I've been in this kinda PC only mall too, it's crazy, I bought a laptop GPU there haha! And wow Chiang Rai is really beautiful, I haven't been there but just wow.

You can actually go there and visit the place with groups of people who know the place and take a tour around the town, a friend of mine did it last year and he said that some times the Geiger counter went so high that they had to head back, of course they were in cars and weren't allowed to go out of it, but damn, it must be one hell of a trip... And yeah, let's wait 2000 years (what scientists said would be good so that there is no trace of radioactivity left) to go there without having to worry about invisible things killing you haha.

I'll start: For me it has to be Thailand, I travel every year in wonderful places, but this 5week trip in 2012 was probably the most amazing one. This country is just crazy, the people are so nice and everything is so cheap there, you can live there for a month with only 500€, how about that ? I've been in the very north of the country where there are old Buddhist temples which are absolutly beautiful, and also the laying Buddha and stuff, to the south of the country, near Krabi Island, it was absolutely incredible, I'll always remember this place as one of the best country in the world where you go from crazy congested cities to nearly abandonned islands. No need to replace the CPU cooler fans the stock ones are already really good trust me. The RAM is over priced IMO... Get the M550 SSD and not the M500, it's slower than the M550 which just came out.

I'd still go for an Asus PB248Q since I'm more a fan of 16:10 monitors and this Asus one has better colors than the Dell, but I had the chance to try out the Dell for a few days, and I have to say that I'm impressed at how good it is for only 270€ here in France.

Budget as low as possible, ok but how low ? 50€ ? Cause low as possible with a 1080P IPS panel... you know... Check the cheap HP laptops, or even the Asus ones, they're generally good for not a lot of money

Go for it if you are sure that you can fix the stuck in recovery mode thing, the screen is not a problem.
