled the whole system, formatted both discs, installed Steam and CS and for about 3-4 days I had no problems whatsoever, but then it came back. I got a BSOD one time with stopcode “Attempted Write To Readonly Memory”. I googled possible solutions for that error and started stress testing my PC. However, after trying AIDA64, OCCT and FurMark i found out that my PC had absolutely no problems running stress tests for 30-60 minutes under a full load. I didn’t get a single error and I couldn’t replicate the same situation which occurred while playing CS. The final thing that I did - I downloaded MemTest86, ran it from a flash drive and finally it showed some errors. I was extremely happy to find what is wrong with my PC and I decided to figure out, which of the RAM sticks was going bad. To my biggest surprise, when I tested both sticks separately, the test showed no errors, and moreover, when I plugged them back in together it showed no errors once again. I am left with no options but to seek for help here. All the drivers on my PC are up-to-date, at least according to Snappy Driver Installer and Driverpack Solution, BIOS is updated as well (as of October 14). I have spent countless hours testing my system, reading forums, googling, etc and I’m exhausted. I will leave my PC specs below (none of them are overclocked): CPU - Intel Core i5 10600k (Watercooling AeroCool P7-L240) GPU - Gigabyte RTX 2070 WindForce2x Motherboard - Gigabyte z490 Gaming X RAM - 2x8 DDR4 HyperX Fury 2666 1Tb SATA-III WD Caviar Blue 480Gb SSD Crucial BX500 PSU - Super Flower Leadex Silver 650W Windows 10 version 21H1 If it helps, I play CS on 4:3 stretched, 1280x960, 400 fps locked, all low, 8x MSAA
  8. Hello guys! This is the first time I ask for help on a forum, so I preventively apologize if I do something wrong, I’m not familiar with forums at all. (the same problems appeared) 12.Put another videocards in my computer.(i was on GTX 960 before i bought rx 6700 xt and i tried GTX 980 after this problems and there were no problems) 13.Changed main power cable to my power supply.(the same problems appeared) 14.Updated BIOS three times on three different versions.(the same problems appeared) 15.Turning off SMA.(the same problems appeared) 16.Changing monitor refresh rate 144 - 145 - 143 - 120.(the same problems appeared) 17.Turning ON/OFF the GPU resolution scaling on AMD software.(the same problems appeared) Turning ON/OFF AMD anti-lag and other settings...(the same problems appeared) Based on this, it becomes clear that something is wrong with the video card. I also provide a few facts: 1) These problems appear very rarely, it can be several (2-3) times a day and once every few days 2) Haven't seen artifacts, blackscreening or blackcoating in videogames or tests 3) Most of the time I spend in Apex Legends. There, at the test site, the video card quietly produces 250 - 300 FPS, but sometimes the computer starts to slow down and i got friezes and fps jumps 100-200 it lasts a few seconds and after everything becomes normal and fps again 250-300.The same thing happens during launch of the game, and even in menu i get FPS drops.Opening the task manager is even difficult, but it says CPU load is 100% in this times.I don't know if this is a problem with the rx 6700 xt, but it was'nt the case on other video cards. 4) I thought that I needed to record these problems on video. Since problems appear very rarely, recording the desktop on a permanent basis is simply impossible. So I thought I could use the "Instant Replay" feature in AMD software,i set it to 1 minute length. So after artifacts blackscreening etc just appeared i need to press keybinds.Believe it or not, after enabling this function, I could'nt find these problems!I can't be sure if this fixed the problem for sure or is it just a coincidence. 5) only Blackscreening can appear,i mean as only ONE problem at the moment.Or all problems at the same time too. 6) After blackscreening the monitor does not show that the signal has disappeared. 7) The whole image was output through the HDMI port of the video card with different HDMI cabels! So DPs are untested. 8) Sometimes blackscreening disappears from black cubes (look like artifacts but black) The sweetest thing is that I managed to record moments with problems on my phone! : What can be done?
