Any modular PSU that's at least 80+ Bronze and 650W.

If you're going to water cool you might want an 750-850w PSU to be safe. You can make do with 600w but more won't hurt.
Expensive option
Slightly less expensive option
What I recommend

yesman reacted to simtransporter in which psu should i get
I would recommend anything from Seasonic, Corsair, OCZ, XFX, Antec... any reputable brand will be fine.
http://www.jonnyguru.com is a good place to go for PSU reviews.

RM series is better than that TX/HX series and its almost the same price so why not then get a RM 850W instead or put more money and get AX860 or AX860i

yesman reacted to simtransporter in ram
1 stick of RAM will work fine. However I would strongly recommend that you try to get at least 2 sticks of RAM that way you can take advantage of dual channel operation.

ram is like..chocolate pudding
but on a serious note, get a 1 stick 4GB and then upgrade later

You can cover most of the red in the PCIe slots just by filling them up. If you want to cover up the RAM slots try and get some large memory with big heatsinks.
something like this and you will barely see the slots...

Thanks so much for joining. My vision is a community based on positive member interaction and helping each other. I believe that if we all work together toward this goal, we will have success in the long run.
We don't have official forum rules or anything like that yet, but as long as everyone is respectful of each other, and patient with the growing pains that we are going to experience (vBulletin 5 is VERY beta right now) we can make this into an AWESOME community forum.
