OK, I bought a deskmat I believe last week, I don't know the date specifically, my stupid email decided to update something, and i've lost all recent emails for Friday or Saturday. I have not heard anything about shipping info cept the day of the order. Which i happened to catch the notification, and that was it. When I went back to check it, my email was all Gone. I know there are gonna be some delays due to the weird ass weather canada has been having, but not even an update on whether it's been packaged and READY to ship when things get better? Find that kinda inconvenient. Can any LTT STORE staff perhaps private message me so i can provide details, and possibly see what's going on with my package?

Regarding the ASUS VG248 MONITORS, or any ASUS monitors with a sudden no displayport signal. This is a stupid fix, but it always works when your monitor will not resume from sleep. Unplug it for 10 seconds, and plug it back in. It seriously works, and I've done it to the 3 ASUS MONITORS I have. But it seems to not just be isolated to the VG248 line of monitors or it's variants. I've seen reports from SEVERAL monitors NOT of this line. And it should be added as a fix for this topic as well:

Yeah, this is just another case of the automated system screwing up again. YT must have done something to the algorithm.

Well, I have a GTX 970 in my rig. If I got this video card, I'd place my 970 into my son's PC so he could play games with me since his last video card died. He's been without a PC for a while now, and I'd love to be able to get his up and going again.

Would love to win this so my kid has a computer to work on his school projects, and my wife would be able to do her writing. All from the comfort of the Living Room!! Would be awesome!!

Honestly, I don't have any favorites. Most of this stuff would work GREAT for my current build. Would make my pc a lot more quiet, and easier to mannage than currently. The Antec 1100 v2 would be a great step up from my Antec 300 which honestly, is getting a little long in the tooth, and needs to sorely be replaced. The Antec Huhler 1250 would be a great replacement for my Corsair H60 which is getting close to its end of life I think. And the 750w power supply would be a great replacement for my OCZ ZT series 650w power supply. Especially with me running dual GTX 660 Ti's in SLI.

I would so love this card. I like the looks, and I like the performance. I'm running dual GTX 460's that are swiftly becoming obsolete. And with both me and my wife losing our jobs, it's not looking like I'm going to be getting a replacement for these for quite a while. On a more positive note, I would LOVE the look of my rig with one of these cards in my case. Would definitely make me wanna play more games, and look into more games that would take advantage of the power of these cards!

The area is more or less 3ft by 3ft by 2ft. The lab is temerature controlled yes. Stays about 50f or so. But the area the case is gonna sit in, man is there next to no airflow around it, and I'm afraid of the hot air not disipating and staying huddled by the tower.

Ok, let me preface this with the thought that I'm not too wise when it comes to airflow within the general space of a room. So this might be of some importance. Right, so with that out of the way, here's what my complicated build needing help looks like by way of words. I have this new client, that needs a workstation built. I toured the place where this machine needs to be placed, and I'm now suddenly dumbfounded. The place he intends to use this, is a hermetically sealed lab of sorts. There is very little airflow in the area he wants to put the workstation. The parts he wants to use include: SUPERMICRO X9SRI-F, 2 Intel Xeon E5-2697 v2 Ivy Bridge-EP, an NVIDIA TESLA K20 (900-22081-2220-000) GK110 5GB, and 12 1TB WD Black drives, One SAMSUNG PM853T Data Center Series MZ7GE960HMHP-00003 SSD, and Wintec 48GB (6 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM ECC Registered DDR3 1600 I am leery on the case though. Considering the airflow of the room, and the area in which he wants to place it is litterally a deadspot in the room for the little bit of aiflow this room has, I'm worried about temperatures. I'm worried this machine is going to overheat due to the heat of this machine residing in a stagnant area. He is very adamant that he wants the system to be placed in that spot. So I am wondering which case I should go for, or try to push? Serious ideas please, I'm trying to keep this client for future builds. The amount this guy is spending, is going to seriously help with keeping a roof over my head.