  10. Hi everyone, hope you are doing well! I need some assistance please. Hoping someone can help me resolve this, as it's really driving me insane So I picked up a Gigabyte M28U 4K 144hz monitor today, plugged into my RTX 3080 via Display Port, and noticed when I Alt + Tab from a full screen game I get a black screen for about 3 seconds before it gets to the desktop, which doesn't sound so bad on paper, but in practice it is incredibly frustrating, especially given my last few monitors didn't have this issue at all with the exact same system running full screen games, albeit different resolutions (Zowie 240hz 1080p, and Alienware 144hz 3840x1600p respectively). I've updated the firmware to the latest available (F07), but no luck. Borderless Window mode "fixes" this black screen delay issue, but is utterly horrible otherwise, especially for competitive FPS games adding input lag and stutter. Interestingly when I return to my game it loads instantly, no black screen at all which is nice. Also interestingly when I'm in a full screen game and press Ctrl + Alt + Del and click Task Manager, it takes me back to the desktop instantly, so I'm really puzzled why Alt + Tab is causing this 3 second black screen delay. Anyone have any ideas on why this might be happening, and how I can potentially resolve it? For the record I love the monitor otherwise, but if it's a limitation of the monitor and cannot be resolved with a software or firmware fix, it would be a deal breaker for me as I Alt + Tab out of games very regularly for many reasons, and this will absolutely drive me insane. Thank you in advance EDIT: I've discovered overnight this might be a limitation based on the DSC implementation of this monitor. When set to 60hz in the Nvidia Control Panel, there is no delay when alt tabbing, only when on 144hz. Now I'm wondering if this could ever be fixed with Firmware or Software. Does anyone know this this is possible, or just stuck with it?
  11. Hello guys, I have this problem for like two days and I´ve already tried a few fixes but it didn´t help me out. A few months ago, I had the problem that my PC randomly turned off and then back on several times a day (sometimes one of my ram sticks didn´t light up after this). The event viewer showed Kernel Power 41 so I thought that my Power Supply made trouble, well I bought a new one without success. But then after I cleaned every single Ram Stick with contact cleaner the problem seamed to be fixed, well not really... Maybe 4 weeks ago the same thing happend again, so I tried cleaning it up again and everything was fine again. I switched the positions of both ram sticks so that the B2 Stick was now put in A2, to find out if one Ram Stick is broken or if the Ram Slot of my motherboard is broken, in case the problem should occur again. Enough for the background story, now to my current problem: Two days ago I started my PC, Windows has booted up and an error message was displayed: Aac3572DramHal_x64.exe error Can´t open AslO3.sys!! Failed with error code 433: A non-existent device has been specified. Instead of 32 GB of Ram, the Task Manager, as well as my Bios showed only 16 GB. I turned my PC off, unplugged the Power Plug and turned it back on after a minute. The problem still existed, but the same Ram Stick I mentioned before didnt light up again. The next hour I played Games with both Ram Sticks, but only 16 GB working, and only one lighting up. The next day I wanted to put my old 16 GB Kit instead of my 32 GB Kit in to send it back to Corsair. My PC started and the American Megatrends Screen showed up that I only have 8 GB of Ram installed (instead of 16GB). So I turned everything of and I checked if the ram fits correctly -yes it did fit correctly. Then I wanted to turn my PC back on, every LED lighted up, but my Monitor showed no signal, and my Keyboard and Mouse didn´t light up. Things I tried: CMOS Reset Using my CPU integrated graphics (with unplugged Graphics Card) Putting in only one Stick of Ram unplugging every USB Device on the back of my PC (Powercable and HDMI Cable connected) Using two different Monitors with HDMI and Display Port Nothing works out for me. So I decided to use a Speaker: 1 Long, 2 short - This should mean that my graphics card is dead... Even with unplugged graphics card, it says the same. I don´t have any idea how I can fix this problem... Anyway, I hope someone can give me some advice on what I should do. Thanks in advance! 13. Hi, I bought a completely new PC a bit over a week ago. I installed new Win 10 Pro, newest drivers for GPU, chipset, etc. The very next day I had a random black screen pop up, then picture returned after a few seconds, and everything was fine. It happened while I was watching some movie in VLC, black screen while the sound keeps going in the background fine, it also happened while I was playing BDO (black desert online), then while I was browsing the web in Vivaldi. Absolutely random. My GPU and CPU temps were all fine, nothing overheating. CPU at around 50 C, GPU up to 65 C. I saw no reports at all about this in event viewer. Also, not sure if it's related to this issue or not, but had a lot of mouse cursor/tabs min/maximizing stuttering while I had BDO in the tray on remastered, but when I put the settings to very high ingame instead it's fine. I used DDU and installed an older version of the driver, but the issue repeated, except this time instead of picture coming back up after a few seconds, I get monitor signal lost, until I move my mouse, like waking my monitor out of screen saver. I've sent the PC back to the store for them to check, and they tested everything and said all components checked fine. I've got my PC back home and after a few hours of watching a series in VLC, the black screen happened again, had to get it back while moving my mouse. I've tried changing monitors, tried HDMI, DP cables, different ports on the GPU, used 60Hz and 165Hz, both of these monitors worked fine with other devices. I've no idea what is causing this issue, is it software, drivers? If you can help, I'd appreciate it. My config: Asus GeForce ROG-STRIX-RTX3070TI-O8G-GAMING AMD Ryzen 5 5600X MPK MSI MAG X570 TOMAHAWK WIFI 500 GB Samsung 980 Pro 32GB DDR4 3200MHz Kingston 750W Seasonic SSR-750FX CPU Cooler CM Hyper 212 BIOS version for the MB is 1.83 now.
