Hello there, i "recently" build myself a pc. Now i am facing the Question if i should change my 360mm AIO which is mounted in the fron to a 240mm or 280mm AIO which would be mounted on top. I have an Intel I7-13700KF, an RTX4070 TI and a Corsair 4000d as a case. The reason why i am thinking about changing it is because i heard you can get better graphics card temps and not have such high cpu temps even after the change... Do you guys have any rekommandation or even experience when it comes down to something like that? Thanks in advanced Herbs

I just got an NZXT Kraken 360mm White RGB AIO and I have it installed on a Ryzen 7 5700x. I am using HWiNFO for temps and also have "Fan Xpert 4" installed through Asus's AI Suite and NZXT CAM installed. My CPU Temps are between 40-60c when Idle while NZXT CAM is reporting that the liquid is 31c. I don't know if I need to take the Cooler back off and apply some of my own thermal paste (I used what was pre-installed on the cooler) I have the Header that comes off the AIO plugged into the CPU_FAN header on my Asus Prime B550-Plus Motherboard with the fan speed set to 100% (I can plug it into the AIO_PUMP header but it looks better and is easier to use the CPU_FAN header). Any Help or suggestions are Welcome, Thanks! IMG20231225225720.jpg

Currently I have an old corsair 400 something, I have a corsair 360mm aio, a corsair rm1000 watts psu, a strix 3080. Standard ATX MOBO. As the pictures show there was about 2 mm of clearance between my rad and my gpu, very happy and lucky about that. However, my gpu gets some poor airflow that isn't too much of an issue because it's such a powerful card, sits at about 85C after a while tho and can easily get up to 90 on some games that really like to use everything to the max. I want a new case, but the difficult part is finding a case that has all five of the requirements I have. Has to be able to be portable, like intentionally designed to be portable, (otherwise I'd just keep my case as it is), has to be able to support my 360mm rad and that beig gpu of mine, and the full atx or whatever psu I have, which barely fits in this case as it is. Actually in addition I have two HDDs that would have to fit. For the curious: i7-11700KF @5.4GHZ 8 cores, Asus Strix 3080 10G FHR, Corsair 16GBx4 RGB RAM, Corsair 360mm rad, in total six rgb corsair fans, Asus Prime z570 Mobo. In total nine rubby duckies.

Hi Im upgrading my system a little bit to help with my thermals. Currently im baking everything in nzxt h500. So i bought Corsair 4000d flow and 360mm aio from thermaltake. Now im thinking how to setup the airflow in the case and came with an idea:(attachment) Do you guys think it makes sense? I dont want to push hot air from cpu into the case with that aio so in my opinion thats the only reasonable solution

Greetings all. I've recently upgraded my cpu to a 12900k, I've temporarily installed my 120mm corsair aio that has been cooling my old 6600k for years, just so the computer is functional. I'm looking for recommendations for an AIO. As it's a 12900k and they do indeed run very hot, I'm thinking a 360mm. Not looking for max overclocking power or won't be doing any rendering or anything like that. Just good enough to run most gaming titles. Thanks

Currently, I use a Mid-tower case and I tried installing a 240 mm AIO, and it was too crammed space so I RMA'd it. If I bought a FULL TOWER case, would it make installing a full 360 mm AIO easier? 2nd question, Would a Full Tower make everything a lot easier to install and move around 'in general'? Or am I on the wrong track here completely? Many Thanks!.

So, I just build my second PC, but this is the actual first time building the last one I upgraded a lot and bought from IBuypower. My question is this. I have an EKWB AIO 360 D-RGB and the fans on that thing keep going to 100% when my PC does something intense for a sec. So the fans ramp up for like 1-4 seconds. I remember linus showing that you can run your fans at one steady RPM. But when I got into my BIOS I can use a DC mode but even there i can't select just one RPM. Any help would be SO MUCH appreciated you don't even know. I Don't want to play a game and my AIO fans going to 100%. What is strange tho is that in the BIOS it says it will only go to 100% when its at 75 Degrees but I'm pretty sure it has never gotten that hot since I\m just installing stuff ATM. Now I'm just keeping "Armoury crate" open to check temps. But gonna download Hardwareinfo and do it with that. My specs are: CPU: 5900X RAM: G.Skill trident neo 3600 CL16 MOBO: Asus ROG STRIX X570-E Gaming. PSU: Corsair RM650. GPU: RTX 2070

I have found 2 radiators both are roughly 30mm thickness, the Leviathan from Bitspower is 29.7mm thick and the xr5 is 30mm thick. I choose the leviathan since it has 2 ports on both faces and it will help with loop maintenance when it comes to draining. If I have one of both radiators will the one rad be cooling more or less? and would the height difference be visible, or should I just go with one company for the rads?

