What are the best LED's to use to line the inside of the H440's window?

I really like guns, but I'm not one of those "I plead the second" guys. I shoot because it's fun and that's the only reason. Anyway, is there any gun nuts out here? Just to start, what's your favorite gun that you've shot?

So I have been looking around the web for some time, trying to find an app that would allow me to stream to Twitch.tv from my phone. I know that the video quality would be horrible, but is it possible? Why do I not see any apps that do just that? I saw this online (from numerous strange blogs) http://gigaom.com/2010/09/01/justin-tv-going-mobile-with-live-streaming-on-android-2/ This is what started my interest, and I wanted to do this over WiFi and not on a mobile networking (but that would be cool aswell) So does anyone here know about apps like this? Or maybe whether it can be done? I checked the Justin.tv app, and they removed the feature (or it never existed)

Today while looking around i came across this news article on hexus.net - http://hexus.net/tech/news/cooling/57189-xigmatek-launches-orthrus-the-future-cpu-cooling/ After reading through it all, i thought this sounded like the ideal CPU cooler which could join the high ranks. What i love is the Dual Heat sinks and seven 6mm heat pipes to cool this thing. Just thought i should share this with you guys :)

Just follow this link to a page that has all of the things that Steam is now offering for a discount. http://store.steampowered.com/search/?specials=1 Too bad that the Summer Sale hasn't started yet, but this should be helpful if you want to look for something on-sale right now.

Its interesting to find a heatsink +fan on CPU for the new console. Also nice to know that you can also change the HDD ( probably going to void warranty.... etc.). Let me know what you guys think about new console except how much it sucks against PC Pictures : http://www.wired.com/gadgetlab/2013/05/xbox-one-development-photos/#slideid-138497 Article: http://www.wired.com/gadgetlab/2013/05/xbox-one/

I play a lot of CS:GO and Battlefield 4. I really enjoy the game, but most good players use 144hz monitors. Now I know higher the refresh rate is better, so is it worth me getting the BenQ XL2420Z? http://www.amazon.co.uk/BenQ-XL2420Z-inch-Gaming-Monitor/dp/B00HZF2MPE/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1398638640&sr=8-1&keywords=benq+xl2420z I really like the look of the monitor and its at a good price. I already have 2 IPS displays but these are not the best for gaming. Thanks, Alfie.

So I did a poll once, S5 vs M8, and saw other polls too, and even though the post put "EXPLAIN WHY" in caps and bold or whatever, people happily just say "M8 because of the build quality" Now I love the Metal Body of the M8, it is fantastic for what it is, but people be rational, you do know, Metal gets dents way more easily? It also gets scratches more easily making it ugly after awhile making the build quality feel go away with time, if it is scratched up and dented. I mean look at other companies, LG, Motorola, Apple(5C), Sony, OnePlus, Oppo, do they make Metal phones? DO THEY?! So please, enough with your M8 cause of build quality, Yes it is beautiful in all aspects and should be adopted by others, but if you look at the other phone companies, they also don't really make Metal Phones either. I mean if I had ever had to buy a iPhone for build quality, I would go with the 5C, because for it feels natural and just more enjoyable to use. So all in all, please stop with this build quality nonsense, in the tech world is does have relevance yes, but does that mean, you could have the best Build Quality, but limited Functionality? Or phone that has good functionality but just not such a great build quality. Sorry if you did not like the rant, I have not been sleeping lately due to exams, so I just wanted to rant about this, thanks for reading, and remember, if someone asks why one phone over the other, don't just say one thing and post, they need your help, that is why they ask. /rant A song to listen too if you want to read this post: Or this, Original one:

Hello fellow geeks. http://www.dell.com/ed/business/p/dell-u2713hm/pd Dell UltraSharp U2713HM Is there anyone, who can confirm, that this monitor is worthy of being a part of my man crave? A little information of what its daliy tasks are going to be, will be described under here: Programming. Casual gaming, mainly World of Warcraft and League of Legends. Graphical work, also one the reasons i picked this monitor for the amazing colors. Do anyone have any experience with this monitor? Or even better suggestions? Best Regards Toby >> BFT

