i was starting my journey with my 2080 ti with cod 4 but when i started cod all my aura sync rgb lights turn to orange as if it would warn me and then when i play zombies i hit 85 degrees(the letters for the temperature turned red in cod)! havent overclocked and play on a 1080p 60hrz monitor for now(new monitor is coming)! is it a faulty card? my airflow shouldnt be a problem all around it it has open space to draw air in from outside! Scared to play anything! i have the 03231818 serial number!

I'm trying to buy an RTX 2080 ti (being more specific the MSI gaming x trio), but i can't find one...before you say "go to the shop ---" I must say that i'm from Italy, so my only trusted sellers are "AK informatica", which is out of stock since MSI launched the card, and amazon.it, cause .com need 1k damn EUR in order to pay dutys and other things which....you know...are useless non the less. Back on topic, i'm wondering why there is no chance to get a 2080 ti even now that them has been presented 6 months ago, and why preorder prices where lower than the ones we are looking at now! That's strange to me, just like the market wasn't ready to supply them all and got busted with prices incresing rapidly under the heavy demand for the RTX cards...do you think, via some kind of opinion or analysis, that there is any chance I'll have my hands on a 2080 ti, maybe factory OC like the gaming x trio one, in a shot (a month?) amount of time?

Okay so, I have been chasing the dreamz of competitive battle royale streaming for quite some time. Only recently did I decide to somewhat go for it. My old specs as of yesterday: Intel core i7 4790k Devils Canon NVIDIA GTX 980Ti 16GB DDR3 Ram I'm not entirely sure how to find out my mobo name, but it's basically a run of the mill mobo that supports 4th gen proccessors and is locked into ddr3. My recent upgrade was a RTX 2080 Ti Windforce Gigabyte Edition OC 11GB The main games I play are Playerunknowns Battlegrounds, Black Ops 4 (I mainly play Blackout), and Battlefield 5. The only real game I tested today was Black Ops 4. With the 980 Ti, I have been getting around 80-100 FPS. Then, when I switched out the 980 Ti for the 2080 Ti, I only saw an average FPS increase of about 15 to..20ish? My initial thought was that maybe my RAM was lacking. I borrowed two sticks of DDR3 8gb (total of 16) and made it a total of 32gb of ddr3 RAM. Frame rate was unaffected. So my question is, is it the CPU? Or is it because I'm still using ddr3 and not ddr4? Ideally I want to spec out my system with say.. i7 8700k, a good mobo to fit and 16gb of ddr4, but the financials are a bit tight right now. But is that the only way to unlock the true potential of my beast graphics card? Or could there be another way without breaking the bank? Appreciate any kind of help in advance! Always love your guys' videos.

i have used the 2080 ti fe but that died and now i have a strix version and when i play balck ops 4 it shows that the load is over 11089 mb vram-load(thats over maximum and i only get 20fps)! that didnt happen with my fe card and im confused why it is like that! i have the asus PG348Q(100hrz 1440p ultrawide gsinc)! with the fe it only needed 7gb of load! is it a bug? and now i get 50fps in crossout(free to play usualy 99 fps) and the picture is laging like hell! temps are fine!

Hi all, I'm thinking about picking up a Gigabyte RTX 2080 TI card. Gigabyte have 2 cards which are the same other then one is over clocked. The over clocked card is about £150 more then the non overclocked version, https://www.gigabyte.com/Graphics-Card/GV-N208TWF3-11GC#sp https://www.gigabyte.com/Graphics-Card/GV-N2080TWF3OC-11GC#sp Does anyone know if the cards are physically the same or if the OC one is physically different (better heatsink, VRM, Binned GPU, ETC) or is the extra £150 just for someone to overclock it for you. If they are physically the same then would I be right in assuming that I could overclock the non OC version and get identical performance to the OC version? Thanks, Scott

I want to leave this as short and simple as possible, first off here are the specs of my desktop. Aorus 2080 Ti extreme edition (Watercooled) i7 8700k clocked at 4.9 mhz 16 GB of DDR4 Ram (one stick, potential problem?) Aorus z370 gaming 5 motherboard Noctua NH-D15 Air cooler for cpu EVGA 850w Bronze modular power supply the fans/ storage (yes OS is on and SSD as well as a separate SSD for games too) i will list if nessesary but i dont see a point atm. My problem is that i am getting significantly low fps on just about every single game i run i have compared to benchmarks, youtube videos with the same CPU and GPU running the exact game im playing on the exact settings, ect...I have done just about everything that i can within my knowledge to solve the problem i am having. There is 100% an issue with my computer but from what i can see there is nothing wrong with any components on my computer. so if there is anyone who can help me try and figure out what i should do to fix the fps issues i am having i would greatly appreciate it. There is probably information i may have missed, i am happy with answering any questions. pls help i will provide pictures of the setup i case that may be needed. (Side Note) I know the cooler is huge and take up alot of space but there is honestly no cooling issues at all with this temps are all fine even under extreme load.