As title said, I'm looking at the Arctic LF 360mm Rev3.0 which is going for 199$. ( Rev3.0 is the latest one with a better AM4 bracket, we don't have the cheaper 280mm yet same performance as the 360mm, here sadly ) The only issue is, as good as this cooler is the price is bit high because other offerings in my country are like. Lian Li Galahad 360mm - 166$ NZXT Kraken X73 360mm - 199$ Corsair iCue H115i RGB Pro XT 280mm -146$ Corsair iCue H150i RGB Pro XT 360mm - 166$ Corsair H115i RGB Platinum 280mm - 174$ BeQuiet! Pure Loop 360mm - 141$ BeQuiet! Pure Loop 280mm - 121$ Which would YOU buy personally ?? Cheap s BeQuiet is, but I saw the review the performance is rather weak. While Corsair are one of the loudest...and I think Kraken is slightly worst than Arctic LF but same price. Lian Li seems to be nearly good as Arctic LF and cheaper too ? But what would you recommend if for me if I have these preference. I be using it to cool the 5900X with Crosshair VIII board in the Fractal Design Meshify 2 case. Doesn't care about RGB Want decent cooling and low noise out of the box without swapping the Stock fans Prefer not to use software to tinker around the Fan Curve etc Prefer to deal with RGB fan because the stupid amount of connection needed May consider swapping out Stock fans for EB eLoop B12 P ( 2000 RPM max fans but this is optional, I may stick to Stock fans if they are decent enough )

So I'm planning to build my brother a PC soon and plan to use my old case to do it which means I'm buying myself a new case. The Lian Li XL 011 to be exact. Since I learned how safe AIOs are (i.e. the water in it is none conductive) I decided I'd move to AIO to clean up my build. Now I'm wondering what the best AIO is. Or water cooling solution. Looking to clean up my build so looking for any any all ideas. I have a i9-9900K. Not overclocked. (It was my first build so i didn't realize having a K version was worthless to me.) I've looked at Amazon and lots of the reviews are so bad idk whats good.

Hi All I thought I'd post some feedback on these fans in case people thought about buying them and wanted feedback, as there wasn't much information on them apart from them just being quite unique. I've been running them for 3 months now and they're pretty crap really. I have 2 very thick 360mm rads and 1 slimmer 360mm rad. The only reason I believe my temps are good is because there is so much cooling just from a bit of air being passed through the rads. The fans themselves are extremely loud, I couldn't believe it. I really like to have an HEDT with performance but silence optimised. I run these fans at pretty much the lowest possible setting at all times unless the CPU hits 75 degrees in which case I ramp them up fully due to the workload being very high at that point. One of the issues I see is that although people mentioned (it might also be in the marketing) that because they are all together, it will help static pressure, this definitely is not the case. There are large gaps between the fans and the rad which means that any static pressure is lost. The RGB on them (whilst not the most important thing to me) is pretty poor. They light up but with very few LEDs they're quite underwhelming. The fast that there are 2 cables for 3 fans instead of 6 is nice, but to conclude.. Cooling is poor Noise is loud RGB is underwhelming They were cheap (not sure about other countries) The 2 cables are nice to have Overall I really wouldn't recommend them to anyone as I can't really see much of a use for them compared to other fans. Possibly only if you really don't care about noise, want just a bit more airflow or some fans/lights for a comparatively cheap amount.

Hello, I'm planning to switch over to an AIO, but I was wondering if it is possible to mount a 360mm AIO in the top of my case? I know it fits in the side but I don't want to push hot air into my system. Is it possible to fit 3 fans on either side of a 360mm radiator in the top of the Lian Li PC-011 D XL? Thanks a lot

I have been wanting to get a 9900K so I can overclock it atleast to 5.5 ghz to maybe even 6ghz, but I need to see if you guys think it could possibly reach 6ghz with a 360mm liquid cooler. (I am thinking yes)

anyone know what the best performing 360mm aio is? i will be using noctua af12x25 fans on it so stock fans doesnt matter

So After stupid/crazy amount of fiddling, I finally managed to attach the brackets to the block. But, as I try and maneuver the block, the lines come in contact with the fan. So, my issue/concern is that should flip the cooler itself 180 so the lines come from the bottom of the case? Aaannnd A tiny fray/break from outside the line, is that a red flag? Can it be fixed? Or will it be ok? P.S. I did NOT apply paste yet, so there's still time.

