if i get a game with a steam activation code would that let me download it of steam as if I bought it there and the game is elder scrolls anthology iv not got it yet just wont to know

right now am using the super hub for virgin which is a router and modem in one but iv got some other ones I don't use so I thought I could put a vpn on it an dlink dsl-3780