Hello all, I have money to buy a 2080 Ti currently... Going to make this purchase relatively soon, I cannot find a 2080 Ti In stock anywhere, only one I could find is Zotac on Newegg... I had a zotac couple generations ago and it died after a month.. So I'd rather not get one of those. I've been checking EVGA's site non stop and it all is out of stock, amazon/bestbuy seem to be out of stock completely. Otherwise I can directly order a FE from nvidia themselves.. Should I get a FE or wait for others to come in stock? Is the FE really that bad compared to AIB partners? Any opinions? Thanks!

i get the last part of my pc on the 9th(the 9900k) but i heard rumors of the 2080 ti fe failing (especialy my serialnummberregion) so could i test the 2080 ti on my old pc with a gigabite motherboard? by testing i mean running it to see if there is no fault of the 2080 ti fe! when i does not i would have to rma it! are these even compatable to run?

Hello guys, I have money to spend on a PC and I want to be able to play demanding games at 1440p 144Hz. I an planning to get a 2080 but benchmarks show that i hits around 100fps in the demanding dames. Do I have to go with a 2080ti to get a good 144fps or can I go with a 2080. Thanks for your help

Okay, given the specs in my profile, do you guys think I should get a 9900K in general (I mostly game and do basic productivity tasks for work)? Also, I already know I should have a better motherboard given my setup but would I absolutely have to upgrade to a z390 before I get it? I saw something on the MSI site saying they released a BIOS that supports the 9900K on it so I would think maybe I could get away with it. Also, I know given the PSU I have I should upgrade that too if I want the 9900K to run at 5Ghz across the cores with the 2080 TI (Since it lists 650 Watt as the minimum) but once again, do I need it before I upgrade or can I skate by for a bit? Any input is appreciated. Thanks!

I have a evga 2080 ti xc ultra running with a 8700k. For some reason it's only hitting 96% usage. Any idea why that would happen?

I do plan on over clocking (not to the limit, it's a daily) so might have to go the more expensive route. Last time I posted this somebody said I had no CPU cooling. Hi all, My first ever post on this forum. So my new RTX 2080 Ti FE arrived today (finally after a 3-week delay). I removed my old card (GTX 980 Ti) and installed my new card. I reinstalled my graphics drivers to be certain they are correct. I ran some benchmarks and a game or two and I got no performance increase at all. My benchmark on Cinebench was basically the same as my 980 ti (maybe 1 fps more), my games had 0 fps improvement, one game even had an fps drop. Can ideas what could be going on? I have an Intel i7-4790K overclocked to 4.6ghz. My Nvidia control panel is set to 'prefer maximum performance' too. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Regards.

With a lack of encoding information in regards to the new RTX cards I was hoping I could get someone to run a quick test for me. Recording conditions (OBS) - Res: 3840x2160, Frame Rate: 60, Bitrate: 250M (2500000), Color Format: NV12 (should be default) - nothing else matters too much. While recording just open up task manager, go to the performance tab, select the GPU in question, and screenshot the window. As should be obvious you'll need a 2080 or a 2080 Ti with a 4k display to accurately perform the test, I would really appreciate it! Screenshot example:

So,basically I have a 1080 ti and a 1080p 75hz monitor.I am thinking of getting a 2k 144hz monitor and I wanna upgrade my gpu.I don’t want to get a 2080 ti because it is too expensive and not much of a difference so I thought of getting another used 1080 ti for about 300-400€.I heard that sli is kinda dead so is it worth the hassle?Does it even support games I wanna play like Escape from tarkov, battlefield v,rainbow six siege, red dead redemption 2?Or,should I just wait for the rtx 3000 series? Also, the cards would be really close to each other(milimeters) because they are the aorus ones.Would that make the temps skyrocket? What do you guys think?

I am really curious about this, because sources are saying that the flagship 3060 would either out do, or stand its ground with the 2080 ti. And with the prediction of pricing being $300-$400, it just seems too good to be true to me. Anyone else have thoughts about this or answers to this? I would like to know.

i have a dual monitor setup and i have one 144hz monitor it can do any port and a second monitor with dvi vga with a hdmi converter. i tried using hdmi for my 144hz monitor on my graphics card and it wouldnt go higher then 60hz so my question is why does the new 20 series only support the hdmi and the cut in half hdmi plug when a hdmi doesnt support 144hz also having one hdmi port would be trouble for me because the card only has one hdmi port unless you can use the half hdmi port for 144hz idk what that cable is called so can anyone explain why there is no dvi and just 1 hdmi and 4 half hdmis