  14. Hello i have a problem where my screen will just screen tear and black screen at random times consistently without stopping i have updated all my drivers and the cooling of the pc is pretty good. I connected my current monitor with my old pc and it was running just fine no black screens no screen tearing. Anyone have an idea if thats a problem with the gpu or a problem with my current cable that i use (display port).I am linking a video down below of exaclty how my problem looks video-1641158538.mp4
  15. Good evening, I come to you with a dilemma, I recently obtained an Asrock 980DE3/U3S3 with an FX8350. Now that I've built the system however I'm experiencing a strange issue. At first the system would start however if it ever went to sleep mode it would just fail to wake up, after this issue appeared the computer would only start into black screen, I figured maybe the bios battery had an issue so I shorted the pins to reset it and it started however still had the sleep issue or maybe it would just randomly black screen at that point. Anyway I went out and bought a new bios battery and replaced it however the issue still persists and I don't know what helps. Currently the system runs only after I have shorted the bios pins. I tried also switching out the ram and I've noticed it has more problems starting up when all the ram slots aren't populated too and initially it would only leave me with 4gb of usable ram saying the other 8 were system locked. My specs are: Asrock 980DE3/U3S3 FX-8350 GTX 970 12 gigs of ram (2 sticks patriot and 2 sticks Corsair xms - 2x2 and 2x4) 500gb Barracuda 750 watt PSU - not a recognizable brand and it's pretty old however it doesn't seem to have an issues I'm building this for cheap for my cousin this Christmas so that he can finally game properly so I'd really appreciate some advice or help, please and thank you
  16. Hello! My computer is running fine untill i leave it idle for some minutes, nothing happens until I start moving my mouse. What happens is that my pc turns off then on instatntly. But my screen is black and my keyboard and mouse is not working the only thing that's running is my cpu and fans I think. I've had this problems for 2 weeks now I think and I can't seem to find the problem. Is there any soloution to this problem?
  17. Well, before starting, my specs are: Mobo Biostar n68s3+ 6.x Athlon ii x2 250 3.00GHz Generic 4gb ram (works well) PSU (new) Be Quiet! U9 500w 80 plus Bronze SSD (new) 240GB BX500 Crucial HDD WD BLUE 500gb Two weeks ago I started my pc and it gone into blackscreen, so I suspected from the GPU (EVGA GT210 512MB DDR2) and changed the generic PSU too only because I had the money and wanted to secure my system. I bought a 2nd hand GPU (XFX HD 6850 Dual Fan) The GPU didn't worked so I assumed I bought a broken GPU A couple days ago I installed the GT 210 in a older system and it worked! I started getting confused After days getting nothing from my actual system, i cleaned the PCIE X16 and enabled both onboard graphics (from the Mobo) and the pcie graphics the GT 210 started working on that system again! I had to use the multiple monitor option to see that it was working again. Then I disabled the onboard graphics, get into windows and it kept working. The problem started when I tried to uninstall the Nvidia drivers and install the AMD drivers to get the hd 6850 to work I used only and ONLY the onboard graphics (without the AMD GPU installed) to install the AMD drivers and it worked (weeks ago when I tried I got blackscreen when using onboard graphics and no GPU installed, I don't know why) Then, I plugged the GPU and the 6pin but kept the VGA cable on the motherboard Loads windows, selected windows partition, and got blackscreen (maybe a resolution problem caused by the GPU installed?) Plugged the HDMI (ps: I'm using an adapter because my monitor is VGA-only) into the HD6850 and nothing too. I think the GPU doesn't like to have both graphical settings on, so I got into de BIOS and switched to only PCIE EXPRESS Boot, and I even get no windows screen, no selection of partition of windows, no nothing, plus: my keyboard and mouse go off, and the monitor gets a signal but is a Blackscreen only. A few seconds later the monitor does a little light-up thing but is only a black little-less-black, then an more intense blackscreen The drivers I've been using for AMD are Catalyst Software Suite 15.7.1 WHQL And Radeon Software Crimson Beta Edition Crimson Edition 16.2.1 I'm using Windows 10 64bits I don't know what to do next, I tried troubleshooting all the night, if I've forgotten something to add just ask. Thanks in advance for reading!
