  1. I honestly thought if I marked it as solved the thread would close.
  2. Drone and sludge are the two main genres I listen to that weren't on the list.
  3. Appreciate it, I'll be grabbing everything from NCIX after christmas. Thanks to everyone who corrected my silly assumption.
  4. Welp looks like I am an idiot I'll be grabbing an I5 then
  5. $1200-1600 ish I am defiantly getting an R9 290x but thats the only part thats set in stone currently.
  6. Money technically isn't a problem but I dont want to over spend on something I won't use. I could be wrong but I remember reading that AMD CPUs work better in tandam with their GPUs.
  7. I am going to be building a new PC after christmas and am not sure whether I should go with an Intel or AMD CPU. AMD GPUs apparently work better when paired with AMD CPUs but is it really that much of a performance jump? I literally only use my computer for games and other day to day stuff and for my last build I went with an I7. Which was a mistake because I barely use it to it's full potential. Anyone want to throw in their two cents?
  8. Currently running a 500GB in my media center and a 1TB hard drive in my gaming computer. I am running the media center off the 500GB because I had one lying around and a 1TB in my gaming computer because at the time that was the second biggest drive you could buy.
  9. When building a gaming computer I simply buy the best parts available at the time to future proof then upgrade every few years when neccesary.