Hi there folks. I've been finalising the parts list to the new mid-high end PC which I am hoping to get within six months. Please keep in mind that I live in Australia and the prices are often higher than in the US. I want you guys to go through this list and see if you can improve upon it in any way. The catch? I want you to be as nit-picky as possible and if needed suggest alternate components and explain why. So here is the list: Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro [AU$115] -- Looks good, it's also pretty much the most fully featured case in that price range. PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 650W Gold [AU$239] -- Good enough to power any single GPU system. However, I don't really like the red PCIe cables. If the SuperNOVA G2 750W was in Australia I would pick that instead because of the all black cables and higher wattage. I also considered the Corsair RM550/RM650 because of the very low noise but chose not to use it because of the inferior cables. Motherboard: ASUS Maximus VII Ranger [AU$225] -- There are cheaper options out there but I chose this one mostly because of Fan Xpert 3 and because of ASUS's generally good warranty. CPU: Intel Core i5 4670K [AU$269] -- Most likely to change this to the 4690K because why not. RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury 2x4GB DDR3 1600 [$99] -- Not the greatest performance, but it's cheap and looks better than any of the other similarly priced RAM. (RAM in Aus is much more expensive than in the US) GPU: Gigabyte Radeon R9 290 Windforce 4GB [AU$449] -- Pretty cheap for a 290. SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 250GB [AU$179] -- I will also be using a 1TB HDD from my current PC CPU Cooler: NZXT Havik 140 [AU$69] -- This particular CPU cooler seems to be overlooked but from the reviews that I've seen it performs very well, especially considering its price. Total: AU$1554 I would greatly appreciate any suggested changes, as long as you can explain why. I would also like to keep the total cost under AU$1600

I am building a custom case so I can make a very small build. I need a small internal power supply and it's largest dimension needs to be less than 6 inches. I do not care if it is a standard size. This is a nice one I found but I has wondering if anybody could find one smaller. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151063 Thank you all so much and I will make sure to have this build in the build logs.

Hi Guys, So I've been on holiday in America and Hawaii for over a month. This means I've been away from my beloved Larry the Leviathen (my gaming PC :P), wonderful mechanical keyboard and corsair M60. I've been internet-ing on my Macbook pro and haven't ben able to play Skyrim or BF3 all this time and it's killing me. I've been craving some good solid game time, but it just hasn't been possible. Also the separation of me from the internet for most days (when we're out doing things) has caused me to pull far too many all nighters staying up on the internet. I do like to spend a lot of my time gaming or on the internet. I don't think this is unhealthy however as I still enjoy bike rides and going outside and being with friends. I play squash and I'm very healthy apart from the amount of time I spend on the computer. My questions for you to discuss are Are you addicted to anything tech related? Do you enjoy time away from technology? Do you think being addicted to tech is unhealthy? bchampion96 (LurkerLAG)

Sup guys, this is my version of a ghetto shield. Made out of 2 PCI slot covers and some electrical tape. Using Kainy, I can stream at 480x800 (my phone's resolution) from all the way across my house with extremely low latency at high image/sound quality. I use the Sixaxis Controller app to connect my controller to my phone. I took these pictures with my phone, so I can't get any pictures with my phone in the contraption. I'll try to find another phone to do that (I might take a video to show off the latency, too)

I just saw that page http://www.cleverbot.com and I played a little bit with it. Then i wanned to here its thoughts on XBOX ONE and it said the following: NOTE: I don't want to kick of a "Tis c0ns0le is wAy better tahn teh other pice of ßöü$&"$%äöü!Ü$*Ö%!$Ä&Ö!Ü$Ö&" discusion. If you like the XBOX ONE better than PS4 thats fine. I'm a PC gamer anyway.

All I can find are these mofos: http://www.amazon.com/StarTech-com-MUYHSMFF-Headset-Splitter-Adapter/dp/B004SP0WAQ/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1375358564&sr=8-2&keywords=microphone+cable+3.5mm Someone find me a male to male cable. (must be 4 pin for the microphone) I need because I snapped the cable to my skull candy slyr headset off :( and it snapped the first pin off. Thus making only the right speaker, and mic work. I looked everywhere and all I can find are extensions. I am honestly at the point where I want to cut my cable in half, but that, cut it and mash them together. (in an organized ocd like fashion) Seriously though, I would love if someone could find me a cable!