  18. Specs: I5 4590 MSI RX 480 4GB GAMING X 12 GB DDR3 ram 650 watt PSU Iv tried: clean DDU Reinstalling win 10 Clean the gpu with compressed air & rethermal paste it Updated all drivers Some info about the gpu: i bought the gpu used in like 2019 from a guy iv known that worked with selling PCs and stuff, iv bought it for 60$ then i put it in but it didnt work, i tried donwloading the drivers and it didnt work, so i went to the device manager and saw a yellow triangle on the gpu... iv then called him and he told me to return it so he will download some bios for it so it will work. then it worked but i kept getting blackscreens, so i undervolted it to -15 and then it kinda worked until now when everytime i get the blackscreen the blackscreen mostly happens when i try to join a server in RUST and when i play 2 games in r6 and then go look at Battlepass and shop Iv had this issue for a long time and i had enough of this bullshit... Just to mention i tried doing a userbenchmark test and when it went to the GPU part, the PC just blackscreened like this. And then i was seeing some white pixels on my monitor when i rebooted my PC on. And then it started to repair the SSD disk. When it finally came on my GPU was disabled by win 10 and my gpu drivers were deleted. Iv then done a clean DDU and downloaded new drivers but i still get the blackscreen video-1626019170.mp4
  19. Out of the blue my pc started to randomly black screen when doing just about any task. Playing a game seems to make the pc crash in only about one to five minutes and when browsing the interent it takes some time longer. When the pc black screens the fans continue spinning and lights inside the PC remain on but the screen is just black until the pc is manually restarted. I have tried; Uninstalling and reinstalling video drivers Using the win + ctrl + shift + b shortcut to reset video drivers when the crash occurs (nothing happens) Turning off 'Link State Power Management' in the power plan settings Checked the power supply has an adequate power rating for the components in the pc Reinstalled monitor drivers I suspect the issue is related to the graphics card but I am all out of ideas to reslove the issue. SPECS: CPU - Ryzen 3 2200g GPU - GTX 1050ti RAM - 8gb PSU - EVGA 500B MOBO - Unknown (I am unsure on the specifics of some of the parts as the PC is second hand)
  20. Hello .. Me again .. Nayr438 - Soz I didnt reply in the old thread, but TLDR, it gave the same result n my head blew up n I had to leave it for a month Anyhow on to the current issue... Guess what .. its the same one ... Current setup - I5 2500, R9 290, 16Gb RAM, Manjaro KDE installed, Still on 5.9 Kernel due to a time-shift rollback ( I buggered the GRUB just b4 this post with too much desperate tinkering ) .. Anyhow .. This time somehow I have "vulkan" working using I assume the updated Radeon drivers, I can get vxcube running and get no errors when I "vulkaninfo" it .. But I cannot get any dx11 Proton games working in steam ... I can get a few working via wine .. but would prefer to use the amdgpu-pro driver so that I can use Proton to its full abilities for "my GPU". So AFAIK I have all the required drivers installed and I am back to where I was b4 I messed up the GRUB ... Current installed drivers are - My Issue is that when I Follow the Archwiki guide .... Whatever I do """" always"""" ends in a totally blackscreen where I cannot even access the tty2 screen to fix my errors. ... I have made sure > - Made sure amdgpu has been set as first module in the Mkinitcpio#MODULES (I only wrote amdgpu in the modules tho?) - Set module parameters in kernel command line both in the amdgpu.conf & radeon.conf file - Make sure modconf is in the the HOOKS array in /etc/mkinitcpio.conf and regenerate the initramfs ( I believe this covers the "Early KMS start" bit too ) - Made sure the "Install the amdgpu-pro-libglAUR. Optionally install the lib32-amdgpu-pro-libglAUR package for 32-bit application support." are installed - Even tried the last fix on this site that has the same Issue as me but with 390`s - https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/-/issues/1222 - And this ... Yet - Everytime I get a blackscreen on boot. However .. If I edit /etc/modprobe.d/amdgpu.conf to options amdgpu si_support=0 options amdgpu cik_support=1 ... It does allow me to boot with nomodeset & get the tty2, so I can revert it If I select any other option from any guide I have found .. I get total black screen with "" no chance "" of the TTY2 screen. I read on another site that 1 dude believed that the GDM was loading b4 the amdgpu driver .. I dont totally