Solved, swapped motherboard and issue is fixed.

Hey all, My computer has been giving up on me lately and I'm hoping to narrow down the culprit. My computer would hang after some random time after playing games; my computer would freeze, with sound looping/buzzing, causing me to hard restart my computer as no inputs worked at all. Note that doing non-intensive tasks or even very light gaming shows no problems at all. This also means that no BSOD would appear, and nothing written into dump files (I've tried waiting up to 30 minutes no luck) I also checked temps during gameplay, with CPU between 65-70 C and GPU around 67 C. I then began stress testing both my CPU and GPU, GPU seems fine passing fur mark at 70 C max. Starting prime95's blend mode works fine, with 100% sustained usage for 30 minutes. But immediately after pressing stop and 'stopping workers', my PC hangs in the same fashion with looping sound with no choice but to hard restart. I've tried a bunch of software fixes including: updating bios, drivers, and Intel chipsets, reinstalled windows completely, and rolled back to old AMD drivers, all to no avail. I haven't touched anything hardware yet so I fear that I might have a failing motherboard or psu. Specs: i7 6700K (stock speeds cooled by corsair h100i) 16gb RAM (XMP off) MSI Z170A Gaming M7 mobo (lastest bios 7976v1L) XFX RX 470 4GB Samsung 850 Evo 1TB EVGA Supernova 850 G2 (850W 80+ gold) W10 64bit Any suggestions would help me a lot! Im interested in the zotac zbox since im in a pretty tight space for my desk and all, so a nice small powerful computer would do the trick just nice THANKS!