Hi guys! So I've got an AIO liquid cooler with a 360mm radiator(cooler master ml360r), and realise it's pretty big. I'm after a case that can mount this radiator on top without too much hassle as I'm new to PC building, and also have good airflow! I've already been recommended the Lian Lo o11 dynamic and phanteks p600s, so any other suggestions besides these? Don't really like the really open design of the o11 and the look of the p600s. Thanks!

Does the Kraken X72 360mm AIO watercooler radiator fit in this case on the side? https://www.amazon.com/Lian-Li-PC-O11DW-Tempered-Computer/dp/B07F9TC5W7/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=lian%2Bli&qid=1573247434&sr=8-1&th=1 There are 2 form factors of this case, one in full tower and the second one in Mid tower, but I am looking for the full tower. Anyways, I would like to know for both form factors whether each one has the capabilities of containing the Kraken X72 360mm AIO watercooler radiator on the side. I know that it fits of the top of the case, but my real question is: Does it fit on the side? (Because I have read online that only certain thicknesses of radiators will be capable of being installed in the side compartment of the case, whether it is a Mid Tower or a Full Tower of the same company case name, which is Lian Li).

So I am looking to make my first build ever, but I have some questions: I am going for cpu AMD Ryzen 7 2700X and I want it liquid cooled what i never owned before so i got some questions: Will I see a noticable difference between a 280mm or 360mm liquid cooling kit? Also I see a 'huge' price difference between NZXT and Be Quiet!, pure because NZXT has lightning? Or is there is performance, build quality difference? Because i never had liquid cooling, the Be Quiet! you can refill, is that really a need? Can the water just be gone even there is no leak? My options in my opinion right now: NZXT Kraken 62 will cost me : +- 160 euro NZXT Kraken 72 will cost me: +- 200 euro Be Quiet! Silent Loop 280mm will cost me: +- 150 euro Be Quiet! Silent Loop 360mm will cost me: +- 170 euro (I will put it in a NZXT h440 or a Be Quiet! Dark Base 700 not sure yet so I have the space for the 360mm but i want to know if its worth it the extra money)

Top says it all. Changing the case and cooler in my pc and need to figure out which one to use. I'm hoping looking for reliability and sound difference mainly. Since both will be close to the same temps https://pcpartpicker.com/product/nGjJ7P/nzxt-kraken-x72-liquid-cpu-cooler-rl-krx72-01 https://pcpartpicker.com/product/brVD4D/corsair-h150i-pro-473-cfm-liquid-cpu-cooler-cw-9060031-ww

I need to choose a nice AIO because I want to cool my i7-8700k properly since things can get very hot in my area(Rome can get up to 45° during the summer), and in general why not? The best AIO for its value is either the kraken x62 or the evga 280clc, right? The fans aren't too bad on neither of those, and they're 280mm. Most 360mm AIOs have shit fans for the value of the cost, right? What is the best AIO not considering the fans? Meaning, that you buy it and then replace the fans with something better of your choosing, or put into other words, with good radiator+pump+tubing for the price. I was thinking the new Corsair h150i pro can be a nice choice since the fans are cheap and the AIO itself I can buy for around 170€; are there better AIOs to buy in this case? Or even better; are there "AIO"s sold without fans? Is it worth buying the EK-MLC Phoenix AIO for 260€?? Is it that good? I appreciate the possibility of adding a GPU block in the future, but I'm mostly thinking about that I get no fans with it, so I think the radiator, tubing and pump must be of a really nice quality, on which i can add good fans later(as I would with another AIO, but with the EK one I wouldn't be trashing some cheap fans that I payed for). Are there AIOs that are full copper/nickel? Furthermore; do you have any suggestions on how to choose AIOs, or any insight or product that I might not know about? I'll appreciate every suggestion, thanks! For reference; my build right now is like this EDIT: my mistake, the EK AIO does come with fans, hmpf. Are they good? Like, noctua good? So good that they make me consider not switching them for rgb fans?

Where the temperature reached 95c, the system would shut down and therefore the test sequence ended (hence no results). The Enermax cooler did brilliantly, being rated at 500w+ it handles anything i can throw at it with ease, at 4.2GHz the CPU was reportedly kicking out almost 400w of heat according to HWinfo64, at no point were temperatures uncomfortable with this cooler, the radiator did not even get noticeably warm to the touch,
