  1. How do you do that? Sorry, I'm not that good with that stuff so I don't know that much
  2. Yes I did. multiple times and with other versions of skype as well
  3. So when I am in a video call with my friend around 50% of my CPU is being used by Skype. When she turns her webcam off (Logitech C920) Skype only uses about 3% of my CPU. I tried to video call some of my other friends to see if the problem persists and it doesn't. I have tried multiple fixes from the Skype forums and none seemed to have work. Thank you in advanced! My PC specs are at the bottom just in case, I am also running Skype 7.6 on Windows 8.1. 4. I FIXED IT HOLY CRAP. I got desperate and went out to but a new psu. and it everything works so sexy now. Thanks all you guys for the help!
  5. I changed the power management in the nvidia control panel to prefer maximum performance, and i'm seeing slightly better fps usually around 30fps but it still dips down to 15fps at times. Could there be something up with the psu or something like that?
  6. Sorry let me change my words then, When i rant the GTA 5 benchmarks i was averaging about 14 - 20 fps so i can say this is a low fps problem.
  7. Did all of that and still did not work. DxDiag.txt
  8. I also just got an error that said something like Nvidea kernal mode drivers stopped working and has successfully recovered if that means anything. (this popped up while i was just browsing the internet)
  9. High profile did not work sadly.
  10. I didn't see the Nvidia Driver Helper Service on the list. I ran DXdiag and it said no problem found on all three tabs.
  11. Also I reinstalled/updated most of the drivers I can and GTA runs worse now and I have no clue as to why. I'm getting audio popping a lot as well.
  12. Reinstalled graphic drivers, didn't work. I don't see how audio drivers would help but did it none the less.
  13. Audio doesn't clip at all during the lag