understand what hes trying to say re: the fix, so have not tried it yet, but it could be a option as nothing else is working https://www.reddit.com/r/archlinux/comments/kx8mam/radeon_loads_fine_cant_get_amdgpu_to_load_on_gcn/https://www.reddit.com/r/archlinux/comments/kx8mam/radeon_loads_fine_cant_get_amdgpu_to_load_on_gcn/ Here are some random screenshots via my adventures of trying to get the amdgpu driver to boot 1st (Just in case they help) .. But Im at a bit of a loss as what to try next considering I cant use the wiki anymore Long post but would rather give as much info as poss to fix this issue ... Other people have it working with a "very" similar setup .. So it "should" work on mine too ... But for the life of me .. I cannot Anyone
  21. I get black screens, but I can still hear the audio for a few seconds (and send audio on discord) after around 5 seconds the pc restarts. This happens when playing some games, but not others. It happens directly when trying to load into a CS:GO map or after a few min of playing Elite: Dangerous, while some other games and applications are fine (lol, Space Engineers) and run for hours without any problems. I do not believe it is a problem with any hardware, as in damaged PSU, etc, as I can run stress tests like Time Spy without any problems for extended periods. When the restart has occurred my second monitor is no longer active and I have to open device manager, select the GPU, update drivers and then my second monitor will come back online. I have tried using DDU to reinstall the latest drivers, and the drivers I had been using for the last few months. When looking at event logger nothing stands out to me other than a warning: "graphics driver amdwddmg has stopped responding and been reset" The games that have crashed have been on different drives. I was on older AMD drivers when this started, now I am on the latest stable version. I have already used other screens and ports, On the problem computer I use Displayport which I never had problems with. I have also already done the PIN reset, and removed Cmos for an hour, all without success. The computer starts normally as far as I can tell, but I doubt if it boots at all. My mouse and keyboard still work (at least they light up). I have been searching the internet for days, but so far nothing could help me. Under the video in question, more and more people are reporting that they have the same problem as me, They also have a Gigabyte motherboard. I usually solve things myself, but in this case I really don't know what to do. I would like to thank anyone who takes the time to do this.
  23. So yesterday I upgraded my PC and that unfortunatly came with some issues, I think it’s my PSU not being able to provide but we’ll see what you guys think. Motherboard: Asrock X570 Steel Legend Powersupply: TN5V6T00 Corsair TX550M CPU: Ryzen 7 5800x (Default clock) GPU: Asus ROG Strix RX 5700xt (Default clock on driver 21.6) RAM: Corsair Vengeance @3600mhz 32gb Cooler: Corsair H115i OS: Windows 10 Pro 64 bit (Fresh install) This is all at it’s default settings in a corsair case with 4 extra fans to push in/out air. The problem occured whilst playing Back 4 Blood beta, the GPU also get’s rather hot but that’s nothing new (We’re talking 70-80 degrees under load but also 90+ according to task manager). League of Legends and CS:GO had no issues for two hours. Am I correct in assuming my PSU is the problem? Because it’s completly random, sometimes during B4B but also after the restart whilst starting up Discord so that’s kind of confusing. Kind regards, Maximus
  24. A couple days ago I finished doing a practice exam and shut my computer down after. When I turned it back on to play some games, all I got was a black loading screen that goes on forever. I checked the boot order and everything was the same. Changed the orders around and I just kept getting the black screen. I tried to reinstall windows but that does not work either. This has been going on for a while and I cannot even safe boot. After the automatic system repair or something like that, it still brings me to a black screen. I’m desperate for answers and solutions because I have exams coming up but can’t do it because of my pc.
  25. Hi, I've been having an issue where when a game launches into full screen it freezes my computer or makes everything black and unusable. I've had to hold my power button to turn it off to get back to being working. I did a disk check and found some corrupted files but windows said they were fixed. This has only recently started happening. If anyone knows anything I can do to fix this please tell me.
