  1. 6.5/10. Overall it is an okay game but not something to write home about. Pre level 15 is boring but after you get past the first 12 or so levels the game gets a bit better.
  2. I found Linus Tech Tips about a year ago when looking up gaming hardware information. I found the show to be enjoyable and well done that I decided to subscribe and stick around. I love LTT and it is one of my favorite channels on youtube and I watch it daily with the new uploads.
  3. I remember playing "The Adventures of Captain Comic" and "Whacky Wheels" as a kid.
  4. If you were to transfer the files from computer to computer over LAN you would be fine but if he sent the files over the internet it would all go towards your data cap. I would recommend using an external USB 3.0 HDD and transfer the files that way because it is usually faster than over the router LAN (especially on older routers). Also with games like CoD i'm not too sure if Steam will accept files from another computer in order to play them. I know that some smaller games will but some games have crazy DRM that freaks out unless downloaded on the computer itself via the distribution service you purchased it from. (Someone please correct me if I am indeed wrong on this point)
  5. I'd have to go with: - Battlefield 3 - Castle Miner Z - Halo 4 (Console game) BF3 just wasn't enjoyable and felt like a downgrade from BF:BC2 Castle Miner Z is just another Infiniminer/Minecraft ripoff that plays terribly. Halo 4 lowered texture resolution and framerate/performance for better lighting in the game. The game also followed Reach's missteps and made them worse by completely removing any semblance of it being an "Arena Shooter".
  6. The campaign characters were ridiculous. Too often have I played the "gritty" and "hardcore" military games that I don't want the same thing that I could get in another generic shooter. Bad Company was fun, lighthearted (with some serious tones on occasion), and overall more enjoyable.
  7. Generally it is hard to find a non cracked (Pirated) copy of software/game available in a compressed format. I would go with gramzon's suggestion of having a friend of yours copy it to a USB drive and then bring it over to your computer. Sorry about the bad luck and I hope everything goes well.
  8. The computer looks beautiful and the fact that it uses an IPS display. With TN displays the color shift really kills the experience for me whether it be watching a movie or playing a game a TN panel requires a stringent viewing angle and often with laptops that viewing angle just isn't possible.