My eyes are playing tricks on me: Link to purchase: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?SID=G57TopdsEeOriSas14OV6Q0_gXIy3_0_0_0&AID=10440897&PID=1225267&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-cables-_-na-_-na&ItemList=Combo.1569658&cm_sp= Please keep in mind it is a mail in rebate, so you have to take the time for that. In order to get the $60 rebate, you have to activate that internet security thingy online and then after that, you have to do click on the "cancel automatic renewal", so that they don't charge your credit card the year after. Here are the instructions from a user on slickdeals: After receipt, activate online [totaldefense.com] or by installing. You card will not be charged but there will be a $1 authorization. During this process you will sign up for their automatic renewal service. Use the link on your account page to "Cancel Automatic Renewal Service" [totaldefense.com]. Doing this will not impact your rebate. You may receive an error if you try to cancel immediately after activation; try again in 10 minutes. Sometimes it may take up to a couple days for the error to clear up. Several users have had issues when trying to cancel with Internet Explorer. If the "Processing Request" message hangs for more than a few seconds, try another browser such as FireFox. Submit rebate Double check your activation code when filling out the registration form. They do not validate the code at this point and a typo may cause your rebate to be denied. As requested, submit your Newegg invoice, not the packing slip, order confirmation, or anything from a third-party payment processor "Proof of purchase of Qualifying Bundle purchase" is your invoice showing both items. Avoid taping over the print on the Total Defense UPC. Acrylic tape can cause thermal labels like the Total Defense UPC to fade. Hot melt tapes Scotch brand packing tapes (except "moving & storage") do not cause this problem. Not needed for these offers, but not deleting as this wiki gets copied around: "Proof of purchase of Qualifying Bundle purchase" is your invoice showing both items. Track your rebate: You can use the "Check Rebate Status" link in the email titled "Rebate Registration Confirmation". You can also enter your information for the $60 rebate at totaldefense.4myrebate.com [4myrebate.com], but not at www.4myrebate.com. Your documentation should be received within a few weeks. If not you need to follow up ASAP. Receive rebate Cancel Automatic Renewal Service if not already done. One year from activation: subscription automatically expires without additional charges.

Random curious question after watching one of Wreckless Eating's newest videos (Youtube channel I watch) They are eating the "McHeartStopper" which is a combo of the McGangBang + a Double Quarter Pounder. I also know of the McNasty, McMonstrosity and the McMiley Cyrus. What are all the secret burgers? I wanna know them all for science!

What are some of your holiday season traditions? Which holiday(s) do you celebrate around this time of year? I celebrate the wonderful 'Merican bastardized version of 'Christmas' you know the one where you get the gifts and shiz, My boyfriend is a Catholic and therefore celebrates the traditional Catholic Christmas so we go to Mass on Christmas as part of his tradition. I know what you're thinking, Atheist + Catholic...How does that work? And the answer is......... I have no clue! But anyways, those are my Holiday traditions, what are some of yours?

As a 17 Year old from Singapore. I would say i am quite young to be a member of LinusTechTips. Just wondering how old is the youngest and what exactly are they doing to want to join LinusTechTips? I saw a LTT member profile, his name is Lanoi and he is 12 years old. http://linustechtips.com/main/user/8857-lanoi/ well you better believe he is. He is very dedicated to the LinusTechTips forum and that interests me.He also is very well knowledge about his stuff. So just wanna know the community here more and i'm leaving this Topic with a question. Not how old are you but, "How young are you?" (we all are young ,would glad to know that you are actively in this forum with all these mainly tech related topics but if you have a job or you do something which does not relate to tech, e.g. Chef. Do share them ) A little about my life right now I found Linus only about the end of last year and have been watching him since, i frequently watch his WAN shows now and then. I have loads of school work in the past but my national exams were just over about 2 weeks back. So im finding time to engage with this forum and other things, like finding a part-time job.
